Our Spiritual Eye, the Pineal Gland and More

According to Science,  the pineal gland is the body’s internal clock and according to our ancient teachers, it is for our spiritual development. The pineal gland, is a pine-cone shaped gland of the endocrine system is near the center of the brain. It is said that the pinecone was revered by ancient pagan people as the fruit or seed of the evergreen, a symbol which is connected to ideas of eternal life. It has also been considered a phallic symbol for its shape and role in creating life. The pinecone is a symbol which can be found in many ancient civilizations and cultures around the world.See the source image

The pineal gland regulates the body’s circadian rhythms and produces and secretes the hormone melatonin. Circadian rhythms are the daily rhythms of the body, including signals that make someone feel tired, sleep, wake up, and feel alert; around the same time each day. The circadian rhythms also plays a crucial role in many other biological processes, such as hormone secretion, cardiovascular health, glucose homeostasis, and body temperature regulation. Energy balance is one of the most important cornerstones of metabolic processes, whereas energy imbalance is associated with many diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, to name a few. Out of balance could mean sleeping too much or too little, feeling active and restless in the middle of the night, or feeling sleepy at unusual times.

Another interesting discovery related to the neurons in our brain that may provide a better understanding of our third eye. Neurons have the ability to produce photons of light, known as “biophotons”.

See the source image

They are capable of communicating through light. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the biophoton fields are closely related and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness. It might have Interdimensional qualities acting as a packet of information. It seems biophotons interact with our DNA. Perhaps that is what Jesus was saying in the Gospel of Thomas when he said, If they say to you, “Where have you come from?” say to them, “We have come from the light, from the place where the light came into being by itself, established itself, and appeared in their image.”

Based on our ancient teachers, the third eye or the 6th chakra, when activated, leads one to higher realms of consciousness. Ancient traditions knew of the pineal or third eye and all its mysteries. They knew of the pineal role in our spiritual development and communication with spiritual beings. Within Taoist self cultivation, the third eye, known as Ancestral Cavity, is located between and behind the eyes and serves as the cavity of profound and ancient knowledge and can be accessed through meditation and contemplation.

In Buddhism, the third eye refers to Eye of Consciousness, seeing the world beyond physical eyes. In Hinduism the third eye is the eye of spiritual wisdom and knowledge.

The third eye is mentioned in Matthew 6:22 when Jesus said, “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.”

in Genesis 32:30, So Jacob named the place Peniel, for he said, “I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been preserved.”

When You are AWAKE, You will realize, WE are the LIGHT, WE are the TRUTH, We are the WAY, We are CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS, the second coming of CHRIST.  We are ONE!

In the Law of One, the third eye, the indigo-ray or 6th chakra is our gateway to connect with Infinite Intelligence. In order to connect, we have to unblock our energy centers, by dealing with the negative and positive emotions that has shaped our lives and freeing the pathways for the flow of energy.

Our pineal gland is already active. We all have some degree of intuition or discernment, a sense of knowing that will expand the more we unblock our energy centers and more energy begins to flow. The the pineal gland will grow stronger and may even awaken the Kundalini.

The light in the body is the single eye, our pineal gland, in the middle of the forehead seen in deep meditation, our gateway and connection to Infinite intelligence. We can perceive through our pineal gland, our spiritual eye, the love and light of the One Infinite Creator. By fixing the vision of the two eyes at the point between the eyebrows in the interiorized concentration of meditation, one can focus the positive negative optical energy of the right and left eyes and unite the currents in the sign eye of the divine light. The more we practice, the more the body and mind inwardly illumined with astral light and wisdom, receives indescribable joy and unending guidance of divine wisdom.

The narrative is crumbling. Something bad and big is going on.

Of the world’s 7 billion people, approximately 84 percent of the world population go to churches, synagogues, temples, monasteries, mosques and other places to seek divine guidance. One core belief of all religions  is love, compassion, wisdom and service to others. Regardless of  religious affiliation, our moral compass keeps us on a positive path seeking the truth, the truth that will set us free.  Using our beliefs and religion as a springboard,  we strive to have a loving relationship with something greater than ourselves. Each of us have our own understanding of “the concept of God” from our belief systems.  332c1b4e1fcc36309b4d93f710ed16fd

Consider God as Divine Universal Energy, Infinite Intelligence encompassing all.  We live in two inseparable worlds, the physical and metaphysical. Most do not pay attention to the metaphysical world because of all the distractions of the physical world.  Perhaps the distractions of the world have been created to wake up humanity to bring Divine Energy back into our lives.

