Meditation, with its countless benefits, is our tool to explore the Way. Jesus said in the Dialogue of the Savior, left out of the Bible, “When I came among humanity, I opened the door to the Way. I showed you the path that you must follow. You will find it within yourselves.” And Buddha said six hundred years earlier, “Before you set foot on the path, master yourself.” Krishna said, around 3500 BC, ” Those find the Way are those who have love and forgiveness in the hearts, and Lao Tzu said in 5oo BC, “the Way is empty, the Way is full. There is no Way to describe what it is. Find it within yourselves.”
Meditation has been around for thousands of years and is based on Hindu Scripture, as a religious practice. Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
It is even mentioned in the Bible, Psalm 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2) but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”
In Joshua 1: 8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”
The Acts of Peter XXI, also omitted from the bible, “Give ear; withdraw your souls from all that appears but is not truly real; close these eyes of yours, close your ears, withdraw from actions that are outwardly seen; and you shall know the reality of Christ and the whole secret of your salvation.” In Matthew 6:6 ” But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
But what is left out is how to pray or meditate. Perhaps Jesus’ message in the Gospel of Thomas can assist in our journey of seeking the truth. In the Gospel of Thomas, (48) Jesus said, “If two make peace with each other in this one house, they will say to the mountain, ‘Move Away,’ and it will move away.” The one house is the body, and the two are mind and spirit. A very similar saying in (106) Jesus said, “When you make the two one, you will become the sons of man, and when you say, ‘Mountain, move away,’ it will move away.”
The two are mind and spirit, thought and emotion. From a spiritual perspective, Meditation is our Gateway, our connection to Universal Intelligence. Jesus was telling us how in the Gospel of Thomas, omitted from the bible. When we can make our thoughts and emotions one, we will be transformed and will able to move mountains.
We all have a divine power within. It is up to each of us to look within, know ourselves and understand our purpose. Our tool is meditation, contemplation, prayer and seeking the truth. This video may provide additional insight for those seeking the truth.
The world is currently going through a mass spiritual awakening. There is one God, one Creator, the Great Spirit, the Divine Force that rules over the all.
It is interesting to note that science has proven electromagnetic energy is the most plentiful constant energy of our universe. It is a part of all structures living and dead, including the atmosphere. We create electromagnetic energies in the atoms of our living cells, which we enhance by the reaction with the atmospheric energy field. We know this expanded energy field as the human aura. Within this energy we all have the ability to experience the Divine Reality by discovering our true nature.
As energetic beings, our thoughts, feelings and actions generate energy that radiates into the world, as we unknowingly create our reality. Energy has both positive and negative charges. Fear, control, hate, judging others are considered negative. The most positive emotion is Love which includes kindness, compassion, helping others and treating others as you would like to be treated. It is seeing God in everyone and everything. We are all co-creators and that is the paradigm shift of the global spiritual awakening.
Buddha said our lives are products of our mind. What we are today is a result of what we thought yesterday. What we think today influences what happens to us tomorrow. Our entire lives are products of our mind.

In recent years, meditation has become a social trend. While the body appears calm on the surface when meditating, the genes in the body change dramatically.
Meditation is typically a seated affair, but there are moving meditations also, like tai qi and qigong.
From the late 1970s to the 1990s, a variety of Chinese qigong masters came out to teach qigong practices, and many Chinese people developed the habit of going to the park in the morning to practice, a trend that came to be called “qigong fever.”
Later, qigong spread from China to the West, such as the widespread practice called Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa). Most of these qigong and yoga practices originated from the Buddha school. In the past, yogis emphasized spirituality and spiritual enhancement. Nevertheless, after yoga came to the West, its spiritual aspect was excluded, and only the physical adjustment part was left, which is the most popular form of yoga that we see today. The yoga practices with more depth also emphasize the use of meditation to train people’s consciousness, not just to improve the balance of the body.
Meditation is becoming increasingly popular in the West, with even some executives practicing meditation during their lunch breaks to improve their work efficiency.

