One evening, we had a young man of eight in the meditation group. Hatonn channeled this little parable to the group. It is simple enough for a child to understand it, but as profound in its way as any material we have. The illustrations are just a joy. The illustrator, MaryAnn Bowman, had attended meditations with L/L Research for 25 years, and her delightful wit and insight add to every deliciously colorable page. A really nice little book that works both as a coloring book for kids and a tale for older folks too. Heck, they can color in it as well! It makes a nice meditation. Fauci: Officials Will Decide on COVID-19 Vaccine Recommendation for Children Aged 5 to 11 Soon
September 19, 2021 Updated: September 19, 2021

Biden administration COVID-19 adviser Anthony Fauci said that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will likely make a decision on whether to recommend COVID-19 vaccines for children under the age of 12 in the fall.

Regulators should have data in the coming weeks to see whether shots for children aged 5 and 11 are needed, he told ABC News’ “This Week” on Sept. 19.

“Sometime in the next few weeks, as we get into October, we’ll be able to see the vaccines for children get enough data to be presented for safety and immunogenicity,” said Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who has conducted hundreds of media interviews since the pandemic began in early 2020.

Fauci has received significant criticism in recent months over whether his agency knowingly provided funding to gain-of-function researchers working at a virology lab in Wuhan, China.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) authorized vaccinations for children aged 12 and older earlier in 2021. Some school districts, including the one overseeing public schools in Los Angeles, have made it mandatory for children returning to class to get fully vaccinated.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said that the firm, which makes one of the most widely used COVID-19 vaccines in the world, will likely release clinical data on vaccines for children aged 6 months to 5 years in October. COVID-19 vaccine data for children aged 5 to 11 will come sooner, he said.

Federal government health officials have argued that younger children should get vaccinated due to the spread of the Delta variant of COVID-19.

“Currently, there are still trials ongoing, and so the agency has to wait for the company to submit the data for those trials,” FDA vaccine regulator Peter Marks said Aug. 23. “We certainly want to make sure that we get it right.”

On Sept. 17, the FDA’s vaccine advisory panel voted overwhelmingly against recommending booster shots for the general public and instead voted to recommend them to individuals aged 65 and older. During that meeting, a number of scientists expressed concern for booster-associated side-effects among younger people and children.

Dr. James Hildreth, a voting member on the FDA expert panel, said that he has “a serious concern of myocarditis in young people.” Another expert, Dr. Melinda Wharton, said she does “not feel comfortable” with recommending boosters to younger people due to the risk of myocarditis.

Researchers discovered in August that COVID-19 vaccines used in the United States are more likely to land teenage boys in the hospital than COVID-19 itself. When analyzing reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), scientists discovered that males between the ages of 12 and 15 without a serious underlying health condition were up to six times more likely to be hospitalized after getting their second Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine dose than from a COVID-19 infection.

What’s Going On? Arizona Recently Processed 673,000 Voter Identities with the Social Security Administration – 58% Had NO MATCH FOUND

In the last 10 weeks, Arizona has checked the voter registration credentials with the Social Security Administration (SSA) on 673,560 applicants.

This is a massive volume considering most States including Arizona typically process around 2,500 a month. They’ve processed more identities in the last 2 months than they’ve done in the last 9 years combined. Is someone scrubbing a database, or auditing “Federal Only” voters?

During “new voter registration” States are to verify the driver’s license number against their own MVD database. Only in situations where no driver’s license can be provided should the State check their identity through the Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) interface provided by the SSA. The 43 States that participate provide the last 4 of the SS#, the applicant’s name, and DOB. The interface responds if a match was, or was not found, if they are deceased, and so on. This entire HAVV Excel dataset can be downloaded here from the SSA.

“No Match” was found on 58% of the voters submitted by Arizona over the last 10 weeks.

