“They’re looking for presidential records, what they deemed to be presidential records, and anything that could potentially be classified,” attorney Christina Bobb told The Epoch Times on Aug. 9.
“We had been very cooperative with them before. And it’s unclear to me why they went to such drastic measures to do this. But they did. And as far as the probable cause goes, they wouldn’t give that to us.”
In mid-January, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) arranged for the transport of 15 boxes from Mar-a-Lago that the archives said contained presidential records. Under the Presidential Records Act, the records should have been transferred in January 2021 as Trump left office, and some of the boxes contained classified information, the archives said in a statement at the time.
NARA officials didn’t respond to an Aug. 9 inquiry by The Epoch Times.
About two dozen FBI agents arrived around 9 a.m. on Aug. 8 and remained at Mar-a-Lago, which is in West Palm Beach, for about 10 hours.
Agents initially resisted showing Bobb the warrant but ultimately did. However, they wouldn’t allow any representatives of the former president to oversee the search, she said. The justification for the search also remains under seal.
Trump’s legal team plans to ask the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida to unseal the search warrant affidavit, which would outline why authorities asked for the warrant.
“We don’t know what the probable cause is,” Bobb said. “I don’t think there is a good cause to do such a drastic thing. But they did.”
The FBI has declined to comment. The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence haven’t returned requests for comment. The White House has said the DOJ is independent and that President Joe Biden and others in the White House were not notified of the raid ahead of time.
‘Peaceful’
Agents kept Mar-a-Lago neat while they were searching for documents, with one even picking up trash, according to Bobb. The agents “took a handful of boxes of documents,” she said.
“I don’t think that there was anything incriminating. I don’t think there was anything of substance. So I’m sure that they will say otherwise. But we’ll have to wait and see what they come up with, but it was all paper. I hear the conspiracy theories and the rumors that there were other artifacts or something taken—it was all paper,” she said.
Agents previously had visited the resort in June, and were given access to a storage facility there, according to Bobb.
“Nothing had been hidden and nothing had been kept secret from them, which makes this all more all the more ridiculous,” she said.
“Donald Trump didn’t commit a crime,” she said, adding that prosecutors wouldn’t be able to show that the former president knew about the boxes taken by the FBI.
“They would have to lay the foundation that Donald Trump actually packed up his own office, and Donald Trump was actually the custodian of these records, and that he actually moved them.”
If the DOJ decides to press charges against Trump, the effort won’t get very far, she predicted.
“I just don’t see it making a bit of difference. I think President Trump is going to most likely run for reelection,” she said. “I can’t wait until he does. And he will be the next president of the United States.”

Ex-FBI Official Could Testify on Claims Agency Inflated ‘Domestic Violent Extremism’ Numbers