When You are AWAKE, You will realize, WE are the LIGHT, WE are the TRUTH, We are the WAY, We are CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS, the second coming of CHRIST.  We are ONE!

See the source imageHaving a relationship with the Divine  is the same as loving our families, friends, as well as everyone in the world, even our enemies. We have to learn the ways of love using  our  thoughts, emotions and actions. We help others in our own way. We pray, meditate and contemplate for guidance from the Divine to show us the way based on our understanding.  The Divine is always present, all we have to do is believe, ask for guidance, be thankful for this moment in time,  and be patient.  One day,  we will all come together as in the video below.

The Wisdom of Nature

The way of the natural world can give us guidance for our human lives
By Tatiana Denning

“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.” —John Muir

Ah, nature. It’s a balm for the spirit and an education for the soul.

It has nurtured a wealth of poetry and literature, inspired some of the most treasured works of art, and moved musicians to create soul-stirring compositions.

Take Beethoven, for example, who is said to have developed a love of nature in his youth, enjoying strolls along the Rhine River with his father. Despite losing his mother at a young age, having a father who was an alcoholic, and starting to lose his hearing at the age of 28, Beethoven created some of the most beautiful music the world has ever known—with nature often acting as his inspiration. Nature spoke, and Beethoven listened, translating what he heard into music.

“No one can love the country as much as I do,” he said. “For surely woods, trees, and rocks produce the echo which man desires to hear.”

Nature nourishes the soul, inspires us to dream, and grants us a nightly magical wish upon a star.

As Haruki Murakami said, “Not just beautiful, though—the stars are like the trees in the forest, alive and breathing. And they’re watching me.”

Yet when its inescapable fury manifests, nature can humble us, instilling a sense of awe and respect. Despite technological advancements, modern science can only understand nature in small parcels and points—its immense intertwined complexity is beyond our ability to quantify or control.

Nature’s beauty and power also contain valuable lessons.

Going With the Flow

Nature has its own rhythm, its own ebb and flow. Everything is accomplished in just the way it should be and at just the right time. It exists in a state of interconnectedness and interdependence, and every cell and molecule has a role to play.

As Blaise Pascal said, “The least movement is of importance to all nature. The entire ocean is affected by a pebble.”

Nature moves in cascades, with each element impacting the next. And should any one thing fail to fulfill its role, the whole will be affected.

Nature doesn’t resist, nor does it look for the easy way out. It’s simple and effortless, existing in a state of ease and harmony with the universe. We see examples of this wherever we look, from the migration of birds with the change of seasons to the babbling brook meandering along its destined path.

Our lives also have a path that naturally unfolds before us. When we find ourselves complaining, wishing things were different, and fighting to make things go a certain way, we might be missing the best course available to us. When we can’t accept our life as it is, we misalign ourselves with reality. The first step in charting a prosperous course is to seek harmony with the way things are.

Of course, there are times when something is truly wrong. And just as the mother bear will challenge any threat to her cubs, there are times when we must resist deadly infringement. And just as there are times when the weather grows too hot and the leaves wither, there are times we’ll suffer and must endure. But if we find ourselves in a state of steady resentment, we may be seeking conflict instead of cooperation.

The things we push will push back against us. While we may appear to be in conflict with the outside world, often we’re really in conflict with ourselves.

When we understand that the things we encounter can help us grow, our fear, resistance, and urge to control can transform into faith, trust, and surrender. Our hearts can become lighter, and we can find calm acceptance and gratitude.

Change Is a Part of Life

Change is inevitable and impossible to avoid. It’s a constant in nature and ubiquitous: Day gives way to night, summer gives way to fall, and the clouds give way to the sun.

