Jesus said, "Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you . For there is nothing hidden which will not become manifest." Gospel of Thomas (5)
The greatest thing about meditation is the probability it could change our world. Imagine millions, if not billions of people around the world meditating, vibrating love and light. With love vibration, our positive energy resonates at a high frequency expressing our positive spiritual qualities of compassion, wisdom, gratitude and appreciation – all that inspires, empowers and enhances the earth vibration for those on the positive path.
The love vibration around the world would generate and create a positive state of consciousness, freeing us of negative thoughts and behaviors. After all we are co-creators according to the Law of One. Scientific studies has proven global meditation, focusing intention on positive changes in hearts and minds, can positively change our world.
Imagine a world with no negativity, corruption, disease, greed or war. I know,
the first thought is “impossible”. That reminds me of something that keeps coming to mind. “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” The Creator is within each of us, waiting to be awaken.
The ancients knew about meditation since 1500 BC starting as a religious practice. Eastern cultures have been using it for centuries understanding our bodies had a vital life force, a higher power known by many different names: higher self, spirit, kundli, soul, chi, prana, divine spark, and chakras. The vital life force is a sophisticated network of energy pathways, or highways, circuiting the body. Recently, science proved there are Meridians in our bodies for the flow of energy, the vital life force. Consider that meditation helps us understand this vital force and is God’s gift to all of us so we may find our way home.
It starts with us, with you. Meditation practice has countless benefits.
There are online meditation Groups supporting your meditation practices, providing ideas and concepts. Law of one practices, found in session 10.14, may be helpful in the acceleration toward the Law of One as well these seven steps.
You will remember also that in your holy work which you call the Bible, detail of the life of the one known to you as Jesus is full of times spent alone. Perhaps, my friends, you cannot find a wilderness in these crowded days, but we would ask that you consider the possible virtue of finding that silence within yourself in which you cease to follow the road of everyday life and find yourself upon the trackless desert where nothing is previously set or known. Allow yourself to listen within yourself. There is a source of love which can only speak to one who asks. The content of that speaking cannot be predicted, but there are qualities that can certainly be shared—clarity and sweetness. As you go into meditation seek for that love which is within. Do not expect the road to be already drawn for you, for the wilderness is trackless, and yet, my friends, from each meditation the way before you becomes less crowded, the road more wide and the possibilities for love more evident. – Hatonn
The impulse of the manifestation of yourself which is human has the instinct to grasp and hold those things which are perceived as being needed. There is the stretching and the reaching for enough to withstand what might occur. Yet change does not happen well to entities which are holding on to anything. What if in this instant the gravity you experience was reversed. Would you do a somersault or would you fall all over yourselves while explaining that this was impossible. How much of change is painful because it is resisted? There is in the makeup which you have supplied yourselves with a great tool; as always, we mention this tool, that being meditation. The levels upon which are lived the life are several. You see, to unite the spirit, the mind, and the body to promote that unity which appears as health, that health may be greatly aided by the frequent remembrance of the ground of being during meditation, even if it is only for a second. The various pieces of self are knitted up in that opening to the presence within that loved you before you ever hoped to love it. How precious each of you is. – Q’uo
Meditation is the new buzz word for the west and we are learning the positive benefits to our well being. Meditation can have positive effects on our lives and what we do, so let’s explore meditation and the possibilities. Meditation is defined as thinking deeply or focusing one’s mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation. Meditation is the all-embracing sense of oneness, an intimate connection to yourself and the world around you.
Based on Hindu Scripture, meditation has been practiced since 1500 BCE, starting as a religious practice. The practice spread to China and India around the fifth century BCE and other forms of Meditation developed within religions including Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity.
The bible speaks of meditation in Psalm 1:1-2 which says “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2)but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”
Could the law of the Lord be considered the same as the Law of One?
In Joshua 1:8 God tells Joshua, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”
Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
Now the Catholic Church is recognizing the benefits of meditation. As we seek and explore the truth, our past has much to offer. What are the ancients telling us about meditation?
Is there a much deeper meaning for which daily meditation practice could raise our awareness and awaken the consciousness? With countless belief systems all striving toward the same goal, meditation may be most beneficial in our endeavor to connect to our higher power. God, known by many different names in different languages, is ultimately the one Infinite Creator. Consider, within each of us we have a divine spark, our soul, spirit, the essence of our being, pure energy. Energy is made up of Chakras, centers of spiritual power in the human body, usually considered to be seven in number. Each center has a color and all seven represents a rainbow. Rainbows appear in seven colors of the spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet). Each Chakra center is controlled by emotions.