TRENDING: What’s Going On? Arizona Recently Processed 673,000 Voter Identities with the Social Security Administration – 58% Had NO MATCH FOUND

A whopping 393,017 did not have a match out of the 673,560. In fact, Arizona weekly processing has one of the highest Non Match percentages in the country, typically between 50%-65%. In most other States this ratio is from 15%-25%.

In the first week of July, Arizona jumped from processing 500-600 a week, to a massive 70,000 a week. This volume stopped on September 10th and is now back down to a few hundred.  Starting in February both Texas and Kansas were also processing large volumes each week, between 30,000 to 55,000. This also stopped and went back to normal volumes in June. These are checks on older voter registration applications because this volume far exceeds new voter applications.

So what is going on here?

The image below shows the only 3 voter registrations systems in Arizona and many of the interfaces. This includes Maricopa’s VRAS sytem, the Pima County system, and the State-based system called AVID used by all other counties. The HAVV Interface processes data through the MVD. Because of this, it’s unclear which of these 3 voter registration systems, or possibly a commercial service, is pushing this massive number of ID verification requests to the SSA.

This appears it’s possible this may have been related to the audit investigation.

Below are the weekly transactions for the past two years of voter identity processing by Arizona. Rarely do they ever exceed a few hundred requests a week, until July of 2021.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

The Wisdom of Nature

The way of the natural world can give us guidance for our human lives
By Tatiana Denning
September 13, 2021 Updated: September 14, 2021

“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.” —John Muir

Ah, nature. It’s a balm for the spirit and an education for the soul.

It has nurtured a wealth of poetry and literature, inspired some of the most treasured works of art, and moved musicians to create soul-stirring compositions.

Take Beethoven, for example, who is said to have developed a love of nature in his youth, enjoying strolls along the Rhine River with his father. Despite losing his mother at a young age, having a father who was an alcoholic, and starting to lose his hearing at the age of 28, Beethoven created some of the most beautiful music the world has ever known—with nature often acting as his inspiration. Nature spoke, and Beethoven listened, translating what he heard into music.

“No one can love the country as much as I do,” he said. “For surely woods, trees, and rocks produce the echo which man desires to hear.”

Nature nourishes the soul, inspires us to dream, and grants us a nightly magical wish upon a star.

As Haruki Murakami said, “Not just beautiful, though—the stars are like the trees in the forest, alive and breathing. And they’re watching me.”

Yet when its inescapable fury manifests, nature can humble us, instilling a sense of awe and respect. Despite technological advancements, modern science can only understand nature in small parcels and points—its immense intertwined complexity is beyond our ability to quantify or control.

Nature’s beauty and power also contain valuable lessons.

Going With the Flow

Nature has its own rhythm, its own ebb and flow. Everything is accomplished in just the way it should be and at just the right time. It exists in a state of interconnectedness and interdependence, and every cell and molecule has a role to play.

As Blaise Pascal said, “The least movement is of importance to all nature. The entire ocean is affected by a pebble.”

Nature moves in cascades, with each element impacting the next. And should any one thing fail to fulfill its role, the whole will be affected.

Nature doesn’t resist, nor does it look for the easy way out. It’s simple and effortless, existing in a state of ease and harmony with the universe. We see examples of this wherever we look, from the migration of birds with the change of seasons to the babbling brook meandering along its destined path.

Our lives also have a path that naturally unfolds before us. When we find ourselves complaining, wishing things were different, and fighting to make things go a certain way, we might be missing the best course available to us. When we can’t accept our life as it is, we misalign ourselves with reality. The first step in charting a prosperous course is to seek harmony with the way things are.

Of course, there are times when something is truly wrong. And just as the mother bear will challenge any threat to her cubs, there are times when we must resist deadly infringement. And just as there are times when the weather grows too hot and the leaves wither, there are times we’ll suffer and must endure. But if we find ourselves in a state of steady resentment, we may be seeking conflict instead of cooperation.

The things we push will push back against us. While we may appear to be in conflict with the outside world, often we’re really in conflict with ourselves.