Just as the caterpillar changes into a butterfly and water can become vapor or ice, we, too, are ever-changing, through infancy, to adulthood, and into old age.

Lao Tzu said, “If you realize that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to. If you are not afraid of dying, there is nothing you cannot achieve.”

Fear of change, as Lao Tzu pointed out, can interfere with our progress. Rather than fearing and resenting change, if we can engage it with interest and something we can expect, it can engage us with life.

Because things are ever-changing, it’s a waste of energy to try to resist. To attach ourselves to anything as it currently exists is foolhardy. Nothing stays unchanged and nothing lasts forever—whether it be a house, the stars in the sky, or who we are at this moment.

Only by letting go and accepting change are we free to learn and grow. Being tied to things as they are will only keep us mired in misery, and act as a weight to prevent us from elevating. Though we aren’t granted foresight, what we fear letting go of may actually be replaced by something more wonderful.

As Chuang Tzu (another famous Daoist) once said, “Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.”

Hardships Make Us Stronger

Hardships come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Things in nature must endure their own form of hardship, as spring gives way to winter, or a storm destroys everything in its path. Despite such hardship, nature doesn’t complain, nor does it give up. It pushes through, and before long, the first blade of grass appears, in an act of perseverance.

Nature doesn’t try to avoid difficulties, nor does it force things to go its own way. Even in a storm, the willow tree doesn’t resist the harsh winds—it bends, but doesn’t break—it’s flexible and resilient. It lives in the moment, accepts the challenge, and rises up to meet it.

Like the willow, we must persevere. And most importantly, we must look for the lesson and opportunity to grow.

As counselor Craig Lounsbrough said, “Without mountains, we might find ourselves relieved that we can avoid the pain of the ascent, but we will forever miss the thrill of the summit. And in such a terribly scandalous trade-off, it is the absence of pain that becomes the thief of life.”

As we encounter hardship, we’re tempered. We learn how to endure, be patient, and have tolerance. We learn adaptability and resilience, we grow stronger, and we learn gratitude. We learn that, without the storm, we wouldn’t appreciate the calm.

Though it may take time to see it, there’s always something profoundly positive in any hardship. And as the saying goes, it’s not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.

2020 the year of Vision

Have you thought about why the year 2020 has been such an eye opener for the world?  Perhaps we should consider the year 2020, the year of vision, our wake-up call. It is an opportunity to see what is right before our eyes. Our hearts have grown callous, we do YhxotEoBQjADpmtqMZkkkCnot really listen with our ears. We have closed our eyes and hearts to the truth. Otherwise we might see and hear what is right in front of us. When we begin to understand with our hearts, then our healing process begins.

We have ravaged Mother Earth with chemicals and pollution.  There is not a person on the planet that has not contributed. There has never been a time in our history, as we know it, when negative and positive energies have been so prevalent. It is not just Mother For+there+is+nothing+hidden+that+will+not+be+disclosed,+and+nothing+concealed+that+will+not+be+known+or+brought+out+into+the+open.Earth trying to wake up humanity, but also the Universe. Most are living only in the physical world, unaware of the spiritual world, not realizing how our thoughts, emotions and actions create our reality. When we live in fear, anger and despair, we are creating negative energies and all of us are responsible for the world we live it.

Humanity has not nurture and cared for Mother Earth or our fellow beings.  It seems we have forgotten that all living entities such as plants, animals, and humans possess universal energy.  That energy is the source of the circulating life force whose existence and properties are the basis of much Hindu and Chinese philosophy and medicine, known as prana or qi.

Covid19 is our catalyst to wake up and discover our true selves and realize we been c6057005cde47db5279d8a604e1d6fb1enslaved by our belief systems. Since birth we have been indoctrinated by our culture, religions, education and even our political systems. We have been programmed to believe we are limited when, in reality, the only limitations we have is what we put on ourselves. We each have a divine gift of discernment, to distinguish spiritual truth.  The Source, Universal Energy, what we understand as God, gave Jesus the power to heal. That Divine Source lives within each of us.  In John 14:12 Jesus said “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father”. Jesus message is clear. If we believe his message then we can do the same works as him.