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) is calling on former FBI Counterterrorism Division Assistant Director Jill Sanborn to testify regarding whistleblower claims that agents were pressured to reclassify cases as “domestic violent extremism” even if they did not meet the criteria.
In a letter to Sanborn on Aug. 10 the Republican lawmaker, who serves as the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote that the whistleblower allegations that the FBI is pushing agents to inflate the numbers of domestic violent extremism cases are among many that he and other members of the committee are investigating that concern “the politicization of the FBI.”
Sanborn served as Counterterrorism Division assistant director at the law enforcement agency and then as executive assistant director at the National Security branch between January 2020 and April 2021, until she left the federal service.
According to Jordan, the whistleblower revealed that Sanborn was among officials in the FBI who allegedly led the pressure campaign on agents to reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism, or DVE.
“One whistleblower explained that because agents are not finding enough DVE cases, they are encouraged and incentivized to reclassify cases as DVE cases even though there is minimal, circumstantial evidence to support the reclassification,” Jordan wrote.
“Another whistleblower stated that a field office Counterterrorism Assistant Special Agent in Charge and the FBI’s then Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division pressured agents to move cases into the DVE category to hit self-created performance metrics. This whistleblower identified you as one official who exerted pressure on agents to reclassify cases as DVE matters.”
‘Padding Domestic Terrorism Data Is Scandalous’
“Your testimony is necessary to advance our oversight, we, therefore, ask that you contact the Committee to schedule a transcribed interview as soon as possible but no later than 5.00 p.m. on August 24, 2022,” he wrote in the letter, which was also signed by Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.).
The Epoch Times has contacted the FBI for comment.
Jordan first revealed the whistleblower allegations in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on July 27 (pdf).
“Given the narrative pushed by the Biden Administration that domestic violent extremism is the ‘greatest threat’ facing our country, the revelation that the FBI may be artificially padding domestic terrorism data is scandalous,” the lawmaker wrote in his letter to Wray.
According to the FBI, domestic violent extremist is defined as “an individual based and operating primarily within the United States or its territories without direction or inspiration from a foreign terrorist group or other foreign power who seeks to further political or social goals wholly or in part through unlawful acts of force or violence.”
The Biden administration has said that domestic terrorism is the most urgent threat currently facing the United States.
Following the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, the creation of a new unit in the Justice Department to counter domestic terrorism was announced. At the time, officials said that the number of FBI investigations of suspected violent extremists had more than doubled since the spring of 2020.
However, Jordan is among a number of Republican lawmakers who have expressed concerns that both the Justice Department and FBI have become politicized.
The lawmakers’ letter to Sanborn comes shortly after the Florida Mar-a-Lago home of former President Donald Trump was raided by FBI agents, prompting Republican leaders to condemn the move and accuse the Biden administration again of weaponizing the Justice Department for political purposes.
Kash Patel, a former top House Intelligence Committee aide, said he believes special counsel John Durham has figured out the “insurance policy” discussed by leading FBI officials in the heat of the 2016 presidential election.
A text message sent by FBI agent Peter Strzok to then-FBI lawyer Lisa Page in August 2016 mentioning an “insurance policy” is integral to what Republican investigators have long suspected to be part of a so-called plot to undermine then-candidate Donald Trump — a view rejected by ex-top FBI brass involved in the matter. Strzok and Page, who were romantically linked, have filed separate lawsuits against the Justice Department and the FBI for alleged wrongful firing under political pressure and violating the Privacy Act with the release of their text messages, respectively.
One week into the trial of Michael Sussmann, a former lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign accused of lying to the FBI, Patel said the “damning testimony” heard by the court so far will inevitably have former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, as well as “lovebirds” Strzok and Page, “concocting an ‘insurance plan.'”
“And I think John Durham knows what that ‘insurance plan’ is. I know we figured it out during Russiagate, and we have tried to educate the American public on it, but it remains classified, partly,” Patel told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo on her Fox News program Sunday Morning Futures.
Text messages between Strzok and Page, in which they displayed a negative opinion of former President Trump, were uncovered over the course of the Justice Department inspector general’s investigation into the DOJ and FBI’s conduct during the investigation into Clinton’s unauthorized private email server, which she used while secretary of state.
The text Strzok sent to Page on Aug. 15, 2016, weeks before Clinton lost to Trump in the presidential contest, read, “I want to believe the path you threw out in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take the risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”
Both Strzok and Page were later grilled about their messages during testimony to congressional investigators.
Strzok recalled the mid-August 2016 text mentioning an “insurance plan” as being part of a larger conversation about protecting an “extremely sensitive source” as he and Page considered how far to lean into the counterintelligence investigation into possible links between the Trump campaign and Russia, as it was widely viewed that Trump did not have a very good chance of beating Clinton in the election. Page acknowledged the texts were referring to the Russia investigation but said it was a “continuing check-in” to decide how quickly to proceed with the investigation based on the outcome of the election.
Durham began his review of the origins and conduct of the Russia investigation as a U.S. attorney following an appointment by former Attorney General William Barr in 2019. Although Durham left his role as U.S. attorney, the Biden administration let the inquiry continue after Barr appointed him special counsel. The endeavor has long been criticized by Democrats and some legal observers, who claim the inquiry is meant to undercut special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into ties between the Trump 2016 campaign and Russia. Trump and his allies have championed it as a means to rid agencies such as the FBI of corrupt officials and uncover the role Clinton played in ginning up Trump-Russia collusion concerns, including in the media sphere.

Durham has two active prosecutions. One of them is a case against Sussmann, who was indicted for allegedly lying to the FBI about whom he was representing when, in September 2016, he presented internet data that suggested a now-discredited link between Trump and a Russian bank. Sussmann denies lying to the FBI and has pleaded not guilty. His trial continues next week.
The other prosecution centers on a case against a key source for British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s anti-Trump dossier. In addition, Durham has obtained a single guilty plea, which came from former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted to altering an email about a onetime Trump campaign aide, Carter Page, under government surveillance. Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz determined the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation was filled with serious missteps and errors and concealed potentially exculpatory information from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The Justice Department told the FISA court it believed at least the final two of four FISA warrants were “not valid.”
McCabe testified to Congress in 2020 that he was “shocked and disappointed” by the “errors and mistakes” found in the FISA applications and expressed regret about signing off on one of the renewals. However, he also denied that the FBI’s Trump-Russia inquiry was meant to be a “coup,” stressing, “We had many reasons at that point to believe the president himself might pose a danger to national security.”
McCabe, who was fired from the FBI in 2018 hours before his retirement, said in 2019 he was the one who ordered an obstruction of justice inquiry into Trump after the firing of FBI Director James Comey to ensure the Russia investigation would not “vanish in the night without a trace.” Also in 2019, McCabe filed a wrongful termination lawsuit and last year won back his full pension as part of a settlement with the Justice Department. Briefing notes disclosed during Sussmann’s trial show McCabe talked about Trump’s “tweet activity” in March 2017 after Trump accused former President Barack Obama of wiretapping Trump Tower.
Patel, who held high-ranking positions in the Trump administration after departing the House intelligence panel, emphasized on Sunday that the timing of the “insurance policy” text is important to consider. “I remind the audience that’s in August of 2016, when they were digesting the Steele dossier, when they were running with the Alfa-Bank server nonsense, and when they were getting ready to go to the FISA court,” he said. “This trio, who led this, the biggest criminal conspiracy in U.S. history, I believe is in the crosshairs of John Durham.”
Patel also predicted there will be more charges in Durham’s long-running investigation. “I firmly believe he’s got a few more indictments coming this summer,” he said.
White House, Hillary Clinton Decline to Comment on Durham Allegations

