A wonderful explanation of the Law One By Aaron Abke. The Law of One takes us on a spiritual journey revealing who we are, why we are here and where we are going.. It shares the some same concepts we learned from our religious systems today which provide some truths but not all the truths It is about the human race and our past, present and a glimpse into the future. It has been said this is “One of the most important spiritual documents since Jesus”. Simply stated, it is about love, light, wisdom, free-will and seeking the truth.

The Plan-10 years of pandemics; Healing energy and Herbs
THE PLAN shows the official agenda of the World Health Organization to have ten years of ongoing pandemics, from 2020 to 2030. This is revealed by a WHO virologist, Marion Koopmans. You will also see shocking evidence that the first pandemic was planned and abundantly announced right before it happened. Make sure to watch, and share this everywhere.
As we increase our understanding of the world around us was not as it seems, the same can be said of our true nature. It is all about the healing energy flowing through our body energy centers, then we will be more likely to heal ourselves. As we begin to discover our true selves, we can begin spiritual healing with the realization there is a Source, Universal Intelligence of pure divine energy, that connects us all.
Science may call it a quantum or biofield, described as “a field of energy and information, both putative and subtle, that regulates the homeodynamic function of living organisms and may play a substantial role in understanding and guiding health processes.” Science also tells us that the heart electromagnetic energy field be detected and measured several feet from the body. In eastern cultures, this energy is known as chi or qi, ki, prana, and chakras.
The Abrahamic religions, Christians, Jews and Islam may refer to this quantum or biofield as the Holy Spirit while Taoist refer to it as the Dao or the way. Hindu refer to prana and chakras while the Buddha included prana under a different name, one that is also used in yoga. The words is virya, and it means vitality, or life energy.
Consider all the different labels of this divine energy has been given by science, religion and different cultures the same. When we realize we are co-creators by our thoughts, emotions and actions then the healing process can begin.
It is interesting to note we are all subject to three types of diseases that affect the body, mind and Spirit and all are interrelated. Disease normally occurs during recurring negative thoughts, emotions and actions. We know the Law of Karma, we reap what we sow. The body is affected by bacteria, virus and an array of toxins in our foods and environment. Our bodies suffer from pain that needs physical healing. Our minds are susceptible to infection by fear, worries, anger, greed, selfishness, jealousy just to name of few, which requires mental healing. Our spirit is haunted by the disease of forgetting our true nature which cause man to forget their perfect divine nature and focus on the physical world. Ignorance creates imbalances between body, mind and spirit.
Chakras are the bodies seven energy centers. The healing process begins with clearing blockages in these energy centers and connect to the quantum field. Energy flows with love. When we love others as we love ourselves; love nature; be of service to others and are mindful of our thoughts, emotions and actions, the healing will begin. Prayer, meditation, contemplation and gratitude are part of the healing process.
Jesus message to us was we all have the ability to heal if we believe his message of love and enlightenment and look within ourselves to find the answers. In John 14:12 when Jesus said “Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father.
Eastern philosophy and medicine, originating in ancient India and China, have traditionally regarded body structures and the life processes occurring within as inseparable. Their terminology resides halfway between structure and function and identifies certain entities in the human body, representing the flow of life energy and, in some sense, conduits for that flow that do not correspond to anatomical structures recognized by Western science and medicine. More on that subject at https://myhealthinfous.blogspot.com/2023/02/energy-centers-of-body.html
As the veil lifts, we are learning the world around us was and is not what we believed to be. The vaccines and big pharma meds are designed to make us sick not heal us. We are in a spiritual battle and we should realize we are powerful energic beings with the ability to heal ourselves. The first step is to believe and have patience.
10 Herbs That Help Boost Immunity: Current Studies
Our immune system is complex and protects us from infection and disease. Many parts of the body work separately and together to keep us healthy, but stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and other factors can wear down our natural defenses.
Let’s look at 10 natural and easily obtained herbs that can boost our immunity to help keep us healthy as we push through the last months of winter cold.
1. Astragalus

Astragalus, also called Huangqi, is a root used in ancient Chinese medicine to strengthen and regulate the immune system. It was given for many conditions, including respiratory infection, hay fever, asthma, and chronic kidney disease.
A systematic review of studies finds that astragalus regulates our immune function, promotes the proliferation of immune cells, stimulates the release of cytokines (which control the growth of immune cells), and influences the secretion of immunoglobulin (antibodies) and conduction of immune signals.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) reports that astragalus may be safe when used “orally and appropriately,” and doses up to 60 grams daily for up to four months have been used without reported adverse effects. Possible but uncommon side effects include rash, itching, nasal symptoms, or stomach discomfort.
2. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a powerful antibacterial and antifungal spice that can help our immune system fight off infection. This aromatic spice can also relieve symptoms of autoimmune disorders.
One study finds that cinnamon offers significant relief of rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis symptoms, while findings from another one show cinnamon and its ingredients can be recommended to manage COVID-19 infection.
