Life’s Journey

Consider that when we are born, we are being sent to school for a lifetime of learning. We have no memory of our past and through our culture, education, media and religious systems we are molded into what we are today. We have questions about God, about where did we come from, what we are doing here and where we are going. With a divine spark within us, our soul, spirit, the essence of our being,  we are on a life long journey seeking the truth. It is your journey and your journey alone. Our ancestors, with different cultures, religions, and beliefs have left behind their ideas, concepts and sacred texts. old people

With an open mind and understanding that these ancient texts have been translated into many different languages and copied over and over by scribes, the message may have not be conveyed as intended. Let your higher self and love be your guide.

Jesus said in the Gospel of Thomas, which was omitted from the New Testament, “If those who lead you say to you, ‘See, the kingdom is in the sky,’ then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, ‘It is in the sea,’ then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty.”

That is just one of many texts that are at your fingertips to  explore. The Dao De Jing , Buddha, The Nag Hammadi LibraryHindu, The Master file and The Law of One just to name a few.  It is your path and the best teacher is yourself. Follow your instincts. Incorporate daily meditation/pray20160729_163016_104630_back-to-school-kids-wcteer in your life. Look deep within and learn about yourself.  You have all the answers.

Consider death as going home after school and learning whether you passed or failed. Consider, a failing grade may result in a redo.  Reborned without a memory of what you have learned and you get to do it all over again.

“The Law of One” by Carla Rueckert, Don Elkins, and James McCarty

The Law of One started with L&L Research, Don Elkins, Carla Rueckert, and James McCarty.  They wanted to make contact with an extraterrestrial.  This spirit, or extraterrestrial was a race complex called Ra.  During the first contact Ra said “We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the patterns of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.”

The Law of One takes you on a spiritual journey revealing our purpose of existence and the consequences of our behavior. It shares some of the same concepts we learned in our religious systems but in a more metaphysical, scientific, and complex vocabulary. It is about the human race and our past, present and a glimpse into the future. Simply stated, it is about love, light, wisdom, free-will and seeking the truth. The complexity and the richness of the responses were so masterfully and skillfully crafted. If the Law of One resonates with you it will touch your soul,  providing answers to the age old questions of who are we, why we are here and where are we going. There were 106 channeling sessions in a three year period discussing a variety of topics including earth’s history and its 75000 thousand year cycle. Ra answers an array of questions regarding various subjects including positive and negative paths, meditation, UFOs, Moses, Jesus, the pyramids, Atlantis, Chakras, Reincarnation and much more in scientific and spiritual terms.

Ra opens each session with the greeting “I am Ra.  I greet you in the love and the light of the Infinite Creator.  We communicate now.”  Don would ask his questions and through Carla, Ra would respond.  Throughout the 106 sessions, Ra did not provide information that would interfere with our free will.  Ra always closed the session with “I am Ra. I leave this instrument in the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator.  Go forth, therefore, rejoicing in the power and the peace of the One Creator.  Adonai.”

In 15.7 Don asked Ra  “What is the greatest service that our population on this planet could perform individually?” and Ra response was   “I am Ra. There is but one service. The Law is One. The offering of self to Creator is the greatest service, the unity, the fountainhead. The entity who seeks the One Creator is with infinite intelligence. From this seeking, from this offering, a great multiplicity of opportunities will evolve depending upon the mind/body/spirit complexes’ distortions with regard to the various illusory aspects or energy centers of the various complexes of your illusion. Thus, some become healers, some workers, some teachers, and so forth.”

How you offer yourself is your choice, your path regardless your belief system or religion. Whatever helps you get closer to God is the message, and look within yourself for the truth.   L/L Research has a wealth of information in their website.

The Law of One may provide insight to each reader based on their personal experiences. The Ra material may not be for everyone, but with an open mind, the study of the Law of One may answer many questions for anyone seeking the truth.  The topics are broad and one of the best ways to explore is to go to the Law of One information page and search terms you find interesting.   Another good source to learn is to follow Scott Mandelker, PHD.  He has studied the Law of One for years and provides his understanding and breakdown of each session on YouTube.

Meditation can make the world a better place

Research suggests that meditation may physically change the brain and body and could potentially help to improve many health problems and promote healthy behaviors.

person-meditatingScientific proof  global meditation can change the world. So much so that Merseyside, England, went from being third highest recorded crime rate to the lowest-ranked city in England during the time of group meditation.

Other cities around the world had similar affects when groups of people meditated at the same time each day. In physics that affect is referred to the unified field theory (UFT), waves of vibration flow from everything in the universe affecting the collective consciousness. When the practice of group meditation stopped, the crime rate started rising again.

Based on Hindu Scripture, meditation has been practiced since 1500 BCE, starting as a religious practice. The practice spread to China and India around the fifth century BCE and other forms of Meditation developed including Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity.