When we understand that the things we encounter can help us grow, our fear, resistance, and urge to control can transform into faith, trust, and surrender. Our hearts can become lighter, and we can find calm acceptance and gratitude.

Change Is a Part of Life

Change is inevitable and impossible to avoid. It’s a constant in nature and ubiquitous: Day gives way to night, summer gives way to fall, and the clouds give way to the sun.

Just as the caterpillar changes into a butterfly and water can become vapor or ice, we, too, are ever-changing, through infancy, to adulthood, and into old age.

Lao Tzu said, “If you realize that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to. If you are not afraid of dying, there is nothing you cannot achieve.”

Fear of change, as Lao Tzu pointed out, can interfere with our progress. Rather than fearing and resenting change, if we can engage it with interest and something we can expect, it can engage us with life.

Because things are ever-changing, it’s a waste of energy to try to resist. To attach ourselves to anything as it currently exists is foolhardy. Nothing stays unchanged and nothing lasts forever—whether it be a house, the stars in the sky, or who we are at this moment.

Only by letting go and accepting change are we free to learn and grow. Being tied to things as they are will only keep us mired in misery, and act as a weight to prevent us from elevating. Though we aren’t granted foresight, what we fear letting go of may actually be replaced by something more wonderful.

As Chuang Tzu (another famous Daoist) once said, “Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.”

Hardships Make Us Stronger

Hardships come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Things in nature must endure their own form of hardship, as spring gives way to winter, or a storm destroys everything in its path. Despite such hardship, nature doesn’t complain, nor does it give up. It pushes through, and before long, the first blade of grass appears, in an act of perseverance.

Nature doesn’t try to avoid difficulties, nor does it force things to go its own way. Even in a storm, the willow tree doesn’t resist the harsh winds—it bends, but doesn’t break—it’s flexible and resilient. It lives in the moment, accepts the challenge, and rises up to meet it.

Like the willow, we must persevere. And most importantly, we must look for the lesson and opportunity to grow.

As counselor Craig Lounsbrough said, “Without mountains, we might find ourselves relieved that we can avoid the pain of the ascent, but we will forever miss the thrill of the summit. And in such a terribly scandalous trade-off, it is the absence of pain that becomes the thief of life.”

As we encounter hardship, we’re tempered. We learn how to endure, be patient, and have tolerance. We learn adaptability and resilience, we grow stronger, and we learn gratitude. We learn that, without the storm, we wouldn’t appreciate the calm.

Though it may take time to see it, there’s always something profoundly positive in any hardship. And as the saying goes, it’s not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.

Nicki Minaj Decries Cancel Culture Over COVID Vaccine Comments, Makes China Comparison

By Jack Phillips
September 16, 2021 Updated: September 16, 2021

As White House officials responded to Nicki Minaj’s claims on Twitter that the COVID-19 vaccine led to an adverse health problem, the rap star later said she is being targeted for asking questions about the shot and compared the phenomenon to the Chinese regime’s censorship.

Minaj, who has 22 million followers on Twitter alone, wrote on Monday that her “cousin in Trinidad” wouldn’t take the vaccine because “his friend got it [and] became impotent.” She also shared a claim from a man who said he developed a blood clot in his eye after getting vaccinated.

On Wednesday, Biden administration COVID-19 adviser Anthony Fauci responded to her assertion and told CNN that “there’s no evidence that it happens, nor is there any mechanistic reason to imagine that it would happen.” He added that Minaj “should be thinking twice” about making such claims online.

For her claims, Minaj, who added that she isn’t vaccinated, said she received significant criticism and suggested she’s now the target of a “cancel culture” mob for her tweets, asserting in an Instagram video that the phenomenon is similar to the Chinese Communist Party’s restrictions on visitors and citizens.

“I remember going to China and they were telling us you know, you cannot speak out against, you know, the people in power, there, etc,” Minaj said in an Instagram Live video. “Don’t y’all see that we are living now in that time where people will turn their back on you … but people will isolate you if you simply speak and ask a question,” she continued.