3. Black Pepper

One of the most common spices and used almost every day in cooking, black pepper has also shown promise against cancer.
A study confirmed that black pepper extract significantly enhances the cytotoxic activity of natural killer (NK) cells, and strongly suggests that it can exert immunomodulatory and antitumor action that can promote the maintenance of a healthy immune system.
Another in vitro study found that the active ingredient in pepper, called piperine, boosts the immune system to slow the replication of breast, prostate, and colon cancer cells, and could induce cancer cell death.
4. Garlic

Used as both a spice and food for thousands of years, researchers have found that garlic offers a broad range of health benefits, especially as an immune system booster.
Another randomized controlled trial looked for evidence that aged garlic extract could boost human immune function against respiratory infection.
While the number of study participants who caught a cold or flu wasn’t significantly different, researchers found that the garlic group reduced cold and flu severity. Participants also experienced a reduction in the number of symptoms, and the number of work or school days missed.
5. Holy Basil

Different from common basil, holy basil is native to India and is a component of Ayurvedic medicine. Research finds holy basil can inhibit the growth of multidrug-resistant bacteria that include Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, and Pseudomonas.
A different randomized controlled trial also confirmed that holy basil boosted crucial immune factors in the participants’ blood.
6. Rosemary

Rosemary contains rosmarinic acid, which has been shown to modulate our immune response to have anti-allergy and decongestant properties. In a study with 29 participants, those given rosmarinic acid had decreased amounts of immune cells in nasal mucus, which reduced nasal congestion.
A review of studies concluded that rosemary has significant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties.
7. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a small woody plant native to India and North Africa that is used in Ayurvedic medicine. A clinical trial found that five participants who took 6 milliliters of ashwagandha root extract twice daily for 96 hours showed significant increases in immune cell activity.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial found that ashwagandha extract significantly improved the immune profile of healthy subjects by modulating their innate and adaptive immune systems.
Researchers concluded that ashwagandha could be used to boost the immune system of people at risk for infection and during “widespread infections.”
8. Black Cumin Seeds

Black cumin seeds, also called black caraway, have a long tradition of use for therapeutic purposes.
A study identified compounds in black cumin seeds that can positively affect our immune signaling pathways, showing that this could be used as a dietary supplement to activate our immune responses.
A comprehensive review concluded that through a compound called thymoquinone, black cumin seed promotes immunity and cell survival, acts as an antitoxin, and can lessen the side effects of certain drugs.
9. Black Elderberry

Black elderberry, also called Sambucus nigra, refers to several varieties of the Sambucus tree, which has clusters of white flowers and black or blue-black berries.
A placebo-controlled, double-blind study of 312 plane travelers concluded that those who took elderberry supplements had significantly reduced cold duration and severity compared with passengers given a placebo instead.
A systematic review of studies from 2018 found that black elderberry supplements were effective to treat the symptoms of upper respiratory infection.
10. Echinacea

Echinacea refers to a group of flowering plants belonging to the daisy family. There are different species, but Echinacea purpurea is the most common.
A review of 16 studies found that echinacea was more effective than a placebo in preventing and treating upper respiratory infections.
Another review that looked at 14 studies found echinacea reduced the odds of catching a cold by almost 60 percent and decreased the symptom duration by nearly one-and-a-half days.
Are Immune-Boosting Herbal Supplements Safe to Use?
It’s important to get herbal supplements from a reputable brand.
“Echinacea and most herbal products are extremely variable,” Dr. Nima Majlesi, director of medical toxicology at Staten Island University Hospital, part of Northwell Health in New York, told The Epoch Times. He added that the labeling of products in health food stores can be incorrect due to a lack of FDA regulation.
People with allergic reactions to the contents of these supplements are the most obvious group that should avoid them.
“The fallacy of ‘it’s natural so it’s safe’ is truly concerning and we need to change the way we think about this,” said Majlesi.
Many drugs are based on natural compounds, and those compounds could have toxicity and potential for adverse effects just like prescription or over-the-counter drugs, he noted.
But overall, “these products are generally very safe, especially if taken for a short duration,” Majlesi said.
Majlesi advises that the best way to use most of these products is:
- Discuss whether it is safe with your health care providers, especially if you have medical issues or take medications daily.
- If they feel it is safe, and you want to try to improve your symptoms, consider a short course during specific times at recommended doses.
How Meditation Can Help Create a New Reality
Meditation, with its countless benefits, is our tool to explore the Way. Jesus said in the Dialogue of the Savior, left out of the Bible, “When I came among humanity, I opened the door to the Way. I showed you the path that you must follow. You will find it within yourselves.” And Buddha said six hundred years earlier, “Before you set foot on the path, master yourself.” Krishna said, around 3500 BC, ” Those find the Way are those who have love and forgiveness in the hearts, and Lao Tzu said in 5oo BC, “the Way is empty, the Way is full. There is no Way to describe what it is. Find it within yourselves.”