Meditation has become a very important social phenomenon. Why did this occur, and what are its benefits to people?
Improved Heart and Cranial Nerve Health
During the COVID-19 pandemic, there were some studies that tried to use meditation to help patients alleviate their COVID-19 sequelae or vaccine side effects.
As early as 2020, professors at the University of California–San Francisco recognized that the impact of COVID-19 was so severe that it could damage multiple human organs at the same time. Two doctors, Juliet Morgan and Meghan Jobson, found that meditation could help patients recover from their symptoms.
Even beyond holistic health communities, there seems to be a degree of international consensus that meditation is helpful for people recovering from the side effects of COVID-19 vaccines and the lingering effects of the disease itself.
The Western medical community has been doing research on meditation for two to three decades, and meditation has been found to have the following benefits:
activating specific brain regions;
increasing heart rate variability;
suppressing inflammation; and
increasing telomerase expression, which affects the body’s aging mechanism.
In addition, meditation has been shown to be beneficial for both myocardial damage and neurological side effects caused by the COVID-19 vaccines.
Researchers have observed changes in brain activity during meditation through brain imaging techniques and brain wave tests, and they found that the insula and premotor cortex were effectively activated during meditation.
A 2013 study published in The Journal of Social Psychology showed that even five minutes of meditation improved heart rate variability, a parameter used in Western medicine to reflect the elasticity of the interval between each heartbeat. A high heart rate variability indicates strong cardiac regulation.
Moreover, there are different stages of meditation, and the meditation experience of the study subjects varied. For instance, the effects experienced by long-term meditators and occasional practitioners were discovered to be different.
Immune Genes Significantly Upregulated
When meditating, the body may appear to be still, but there are dramatic changes taking place at the microscopic level.
A large-scale genomic study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) showed that meditation activates the body’s immune system.
In this study, the subjects used a meditation method that emphasized stimulating inner thoughts and potential, rather than just focusing on physical movement and the muscle and bone balance.
Three hundred and 88 subjects participated in an eight-day meditation practice, and their blood samples were collected for comparison at four different points in time: two time points before the session, the last day of the eight-day session, and three months after the session.
It was discovered that after eight days of meditation, many genes in the human body were significantly upregulated, and the range of their upregulation was two to four times.
Three months after meditation, the regulation of some genes returned to levels close to those before meditation, but there were still some genes whose upregulation remained. This means that the effects of meditation are long-lasting. And the finding that an eight-day meditation practice still has positive effects after three months is delightfully surprising.
Meditation Activates Powerful Self-Healing Genes
The researchers classified the genes according to their effects and found that many of the genes that were most substantially regulated after meditation were antiviral and related to immunity enhancement.
A total of 220 immune genes were upregulated, and 68 of which were related to interferon and belong to the innate immune mechanism. The eight days of meditation had a very significant strengthening effect on the overall immunity of the body.
This study was conducted on peripheral blood and showed that meditation had an effect on the entire body’s immunity, not just on one organ.
The study also observed that meditation not only enhances the interferon and immune activation responses, but it also improves the body’s ability to break down and metabolize RNA so that if there is an invasion of viral RNA, the body can degrade it relatively quickly.
The Healing Effect of Meditation on Long COVID and Vaccine Side Effects
Is meditation effective for patients with long COVID symptoms or vaccine side effects? The answer to this question pertains to each patient’s own physical qualities, immune potential, and the severity of the disease.
However, it’s clear that meditation can regulate a number of genes that are important for the regulation of the immune system, including TRIM22, STAT1, and STAT2.
STAP2 is closely related to interferon and can bind to STAT1, and it can combine with the interferon regulatory factors to affect innate immunity. TRIM22 also affects the expression of gamma-interferon.
Meditation has a positive effect on these key genes. Therefore, overall, effective meditation will definitely help with recovery from COVID-19 symptoms and vaccine side effects.
The study also compared meditators with patients with mild and severe COVID-19 symptoms. The researchers used red dots to represent upregulated genes related to natural immune and antiviral mechanisms, and blue dots to represent downregulated genes. The genes in meditators were essentially red, compared to many genes expressed in blue (indicating severe impairment) in people with mild and severe COVID-19 symptoms.
Many genes related to virus resistance are significantly upregulated, so in addition to helping with recovery, meditation is also very effective in preventing infections and severe COVID symptoms.
Qigong and Tai Chi Also Cause Changes in Gene Expression
In addition to meditation, studies have found that yoga, tai chi, and qigong can all improve our health at different levels.
A study published in Frontiers in Psychology comprehensively analyzed the effects of yoga, tai chi, and qigong on the human body at different levels, including changes in gene expression, biomolecules, and neurotrophins. And it found that yoga, tai chi, and qigong can have multifaceted effects on antioxidant, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory aspects, as well as on cancer prevention and immune system enhancement.
Researchers used microRNAs to test and compare the expression of multiple genes in both yoga practitioners and walkers who listened to relaxing music in a natural setting.
The conclusion is that during the short period after yoga practice, 97 genes in the yoga practitioners’ bodies were regulated, with increased expression.
In the reference group of walkers, there were 24 genes with increased expression. That is, 73 extra genes were regulated as a result of yoga practice.
This was not a large-scale study, and only a small number of genes were analyzed. Nowadays, as genetic sequencing technology is becoming increasingly advanced, we hope to see larger analyses of the effects of these traditional health practices on gene expression.

Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the coronavirus pandemic was nowhere near over
With cases of Covid-19 trending upward globally, World Health Organization Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus called on Tuesday for authorities to bring back masking, ventilation, and social distancing.
Speaking during a weekly briefing, Tedros stated that “the virus is running freely, and countries are not effectively managing the disease.” With the WHO concluding last week that the virus remains a ‘Public Health Emergency of International Concern’, Tedros asserted that the pandemic was “nowhere near over.”
During the week of July 4-10, 2022, over 5.7 million new cases of Covid-19 were reported, a 6% increase compared to the previous week. Deaths, however, have remained relatively flat throughout this summer, with just over 9,800 reported in the week leading up to July 4, five times fewer than the same week last year.
Tedros called on national authorities to step up their efforts in “communicating risk” to the public, and called for a return of “public health social measures like masking, distancing and ventilation.”
Mask mandates and social distancing requirements were largely abandoned earlier this year, although some countries – among them China and South Korea – still require face masks in most public settings.
Fauci Concedes COVID-19 Vaccines ‘Don’t Protect Overly Well’ Against Infection

White House COVID-19 adviser Anthony Fauci conceded Wednesday morning that COVID-19 vaccines don’t protect “overly well” against the virus.
Speaking during a Fox News interview, Fauci told host Neil Cavuto that “one of the things that’s clear from the data [is] that … vaccines—because of the high degree of transmissibility of this virus—don’t protect overly well, as it were, against infection.”
But Fauci said later that the vaccines “protect quite well against severe disease leading to hospitalization and death” before he made note of his recent COVID-19 diagnosis.
“At my age, being vaccinated and boosted, even though it didn’t protect me against infection, I feel confident that it made a major role in protecting me from progressing to severe disease,” said Fauci, who is 81 and has worked in various capacities in the federal government since the late 1960s. He’s also headed the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since the Reagan administration.
Fauci then said it’s because of the vaccination that it is “very likely why I had a relatively mild course.”
The official’s comments come just days after a bombshell study revealed that natural immunity, or the immunity conferred via a previous COVID-19 infection, provides superior protection against the virus when compared with vaccines.
Researchers in Qatar said that individuals who survived a COVID-19 infection and weren’t vaccinated had very high protection against severe or fatal disease.
“Effectiveness of primary infection against severe, critical, or fatal COVID-19 reinfection was 97.3 percent … irrespective of the variant of primary infection or reinfection, and with no evidence for waning. Similar results were found in sub-group analyses for those ≥50 years of age,” Dr. Laith Abu-Raddad of Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar wrote.
But the researchers noted that both natural and artificial immunity conferred via vaccines waned over time. People who were previously infected with COVID-19 and were not vaccinated had half the risks of reinfection as compared to those that were vaccinated with two doses but not infected.
During an interview with the Washington Post this week, Fauci suggested that Americans aged 5 to 50 should be allowed to get a second booster shot.
The federal government, he argued, “need[s] to allow people who are under 50 to get their second booster shot, since it may have been months since many of them got their first booster.”
“If I got my third shot [in 2021], it is very likely the immunity is waning,” Fauci proclaimed.