The first step is understanding our energy centers. The illustrations provides a guide for a better understanding. Based on the Law of One, our challenge is to unblock our first three chakras and develop our 4th, the heart or green ray, and 5th, the blue-ray. In session 15.12 in the “Law of One” Ra said, “The center of heart, or green ray, is the center from which third-density beings may springboard, shall we say, towards infinite intelligence. Blockages in this area may manifest as difficulties in expressing what you may call universal love or compassion.”
“The blue-ray center of energy streaming is the center which, for the first time, is outgoing as well as inpouring. Those blocked in this area may have difficulty in grasping the spirit/mind complexes of its own entity and further difficulty in expressing such understandings of self. Entities blocked in this area may have difficulties in accepting communication from other mind/body/spirit complexes.”
It goes even deeper and full understanding of the true powers of our Chakras remains a mystery to us. Father Francis V. Tiso, a Catholic priest, scholar, and writer interested in inter-religious dialogue and Tibetan Buddhism was a witness to the death of Khenpo A-chos, a Gelugpa monk of Khams who died in 1998 resulting a rainbow body or “body of light” after death. It is reported that in the last 1,200 years, there have been approximately 160,000 documented cases of people turning into literal light bodies. Rainbow bodies may be another way to ascend, the resurrection of the divine spark, soul or spirit, an energy transfer.
From a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual standpoint, the benefits of meditation are countless. Daily Meditation practice, a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes in the evening to start. Try to clear the mind for just a few minutes each day. Make it a habit and in time you will realize difference it will make
Consider that when we are born, we are being sent to school for a lifetime of learning. We have no memory of our past and through our culture, education, media and religious systems we are molded into what we are today. We have questions about God, about where did we come from, what we are doing here and where we are going. With a divine spark within us, our soul, spirit, the essence of our being, we are on a life long journey seeking the truth. It is your journey and your journey alone. Our ancestors, with different cultures, religions, and beliefs have left behind their ideas, concepts and sacred texts.
With an open mind and understanding that these ancient texts have been translated into many different languages and copied over and over by scribes, the message may have not be conveyed as intended. Let your higher self and love be your guide.
Jesus said in theGospel of Thomas, which was omitted from the New Testament, “If those who lead you say to you, ‘See, the kingdom is in the sky,’ then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, ‘It is in the sea,’ then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty.”
That is just one of many texts that are at your fingertips to explore. The Dao De Jing , Buddha,The Nag Hammadi Library, Hindu, The Master file and The Law of One just to name a few. It is your path and the best teacher is yourself. Follow your instincts. Incorporate daily meditation/prayer in your life. Look deep within and learn about yourself. You have all the answers.
Consider death as going home after school and learning whether you passed or failed. Consider, a failing grade may result in a redo. Reborned without a memory of what you have learned and you get to do it all over again.
The Law of One started with L&L Research, Don Elkins, Carla Rueckert, and James McCarty. They wanted to make contact with an extraterrestrial. This spirit, or extraterrestrial was a race complex called Ra. During the first contact Ra said “We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the patterns of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.”
The Law of One takes you on a spiritual journey revealing our purpose of existence and the consequences of our behavior. It shares some of the same concepts we learned in our religious systems but in a more metaphysical, scientific, and complex vocabulary. It is about the human race and our past, present and a glimpse into the future. Simply stated, it is about love, light, wisdom, free-will and seeking the truth. The complexity and the richness of the responses were so masterfully and skillfully crafted. If the Law of One resonates with you it will touch your soul, providing answers to the age old questions of who are we, why we are here and where are we going. There were 106 channeling sessions in a three year period discussing a variety of topics including earth’s history and its 75000 thousand year cycle. Ra answers an array of questions regarding various subjects including positive and negative paths, meditation, UFOs, Moses, Jesus, the pyramids, Atlantis, Chakras, Reincarnation and much more in scientific and spiritual terms.
Ra opens each session with the greeting “I am Ra. I greet you in the love and the light of the Infinite Creator. We communicate now.” Don would ask his questions and through Carla, Ra would respond. Throughout the 106 sessions, Ra did not provide information that would interfere with our free will. Ra always closed the session with “I am Ra. I leave this instrument in the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator. Go forth, therefore, rejoicing in the power and the peace of the One Creator. Adonai.”
In 15.7 Don asked Ra “What is the greatest service that our population on this planet could perform individually?” and Ra response was “I am Ra. There is but one service. The Law is One. The offering of self to Creator is the greatest service, the unity, the fountainhead. The entity who seeks the One Creator is with infinite intelligence. From this seeking, from this offering, a great multiplicity of opportunities will evolve depending upon the mind/body/spirit complexes’ distortions with regard to the various illusory aspects or energy centers of the various complexes of your illusion. Thus, some become healers, some workers, some teachers, and so forth.”