Meditation has been around for thousands of years and is based on Hindu Scripture, as a religious practice. Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
It is even mentioned in the Bible, Psalm 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2) but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”
In Joshua 1: 8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”
The Acts of Peter XXI, also omitted from the bible, “Give ear; withdraw your souls from all that appears but is not truly real; close these eyes of yours, close your ears, withdraw from actions that are outwardly seen; and you shall know the reality of Christ and the whole secret of your salvation.” In Matthew 6:6 ” But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
But what is left out is how to pray or meditate. Perhaps Jesus’ message in the Gospel of Thomas can assist in our journey of seeking the truth. In the Gospel of Thomas, (48) Jesus said, “If two make peace with each other in this one house, they will say to the mountain, ‘Move Away,’ and it will move away.” The one house is the body, and the two are mind and spirit. A very similar saying in (106) Jesus said, “When you make the two one, you will become the sons of man, and when you say, ‘Mountain, move away,’ it will move away.”
The two are mind and spirit, thought and emotion. From a spiritual perspective, Meditation is our Gateway, our connection to Universal Intelligence. Jesus was telling us how in the Gospel of Thomas, omitted from the bible. When we can make our thoughts and emotions one, we will be transformed and will able to move mountains.
We all have a divine power within. It is up to each of us to look within, know ourselves and understand our purpose. Our tool is meditation, contemplation, prayer and seeking the truth. This video may provide additional insight for those seeking the truth.

Lifting of the Veil Inner Earth Civilizations
As the veils lifts and the truth is being exposed , we realize the world was not as it seemed. We have free will to decide our journey, to stay in our cages or spread our wings to discover who we really are metaphysically. Imagine that all that is happening around us is a catalyst for our spirit evolution, something we all experience personally.
Since the beginning of time, humanity has been asking the question, who are we, why are we here and where are we going. We live in two inseparable worlds, the physical and metaphysical. Most live in the physical world using our five senses, sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. We also have a sixth sense we call extrasensory perception, intuition or discernment, but few use this gift.
Infinite Intelligence has been trying to teach us since the beginning of time to this current moment. We see these teachings from different Messiahs and prophets throughout history and in different languages depending on cultural traditions and political situations.
Our planet has over 7 billion people, different cultures and beliefs systems, yet we are all different in their own unique way. One thing most of us have all have in common, the belief there is something greater than ourselves, and Infinite Intelligence that is guiding all of us if we allow it. This is an important steps of consciousness, realizing and allowing this Divine Power back into our daily lives. Love is the dominate expression and experience and the reason we are here. Perhaps that is the highest state of consciousness we can obtain in this life but only Infinite Intelligences knows.
Is Our Pineal Gland For Spiritual Development?
According to Science the pineal gland is the body’s internal clock; according to our ancient teachers, it is for our spiritual development. The pineal gland, is a pine-cone shaped gland of the endocrine system is near the center of the brain. It is said that the pinecone was revered by ancient pagan people as the fruit or seed of the evergreen, a symbol which is connected to ideas of eternal life. It has also been considered a phallic symbol for its shape and role in creating life. The pinecone is a symbol which can be found in many ancient civilizations and cultures around the world.
The pineal gland regulates the body’s circadian rhythms and produces and secretes the hormone melatonin. Circadian rhythms are the daily rhythms of the body, including signals that make someone feel tired, sleep, wake up, and feel alert; around the same time each day. The circadian rhythms also plays a crucial role in many other biological processes, such as hormone secretion, cardiovascular health, glucose homeostasis, and body temperature regulation. Energy balance is one of the most important cornerstones of metabolic processes, whereas energy imbalance is associated with many diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, to name a few. Out of balance could mean sleeping too much or too little, feeling active and restless in the middle of the night, or feeling sleepy at unusual times.
Another interesting discovery related to the neurons in our brain that may provide a better understanding of our third eye. Neurons have the ability to produce photons of light, known as “biophotons”. They are capable of communicating through light. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the biophoton fields are closely related and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness. It might have Interdimensional qualities acting as a packet of information. It seems biophotons interact with our DNA. Perhaps that is what Jesus was saying in the Gospel of Thomas when he said, If they say to you, “Where have you come from?” say to them, “We have come from the light, from the place where the light came into being by itself, established itself, and appeared in their image.”
Based on our ancient teachers, the third eye or the 6th chakra, when activated, leads one to higher realms of consciousness. Ancient traditions knew of the pineal or third eye and all its mysteries. They knew of the pineal role in our spiritual development and communication with spiritual beings. Within Taoist self cultivation, the third eye, known as Ancestral Cavity, is located between and behind the eyes and serves as the cavity of profound and ancient knowledge and can be accessed through meditation and contemplation.
In Buddhism, the third eye refers to Eye of Consciousness, seeing the world beyond physical eyes. In Hinduism the third eye is the eye of spiritual wisdom and knowledge.
The third eye is mentioned in Matthew 6:22 when Jesus said, “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.”
in Genesis 32:30, So Jacob named the place Peniel, for he said, “I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been preserved.”
