HAARP - (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) H.A.A.R.P. is a geophysical weapon so powerful, it is a weapon of mass destruction using Weather modification & manipulation.

On January 15, 1981 contact was made by an advanced extraterrestrial or social memory complex from the 6th dimension to a Group at L/L Research. The group was Don Elkins, a former Physics Professor and Airline pilot, Carla Rueckert, a devoted Christian; , and James McCarty, the Scribe and sole survivor today. The contact was made so the group could ask questions and Ra would answer the question as long as it did not infringe on freewill. The group recorded and documented over 2360 questions and answers in 106 sessions from 1981 to 1984. Answers were given in a scientific and metaphysical vocabulary. Of particular interest is the question and answer related the above video and the events in Ukraine with Russia. The question was asked on August 8, 1981.

Another interesting question related to weather patterns was asked and answered by Ra.

Conspiracy Theory of Everything ~ The Keys to Ultimate Power

It is not a conspiracy theory if it true. We all have been made to believe the geoengineering was just a conspiracy theory and we told it was just clouds or contrails. We now know chemtrails or geoengineering is sprayed by aircraft to spread out and block the sunlight, called Sunshade geoengineering. All of us, including the deniers, breathe the aerosols sprayed which seemed to be continuous, but in recent months have slowed down drastically. All of this is under the pretense of global warming in order to control the weather. It has not been reported by fake MSM for years for a reason. They do not want public uproar, but the meantime people are sicker today than ever before.

According to the Global Burden of Disease study in 2013 there are only about 4 percent of people worldwide had no health problems while a third, about 2.3 billion people, had more than five health problems. Infectious diseases are spreading around the world faster than ever, says the World Health Organization, and new diseases are emerging at the unprecedented rate of one a year.

People are taking notice. Robert Lee, a concerned citizen and U.S. Marine veteran who owns and operates Rockingham Guns and Ammo wrote “Chemtrails: What are they spraying” in the Richmond County Daily Journal. Even more disturbing, deep stater and former CIA Director John O.Brennan, talked openly about Geoengineering, at the Council Of Foreign Relations , 29th June 2016. There is an extensive list of geoengineering patents starting in 1981. Companies are making a business out of geoengineering and there is a long list. Money does seem to the root of all evil.

Dane Wigington has been sounding the alarm for years about Geoengineering, but has been labeled as a conspiracy theorist, a name used to label people to ensure others do not listen or pay attention. Dane said with each passing day the transformation of our world is accelerating, the human race is pushing our once thriving planet past the point of no return.

Many are beginning to realize Ivy league schools may be part of the problem, not part of the solution. Harvard scientists launched one of the largest research programs into “solar geoengineering,” a controversial technique involving the injection of aerosols into the stratosphere with the goal of cooling the planet and reversing climate change. Professor David Keith admits many thousands will die from Harvard Solar Geoengineering Program 2018. David Keith, on the Colbert Report, and on Ted Talk spreading the Conspiracy of Global warming. Bill Gates , with all his push to vaccinate the planet for COVID19, also backs climate scientists lobbying for large-scale geoengineering and the UK House of Commons Science and Technology Committee wrote a regulation for geoengineering in 2010.

Experiments with the HAARP Ionospheric Heater, which is discussed in the video above is basically a particle beam, uses a high-energy beam of atomic or subatomic particles to damage the target by disrupting its atomic or molecular structure.

Geoengineering is being conducted based on the global warming conspiracy. It is a wonderful excuse for doing things that they want to do under the pretense of saving the planet. Even more dangerous are those with hidden political agenda. So lets review the facts.

This graph depicts changes in ice temperature during the last several glacial-interglacial cycles and comparison to changes in global ice volume. Over the past thousand years temperature changes have and did occur, a normal cycle for our planet.