Before that, the rap star said the White House invited her to speak with Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy and Fauci about the vaccine.

“The White House has invited me & I think it’s a step in the right direction. Yes, I’m going. I’ll be dressed in all pink like Legally Blonde so they know I mean business. I’ll ask questions on behalf of the ppl who have been made fun of for simply being human,” Minaj wrote in a Twitter post.

But later, in the Instagram video, Minaj said that when she made the post about the White House invitation, an unnamed official called her back and appeared angry when she spoke about it publicly.

Minaj also said she was barred from using her Twitter account on Wednesday, although the social media platform said her tweets didn’t violate its terms and conditions.

A spokesperson for Twitter told BuzzFeed that “Twitter did not take any enforcement action in the account.”

How I Reversed an Autoimmune Disease (Part 2)

How I Reversed an Autoimmune Disease (Part 2)

True healing can come when the heart is relieved of toxic emotional burdens
September 14, 2021 Updated: September 14, 2021

In part one, I shared the story of how I nearly died from an advanced stage of an autoimmune disease and how I achieved “remission” by creating a healing road map that addressed the physical triggers involved with disease formation. Now I’d like to share how I moved out of remission and into a space where complete healing exists.

This journey begins with perception.

How you think about disease determines whether you fully heal, stay sick, or remain stuck in remission. That may sound odd, especially coming from a doctor such as myself. However, science supports the claim that your perception creates your reality. For example, people have healed from diseases such as cancerirritable bowel syndrome, and migraines after consuming a sugar pill because they thought they were receiving a remedy and they believed the pill would heal them. But it was their belief that actually did the healing. This is known as the placebo effect.

The corollary to the placebo effect is the nocebo effect, which is a belief that you should be sick or are going to get sick, and so you become sick. A documented example of the nocebo effect is The Framingham Heart Study, which is the most comprehensive and influential investigation into heart disease in history. It established traditional risk factors for heart disease, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and it analyzed women with similar risk factors. In theory, since they all had similar risk factors, all the women should have developed heart disease in similar numbers. But that’s not what happened.

The women who believed they were prone to heart disease were nearly four times more likely to die from heart disease compared with women who didn’t believe they were prone to heart disease. This is a powerful, documented example of how negative belief or perception can make you sick.

This power of perception played a critical role in my story. Many people would view my remission from serious autoimmune disease as a good thing. And in fact, remission is usually the goal when you have an autoimmune disease, because it’s often believed these diseases can’t be cured. But what is “remission”?

According to The National Cancer Institute, complete remission means “all signs and symptoms of cancer have disappeared, although cancer still may be in the body.” So, does remission mean you’re healed? No.

Furthermore, the dictionary defines remission as a “temporary recovery” or “to abate symptoms for a period” of time. That’s exactly what I experienced. Once the physical triggers were addressed, such as food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and heavy metal toxicity, I went into remission. I no longer had physical symptoms of the autoimmune disease, but the disease could come back; I would experience a “flare-up.”

For example, if I ate too much sugar, even if it was fruit, I felt pain in my right forearm. That was my unique indicator that I was inflamed and needed to make changes or the disease could return.

I decided I didn’t want to remain stuck in remission, only keeping the symptoms at bay, waiting for the disease to come back if I ate the wrong food or stressed too much.

Consequently, I changed my perception. Instead of rejoicing that I had achieved remission, I chose to believe that remission doesn’t exist. In a sense, remission is the belief that your disease is still with you, waiting.

Remission is a limiting belief that is overwhelmingly embraced by our culture. As a limiting belief, it can prevent you from achieving complete healing, largely by keeping you stuck in a space of fear—afraid that if you don’t behave in a specific way, the disease will come back. It sustains the nocebo, you could say.

I wanted to be fully healed and not stuck in fear. So I decided not to settle for remission and continued searching for answers.

