Our Way

Here we are, in this moment of time, where the people of the Mother Earth need to come together to save our home.  As a whole the human race, regardless of spirituality or religion, should honor and cherish Mother Earth; however, we have failed as stewards of the earth.  Followers of religion make up 85% of the earth’s population.  Mother Earth gives us life, provides food and water, and cleans the air we breathe with trees and plants. She provides us with every opportunity to live in harmony with our families, friends and nature.  So if 85% of the world population has spiritual and religious values why are we not doing our job as stewards?   Mother Earth is being polluted daily.  Corruption at the highest levels causeswasteland-1 pollution to our lands and waters, poisoning the air we breathe, the food we eat and killing all nature in its wake. Ocean life and bees are dying, species are being driven to extinction.  We are told what they  want us to believe and like slaves, we think we have no choice but to listen as they continue another day of onslaught of Mother Earth.  If we don’t act, then Mother Earth will be destroyed.  Earth Warrior, a term you may have never heard, is emerging and you can be part of it.  It has already started, listen to the video Earth Warrior.

We live in a time where we can communicate with each other instantly across the world. We live in a time where Mother Earth needs us.  That is not a coincidence.  This is our moment.  The way we can save Mother Earth and all life therein, is to create a new way of life; with love, gratitude, appreciation, compassion and caring for our home.  jesus02We need earth warriors, people that will take this endeavor seriously and be part of the change.  No experience required and no age limit, all peoples of the world are being asked to participate.  Mass meditation is the Way.  Jesus, Krishna, Buddha and Tao Tzu all spoke of the Way in our ancient texts.

In the Dialogue of the Savior  Judas asked Jesus, “How do we find the Way?” Jesus answered, “By developing love and compassion.”

Krishna said in the Bhagavad Gita, “Those who find the Way are those who have love and forgiveness in their heart.”

Buddha said in the Dhammapada, “No one can understand the Way unless they have pure hearts.”

Tao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching, “The perfect man is one whose sins are forgiven. He becomes the way.

The way for the human race to save Mother Earth is to meditate and/or pray at the same time each day images-6with the same intention.  But for now, we need you, your friends and everyone in your family to have the will and commitment to save our home, Mother Earth.  Meditation can be learned by anyone in the family and you can do it every night at 8:00 PM  in the comfort of your home.  Consider it training for the big event when we spread continuous love,  gratitude, appreciation,  compassion and caring all over the world. Mother Earth needs all peoples from all walks of life to join together to save our home.

Meditation and/or prayer is beneficial to your overall health and well being.  It will change your life and save our home.  We are at war and our only weapon is us, the 85%.  We have a divine spark within us that once ignited will save and create the world that all want to live.

It is time for all people and all religions, including Christian, Judaism, Muslim, Hindu, Taoism and Buddhism to name a few, to come together for a common cause.  This is not what our creator intended, and as stewards of the earth, we have failed.  Our ancestors, different religious-wheelcultures, religions, and beliefs have so much to offer and we are told to seek the truth.  The earth is our home and we all have responsibility to save it from this destruction.  We are not different races, but one race, the human race, with a divine spark within us.  If we ignite that spark we can save ourselves and the world we live.

Healing Yourself

The human body has the power to heal itself, but with the all the toxins in our water, food, and air we consume today, it has become a challenge.  When we are born through the birth canal, we receive our mother’s immunity properties so we can begin our life outside the womb.  Today our children are bombarded with vaccinations dictated by the pharmaceutical companies through our elected officials.  That is another story.  Let’s focus on our wellbeing.

The first step is that you must have the will to want to change in order to heal.  Changing old habits is one of the most difficult things to overcome.  This is about transformation, changing bad habits that have been ingrained for years.

The second step is daily meditation.  Meditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference.  It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase known as a mantra.  Practicing daily meditation turns your attention away from distracting thoughts and bad habits and focuses on the present moment.  The benefits are countless.

The third step is to maintain a positive attitude.  Attitude is a way of thinking or feeling about our surroundings that reflect our behavior.  Energy affects our attitude.  We all process energy and it is difficult to define or measure the energy state of an individual person.  A person’s energy is also referred to as Chi, a Chinese word meaning aliveness, life force energy or life breath.  It is also known as Ki, Qi or Prana.  This energy has two main expressions, an outward and inward flow known as yin and yang.  Just think about the times you are around negative people and how you felt.  Chi gong, yoga, Tia Chi exercises may increase your positive energy and your overall well-being.

The fourth step is the diet, what we put into our bodies.  You are what you eat and it is getting more difficult to get fruits and vegetables full of nutrition and free of chemicals, but that is the goal.  The main rules of thumb are to practice moderation, cut out sugars and snack food, increase fruits and vegetables and limit meat.  Juicing raw organic or pesticide free fruits and vegetables 1-3 times a day gets positive results.  Wheatgrass is also known for its healing abilities and it is not difficult to grow your own.

The fifth step is exercise.  The body is made to move.  That does not mean you have to go to a gym but you do need to be aware of your movement.  Walking, house and yard work, taking care of children or family, going to work, and gardening all contribute to a person’s movement.  If you have a job that causes you to be sedentary for a large part of the day you may want to consider a gym or walk during your lunch break if you have a busy schedule.


Healing is not just about what you consume, but about the entire body.  The will to make positive life changes, meditation, proper diet and exercise are all part of healing process. It takes time so just stick with it.

Power of Meditation

According to Hindu Scripture, meditation has been practiced since 1500 BCE, starting as a religious practice.  The practice spread to China and India around the fifth century BCE and other forms of Meditation developed in several, including  Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity.shiva-meditating

In the Bible, Psalm 1:1-2 says “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2) but his delight is in the law of the Lord,  and on his law he meditates day and night.”

In Joshua 1: 8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”

Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”

What were the ancients telling us about meditation?  Today there is a lot of discussion about the difference between meditation and prayer, but I like to think they are one and the same.  Through religions, humans have made a simple matter more difficult.  If you want to define the difference, one way is to think of prayer as speaking to the creator, while meditation is feeling with the heart.  Meditation is your personal connection to our creator, if that is your intention.  Or it could be healing your body or just relieving your stress in our busy world.  The message, according to the Bible, is to meditate both day and night.

From a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual standpoint, the benefits of meditation are countless as we learn more each day.  Meditation can not only change our lives, it can change our world.

Studies show that group meditation reduces crime rates in cities with the right intention. When the practice of group meditation stopped, the crime rate started rising again.  That tells us that meditation should become part of our life, to be practiced every day.  The more you practice the greater the change/benefit you will realize.

Research suggests that meditation may physically change the brain and body and could potentially help to improve many health problems and promote healthy behaviors.  It could do so much more, but it is up to each person.  There is no right or wrong way to meditate; only your way.  Just practice by taking the time each day and start with just five minutes, and that five minutes will expand.  Make it your ritual, your connection to the creator.  If you’re interested in joining a group that meditates every evening at 8, go to Meditation   Warriors .