We are eternal beings on a very long spiritual journey. This life, this dimension, is just one school for us to learn the ways of love and wisdom. Not only are we attempting within each incarnation to balance and learn, but these lessons, as we call them, go on f527c9b5b27d119b2d8b13e8715f0baa--spirituality-lawfor millions of years based on our limited understanding. Each, reaching higher a dimension, graduating, then moving on until we unite with the Divine Source. It is important to understand that uniting with the Divine Source, means uniting in love with the Divine. The Divine Source is, love, the state of love. In order to unite, we have to transform ourselves into Love. The degree of transformation of one self, the level of consciousness, into the energy of emotional love and wisdom, is the measure of one’s spiritual evolution.

The world is not as it seems and this is our time to wake up and realize we are co-creators of our reality. The world is changing before our very eyes and it is a show you do not want to miss.

Creating Our Reality

We all feel it and know there is something far greater than ourselves, a divine presents urging us to move forward, to know our true-selves, to explore all the possibilities.

Individually, we can discover our true-selves by releasing the old ways and allowing the divine energy to be our guide. According to the Law of One we all have several guides available. Two of these guides are the polarity of male and female and the third is god-often-moves-in-mysterious-waysandrogynous representing a more unified mental power. The signs are unique to each person. It is important to recognize the polarity, positive and negative entities providing the signs or messages. For those who are seeking the truth, the signs may be more noticeable such as thoughts, emotions, dreams, numerology, music, sensations of the body and nature just to name a few. It is not about recognition of their powers, but a reminder of our divine power. Free will of the individual is paramount, and any guidance may be seen in either the positive or negative polarity depending upon the choice of the individual. The power  is available to all and it starts with realizing the power within.  We are creating  our reality with imagination, visualization and the power of our thoughts, emotions and actions.

Imagine the power of  Meditation.  It has been proven from a scientific perspective, 72127554_1397073520458136_1438555366869696512_ngroup meditation called “Maharishi Effect,” reduces crime.  So much so that Merseyside, England, went from being third highest recorded crime rate to the lowest-ranked city in England during the time of group meditation. Other cities around the world had similar effects when groups of people meditated at the same time each day. In physics that affect is referred to the unified field theory (UFT), waves of vibration flow from everything in the universe affecting the collective consciousness. It should be noted the Maharishi Effect was the only meditation method that was studied. There is no right or wrong way to meditate, only your way.

Whatever method of mediation method used, the late Dr. Valerie V. Hunt, scientist, author, lecturer and Professor Emeritus of Physiological Science at the University of placeboCalifornia confirmed electromagnetic energy is the most plentiful constant energy of our universe. It is a part of all structures living and dead, including the atmosphere. We create electromagnetic energies in the atoms of our living cells, which we enhance by the reaction with the atmospheric energy field. We know this expanded energy field as the human aura. Without this biofield life would not exist and there would be only an inner biochemical mix. Dr. Hunt was involved in research that is uncovering the various dimensions involved in the bioenergetic transactions between humans and the environment as they relate to human behaviors, emotions, health, illness, and disease, as well as scientifically quantifying the human aura and the levels of consciousness it contains.

Consider the possibility of  humanity joining together for a world wide meditation once a week on designated day, at your own time and in your own way ie,  group meditations, your religious affiliation or simply going to your sacred space.   When we allow God’s 95581344_137027724593315_8226649378882846720_nlove and light shine through us, we are allowing divine energy to work  and raise the global consciousness so we will create the change we wish to see in our world. “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” Are we the meek? Is it our time to inherit the earth? Or, have we always inherited the earth and just now awakening?

Get in the meditation habit and get in touch with the Divine. Rekindle the wisdom that has been lost through the ages. By just taking 5-20 minutes of meditative prayer, you will learn of the divine presence and be able to generate positives waves of vibration that can change our world. Meditation Warriors  is a group that provides guidance.

We already know in our hearts there is a power within us, but lack of  wisdom or knowledge to understand. Our Ancient teachers provide some insight. According to the Parallel Sayings by Richard Hooper:

“Wisdom and Knowledge find those with a pure heart,” Jesus, Dialogue of the Savior.