How you offer yourself is your choice, your path regardless your belief system or religion. Whatever helps you get closer to God is the message, and look within yourself for the truth. L/L Research has a wealth of information in their website.
The Law of One may provide insight to each reader based on their personal experiences. The Ra material may not be for everyone, but with an open mind, the study of the Law of One may answer many questions for anyone seeking the truth. The topics are broad and one of the best ways to explore is to go to the Law of One information page and search terms you find interesting. Another good source to learn is to follow Scott Mandelker, PHD. He has studied the Law of One for years and provides his understanding and breakdown of each session on YouTube.
Have you ever wonder where all the religions originated and why?
Consider that our universe is timeless with one infinite Creator. The infinite Creator sent prophets to spread the message of love and helping others with the understanding there is one Infinite Creator. Religions were started based on a message from the Creator through Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Muhammad, Tao Tzu and other ancient Sages, Mystics and prophets in different times and places. Man, in all their wisdom expanded the message to meet their needs and that is what we have today.
We all have beliefs from our culture, where there are few or no facts. What we have been taught is so ingrained, it is difficult to look beyond these teaching for answers. In seeking the truth, one should look past cultural beliefs to get a fundamental understanding why we are here and to gain some insight of where we may be going.
We are all spiritual beings on a journey. We have free will and should trust our instincts to make the choices of what we want to believe or dismiss.
The Law of One provides insight on many subjects: why we are here, where we are going; Moses, Jesus, the pyramids, Atlantis and the 7 chakras to name a few. All religions are equal, one is no better than the other. With an open mind, the study of the Law of One may answer many questions. The Law of One could have been the one true message that resulted in religions as we know them today.
Spirituality is diminishing religion and religion is trying to adapt to spirituality. We have all struggled with the difference between the two paths. That is the reason for free will.
Growing up on a farm in a small rural Christian community in Midwest US no doubt shaped my values and belief system and not from a positive perspective. I learned at a very young age that we all die. I was also taught that the only way to heaven was to follow the beliefs of my church or otherwise burn in hell forever. This did not seem right to me even at a young age and that was the beginning of my journey to seek the truth.
Religion is a system of certain beliefs, rules, and rituals that brings communities together socially. Additionally, it provides a foundation of understanding to that community regarding how they should live, worship, and achieve eternal life. There are around 4200 different religions worldwide with different belief systems.
Unlike religion, Spirituality looks outside the box with no boundaries or dogma. It is about free will, love, compassion, joy and service to others; it is specific to each individual with no set rules, beliefs or rituals. It is a personal journey to connect with our creator. Spirituality is unique to each person, but generally it could be defined as seeking to share the love of the Creator as it is known to one’s inner self. Is that the yearning that has been missing in our lives or the feeling that we were destined to do something? Maybe you are meant to do something. Pay attention and you will be surprised what you will see.
Dr. Andrew Newburg, Director of Research at the Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, provided insight into our spiritual brains. His research included how our brain changes after analyzing brain scans of people in prayer, meditation, rituals and various trance states. One of his many conclusions is that the main reason God won’t go away is because our brains won’t allow God to leave. Our brains are set up in such a way that God and religion become among the most powerful tools for helping the brain do its thing—self-maintenance and self-transcendence.
Most of us are seeking. Jesus said in the Book of Thomas “Let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule over the All.”
There is a movement shaking the ground we walk upon today. I’m not speaking of a movement for change, but a movement of change. This change is not positive nor is it conducive to a happy healthy world. We no longer reach out a hand to help but reach out a hand to hurt. Our words are no longer meant to comfort but meant to slash and belittle. Our hearts no longer hurt for those in pain or those who cannot help themselves; as they are too full of hatred and anger or indifference.
Yet in all this bleakness a light shines, the light of our children. An eight (8) year old boy who sees his friend unable to eat a hot lunch at school because he had no funds raises money to feed 3000 students hot meals daily at school. A thirteen (13) year old girl begins making fleece blankets to send to orphanages around the world after her brother, who served as a missionary, came home to tell his family stories of the children suffering; there are now children in ten (10) states participating in her program. A ten (10) year old girl who, after visiting her grandmother in a nursing home, starts a band that serenades the elderly to show them they have not been forgotten. Children around the world are paying it forward; making a difference in hopes of making a better world.
As parents we hold our children close, teaching and molding them into the adults of tomorrow; yet today we find we have as much to learn from them as they do from us. As adults we have become cold, callous and indifferent to our neighbors and our world. We close our doors at night locking ourselves in and the rest of the world out. Unfortunately, along with the locked doors we have locked our hearts as well.
It is time for a new movement, a movement of love, compassion, caring, and appreciation. A movement that brings a tear to our eyes again, that rattles our soul and envelopes our hearts with more happiness than we could ever imagine. The change our world needs begins with us.