Dr. Sina McCullough and her family. (Courtesy of Dr. Sina McCullough)

I soon realized that in order to fully heal from a disease, you have to address the root cause. But the root cause of disease often doesn’t exist on the physical level. For instance, Western medicine acknowledges that roughly 90 percent of all disease is either caused by or related to stress. Have you ever heard the phrase “stress kills?”

When you’re stressed, physically, mentally, or emotionally, your sympathetic nervous system is activated, which causes a release of adrenaline, cortisol, and other biochemicals that are designed to get you out of a stressful situation: to fight or run away.

This fight-or-flight mechanism is a fantastic tool that can save your life in an acutely stressful situation. However, most of us spend roughly 70 percent of our day in fight-or-flight, which can lead to disease. For instance, chronically elevated levels of cortisol can contribute to obesitydiabetes, and chronic fatigue. In each of these examples, what was it that caused the disease—elevated levels of cortisol, or chronic stress?

Cortisol is not the root cause; it is simply the physical manifestation of the underlying root problem—stress. We instinctively know this to be true. It’s why we practice stress management and why we feel better when we “escape” the daily grind while on vacation. Yet most of us continue to look for physical answers to our seemingly physical problems, including chronic and autoimmune diseases. That’s why practitioners who only address the physical realm are only able to help their patients achieve remission, as opposed to achieving complete reversal of disease.

In order to fully heal myself, I realized I had to address the root cause, which exists on the emotional or energetic level. Forgiveness, in particular, is essential for reversing disease, as well as maintaining optimal health.

For example, the medical literature contains numerous examples of diseases, including cancer, that have spontaneously reversed after an act of forgiveness. Consequently, I began the process of forgiving everyone, including myself—which was the hardest.

I know from research studies that childhood traumas are the most overlooked risk factor for disease, so I began my journey by recalling every unsettling event from that season of my life.

One by one, I forgave each person.See the source image

Some were easy to forgive. Consequently, I was able to transmute the associated emotions quickly. However, some were challenging and took more time.

For instance, my stepfather molested me for eight years. That childhood trauma left a deep wound that I had adopted as part of my identity. Consequently, forgiving him came in stages. I would forgive and then, days or weeks later, a deeper level of forgiveness presented itself and I worked through the process of forgiving all over again. Eventually I was able to completely forgive him and transmute all of the associated emotions.

The beauty of forgiveness is that you don’t have to confront the person, because forgiveness is not about the other person; it’s about you deciding not to carry the burden any longer. Consequently, I wrote a letter to my stepfather. I never mailed it; I didn’t have to.

In the letter, I wrote everything I ever wanted to say to him. I didn’t hold back; I used every hateful word that came to mind. I dumped all of the negative, toxic energy into the letter. In doing so, I gave the toxic energy back.

After I finished venting, I said these words out loud: “I refuse to carry your toxic energy any longer. I command every last ounce of toxic energy to leave my body immediately. I release you and I set you free. Right here, right now, I set myself free.”

Then, I took a deep breath and exhaled all of the toxins. I visualized the toxins moving out of my body and being released into the air through my mouth as I exhaled. They were no longer a part of my body or my identity.

Remarkably, once I completely forgave my stepfather, I realized that the door to love is opened through forgiveness. It’s difficult to love yourself or others when you’re trapped in a space of fear or anger. Consequently, holding onto those negative emotions prevents you from complete healing.

But when you release those emotions, it makes room for love, gratitude, and peace, which ultimately brings a deeper level of healing.

Forgiveness has such a profound impact on your biology that it has become part of my daily wellness routine, right alongside eating clean food and drinking clean water.

My healing from the autoimmune disease was complete once I took full responsibility for my health, including changing my diet, lifestyle, and perspective, as well as practicing forgiveness.

The “flare-ups” disappeared, and the autoimmune disease became a distant memory of a person I no longer was. Additionally, my energy level has increased so dramatically that, at times, my children can’t keep up with me!