“I abide in hearts out of compassion replacing ignorance and darkness with a shining lamp.” Krishna, Bhagavad Gita.

“Choosing the path of wisdom, become aware of those things which lead you forward, and those things which hold you back.” Buddha

“Perfect wisdom comes spontaneously to those who seek it.” Lao Tzu, Chang Tzu

The Great Realisation

The coronavirus has brought the greatest spiritual awakening the world has ever known and we are all part of it. It has affected people of all walks of life, every religion, every country and every person in some way. The awakening is unique to each individual. We begin to realize the world is not as it seems and the physical and metaphysical worlds are inseparable.

We are faced with a barrage of information trying to decipher the truth affecting each of us emotionally. We are in a battle between positive and negative energy. Our emotions generate energy creating our reality and the world we live in. COVID19 has created negative energy around the world. Neighbors turning in neighbors for not complying with the quarantine, others harassing those for not wearing a mask, mandatory vaccines vs free will, people are not aloud to gather in their religious practices, number of COVID 19 deaths being skewed or inflated to instill fear in the population. This is just some of the examples taking place creating a world of control, fear, anger, stress and greed.

On the other hand, the shutdown of industries across the world has shown how the earth is healing herself. Beginning on 25 March, 2020 the level of particle pollution considered most harmful to human health fell by nearly 60 per cent in New Delhi, India’s capital, according to an analysis by experts at the nonprofit Centre for Science and Environment. In other parts of India, the Himalayan mountain range is visible from a distance for the first time in years. Waterways choked by industrial pollution, such as Delhi’s Yamuna River, full of grey foam just months ago, are flowing unimpeded. CBS news reported on April, 11, 2020, “Just as suddenly as it first formed, a record-breaking ozone hole has healed. The largest ozone hole to ever open up over the Arctic is now closed, after first opening up earlier this spring”. Other cities around the world air quality has improved with the shutdown. The great realization tells us how we have treated our home, mother earth in the past and now is the time to evaluate how we live in the future.

The great awakening knows that love is the one emotion that will overcome all. It is about cultivating love in everything you do. Jesus said love your neighbor as you love yourself. According to the Law of One, our purpose on earth is to learn to balance love and wisdom and be of service to others. Within us all is a divine spark, some may refer to it as the Christ Consciousness and together it will be a collective consciousness. The awakening starts with the mind and the realization of the power within, a change from traditional thinking. It is just you, your higher self with help from Infinite Intelligence. The more divine energy of Love you generate, the more the awakening takes place not only you but collectively we can heal mother earth and we become one. It is time for people of all religions to understand the only thing that will save us is ourselves. It is a global event that you do do not want to miss. In your own way, from your heart, pray, meditate and contemplate and bring God back into your life. You have free-will to choose by loving others as you love yourself, treat others as you would like to be treated, help those who need help. This is a wonderful start. Know the divine power within and be part of the great awakening.

Important Life Lessons to Live by Everyday

We are all subject to three types of diseases that affect the body, mind and Spirit and all are interrelated. Disease normally occurs during recurring negative thoughts, emotions and actions. We know the Law of Karma, we reap what we sow. The body is affected by bacteria, virus and an array of toxins in our foods and environment. Our bodies suffer from pain that needs physical healing. Our minds are susceptible to infection by fear, worries, anger, greed, selfishness, jealousy, and judging, just to name of few, which requires mental healing. Our spirit is haunted by the disease of forgetting our true nature which causes man to forget their perfect divine nature and focus on the physical world and not the spiritual world. Ignorance creates imbalances between body, mind and spirit.

The healing process begins when we seek the truth and connect to the divine. Divine Energy flows with love and wisdom. When we love others as we love ourselves; love and connect to nature; be of service to others and are mindful of our thoughts, emotions and actions, the healing process will begin. Prayer, meditation, contemplation and gratitude is part of the healing process. It is your journey and Universal Intelligence, known as God is closer than your heartbeat and connects us all.