In the Law of One, the third eye, the indigo-ray or 6th chakra is our gateway to connect with Infinite Intelligence. In order to connect, we have to unblock our energy centers, by dealing with the negative and positive emotions that has shaped our lives and freeing the pathways for the flow of energy.
Our pineal gland is already active. We all have some degree of intuition or discernment, a sense of knowing that will expand the more we unblock our energy centers and more energy begins to flow. The the pineal gland will grow stronger and may even awaken the Kundalini.
The light in the body is the single eye, our pineal gland, in the middle of the forehead seen in deep meditation, our gateway and connection to Infinite intelligence. We can perceive through our pineal gland, our spiritual eye, the love and light of the One Infinite Creator. By fixing the vision of the two eyes at the point between the eyebrows in the interiorized concentration of meditation, one can focus the positive negative optical energy of the right and left eyes and unite the currents in the sign eye of the divine light. The more we practice, the more the body and mind inwardly illumined with astral light and wisdom, receives indescribable joy and unending guidance of divine wisdom.
Spiritual Balancing; What Is Qigong and How Do You Find a Good One?
What Is Qigong and How Do You Find a Good One?
Qigong describes a form of physical exercise that facilitates the flow and the balance of the energy inside the human body to achieve optimal health. Many people in the Chinese American community know that qigong is very beneficial to our physical health. Often, those with chronic illness and suffering from difficult diseases that cannot be cured turn to qigong to find new hope. Nowadays, not only in the overseas Chinese community, but many people in the West today are increasingly practicing qigong to benefit the physical and mental wellness.
So how can qigong help our health?
To understand the therapeutic effects of qigong, we must first have some basic knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine.
The traditional Chinese medicine has a very clear understanding of the human body’s energy system: as long as people are alive, their bodies have biological energy. And it is because of the biological energy that we have vital signs. An electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram can monitor the presence or absence of biological energy, but doctors do not know the true nature of biological energy, as it is invisible.
Traditional Chinese medicine calls this biological energy “qi.” The qi is like air, invisible and intangible, but it is vital to human life activities.
Similar to blood circulation taking place in blood vessels, qi travels via invisible channels. This channel system is very complex, like a network, called is the “meridians” in the traditional Chinese medicine. If the meridians are blocked or run in the opposite direction, it will cause various problems in the body.
In traditional Chinese medicine theory, qi also has a balance issue: there is heat and cold, dampness and dryness, movement and stillness.
For example, the kidney provides “cold” energy to balance the “heat” energy from the heart. In women with menopause, the kidney energy is deficient and can not balance the heat, and thus they will suffer form hot flashes and night sweats.
Qigong can balance the qi like what acupuncture and herbal medicine does. Instead of receiving herbs and needling, one practices qigong with slow and smooth movements and mindful meditation.
So how can one exercise qi? And how do we make make qi, blood, and the meridians more healthy?
From a simple point of view, the role of qigong (energy exercises) is to enable the movement of qi, so as to achieve the following purposes:
- Promoting the flow of qi and blood and keeping the meridians open;
- Keeping qi and blood moving in the right direction;
- Maintaining the energy properties of qi and blood, including the balances between heat and cold, dryness and dampness, and stillness and movement.
How Does Energy Affect Your Health?
As energetic beings, we are extremely sensitive and vulnerable to our environment and people around us.
For instance, if a person wants to attack you physically, he or she has to touch your muscles or bones in order to hurt you.
However, if a person wants to hurt you in terms of energy, he or she doesn’t need to touch you at all. He or she just needs to say a vicious sentence to you, give you an indifferent look, or give you an attitude, all of which can in effect make you feel physically and/or mentally sick.
Then, if one stays in an emotionally unhealthy environment for a long time, it can cause energy blockage and imbalance, consequently physical and mental dysfunction. It is why a person with past trauma can have persistent health issues.
On the other hand, when a person is calm, and the qi and blood both flow very well, the body will be healthy. This is why traditional Chinese medicine practitioners say that peace of mind is the secret to longevity. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners especially emphasize the need for a peace of mind and the importance of breathing regulation and calmness–the foundation needed for traditional Chinese medicine to produce good results.
However, it is easier said than done, because there are many things in this world that can affect our mind, and it takes practice to achieve a peace of mind.
A person’s emotions are reactions and judgment to what is happening around him or her. If it is something bad, he or she may be angry; if it is something good, he or she will be happy.
So, what determines our judgment? It’s our values. It’s a matter of one’s worldview and beliefs. Therefore, beliefs are very important.
Traditional Chinese medicine also places special emphasis on “virtue,” which is actually a very healthy eternal energy. Since qi is very unstable, it will be constantly consumed; and since qi is very sensitive, it is easily affected by emotions and by external factors. As a result, qi will often move in the wrong direction or lose balance. People say that if there is qi, there are illnesses. Many people have a lifetime of hustle and bustle, and in the end, they end up with only qi. All the emotions are qi, including anger, joy, and many others.
