Milwaukee Officials Sued in Zuckerberg-Related Election Bribery Case

Milwaukee’s acting mayor, former mayor, and city clerk have been accused of being involved in an election bribery scheme for accepting election-assistance money from a Mark Zuckerberg-funded activist group in the 2020 election cycle, according to a legal complaint filed withPriscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg attend the 2020 Breakthrough Prize Red Carpet at NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, Calif., on Nov. 3, 2019. The 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin was heavily litigated and is being investigated by the state Legislature. Wisconsin Republicans claim the election process was corrupt and fraud-ridden and have proposed decertifying the results even though they admit that doing so would not remove Joe Biden from the presidency.

The legal action comes after 16 states have enacted legislation to ban or regulate the acceptance and use of private funds by public election officials.

“We can’t undo the wrongs of the 2020 election,” said attorney Erick Kaardal, special counsel at the Thomas More Society, a nationwide public interest law firm that filed the complaint March 23.

“But it is incumbent upon us to ensure that the corruption that infected Wisconsin’s voting process is rooted out and that the state’s election integrity is preserved. Wisconsin’s voters deserve to know the truth and they need to be assured that the corruption has been eliminated, allowing for fair and honest elections from this point forward.”

Facebook founder Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, supporters of President Joe Biden and Democratic Party candidates, grabbed headlines during the 2020 election cycle by giving about $400 million to the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL).

In 2016, then-candidate Donald Trump, a Republican, beat Democrat Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin by 22,748 votes. But in 2020 Joe Biden, a Democrat, beat Trump in the state by 20,608 votes, according to Ballotpedia figures. Critics claim the assistance provided by CTCL to Milwaukee and other heavily Democratic cities in the state may have put Biden over the top.

According to the Thomas More Society, the legal complaint details efforts by the Chicago-based CTCL “to usurp the administration of the election, a core traditional governmental function.”

“Under the guise of COVID-19 prevention and via the illegal dumping of private money into the municipal process, the Center for Tech and Civic Life handed control of the 2020 election in Wisconsin over to private partisan interests, in the form of its ‘partners.’”

CTCL is run and staffed by Democrats, according to the law firm.

Its president, Cristina Sinclaire, previously worked at the left-wing organizations, Catalist and the New Organizing Institute. Catalist was founded by Democrat Harold Ickes and boasts it was vital to former President Barack Obama’s victory in 2008. CTCL Executive Director Tiana Epps-Johnson previously worked for the New Organizing Institute and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights.

CTCL took the money from the Zuckerbergs and then distributed it in the form of grants to jurisdictions across the United States purportedly to help those governments hire more staff, buy mail-in ballot processing machinery, and pursue other measures they considered necessary to administer the elections during the ongoing pandemic. Critics complained that CTCL’s grants favored Democrats because they tended to go to the electoral apparatuses in Democratic strongholds and that the funds were part of an attempt to unfairly influence the outcome of the elections.

The complaint is cited as Engstrand v. Johnson. Complainant Jim Engstrand is a voter residing in Milwaukee. Respondent Cavalier Johnson, a Democrat, is the city’s acting mayor. Respondent Tom Barrett, a Democrat, is the city’s former mayor. Respondent Jim Owczarski is Milwaukee’s city clerk, a post he has held since 2012.

The complaint alleges that the city’s acceptance of money from CTCL to selectively facilitate in-person and absentee voting and to purchase and place absentee ballot drop boxes in Democratic Party strongholds constitutes bribery and is contrary to Wisconsin’s election bribery law known as Statute 12.11, and other state and federal laws.

The statute “is very aggressive with respect to election bribery of this type,” unlike in other states, Kaardal told The Epoch Times.

“The statute prohibits the city officials from taking anything of value to induce electors to go to the polls, whereas in other states,” the laws often specify that the voter has to be induced to vote for a specific candidate or “for one party or something.”

Specifically, the complaint states that Barrett and Owczarski made an agreement with CTCL to illegally accept $3.4 million to facilitate in-person and absentee voting in the city.

“It’s election bribery,” Kaardal said. “But what makes it more interesting now, is that one of the means for getting people out to the polls, the placement of absentee ballot drop boxes in targeted neighborhoods, has been found to be illegal by at least one court in Wisconsin.”

Zuckerberg’s money “was paying for a municipal election illegality,” Kaardal said.

