Fear is a control mechanism that lowers our frequency. It is negative energy that can lower our immune system resulting in illness and disease.
President Franklin D Roosevelt said “There is nothing to fear but fear itself”. We should contemplate that saying and realize we create by what we think, which affects our emotions and actions, creating our reality.
Consider unconditional love as the opposite of fear. Love is a positive energy with unlimited possibilities. Imagine our world if it was full of love and compassion instead of fear and control.