The Omicron virus variant may lead to less severe cases of COVID-19 than earlier strains, according to data from South Africa, where the variant was first identified last month.
Most of the hospitalized patients admitted with COVID-19 did not need oxygen, a contrast to earlier in the pandemic, the South African Medical Research Council said in a new report.
Of 42 patients at a COVID-19 ward inside one of the hospitals in Gauteng Province, the epicenter of the latest wave, on Dec. 2, 70 percent did not need oxygen and had no respiratory symptoms, researchers said.
They described the patients as “incidental COVID admissions” because the patients were admitted to the hospital for a medical or surgical reason, not COVID-19.
Out of the 13 patients that required supplemental oxygen, nine had a diagnosis of COVID-19.
“This is a picture that has not been seen in previous waves. In the beginning of all three previous waves and throughout the course of these waves, there has always only been a sprinkling of patients on room air in the COVID ward and these patients have usually been in the recovery phase waiting for the resolution of a co-morbidity prior to discharge,” researchers said.
“The COVID ward was recognizable by the majority of patients being on some form of oxygen supplementation with the incessant sound of high flow nasal oxygen machines, or beeping ventilator alarms,” they added.
Another sign of optimism regarding Omicron? While COVID-19 cases have shot up in recent days, the in-hospital rate of deaths linked to the disease 6.6 percent in the previous two weeks before the report was published, versus 17 percent in the year-and-a-half preceding that time period.
“This may be due to the usual lag between cases and deaths and the trend will become clearer over the next few weeks,” said the researchers, who also cautioned against reading too much into the emerging data.
The first Omicron cases in southern Africa date back to Nov. 9.
South Africa has seen cases soar since then, but the increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations and death have been minimal.
Dr. Angelique Coetzee, a practicing physician and head of the South African Medical Association, said last week that most of the Omicron patients have displayed mild symptoms and did not require hospital care.
There are fears the variant can better evade the protection bestowed by prior infection and/or vaccination, but it’s still too early to tell if that’s the case, experts say.

On the other hand, many of the patients in the United States who authorities have confirmed were sickened by the Omicron variant were vaccinated. Most have shown only mild symptoms and recovered without going to a hospital.
“Though it’s too early to really make any definitive statements about it, thus far, it does not look like there’s a great degree of severity to it,” Dr. Anthony Fauci, a top medical adviser to U.S. President Joe Biden, said on CNN on Sunday.
“But we have really got to be careful before we make any determinations that it is less severe or it really doesn’t cause any severe illness comparable to Delta,” he added, before describing the early signs as “encouraging.”
Some patients have seen severe disease, Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, a top official with the World Health Organization, added on CBS.
“Initial reports suggest that people with omicron tend to have more mild disease, but it’s too early to tell. And the reason for that is because it takes time for people to go through the full course of their infection. It may take some weeks before we actually understand how many of those individuals will go on to develop severe disease,” she said.

According to science the properties of the field could be based on electromagnetic fields, coherent states, biophotons, quantum and quantum-like processes. The former Dr. Valerie V. Hunt, scientist, author, lecturer and Professor Emeritus of Physiological Science at the University of California confirmed electromagnetic energy is the most plentiful constant energy of our universe. Science also tells us that our heart electromagnetic energy field can be detected and measured several feet from the body and is 100 time stronger than the field of our brains.
The Abrahamic religions, Christians, Jews and Islam may refer to this quantum or biofield as the Holy Spirit while while Taoist refer to chi or qi and the Dao or the way. Hindu refer to prana and chakras while the Buddha included prana under a different name, one that is also used in yoga. The word is virya, meaning vitality, or life energy.
Consider all the different labels of this biofield by science and some of the religious belief the same. When are energic beings that do not realize we are co-creators of our reality based on our thoughts, emotions and actions. Look at the world around us. We do not even realize how powerful we are because we do not know our true selves.
We know how our body is affected by bacteria, viruses and an array of toxins from our our foods, medications and environment. Our bodies suffer from pain that needs physical healing and the first place we go is to the doctor and get medication, instead of looking to natural cures such as food, herbs and spices. Our minds are susceptible to infection by fear, worries, anger, greed, selfishness, jealousy just to name of few, which requires mental healing that is fueled by Mainstream Media through many sources. That is Our spirit is haunted by the disease of forgetting our true nature which cause man to forget their perfect divine nature and focus on the physical world. Ignorance creates imbalances between body, mind and spirit.
So how do we heal? There is the still, small voice within each of us that knows the answer to our questions. Perhaps now more than anytime in history is the time to be aware, listen and evaluate the polarity, positive or negative, and use Love as your benchmark.

The world we are living in is not as it seems. The physicals and metaphysical worlds are inseparable but most of us live in the physical ignoring the metaphysical. We all have heard and even experience the metaphysical world as it is unique to each person. Guardian angels or spiritual guides are available and can guide us each day if we pay attention. It is important to recognize the polarity, positive or negative entities providing messages, because we can be deceived. The key is to pay attention and even listen to tones providing some insight. Tone in the left ear can be consider negative and the right positive.
For those who are seeking the truth the signs may be more noticeable. Other common signs would be dreams, numerology and nature to mention a few.
I will share two vivid dreams I had I found interesting. For two nights in a row, I had the same dream. It was a tune but no lyrics. It was somewhat familiar, but I had no idea what it was. After the second night, it got my attention. I spent hours listening to different music trying to identify the song and finally two days later finally found it, Lonesome Loser.
Another dream was a woman wrapped up like a mummy, in a shopping mall, limping and walked to me and said, this is what love does to you. Both dreams were talking about love and how it hurts. Consider our subconscious is responsible for the design or scriptwriting for our dreams.