A White House spokesperson on Monday declined to comment on Special counsel John Durham’s allegations that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) spied on former President Donald Trump’s residences and the White House when he was in office in order to bring a “narrative” to federal government agencies linking him to Russia.
Deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked three times at a press briefing by Fox News correspondent Jacqui Heinrich to answer questions regarding the allegations.
But each time, the White House spokesperson referred her to the Department of Justice.
“Does the President have any concerns about a candidate for president using computer experts to infiltrate computer systems of competing candidates, or even the president-elect to—for the goal of creating a narrative?” Heinrich asked.
“That’s something I can’t speak to from this podium, so I refer you to the Department of Justice,” Jean-Pierre initially answered.
“Is what’s being described in that report—monitoring internet traffic—is that spying?” Heinrich then asked, to which Jean-Pierre responded, “Again, I can’t speak to that report. I refer you to the Department of Justice.”
Trying again to get an answer, Heinrich continued, “Generally speaking though, would monitoring Internet traffic be—” but was cut-off mid-sentence by Jean-Pierre who replied, “Jacqui, my answer is not going to change. I refer you to the Department of Justice.”

Meanwhile, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton refused to answer questions regarding the alleged spying when asked by a Daily Mail reporter on Feb. 15.
Did you pay to spy on the Trump campaign,” Hillary was asked by the reporter in New York City. “When are you going to comment on the spying allegations, Hillary?”
Clinton declined to answer both questions and continued walking while waving at the reporter.

Special counsel John Durham’s team alleged in a court filing (pdf) on Feb. 12 that a tech executive aligned with the Democratic Party spied on Trump’s residences and the White House when he was president.
Durham’s team alleged that Michael Sussmann, a lawyer who had worked on behalf of the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, had “assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign,” according to a section in the court filing, titled “Factual Background.”
Billing records he obtained reflect that Sussmann “repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations.”
Sussmann is currently charged with making a false statement to the FBI when he gave the agency false documents that allegedly linked the Trump Organization to a Russian bank.
He has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to go to trial in May.
“In connection with these efforts, Tech Executive-1 exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data,” the filing stated. “Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract.”
The executive also “tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” the filing states, adding that the executive’s employer “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers” for Trump’s executive office.
The technology executive was not named in the filing.
Lawyers for Sussman, in response to the Durham filing, said on Feb. 14 that the motion included “prejudicial—and false—allegations that are irrelevant to his motion and to the charged offense, and are plainly intended to politicize this case, inflame media coverage, and taint the jury pool.”
They also argued that the information that Sussmann provided to federal government agencies related to the Executive Office of the President concerned the time period when Democrat Barack Obama was still president, not Trump.

Trump also issued a statement regarding the unsealed filing, stating on Feb. 12 that it “provides indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection.”
Trump has continuously denied that he had any business interests in Russia or colluded with Russian officials during the 2016 election and asserts he is the target of a witch hunt.

1871, February 21: Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871.
With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).
The act — passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War — was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America.
Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.
The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the organic Constitution was defaced — in effect vandalized and sabotage — when the title was capitalized and the word “for” was changed to “of” in the title.

It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does is not!

Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the organic Constitution, we the people now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a “privilege” that requires citizens to be licensed.
By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.

News and knowledge shapes our perception and how we see the world. Programming has been going on on since our birth and now information is being censored, revealing the elite/ globalist who want to control us. Humanity is waking up and realizing that propaganda is filling the airwaves. Most are trying to figure out what do or how to move forward.
To move forward we should realize the world is not as it seems; the physical and metaphysical worlds are inseparable, yet many ignore the wonders of the metaphysical world because of their perception, their programming. The metaphysical world, the spiritual world, is all around us and can bring balance into our lives. “What we think we become” is more accurate today than anytime in world history. Consider the the world we live in; we created it based our our thoughts, emotions and actions.
The Bible tells us not to conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. For many, the Veil is being lifted and are evolving spiritually. From this experience, we begin to seek to live in harmony with our Source, the power that creates the cosmos. From this relationship arises a profound feeling of happiness as well as spiritual, emotional and mental freedom. Each person has to move forward in their own way and connect with our source starting with love, thoughts, being grateful and appreciative for this experience. In time, synchronicity’s will become part of your life, helping with your evolution as the old ways drop away and the new ways start a new beginning. Pay attention to your thoughts, emotions and actions. You are the only one that knows what works for you and realize there are many paths going the same destination. After researching all of the facts from this video it only made sense to vote for Donald Trump. Seriously put all petty issues aside.