“It was requiring it. It was asking the cities to do it. It was paying for the cities to do it,” he said, adding “no one’s really reported on that,” which is unfortunate, “because it really is newsworthy.”

The Epoch Times has reached out to the City of Milwaukee and CTCL for comment.

Widespread Election fraud in Wisconsin

The US 2020 Presidential Election counted a record-breaking 158 million votes, 22 million higher than the previous election, and yet was decided by only 42,918 votes or 0.027% across Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin.

In the days and weeks following, many dozens of anomalies, eyewitness accounts and sworn testimonies emerged showing election tampering, yet were overlooked or minimized by mainstream media and news outlets. In spite of increasing evidence, officials in many key states have obstructed open and transparent audits of the results.

10,000 Uncounted Ballots Found in Texas County: Officials

By Jack Phillips
March 8, 2022 Updated: March 9, 2022

Officials in Texas said they discovered about 10,000 uncounted ballots in last week’s primary election, which led to a delay in the results.

The Harris County Elections Office said that some 6,000 Democratic votes and 4,000 Republican votes weren’t counted and will be added to final tallies.

“While the votes were scanned into our tabulation computer, they were not transferred and counted as a part of the unofficial final results as they should have been,” the Harris County Elections Office stated over the past weekend. They blamed an “oversight” for why the votes weren’t counted in the county, which is home to Houston.

The office also told local news outlet KHOU-TV that officials “are focused on ensuring that every ballot cast is accounted for through this canvassing process,” and they “will continue to be transparent in that process through our updates but as you can imagine it is most critical that everyone on our team stay focused and commit all of their time to the task at hand.”

“We will be discussing at commissioners court and that will be an opportunity for broadcast to hear from our office,” the Harris County Elections Office continued.

The March 1 primary was the first Texas election that took place in the state under tighter voting laws that were passed last year. Thousands of mail-in ballots were rejected across the state for not having new information.

Following the discovery of the uncounted ballots, the Harris County Republican and Democratic party chairs told KHOU that they believe the issue will be fixed soon.

“Every voter regardless of party should be able to have confidence that their vote has been properly counted. Unfortunately, this is another example of the serious mismanagement of [Harris County Judge] Lina Hidalgo’s unqualified Elections Administrator. Isabel Longoria owes all Harris County voters an explanation,” Harris County GOP Chair Cindy Siegel said, according to the news outlet.

On Monday, the Harris County GOP filed a lawsuit against Longoria and her office for committing the “worst elections fiasco in Texas history” by not counting the ballots.

Meanwhile, Harris County Democratic Party Chair Odus Evbagharu released a statement saying his party is also concerned with the balloting problem.

“We called for a post-election review of all processes—there has not been any skirting of party responsibility, and we have been completely transparent in our desire to dig into the details of what went wrong and identify how to make corrections moving forward,” Evbagharu remarked.

The Harris County Elections Office hasn’t immediately responded to a request for comment.

THE VACCINE DEATH REPORT

Recordings Reveal Lockstep COVID-19 Protocols, Patient Isolation by Hospitals

October 31, 2021 Updated: October 31, 2021
Attorneys, medical doctors, and family members of COVID-19 victims have described and offered recordings of what the Truth for Health Foundation calls “horrific hospital violations of human rights,” including denial of intravenous fluids to patients, denial of access to patients by families, attorneys, and others, and the imposition of remdesivir on patients despite risks of kidney and liver damage from that drug and the availability of possibly safer alternatives, such as ivermectin.

“Prisoners in America’s jails do have more rights right now than COVID patients in America’s hospitals—it’s unheard of,” Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet, president and chief executive of the foundation, said at an Oct. 27 press conference that she moderated. According to its website, the mission of the physician-founded charity foundation is “to provide truthful, balanced, medically sound, research-based information and cutting-edge updates on prevention and treatment of common medical conditions, including COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, that affect health, quality of life, and longevity.”

“‘I’m doing my job’ has never been a defense to crimes against humanity,” said Ali Shultz, legal director for America’s Frontline Doctors, whose mother-in-law died of COVID-19 and whose father-in-law allegedly suffered severe harm as a COVID-19 patient at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

Shultz said that despite her medical power of attorney, she was prevented from learning basic information about the status of her father-in-law, Chuck, while he was in the hospital.

“I tried everything,” Shultz said. “I wrote every letter possible. I sent every email possible to advocate for them. I was literally carried out in handcuffs under color of law. I was assaulted under color of law. I was deprived access to their health records, I was deprived access to them, and I was lied to. But that’s absolutely nothing compared to what happened to Chuck.”