Numerology is a common sign, 111, 222, etc., are considered wake up calls. It is a language of its own and eventually, if you pay attention, eventually you begin to understand. You may even have a special number you see daily. We are all being guided to wake up to the metaphysical world we all live in.
Nature is a big thing for me. An Eagle flying over one day and a white dove sitting on my house which I have never seen before. Owls and hawks being more active during some of my thoughts. While in the garden, contemplating and wondering if I am on right track, I would see a blue dragonfly until I had my answer and then it would disappear. Tones in the left or right ears during my thoughts occur often. Again, these are just some of my signs that I have experienced.
The Law of One says we each have several guides available. The persona of two of these guides is the polarity of male and female. The third is androgynous and represents a more unified conceptualization faculty.
Our thoughts create our emotions that may result in positive or negative action. That is why it is important to have love and compassion in our hearts and a little wisdom certainly does not hurt. We are living in a world that we would never believe would happen two years ago and we need all the help we can get. Our guides are here to help and all we have to do is pay attention. We all have the God given gift of discernment, all we have to do is use it wisely. It will help us understand and determine the polarity, negative or positive signs we all receive. Pay attention and you will realize the world is not as it seems and it will make our journey much more enjoyable.
Meditation for 30 minutes a day, even broken up in three 10 minutes or two 15 minutes session will help calm the mind and incorporate the practice into your daily life. The practice should not be uncomfortable, but pleasant and enjoyable. Each person should go at their own pace and their own way. Daily meditation is a positive step for anyone on the spiritual path and help calm the unruly mind in this chaotic world.
Besides the countless benefits of meditation, Andrew Newberg, MD Director of Research, Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital has been doing research and suggest that Human beings appear to have spiritual brains; brains that are capable of feeling deeply connected to something greater than themselves and that we can develop intense beliefs about God. His research reveals the fascinating relationship between the universal spiritual urge and the intricate workings of the human brain. He did brain scans of Franciscan Nuns while they were engaged in a type of meditative prayer called centering prayer. The brain scans showed many different changes, including changes in he parts of the brain that are involved in the sense of self, providing evidence that meditative prayer has a measurable effect on the brain. Imagine what could be happening that is not measurable.

The immune systems of the vast majority of people who have been infected with the CCP virus will continue to carry antibodies against the virus for at least 12 months, according to a peer-reviewed study accepted by the European Journal of Immunology on Sept. 24.
Scientists at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare studied the presence of antibodies in 1,292 subjects eight months after infection. They found that 96 percent of the subjects still carried neutralizing antibodies and 66 percent still carried a type of antibody called nucleoprotein IgG.
The scientists then investigated antibody levels one year after infection by randomly selecting 367 subjects from the original cohort who hadn’t yet been vaccinated. Eighty-nine percent of the subjects still carried neutralizing antibodies, and 36 percent still carried the IgG antibody.
Antibody levels were higher in subjects who had experienced severe COVID-19 disease. Compared to those who had mild disease, these subjects had two to seven times as many antibodies for at least 13 months after infection.
“Studies of individuals who have recovered from [CCP virus] infection are crucial in determining for how long antibodies persist after infection and whether these antibodies protect against re-infection,” the scientists wrote (pdf).
Despite lasting protection against the original strain of the CCP virus, the study found that the neutralization efficiency against the Alpha, Beta, and Delta variants waned over time. The reduction in efficiency was “considerably declined” for the Beta variant and was “only slightly reduced” against the Alpha variant. For the Delta variant, which is the dominant strain in the United States, the study found that 80 percent of the subjects still had immune protection 12 months after infection.
A study published in Nature Medicine in May found that the levels of neutralizing antibodies in a person are highly predictive of immune protection against infection and severe disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, commonly known as the novel coronavirus. Prior studies have shown that antibodies persist six to 12 months after infection.
Despite the robust and lasting protection after an infection, CCP virus vaccine mandates in the United States offer no exemptions based on acquired immunity. An Epoch Times review of vaccine mandates for U.S. colleges and universities didn’t find a single school offering exemptions to students who had acquired immunity. Recent mandates imposed on the state and federal level have likewise ignored acquired immunity.
