3,000 Israelis, Muslims, Jews, and Christians sing together

Matisyahu  a  musician, known for his spiritual lyrics and one famous hit is the song “One Day,” a song of hope for the future of the world. Matisyahu said, “It is an anthem of hope with a big beat, the kind of song that makes you bob your head and open your heart at the same time.”

Koolulam an Israeli “social-musical initiative, aimed at bringing together people from all corners of the diverse, multicultural Israeli society, chose this unique performance.  On February 14, 2018, Koolulam brought together a group of 3,000 strangers to sing a beautiful rendition of Matisyahu’s “One Day,” a message of peace and coexistence, in three languages.

In this video, you see people from all walks of life – Jewish, Muslim, Christian, some religious, some secular. It is evident that the participants are moved by this experience.  It is truly  inspirational and emotional.  I hope you enjoy.

One Day Lyrics

See everybody that´s existing
Got a mind of their own
We´re all Kings and Queens
With a throne of our own
Tryin to raise a family
Is an empty home
We got to learn to stick together
Hate to be here alone
‘Cause the world is a place
That will eat you alive in one day
Said the world is a place
That you can´t survive without faith
Sometimes in my tears I drown
But I never let it get me down
So when negativity surrounds
I know some day it´ll all turn around
Because
All my life I´ve been waiting for
I´ve been praying for
For the people to say
That we don´t wanna fight no more
They´ll be no more wars
And our children will play
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day (one day), One day (one day)
It´s not about
Win or lose
We all lose
When they feed on the souls of the innocent
Blood drenched pavement
Keep on moving though the waters stay raging
In this maze you can lose your way (your way)
It might drive you crazy
But don’t let it faze you no way (no way)
Gotta hold on
Livin life day by day
Gotta hold on
Put your focus on that one day
All my life I´ve been waiting for
I´ve been praying for
For the people to say
That we don´t wanna fight no more
They´ll be no more wars
And our children will play
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day this all will change
Treat people the same
Stop with the violence
Down with the hate
One day we´ll all be free
And proud to be
Under the same sun
Singing songs of freedom like
Gotta hold on
Livin life day by day
Gotta hold on
Put your focus on that one day
All my life I´ve been waiting for
I´ve been praying for
For the people to say
That we don´t wanna fight no more
They´ll be no more wars
And our children will play
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day (one day), One day (one day)
One day (one day), One day (one day)