Looking back, I was never surprised that the disease was gone; I always believed that complete healing was possible. But I was surprised at how free I felt. I reached a level of mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical freedom that I never imagined possible.

And, with that freedom came immense joy—the type of joy you hear in a baby’s laugh or see on a child’s face on Christmas morning.

I owe it all to God; He gave me a second chance at life and happiness. Many people are searching for their second chance, too. They might not know what that path looks like, just like I didn’t. But I hope they know the power to heal themselves—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—is inside of them. And we all deserve a second chance.

DR. MICHAEL MCDOWELL – EXPLAINS SARSCOV2 – BIOWEAPON AGENDA

The world is not as it seems more now than ever before. There is a spiritual awakening happening and we can feel it. It does not matter if your Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Hindi, Daoist or any other religion, there is one belief all can agree. There is,  as the American Indian would say, One Great Spirit,  in all places at all times.   This spiritual awakening is about our transformation from the material world to the spiritual. As we come to understand the world around us, the things in plane sight, the more we grow closer to that divinity within ourselves.

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,  your whole body will be full of light. 23But if your eyes are unhealthy,  your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Our transformation is levels of understanding.  The more we trust  the Great Spirit,  the more we grow, we begin to see life from a “higher” perspective.

As the fear and anger disappear, it is replaced by compassion and love. We even have gratitude and appreciation in our hearts for the opportunity to experience what is unfolding before our eyes.  This is our time to grow. When we all wake up, we will realize we all are truly One in Spirit, no separation, all part of the One Great Spirit.

Nature’s Top Sleep Aids

These 7 remedies can help you sleep without the risk of drugs
September 12, 2021 Updated: September 12, 2021

Avoid the risks associated with sleep medications carrying “black box warnings” of harm (including death). Nature has several effective sleep aids ready to ease your tossing and turning and escort you gently into dreamland.

Sleep is as individualized as it is essential to your health. Whether you generally fall asleep easily or are more of an insomniac, it’s good to have a few tried and true sleep aids on hand that are gentle, effective and, most importantly, non-habit-forming. You never know when jet lag, stress, or an irregular period in your life may have you counting sheep and praying for sleep.

Despite their potential negative health impacts, drugs for sleep disorders are among the most often prescribed medications. While there may be certain situations when such drugs are required, for most people they should be a last resort after exhausting safer options, such as better sleep hygiene. When you do need occasional sleep support, nature’s top sleep aids are safe, soothing and, unlike many insomnia medications, won’t leave you chemically addicted and feeling strung out in the morning.

Melatonin

A natural hormone associated with the sleep-wake cycle, melatonin is released by the pineal gland in the brain during evening hours, dropping in production when the sun rises. When the body’s natural timeclock, your circadian rhythm, is disrupted by things such as shift work, stress, or exposure to blue light from screens, melatonin levels can become depleted. During such times, supplementing with melatonin may be a safe way to restore your natural balance.

Experts suggest using supplemental melatonin in harmony with natural practices, like taking it one to two hours before you want to fall asleep or around sundown. Stop using screens (this includes your phone) and dim the lights in your home. If you must watch TV at night, be sure you are at least six feet away from the screen.

You can further enhance the effectiveness of melatonin by getting exposure to natural daylight during the morning and afternoon hours. If you can’t be outside, sit by a well-lit window to stimulate production of your natural melatonin as the daylight fades.

Vitamin D

Exposure to sunlight is not only essential for maintaining a healthy circadian rhythm, it’s a primary source for photosynthesis of vitamin D’s precursor: previtamin D3. There are more than 1,000 known genetic processes that are regulated by vitamin D3, making adequate intake of this vitamin essential for your body and your sleep.

2018 meta-analysis of the association between vitamin D and sleep disorders found that study participants with vitamin D deficiency had a significantly increased risk of developing sleep disorders. Further analysis found that low vitamin D was also associated with poor sleep quality.