Say I have never paid much attention to my beliefs, emotions, lifestyle, or interpersonal relationships, and I only paid attention to my own body. Now I am locking the stable door after the horse has already been stolen. This is because ultimately, people do not live for their bodies. Even a healthy body will eventually come to an end, and the maintenance of the body alone will eventually make people feel empty and fearful.
However, the essence of human life, or in terms of traditional Chinese medicine, the human soul, can be nourished by virtue and morality. In fact, the Western and Eastern concepts of benevolent thoughts and meditation are the same, and in modern medicine they’re called positive energy psychology.
Virtue is a wonderful type of energy produced when humans act benevolently, and it has an eternal effect on our souls. This virtue is also called gong de.
In other words, besides exercises, gong actually refers to an eternal energy generated when a person cultivates and tempers his or her heart, and this is directly related to the future of one’s soul.
Therefore, true qigong practice is both internal and external: not just moving your body’s energy, but also cultivating your spiritual health.
How to Choose a Better Qigong Practice
We know that the West has many forms of exercise, such as yoga; in Asia, there are also many schools of qigong, some of which require a lot of tuition to learn. In this case, how do we find the right qigong practice for ourselves?
Currently, among yoga practices, meditation methods, and other regimens, many are based on the concepts of earliest traditional cultivation practices. As the later generations didn’t understand the true nature of cultivation practices, they dismembered these systems of practice, took out some of the contents that met their own ideas and needs, thus turning cultivation practices into various methods with newly created terminology. Therefore, all these different types of yoga that we see today have become a kind of therapy for people, and naturally they have to charge for it.
However, the original cultivation practices were free of charge. In the past, Jesus didn’t charge people tuition for teaching his own cultivation practice. He only told people what to do and what not to do. The Buddha and Lao Tzu, the founder of Buddhism and Taoism, respectively, didn’t charge their followers, either.
The purpose of these true traditional cultivation practices is to save people’s souls, and the physical benefits they bring are only a by-product, not the main focus.
Therefore, I personally recommend that you choose an original, authentic, and complete cultivation practice, rather than a modified, improved, and mutated method. This is because the true qigong cultivation practices are free of charge, as their purpose is not to make money off you, nor are they entirely for your health and fitness.
The importance of an excellent cultivation practice system is that it enables you to benefit at all levels, including the biochemical level, energy level, and your soul. It is an integrated, complete, and comprehensive system.

Meditation, Contemplation and Prayer; Breath Meditation with Dr. Amber Wolf; Hidden Secrets Revealed
Instead of listening and following what others tell us, perhaps it is time to seek and discover the truth for ourselves. There is no better time to connect with our Source. Meditation, is one approach with countless benefits, to explore the Way.
From the Law of One: 49.8Questioner: Is it better, or shall I say, does it produce more usable results in meditation to leave the mind, shall I say, as blank as possible; let it run down, so to speak, or is it better to focus in meditation on some object or some thing for concentration?
Ra: I am Ra. This shall be the last full query of this work time.
Each of the two types of meditation is useful for a particular reason. The passive meditation involving the clearing of the mind, the emptying of the mental jumble which is characteristic of mind complex activity among your peoples, is efficacious for those whose goal is to achieve an inner silence as a base from which to listen to the Creator. This is an useful and helpful tool and is by far the most generally useful type of meditation as opposed to contemplation or prayer.
The type of meditation which may be called visualization has as its goal not that which is contained in the meditation itself. Visualization is the tool of the adept. Those who learn to hold visual images in mind are developing an inner concentrative power that can transcend boredom and discomfort. When this ability has become crystallized in an adept the adept may then do polarizing in consciousness without external action, which can affect the planetary consciousness. This is the reason for existence of the so-called White Magician. Only those wishing to pursue the conscious raising of planetary vibration will find visualization to be a particularly satisfying type of meditation.
Contemplation or the consideration in a meditative state of an inspiring image or text is extremely useful also among your peoples, and the faculty of will called praying is also of a potentially helpful nature. Whether it is indeed an helpful activity depends quite totally upon the intentions and objects of the one who prays.
Meditation has been around for thousands of years and based on Hindu Scripture, as a religious practice.
There is no right or wrong way to meditate. There are many paths to our Source and each has free will to determine their journey.
Could the two be thought and emotion? When we can make our thoughts and emotions one, we will be transformed and will able to move mountains.
We have a divine power within and meditation is the gateway to tap into our Source. It is up to each person to look within, know yourself and understand our purpose in greatest Spiritual battle we have even known. Our tool is meditation, contemplation, prayer and seeking the truth from our source. This video may provide additional insight into our past.
Pedophiles at the Highest Level; How to Build Balance and Strength; The Truth Behind Preserved and Processed Food, Law of One
What is being done to protect Aussie children from pedophiles. Time to stop talking about the flu and recognize real issues for the vulnerable of our communities around the world
Not Being Able to Stand in This Position Increases Mortality Risk by 84%
Recent studies have discovered that middle-aged and elderly people who cannot stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds have almost double the risk of death in the next decade. Why is the ability to stand on one leg” related to mortality? There are two key reasons, and improving these issues can help reduce the risk of death.