Law of One and the Seven Practices

2. PRACTICE TWO: LOVE YOURSELF – Apply the practice of Unity with All-One as an extension towards loving, honoring and respecting yourself. Acknowledge the precious life force within by holding reverence and respect for yourself in all ways. Loving yourself is the action of Self Sovereignty, which is the natural state of embodying God’s Eternal Love. As a manifestation of God’s eternal spirit of Love, one has the ability to choose to create personal freedom without harming others. Have courage to remove the obstacles of pain and fear to become embodied Love, as God’s spirit is always found within.
3. PRACTICE THREE: LOVE OTHERS – As you learn to love yourself, love others. Acknowledge the precious life force in others by holding love, reverence and respect for others. Loving others as you love yourself, is the natural state of Self Sovereignty as you give others the same reverence for their life, as you give your own life. Through practicing self-love and loving others, no approval, worth or esteem issues come into question, as all is loved equally.
4. PRACTICE FOUR: LOVE EARTH AND NATURE – Loving the Earth and all her creations, the kingdoms of nature, plants, animals and mineral, which are all alive, conscious and intelligent energy beings. Acknowledge the precious life force present in images (2)all of God’s creation, by holding reverence and respect for nature. Doing so restores balance and harmony to nature, and the intelligent energy of all of earth’s creations will respond to cooperate with humankind. Humans living in discord with nature create many events that are considered to be “at the mercy of” the untamed forces. As humans learn to live in harmony with earth and the nature kingdom, the natural creatures will align to be in harmony and cooperation with all inhabitants.
5. PRACTICE FIVE: SERVICE TO OTHERS – Upon firmly loving yourself and honoring your path, find methods to be of service to others that do not overstep personal boundaries of discernment. Being of service to others does not include consumptive childmodeling, such as victim-victimizer, parasitism or emotional vampirism. Being of service does not hold an ego perspective of entitlement, expectation or attachment. Practice being of service with unconditional love, and naturally flowing in the moment. The energy exchange made between participants being of service to others, amplifies and expands consciousness growth like no other method. The more you amplify the energetic field of being in service to others, the more joy, harmony and gifts will be brought into your life. The more service you dedicate to Gods plan, the Law of One, the more spiritual support and spiritual presence one can exchange with God Force.
6. PRACTICE SIX: CONSCIOUSNESS EXPANSION – Learn to develop inner clarity and spiritual integrity by intending to develop personal consciousness and/or spiritual identity. To embody one’s spiritual identity, one’s mind must be initiated and disciplined. If the ego is in authority of the body it will repel the spiritual identity from embodiment. If the mental body creates obstacles to the spiritual identity, the spiritual identity, therefore the consciousness, will not be experienced. The first step to consciousness old peopleexpansion is becoming aware of mind control and the quality content of thoughts and belief systems. The second step is to cooperate with the process of mental and physical discomfort by having patience and waiting in the void of silence. Learn to quiet the mind, sublimate the ego and be still. Once stillness, mental discipline and ego sublimation has been achieved, listen to your inner spirit to receive guidance. Inner Guidance will always lead to the process of re-education to experience continual consciousness expansion free of fear and dogma. The Inner Christos always guides one towards choosing more love and peace via consciousness expansion of the spiritual identity.
7. PRACTICE SEVEN: RESPONSIBLE CO-CREATION – As one becomes more infused with the eternal love of the spiritual identity, the intelligent blueprint activates the divine purpose of being as a co-creator with God. The spiritual identity and the intelligent blueprint of divine purpose are one and the same. Clarity of purpose and direction becomes clearer and clearer as one commits to live in service to the principles of All-ONE or Christ spirit. Knowing and Living our purpose brings joy, peace and fulfillment, even when facing adversity or challenges. Once we achieve “knowing”, we are responsible for that knowing, and practice responsible co-creation with the All-One. A responsible co-creator knows all manifestations are in partnership with the All-One. We do not possess cropped-hqdefault-1.jpgor control anything, so needs, desires and superimposing will, should be avoided. We are stewards of God Spirit to Serve Others in responsible co-creation with All-One. From this knowing, and living this principle, we are eternally free of karmic exchanges.

Meditation can change our world

The greatest thing about meditation is the probability it could change our world. Imagine millions, if not billions of people around the world meditating, vibrating love and light. With love vibration, our positive energy resonates at a high frequency expressing our positive spiritual qualities of compassion, wisdom, gratitude and appreciation – all that inspires, empowers and enhances the earth vibration for those on the positive path.

The love vibration around the world would generate and create a positive state of _DSC5911copy (2)consciousness, freeing us of negative thoughts and behaviors. After all we are co-creators according to the Law of One. Scientific studies has proven global meditation, focusing intention on positive changes in hearts and minds, can positively change our world.

Imagine a world with no negativity, corruption, disease, greed or war. I know,

the first thought is “impossible”. That reminds me of something that keeps coming to mind. “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” The Creator is within each of us, waiting to be awaken.

The ancients knew about meditation since 1500 BC starting as a religious practice. Eastern cultures have been using it for centuries understanding our bodies had a vital life force, a higher power known by many different names: higher self, spirit, kundli, soul, chi, prana, divine spark, and chakras. The vital life force is a sophisticated network of energy pathways, or highways, circuiting the body. Recently, science proved there are Meridians in our bodies for the flow of energy, the vital life force. Consider that meditation helps us understand this vital force and is God’s gift to all of us so we may find our way home. _DSC5554copy

It starts with us, with you. Meditation practice has countless benefits.

There are online meditation Groups supporting your meditation practices, providing ideas and concepts. Law of one practices, found in session 10.14, may be helpful in the acceleration toward the Law of One as well these seven steps.

Oh, Great Spirit                        images (40)

Whose voice I hear in the winds,

And whose breath gives life to all the world, hear me, I am small and weak, I need your strength and wisdom.

Let me walk in beauty and make my eyes ever behold the red and purple sunset.

Make me wise so that I may understand the things you have taught my people.

Let me learn the lessons you have hidden in every leaf and rock.