Shultz said that the Mayo Clinic kept Chuck from any hydration or nourishment over six days, “except one bag of D5 [dextrose 5 percent] water.”

She also stated that the clinic secretly experimented on Chuck with the repurposed rheumatoid arthritis drug baricitinib. They also secluded him for over three weeks more than the Arizona Department of Public Health or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend, she said.

Shultz played a recording of someone who identified himself as a hospital administrator; this recording and others by Shultz were legal, as Arizona is a one-party consent state for recordings. The administrator states that the choice to deprive Chuck of food and water was the standard of care in metropolitan Phoenix, due to concerns about the aspiration of objects into his lungs.

“Yes, of course, we don’t want him to aspirate, but maybe he could get some IV hydration—something at all—or, I don’t know, just an assessment?” Shultz asks in the recording.

In another recording, an unidentified hospital employee states, “As far as visitation in our hospital, we are not going to allow you to visit him in our hospital as long as he is here.”

A third recording referred to meetings in which hospital executives concluded that patients who tested positive for COVID-19 wouldn’t be permitted to receive visitors.

“They’re meeting and they’re all deciding on this together. So either this is becoming the standard of care, or this is the same modus operandi, which actually criminally makes it easier to prove,” Shultz commented after playing the recording.

She urged listeners to prevent COVID-19 patients from being secluded.

“Get in there—it is in the Patient Bill of Rights,” Shultz said. “Just because they’re using the word ‘isolation’ doesn’t mean it makes it any better what they’re doing.

“When an American is isolated from others, what is this considered? Unlawful imprisonment—torture.”

Holding up a document she identified as a police report on the Mayo Clinic, which she said included felony charges of vulnerable adult abuse, Shultz stressed that prosecutors have considerable discretion to decide whether doctors should be charged.

She also highlighted a template for a private criminal complaint that individuals can file online with their state’s attorney general, which she said can be accessed through the Truth for Health Foundation’s website.

Other speakers at the press conference included Dr. Bryan Ardis, who highlighted what he described as the hazards of remdesivir, as well as an unprecedented climate of fear and retribution for medical doctors who dissent from the enforced consensus on its use.

“Now they are punishing those who want to practice medicine and they are continuing to reward and allow doctors to maintain their licenses to practice in hospitals if they just follow the mandated protocol,” he said.

Ardis pointed out that a randomized, controlled trial of remdesivir and other therapies for Ebola, published in the New England Journal of Medicine and touted by Dr. Anthony Fauci, chief medical adviser to the president, actually showed the dangers of remdesivir, as the scientists stopped administering it during the study because it was leading to a mortality rate above 50 percent—higher than any of the other drugs they tested.

He also stated that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is “bribing hospitals” to choose remdesivir with a 20 percent bonus. CMS’s website does, in fact, refer to a “20% add-on payment” for claims coding for COVID-19 and for treatment by remdesivir or several other drugs.

In a pre-recorded interview with Vliet, another speaker identified only as Mary Ann spoke about her Marine Corps veteran father’s deterioration and death at a Bozeman, Montana, hospital. She said she was prevented from being with her father and holding his hand as he died, allowed only to view him from behind glass as he convulsed in his bed, a mask concealing his face.

“There’s something about when you’re able to be with your loved one and talk to them and hold their hand, there’s something extremely powerful in that—and there’s a reason they don’t want us in the hospital,” Mary Ann said. “They want us apart from each other.”

Thomas Renz, legal counsel for the foundation, shared what he called “the most shocking statistic I have seen probably since this has started”: In Texas, 84.8 percent of people who were mechanically ventilated for 96 consecutive hours died.

The Epoch Times could not independently verify this statistic before press time.

“It’s a death sentence,” Renz said.

Vliet concluded the press conference by recommending that patients seek early treatment rather than waiting for symptoms to worsen. She also urged patients to think strategically and plan ahead if they do end up going into a hospital.

“You have the right to refuse treatment, you have the right to request treatment, you have the right to have an advocate when you are in the hospital. When those rights are denied, your civil rights, human rights, and constitutional rights are being overridden—and you will need an advocate,” she added.

The Mayo Clinic didn’t respond to requests for comment on Shultz’s allegations. CMS didn’t respond to a request for comment on Ardis’s claim that it was bribing hospitals to choose remdesivir.