From a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual standpoint, the benefits of meditation are countless. Just imagine 10,000 people meditating at the same time each day with the same intention of service to others with unconditional love and compassion regardless of differences. That is the goal of a group called Meditation Warriors. It is a small community that meditates daily in the comfort of their homes  from 10-30 minutes each day at 8:00 in the morning and/or evening world wide.

Power of Meditation

According to Hindu Scripture, meditation has been practiced since 1500 BCE, starting as a religious practice.  The practice spread to China and India around the fifth century BCE and other forms of Meditation developed in several, including  Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity.shiva-meditating

In the Bible, Psalm 1:1-2 says “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2) but his delight is in the law of the Lord,  and on his law he meditates day and night.”

In Joshua 1: 8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”

Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”

What were the ancients telling us about meditation?  Today there is a lot of discussion about the difference between meditation and prayer, but I like to think they are one and the same.  Through religions, humans have made a simple matter more difficult.  If you want to define the difference, one way is to think of prayer as speaking to the creator, while meditation is feeling with the heart.  Meditation is your personal connection to our creator, if that is your intention.  Or it could be healing your body or just relieving your stress in our busy world.  The message, according to the Bible, is to meditate both day and night.

From a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual standpoint, the benefits of meditation are countless as we learn more each day.  Meditation can not only change our lives, it can change our world.

Studies show that group meditation reduces crime rates in cities with the right intention. When the practice of group meditation stopped, the crime rate started rising again.  That tells us that meditation should become part of our life, to be practiced every day.  The more you practice the greater the change/benefit you will realize.

Research suggests that meditation may physically change the brain and body and could potentially help to improve many health problems and promote healthy behaviors.  It could do so much more, but it is up to each person.  There is no right or wrong way to meditate; only your way.  Just practice by taking the time each day and start with just five minutes, and that five minutes will expand.  Make it your ritual, your connection to the creator.  If you’re interested in joining a group that meditates every evening at 8, go to Meditation   Warriors .

Namaste.

Meditation from the Heart

We adapt to our culture and our culture molds who we are. We all have our spiritual or religious beliefs.   We learn how to pray, and when to worship and follow certain religious and/or spirituals beliefs or rituals.  Then there are distractions of the world; always distracting us from what is important, saturating our unruly minds, wasting energy on useless matters.  It not only disrupts our already unruly mind, but also our hearts.

Science tells us the heart, like the brain, generates a powerful electromagnetic field with each contraction extending outside the body. The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. The electrical field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60-100 times greater in amplitude than brain waves.  The therapeutic potential for interaction of this cardioelectromagnetic field both within and outside the body is largely unexplored, but we do know there is increasing evidence suggesting that the cardioelectromagentic field actually affects human beings in close proximity. We have already learn how group meditation can reduce crime with the right intention.

Science is just now trying to understand what the ancients were saying in their sacred texts written centuries ago. Christianity, Hinduism, Buddha, Daoism are just a few that refer to the heart.

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also”. Matthew 6:21

“The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart.” Buddha

My teachings are older than the world.
How can you grasp their meaning?
If you want to know me,
Look inside your heart.”
   Tao Te Ching

“He is the source of light in all luminous objects. He is beyond the darkness of matter and is unmanifested. He is knowledge, He is the object of knowledge, and He is the goal of knowledge. He is situated in everyone’s heart.”  The Bhagavad Gita

Mysteries of the Heart

Science tells us the positive energy in our heart is greater than our brain. The ancients tell us to look in our hearts for the way. Meditation/prayer can be our path. Join us every tonight at 8:00 to meditate and/or pray in your own way to make this a better world for all. Meditation For A for Better World

The Meek

As a growing world community, keep in mind the positive benefits of meditation/prayer, not only for yourself but for the world. Never before have so many people been able to come together, learn and communicate from our homes.

We have learned from a scientific prospective, group meditation called “Maharishi Effect,” reduces crime.

As spiritual beings, we already know in our hearts there is a power within us, but lack the wisdom or knowledge to understand. Ancient teachings provide some insight. According to the parallel sayings by Richard Hooper:

“Wisdom and Knowledge find those with a pure heart,” Jesus, Dialogue of the Savior.

“I abide in hearts out of compassion replacing ignorance and darkness with a shining lamp.” Krishna, Bhagavad Gita.

“Choosing the path of wisdom, become aware of those things which lead you forward, and those things which hold you back.” Buddha

“Perfect wisdom comes spontaneously to those who seek it.” Lao Tzu, Chang Tzuimages-7

In the New Testament, Matthew states “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” Are we the meek? Is it our time to inherit the earth? Or, have we always inherited the earth and just now awakening?

By coming together daily to meditate/pray, we rekindle the wisdom that we thought had been lost through the ages. Together, by taking 5-20 minutes to meditate/ pray  daily and if possible  8:00 PM,  so we may be able to generate positives waves of vibration that can change our world. Meditation Warriors  is a group that meditates  daily.