Make me always ready to come to you with clean hands and straight eyes.

So when life fades, as the fading sunset, my Spirit may come to you without shame.

The Law of One Teacher

When I started reading the Law of One I found it complex, but intriguing, metaphysical, spiritual and scientific.  Additionally, it provided a sense of reality and understanding of our world; so much information and insight regarding our past, present and our future.

The message and  understanding was so complex, that I needed a teacher.  That’s when I  discovered Scott  Mandelker.  Scott Mandelker, Ph.D, presents a reading and interpretation of the Law of One that started in December 2013 on youtube. As of this date, he just completed session 94 out of 106.   He is a excellent teacher, dedicated to providing a better understanding of the Law Of One with honesty and humor to all those who are seeking.

He completed his doctorate in East West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco in 1992. His Ph.D. combines eclectic Western psychology with intensive study of Eastern religions, and followed upon years of formal training in US and Asian Buddhist temples in Japanese Zen and Thai Theravada traditions.

Although the material may be complex, the message was “ We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.”

A different slant on what world religions have taught us?   Was this the same messages of all the sacred teachers; teachings of love and wisdom?   That is up to each person to discover for themselves.

Why Does Evil Exist?

There is an age old question of why God allows evil to exist.  Sacred texts such as the Bible, Vedas, Quran, Tanakh, just to name a few, have been trying to explain that and our purpose for centuries. Man is probably more confused today than ever before. Religions do not seem to fill that void so spirituality takes over. Research has proven meditation and prayer can change our brains but still does not answer the question, only provides some insight for our spiritual side.

So why does God allow evil to exist? Consider, this life may be our testing ground. Free will, the right to choose, how we live may be the test. Do we live to serve ourselves or do we live to serve others? Do we love unconditional or do we really know what love means? What happens if we don’t learn? So many unanswered questions throughout the ages. cropped-inh.jpg

However, in 1981 to 1983, there was a message to the world. The first book, “The Law of One”, was published in 1984. There was very little press and no meaningful way to get the information to the world until recently. The Law of One took three years to finalize and publish, and was channeled through an entity called RA, a humble messenger of the infinite creator. In his message, RA talks about world events past and present, i.e. why there is evil, where we came from, why we are here where we are going. There is no religion affiliation and it is available free to anyone who is seeking the truth. You decide if it is a message from God, after all it is free will.

Change is in the Air

Spirituality is diminishing religion and religion is trying to adapt to spirituality.  We have all struggled with the difference between the two paths.  That is the reason for free will.

Growing up on a farm in a small rural Christian community in Midwest US no doubt shaped my values and belief system and not from a positive perspective.  I learned at a very young age that we all die.  I was also taught that the only way to heaven was to follow the beliefs of my church or otherwise burn in hell forever.  This did not seem right to me even at a young age and that was the beginning of my journey to seek the truth.

Religion is a system of certain beliefs, rules, and rituals that brings communities togetherimages-12 socially.  Additionally, it provides a foundation of understanding to that community regarding how they should live, worship, and achieve eternal life.  There are around 4200 different religions worldwide with different belief systems.

Unlike religion, Spirituality looks outside the box with no boundaries or dogma.  It is about free will, love, compassion, joy and service to others; it is specific to each individual with no set rules, beliefs or rituals.  It is a personal journey to connect with our creator.  Spirituality is unique to each person, but generally it could be defined as seeking to share the love of the Creator as it is known to one’s inner self.  Is that the yearning that has been missing in our  lives or the feeling that we were destined to do something?  Maybe you are meant to do something.  Pay attention and you will be surprised what you will see.

Dr. Andrew Newburg, Director of Research at the Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, provided insight into our spiritual brains.  His research included how our brain changes after analyzing brain scans of people in prayer, meditation, rituals and various trance states.  One of his many conclusions is that the main reason God won’t go away is because our brains won’t allow God to leave. Our brains are set up in such a way that God and religion become among the most powerful tools for helping the brain do its thing—self-maintenance and self-transcendence.because-it-is-so-unbelievable-the-truth-often-escapes-being-known-quote-1

Most of us are seeking.  Jesus said in the Book of Thomas “Let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds.  When he finds, he will become troubled.  When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule over the All.”

What did he mean?  We will discuss that next time.