A Spiritual Perspective on COVID-19

God just sent us all to our rooms!!! We are living in a historical moment that is providing many lessons and one lesson should be the world is not as it seems and our physical and spiritual worlds are inseparable. Another lesson is how easy it is to control the masses through media. We are all taking part and involved in a psychological warfare. Call it good vs evil, unnamed (1)or positive vs negative, we are all pawns in a game of chess. The COVID-19 is a tool  being used for control. It does not matter what religion or political party you are affiliated with, this affects humanity as a whole all over the world.

It is not the pandemic that will define us, but how we treat each other. Will we define humanity through love and compassion, or allow the pandemic to define us with fear and hate. What we think is what we become. It is a personal choice for each to decide to trust that there is something greater than ourselves; or allow the negative emotions take control. God works in mysterious ways and may even work through those we believe are unworthy.

From a spiritual perspective, it can be used as a catalyst for those to decide who they really are, or what they want to be, either positive or negative. Ask yourself, are you living in fear, despair and hate or in love and compassion while helping others. People of all walks of life, regardless of belief system including Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist or Atheist, we are all one people living on god-often-moves-in-mysterious-waysearth to learn the ways of love and wisdom. Perhaps this is our time to unite and support one another instead of living in fear, spewing hate and discontent.

God dwells in each of us, closer than your heartbeat also known as Infinite Intelligence; All you have to do is pause, take a breath and smell the roses. Slow the mind  and connect in your own way.  Contemplation, meditation and prayer can provide the gateway to reach the divine.

The COVID-19  has slowed people down all over the world and we can see Mother Earth heal before our very eyes.  The streets of Italy has all but ceased, but Italians aren’t letting fear of this pandemic keep them from one of the simplest joys in life, music.  During this same time Air pollution has dropped in Italy and other places in Europe.

In China carbon dioxide levels have dropped drastically showing show Mother Earth is repairing herself because businesses, cars and planes are minimizing the pollutants they create.

Water in Venice canals goes crystal clear amidst coronavirus lockdown _XNYOp0p

These are just a few examples how the earth is healing since God sent us to our room in a very short time.

Perhaps the quarantine is a way for us to take time and reflect how our presence affects not only those around us but the planet as a whole.  We have come to a pivotal moment  in our spiritual evolution human.  We have been sent to our room for a reason; to 73069819_10157688204618288_8520690656807485440_ncontemplate how our thoughts, emotions and actions are creating our reality, especially doing psychological warfare.  Are your creating a reality of  Love, compassion and helping others, taking care of Mother Earth or hate, greed and control of others, while  destroying the planet for profit.  Only you will find  the answers;  look within your for the answers, Infinite Intelligences is right there all you have to do is listen.  You are the only one than make those decisions.

Messages from Our Guides

Quotes-About-Planting-Seeds-For-Life-02The signs we receive from our guides will be unique to each person. It is important to recognize the polarity, positive and negative entities providing messages. The key is to pay attention. For those who are seeking the truth the signs may be more noticable. Common signs would be dreams, numerology ringing or buzzing in the left or right ear.

I had two dreams I will share with you. I have been seeking the truth for quite some time. For two nights in a row, I had the same dream, it was simply a tune that sounded faintly familiar, but no lyrics. It was driving me crazy so I started listening to songs and two days later finally found it, Lonesome Loser.

unnamedAnother dream was a woman wrapped up like a mummy, limping and walked to me and said, this is what love does to you. Both dreams were talking about love and how it hurts.

Numerology is a common sign, 111, 222, etc, are considered wake up calls. It is a language of its own and eventually, if you pay attention, you begin to understand.

Nature is a big thing for me. An Eagle flying over and a white dove sitting on my house c4064395220043c3da33dd21256ac170which I have never seen before. Owls and hawks being more active during some of my thoughts. While in the garden, contemplating and wondering if I am on right track, I would see a dragonfly until I had my answer and then it would disappear. Tones in the left or right ears during my thoughts occur often. Again, these are just some of my signs that I have experienced.

Our thoughts create our emotions that may result in action. That is why it is important to have love and compassion in your heart and a little wisdom does not hurt. Our guides are just trying to keep us straight during our life journeyDiscernment will help you to determine the polarity of the signs you receive. Remember, pay attention and you will realize the world is not as it seems.