There are two ways to get the right amount of vitamin D: proper diet/supplementation and adequate sunlight exposure. In addition to daylight outdoor activity, adding foods such as pastured eggs and fatty fish, and if necessary, a vitamin D3 supplement, to your diet several times weekly will ensure that you are getting optimum vitamin D to support quality sleep each night.

Passion Flower

Passion vines produce passion flowers—a lovely addition to any garden. Did you know that the passion flower is also a treatment for insomnia? If you can’t avail yourself to passion flowers with a sunny stroll through a garden, you can enjoy the sleep-inducing benefits of Passiflora incarnata in supplement form and possibly kiss your sleepless nights goodbye.

2017 study of the effect of the medicinal plant Passifloraceae on sleep showed that extracts of the plant, when administered via injection, induced a significant increase in sleep time in rats. More time was spent in “slow wave” or phase 3 sleep, the deepest phase of non-rapid eye movement sleep characterized by delta brainwaves. Interestingly, this is the phase of sleep when dreams occur and is also important for consolidating memories.

Lavender Essential Oil

There is no scent so instantly relaxing as fresh lavender flowers. Lavender has been used as a sleep aid since ancient times. Adding lavender essential oil to a spray bottle with distilled water to spritz your pillows before bed is a modern and convenient equivalent to the herb-stuffed pillows of the past. Similarly, a bedside atomizer can help soothe dry sinus passages while you sleep, adding humidity to the air, which aids breathing.

Beyond adding a fresh scent to your sheets, lavender can help smooth out the wrinkles in your sleep routine. Research has shown that lavender oil can increase your quality of sleep and may have the added effect of reducing anxiety. Another study found that aromatherapy using lavender increased both sleep quality and quality of life in women experiencing sleep deprivation in connection with menopause.

Valerian

Valerian root is known for being the inspiration for the anti-anxiety drug Valium. So, it’s no surprise that this botanical is valued for its calming, sleep-inducing effects.

Valerian is the most widely studied herb for sleepand is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The plant, Valeriana officinalis, is a popular herb that grows in many parts of the world. Both the mineral-rich leaves and the rhizome (rootstalk) have been used in herbal remedies for hundreds of years. Most commonly used as a relaxant, a warm cup of valerian tea may be just what the doctor ordered for a night of sound sleep.

In a study of 918 children under 12 years of age experiencing restlessness and nervous dyskoimesis (tics and involuntary movements), 81 percent of patients had a “distinct and convincing reduction in severity … for all symptoms” when dosed with a homeopathic remedy combining lemon balm and valerian root extract.

Children’s symptoms previously described as “moderate/severe” by parents and clinicians improved to “mild” or “absent” in most patients. Researchers concluded that the herbal remedy was effective at treating restlessness in children and was very well tolerated.

One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to use valerian is in a bedtime tea, which can be made by simmering the root or, for a slightly milder effect, decocting the dried leaves in water just off a boil.

Cannabis (cannabinoids)

Cannabis is slowly being integrated into the legal pharmacopeia in the United States, but this plant has a history as an herbal remedy that spans millennia. Upon ingestion, active phytochemical compounds in cannabis called cannabinoids bind with receptor sites in the brain to deliver a host of therapeutic effects. One such effect can be deep relaxation and—yes—better sleep.

A 2017 study seeking to summarize the state of research on cannabis and sleep, including specific sleep disorders, found that the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) may have therapeutic potential for the treatment of insomnia. Another known cannabinoid, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), was found to decrease the length of time it takes to fall asleep (sleep latency), although it demonstrated the potential to impair sleep quality in the long-term.

CBD further showed potential for treatment of REM sleep disorders and excessive daytime sleepiness, a frequent side effect of poor quality sleep.

Chamomile

Is there anything more soothing than a warm cup of chamomile tea when you’re winding down? There is a reason that chamomile has become synonymous with sleepiness; this is one superstition that really rings true.