The British Journal of Sports Medicine published a new study assessing the association between the ability to complete a 10-second one-legged stance and all-cause mortality in middle-aged and older adults.
Between 2008 and 2020, a total of 1,702 (68 percent male) volunteers aged 51 to 75 years participated in the study. A total of 20.4 percent were unable to complete the 10-second one-legged stance, and the older the volunteers, the higher the probability of failing the test.
During a follow-up (median of 7 years), 7.2 percent of the volunteers passed away, with cancer and cardiovascular diseases as the main causes of death, as well as respiratory diseases and COVID-19 complications. Among them, 4.6 percent were able to stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds, and 17.5 percent were unable to stand for more than 10 seconds.
Compared with those who passed the test, those who could not stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds had significant differences in age, waist-to-height ratio, and BMI. Moreover, their health status was also relatively poor, mostly suffering from hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity.
After taking age, gender, and underlying conditions into account, the study pointed out that people who were unable to stand on one leg for 10 seconds had an 84 percent increased risk of death from any cause in the next decade, which is equivalent to almost double the risk of people who passed the test.
The length of time a person can stand on one leg is related to his or her sense of balance and muscle strength.
Sense of Balance
Dr. Scott Wang, director of Star Rehabilitation Clinic in Neihu District, Taiwan, pointed out that sense of balance is very important, and elderly people with poor balance are prone to falls. He said, “Some of my patients in their 60s and 70s will tell me things like they fell again last week, or fell three times in the last month.”
Falls are a major threat to seniors.
This is because the harm caused by falls can be minor or major, ranging from scratches and bruises to serious fractures and even loss of life.
“When I was working in a hospital, a patient fell out of bed, causing a brain hemorrhage, and he passed away,” Dr. Wang said.
Sense of balance deteriorates as one ages, and the maintenance of sense of balance involves vision, the semicircular canals (the organs responsible for the sense of balance) in the ear, and proprioception. Vision deteriorates with age, affecting the elderly’s ability to walk; the semicircular canals are also affected by aging, as well as vertigo; and proprioception does not only deteriorate due to aging, but is also related to diabetes.
Most people can close their eyes and still put the index fingers of both of hands together, which is a function of proprioception. Proprioception allows a person to detect the position of a limb in space without being able to see it.
Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control can suffer damage to their proprioceptive nerves, resulting in insensitivity of the peripheral limbs and a poor sense of balance. Dr. Wang said that one of his patients doesn’t have feeling in his feet, so when he walks, he feels as if walking on a marshmallow. “This kind of feeling is very scary, and the general population can’t really imagine it,” he said.
In addition, a deteriorated sense of balance may also be a sign of an asymptomatic stroke (silent stroke).
Dr. Chih Hao Lin, neurologist and director of the Brain Stroke Center at Lin Shin Hospital in Taiwan, said that most asymptomatic strokes are small strokes, in which small blood vessels or capillaries under the cerebral cortex become embolized. Since the symptoms are very mild, they may not be detected without special attention or examination. However, these asymptomatic strokes may lead to major strokes.
Patients with asymptomatic strokes may experience a slight loss of balance, unstable gait, weakness in walking, and changes in their field of vision, including not being able to see with one of their eyes. The danger is that the symptoms are so light the patients do not detect them.
Muscle Strength
Muscle strength is also an important factor that affects the sense of balance. “Even if a person has good vision, balance and proprioception, if his muscles are severely atrophied, he is still prone to falls,” Dr. Wang said.
At the same time, muscle strength alone can predict a person’s longevity.
In addition to standing on one leg, a meta-analysis published in the British Medical Journal in 2010 found that people with poor grip strength, a slow walking speed, and slow chair rises also have relatively high future all-cause mortality:
- Those with the weakest grip strength had 1.67 times the mortality rate of those with the strongest grip.
- Those who walked the slowest had 2.87 times the mortality rate of the fastest group.
- The people who took the most time to rise from a chair had 1.96 times the mortality rate of the fastest people.
These abilities are also related to muscle strength. The most effective way to improve muscle strength is weight training, and Dr. Wang emphasized that “weight training can cure various diseases.” Excellent muscle strength brings many health benefits.
As muscle mass increases, it can prevent sarcopenia, increase bone density, reduce the risk of fractures, maintain joint flexibility to reduce arthritis symptoms, lose weight, and increase physical flexibility and balance.
People with a thick waist circumference have a lot of visceral fat accumulation, and their body is in a state of chronic inflammation, with metabolic problems. They are prone to fatty liver, and having high blood pressure, high blood lipid, and high blood sugar levels, and their future risks of cancer and diabetes are also relatively high. Compared to aerobic exercise, weight training has the best effect on reducing and controlling waist circumference.
Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health published a comprehensive review last year, showing that 60 to 150 minutes of muscle-strengthening activities per week can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 20 percent to 25 percent, the risk of type 2 diabetes by 30 percent, cancer mortality by 15 percent to 20 percent, and all-cause mortality by about 20 percent to 25 percent.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a study from Switzerland found that people with greater grip strength had lower hospitalization rates for COVID-19.
Dr. Wang added that weight training is good for blood sugar and blood pressure control. Some people may worry that when doing weight training, people’s faces tend to turn red, so won’t weight training increase blood pressure instead? He explained that the blood pressure will rise during exercise, but it will decrease after exercise. People who do weight training regularly have well-controlled blood pressure when they are not exercising.
Training Can Improve Muscle Strength and Balance
In addition to the sense of balance and muscle strength, whether or not someone can stand on one foot for more than 10 seconds also reflects a person’s exercise habits. People who habitually exercise are more physically fit and can stand on one leg for a longer period of time.
If you want to train your sense of balance and improve your muscle strength, first of all, it is necessary to cultivate exercise habits, and add the following training to your weekly routine:
Deadlifts and Deep Squats
Excellent weight training needs to take into account both upper and lower body muscles, but muscle training of the lower body brings the greatest benefits, because the muscles below the waist account for two-thirds of the total body muscle mass.
Deadlifts and deep squats mainly exercise the lower body. They also work the muscles of the entire body, making them highly efficient exercises for gaining muscle.
Sense of Balance Training
This training method is very simple: on the floor, draw (or paste) a line, and walk heel-to-toe along the line back and forth.
Dr. Wang pointed out that to enhance one’s sense of balance, improving muscle strength is indispensable, and some balance training should also be added to form a complete approach.
Regardless of whether it is weight training or balance training, seniors are advised to have a coach to assist them in doing these exercises to avoid falls and movement errors that can cause sports injuries.

Scientist Reveals Humans Have the Ability to Make Predictions About Future Events in 8-Year Study
“Of the various forms of ESP or psi, as we call it, precognition has always most intrigued me because it’s the most magical,” Bem told Cornell Chronicle in December 2010. “It most violates our notion of how the physical world works. The phenomena of modern quantum physics are just as mind-boggling, but they are so technical that most non-physicists don’t know about them.”
Bem, who studied physics before becoming a university professor of psychology, may have some psychic researchers pleased with his study, but it has confounded other, more dubious researchers, who are troubled by Bem’s methods — despite these being mainstream and widely accepted in the scientific community.
He became interested in studying precognition when he was asked to find flaws in one psychic researcher’s successful experiment but couldn’t.
“The research and this article are specifically targeted to my fellow social psychologists,” Bem said. “I designed the experiments to be persuasive, simple, and transparent enough to encourage them to try replicating these experiments for themselves.”
Cleverly, he devised a method which was to take “well-known phenomenon in psychology and reverse their time course.”
Typically, scientists would present stimuli first, then measure the response. But for his experiment, Bem did the opposite, taking readings before the stimulus was applied. He hooked the participants up to a piece of equipment similar to a lie detector to measure their emotional response. Each, sitting before a computer screen, was shown randomly selected images; most of which were normal but some were of erotic or extremely negative imagery, such as the aftermath of a bloody murder scene.
“Your physiology jumps when you see one of those pictures after watching a series of landscapes or neutral pictures,” Bem said. “But the remarkable finding is that your physiology jumps before the provocative picture actually appears on the screen — even before the computer decides which picture to show you. What it shows is that your physiology can anticipate an upcoming event even though your conscious self might not.”
The participants in the nine experiments, it was shown, were able to predict future events. In another experiment, subjects were presented a list of words on a monitor and then asked to retype them from memory after. The computer then randomly selected some of those words; the participants were asked to retype the ones they remembered in a practice run. The results revealed a marked correspondence with the words generated by the computer, indicating some form of perception of future events.
Only one of the nine experiments failed to validate Bem’s hypothesis that psychic phenomena do exist. He said the odds these results being merely the product of chance was 1 in 74 billion.
The psychology professor, who came to Cornell in 1978 and retired in 2007, said he rarely works on a single topic for eight years, as he did this time, “but this one was a biggie and seemed like an appropriate thing to end my career with. The journal in which it will appear is the same journal that published my very first article 50 years ago,” he added.
He undertook studying the supernormal because current research strongly supports that it’s real. “I went in optimistic that I would be able to find it with these experiments,” he said. “After I started getting positive results, my undergraduate research team seemed puzzled by my enthusiasm and said, ‘But didn’t you tell us you thought these would work?’
“I said yes, but when I actually see them work, that’s very different.”

The undeniable connection between physical pinecones and the Pineal Gland.
What is the Pineal Gland?
The pineal gland (also known as the pineal body) is located in the epithalumus near the center of the brain. It is a part of the endocrine system and found outside the blood-brain barrier. It is reddish-gray in color, conical in shape, and about the size of a pea. The pineal body is found in most vertebrate species and biologists have classified the gland as an atrophied photoreceptor, or a vestigial eye, depending on the species of interest. Although the human pineal gland is relatively easy to see on modern x-rays due to high levels of calcification, it is only recently that some light has been shed on its biological purpose.