To each of us I challenge to Pay It Forward, smile and hold the door open for a stranger, check on your elderly neighbor, reach the top shelf for someone at a grocery store, hold a child’s hand to comfort, pay for a meal for someone who otherwise would not eat, smile at strangers for no reason. Close your mind and live through your heart, be the person to others that you would find comfort in yourself.
The Native Americans had it right when it comes to our home, mother earth.

The way of the Warrior reminds us we have a responsibility to mother earth. Our home is being ravaged from the land, air and sea. Join us and become a Meditation Warriorand with just 15 minutes a day in the privacy of your home, not only to you help yourself, but our home, mother earth.
Here we are, in this moment of time, where the people of the Mother Earth need to come together to save our home. As a whole the human race, regardless of spirituality or religion, should honor and cherish Mother Earth; however, we have failed as stewards of the earth. Followers of religion make up 85% of the earth’s population. Mother Earth gives us life, provides food and water, and cleans the air we breathe with trees and plants. She provides us with every opportunity to live in harmony with our families, friends and nature. So if 85% of the world population has spiritual and religious values why are we not doing our job as stewards? Mother Earth is being polluted daily. Corruption at the highest levels causes pollution to our lands and waters, poisoning the air we breathe, the food we eat and killing all nature in its wake. Ocean life and bees are dying, species are being driven to extinction. We are told what they want us to believe and like slaves, we think we have no choice but to listen as they continue another day of onslaught of Mother Earth. If we don’t act, then Mother Earth will be destroyed. Earth Warrior, a term you may have never heard, is emerging and you can be part of it. It has already started, listen to the video Earth Warrior.
We live in a time where we can communicate with each other instantly across the world. We live in a time where Mother Earth needs us. That is not a coincidence. This is our moment. The way we can save Mother Earth and all life therein, is to create a new way of life; with love, gratitude, appreciation, compassion and caring for our home. We need earth warriors, people that will take this endeavor seriously and be part of the change. No experience required and no age limit, all peoples of the world are being asked to participate. Mass meditation is the Way. Jesus, Krishna, Buddha and Tao Tzu all spoke of the Way in our ancient texts.
In the Dialogue of the Savior Judas asked Jesus, “How do we find the Way?” Jesus answered, “By developing love and compassion.”
Krishna said in the Bhagavad Gita, “Those who find the Way are those who have love and forgiveness in their heart.”
Buddha said in the Dhammapada, “No one can understand the Way unless they have pure hearts.”
Tao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching, “The perfect man is one whose sins are forgiven. He becomes the way.
The way for the human race to save Mother Earth is to meditate and/or pray at the same time each day with the same intention. But for now, we need you, your friends and everyone in your family to have the will and commitment to save our home, Mother Earth. Meditation can be learned by anyone in the family and you can do it every night at 8:00 PM in the comfort of your home. Consider it training for the big event when we spread continuous love, gratitude, appreciation, compassion and caring all over the world. Mother Earth needs all peoples from all walks of life to join together to save our home.
Meditation and/or prayer is beneficial to your overall health and well being. It will change your life and save our home. We are at war and our only weapon is us, the 85%. We have a divine spark within us that once ignited will save and create the world that all want to live.
It is time for all people and all religions, including Christian, Judaism, Muslim, Hindu, Taoism and Buddhism to name a few, to come together for a common cause. This is not what our creator intended, and as stewards of the earth, we have failed. Our ancestors, different cultures, religions, and beliefs have so much to offer and we are told to seek the truth. The earth is our home and we all have responsibility to save it from this destruction. We are not different races, but one race, the human race, with a divine spark within us. If we ignite that spark we can save ourselves and the world we live.
“For the Muslim, humankind’s role on earth is that of a Khalifah – vicegerent or trustee of Allah. We are Allah’s stewards and agents on Earth. We are not masters of this Earth; it does not belong to us to do what we wish. It belongs to Allah and He has entrusted us with its safekeeping.” –His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Omar Naseef
“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.” –Buddha
Are you willing to walk the path, the Way, as our ancients have so eloquently spoken? Are you willing to be an earth warrior for our homes’ survival? Are you willing to work to free the world to defeat the onslaught of Mother Earth before it is to late? If so, go to Meditation Warrior to learn about meditation and get in the habit of meditating every evening at 8:00 PM your time. Then you will have an opportunity to move to the next level.
The Ankh Cross represents life , male and female, balance, zest, joy of life, energy and love for Mother Earth. From the spiritual point of view the ankh represented the key to all hidden knowledge. We all have have a great power within us, we just have to discover it through Meditation and prayer.
You can help by either joining us at Meditation Warrior or follow Inspirations.