Researchers conducting a study on postpartum women experiencing depression and poor sleep quality instructed a test group to drink chamomile tea for a period of two weeks in addition to receiving standard postpartum care. Compared to the control group that didn’t drink tea, chamomile drinkers had significantly better sleep scores and fewer symptoms of depression.

Sleep Finds a Way

Nature has infinite intelligence and sleep will find a way, especially if you provide gentle, plant-based support in measured doses. Remember, everyone experiences occasional sleeplessness. It’s safest to avoid sleep drugs with black box warnings about death from sleepwalking, sleep driving, and other unconscious activities associated with these medications.

The Power Of God & Healing With Peter Colla & Charlie Ward

Perhaps now, with the world wide paramedic, mandated vaccines, censorship,  it is not so unbelievable.  So perhaps now we should start focusing on our power within.  We have learned from science, we are all spiritual beings with a body and mind made of electromagnetic energy.  Our thoughts help create our reality through emotions.  In the last 18 months emotions have been flowing, fear, anger, judgment all negative emotions. Buddha said our lives are products of our mind. What we are today is a result of what we thought yesterday. What we think today influences what happens to us tomorrow. Our entire lives are products of our mind.

Perhaps it is time to recognize we are a product of our society which we created.  Since we created it,  we are the only ones that can change it. We can can start by being kind and loving to one another. Quit letting them divide us.  With love in your heart, be aware of your thoughts  and be of service to others in your own way.  This is our journey, all 7 billion of us, and it starts with love. Whatever you have in your heart,  you become, affecting those around you.  You become the light in a seemly dark place.

The people can now see how the corrupt politicians payoff themselves and others. The stimulus bill is not meant for the people, it is meant for the elite. The [CB] is not in control of the economic system. Trump and the patriots have turned the table on all of them. There is a new system that is being built now and the control will be returned to the people. The [DS]/MSM have been setup. Everything we have learned in the past is now coming true in the future. Future does prove the past. Wray was testifying today and he did not lean either way. Is Wray a sleeper, can he be trusted. This will be a future marker. The virus is now disappearing, Texas/Mississippi have now removed the mask mandates, businesses are opening. This is all according to the plan.

Do Mandatory Masks and Vaccines Break the 10 Points of the Nuremburg Code?

On August 19, 1947, the judges of the American military tribunal in the case of the USA vs. Karl Brandt et. al. delivered their verdict. Before announcing the guilt or innocence of each defendant, they confronted the difficult question of medical experimentation on human beings. Several German doctors had argued in their own defense that their experiments differed little from previous American or German ones. Furthermore they showed that no international law or informal statement differentiated between legal and illegal human experimentation. This argument worried Drs. Andrew Ivy and Leo Alexander, American doctors who had worked with the prosecution during the trial. On April 17, 1947, Dr. Alexander submitted a memorandum to the United States Counsel for War Crimes which outlined six points defining legitimate research. The verdict of August 19 reiterated almost all of these points in a section entitled “Permissible Medical Experiments” and revised the original six points into ten. Subsequently, the ten points became known as the “Nuremberg Code.” Although the code addressed the defense arguments in general, remarkably none of the specific findings against Brandt and his codefendants mentioned the code. Thus the legal force of the document was not well established. The uncertain use of the code continued in the half century following the trial when it informed numerous international ethics statements but failed to find a place in either the American or German national law codes. Nevertheless, it remains a landmark document on medical ethics and one of the most lasting products of the “Doctors Trial.”

“The researchers found the most interesting and suspicious thing when they tried to estimate the mortality of people over 65 years old, most of whom had already been vaccinated. It seems that it is the death from the vaccine that explains the rise in official deaths from the coronavirus in Israel, which has been observed since December. Vaccination of the oldest people has led to a sharp increase in their mortality.” https://t.me/insider_amigo/553