Our Spiritual Connection
Have you ever considered why the concept of our energy centers, the chakras, has not been accepted or taught in mainstream? Perhaps those who rule do not want you to understand your full potential. Until the world became available to us via internet, we were very limited on the information we receive. Communication occurred more between governments, institutions and religions than people. We simply have been programmed.
Ancient traditions knew of the pineal or third eye, the sixth chakra, and all its mysteries. They knew of the pineal role in our spiritual development and communication with metaphysical world. Even Jesus said “Your eye is a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is good, your whole body is filled with light.
In Buddhism, the third eye refers to Eye of Consciousness, seeing the world beyond physical eyes. In Hinduism the third eye is the eye of spiritual wisdom and knowledge. Within Taoism, the third eye, known as Ancestral Cavity, serves as the cavity of profound and ancient knowledge and can be accessed through meditation and contemplation.
Today in is being reported that the Pineal Gland has highest levels of fluoride in our body. Fluoride is in our water system and dental products. One should ask why?
In the Law of One, the third eye is our gateway to connect with Infinite Intelligence. In order to connect, we have to balance, understand and unblock our lower chakras. Each Chakra is an energy center. The 1st chakra, or red-ray is basic and fundamental. The second Chakra, or orange-ray is the emotional or personal energy center. The third Chakra, or yellow-ray is what we call the ego. The fourth Chakra, the heart chakra, known as the green-ray, is our understanding of universal love or compassion. The fifth Chakra, known as the blue-ray, is our understandings of ourselves and our communication with others.
The more blockages we have in our lower chakras the less flow of Intelligent Energy we receive. Our goal is to unblock our lower chakras and connect with Infinite Intelligence. Loving others as we love ourselves; love nature; be of service to others; understand our thoughts, emotions, and actions create our reality; and meditation, contemplation and prayer are the gateway to Infinite Intelligence. The Law of One, session 15.12 provides a more spiritual advanced understanding of the Chakras. Commentary by Scott Mandelker, PhD provides an in-depth analysis of the 7 chakras in the Law of One, Session 15, part 2.
Science has actually proven meridians exist in our body. Our life energy, known as Chi or Qi, ad prana is distributed by these channels through our energy centers.
Bruce H. Lipton, PhD, is a former medical school professor and research scientist, and author of ” The Biology of Belief. ” His research radically change our understanding of life. It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts. His work was a major breakthrough showing that our bodies can be changed as we retrain our thinking. Dr Joe Dispenza, another researcher proved that point by healing himself after breaking 6 vertebrae in his back and being told he would never walk again.
The Chakras are about energy within each of us. We all have abilities that require us to know ourselves and realize how our chakras as well as our thoughts, emotions and actions cannot not only heal us, but creates our reality. We are energetic beings with a power within each of us. The only one that can unleash that divine power is you. Perhaps that is the reason chakras are not accept or taught.
L/L Research Channeling
The self-healing distortion is effected through realization of the intelligent infinity resting within. This is blocked in some way in those who are not perfectly balanced in bodily complexes. The blockage varies from entity to entity. It requires the conscious awareness of the spiritual nature of reality, if you will, and the corresponding pourings of this reality into the individual mind/body/spirit complex for healing to take place.
We will use this instrument as example. The portions of its ailment, as you call this distortion complex, that can be perfected in balance are due primarily to a blockage of the indigo-ray or pineal energy center. This center receives the intelligent energy from all sources lawful within the one Creation; that is, lawful in this third-density distortion or illusion. If there is no blockage, these energies pour or stream down into the mind/body/spirit complex perfecting moment by moment the individual’s body complex.
This instrument also experiences some distortion of the green-ray energy center which you may call the heart center. It is overly open due to an intensive desire distortion on the part of this mind/body/spirit complex towards service to others, or as you may call it, universal love. This entity, therefore, spends itself without regard to its reserves of mind/body/spirit complex distortion in regard to what you call strength or energy. This distortion is primarily due to the blockage of the indigo ray. As we have said before, the misapprehension distortion of the instrument responsible for this blockage is the basic orientation towards a belief in unworthiness. The unworthiness distortion blocks the free flow of intelligent energy.
The seventh or violet ray is unimpaired, this being not only an energy receptor but a sum total of the vibratory level of the individual. The other energy centers are also quite clear. The solution to healing in this case is action that puts into practice the peaceful understanding in humility distortion that the entity is one with the Creator, therefore perfected and not separate. In each case of what you would call ill health one or more of these energy centers is blocked. The intelligence of the mind/body/spirit complex needs then to be alerted either by the self as healer or by the catalyst of another healer, as we have said before. Law of One 12.31
Each entity must, in order to completely unblock yellow ray, love all which are in relationship to it, with hope only of the other selves’ joy, peace, and comfort. Law of One 102.11
