The basic fundamentals are taming the unruly mind and being mindful of our thoughts, speech and actions. While as much as possible, avoid destructive ways of thought, speech and actions while cultivating positive and constructive ways of thought, speech and actions. This requires taming the mind, by ridding it of confusion about reality and about behavioral cause and effect.
Buddha teachings are; Commit not anything negative at all; splendidly enact what is constructive; fully subdue your own mind.
Negative means something self-destructive, something that causes problems and unhappiness to others. Splendidly enact what is constructive means something that brings about positivity and happiness for all.
Meditation is the tool to fully subdue your mind. Meditation is a natural relaxation state of the mind. The proper way to meditate is just start, developing a practice over time. Do what works for you. Sitting in a chair or floor with good posture, close your eyes, take 5–10 slow deep breaths, following your breath. Your relaxing your mind so try not to think of anything. Just focus on a point in the front of eyes. You will find your thoughts drifting to problems just bring the focus back to the point in front of the eyes. The time you meditate is up to you.
The above describes the first step of Dzogchen,an esoteric tradition of teachings considered to be the highest and most definitive path to enlightenment by Tibetan Buddhism, known for the Rainbow Body. Buddha found enlightenment with the breath sitting under a tree. So with the will and wisdom, dzogchen becomes an incredibly profound and effective method for achieving enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. The fundamentals of Dzogchen meditation can be found here, and even may be the most powerful meditation technique.
Is it contradictory to accept reality and yet visualize for a better world? The acceptance of reality is just that, accepting what is currently occurring, visualization is for what is to come.
We worry constantly about what is happening, what may or may not happen. It is prudent to our own psychological well being as well as our spiritual growth to accept our reality as it comes to fruition, as this acceptance can bring peace to our psyche. I believe when we begin to accept reality as it is, it actually empowers us to change the reality of our world. Rather than looking at anything negative that we believe is our reality, if we find the love in it – the silver lining, then our reality begins to change. Our reality serves as a catalyst for our spiritual growth to teach us the ways of unconditional love. When we accept our reality, we begin to understand our purpose and role in this life.
Visualization through meditation is the practice of seeing and listening through the heart.
It’s one of the paths of making the mind and heart one. Studies have found that the human mind does not distinguish the difference between our own experience and that of which we experience through our eyes or dreams. Therefore; simply watching a program or playing a video game in which our body begins to react to our thoughts, our mind believes we are actually experiencing the event. The saying is we become what we think, our thoughts can and do create our reality. Every thought is a form of energy, we send that energy out into the world and it begins to manifest. Visualizing positive thoughts through the heart makes a direct connection to the mind increasing the intensity of our thoughts, sending positive energy out into our world and universe.
Visualization however, requires more than just the act of love through the heart and sight through the mind’s eye, it also requires a complete faith and trust of oneself.
How much of an impact do our intentions have on us and our world? Our lives are programmed from the first phase of birth, programmed to eat on a schedule, to sleep on a schedule, to work on a schedule. We have become so accustomed to being programmed we even program ourselves. We create an intense catalog mentally of our responses to specific stimuli, in return when experienced again our subconscious takes over and goes into autopilot. Reacting and/or responding to our repeat of the same experience. What happens when we stop ourselves and actually think through the intention of the outcome rather than the outcome itself? Are we truly living life or merely trying to survive it? Ask yourself, how many times throughout my day do I just go through the motions, never giving a thought as to why I’m taking the action.
Does that mean if I respond the same way each time to a specific comment or action, I’m acting from pre-programming? No, not necessarily. Let’s take for instance a loved one saying I love you, normally a typical response is to confirm you love them as well. Now ask yourself, when you say it do you just say the words or do you actually wish to convey to the person the actually feeling of love you feel in your heart. Your answer is not only indicative of your self programming but also of your spiritual well being.
When we go through the motions without intentions, we rob ourselves of the emotions, rewards and growth the action alone fails to garner. How do completely benign thoughts and actions fill and affect our world? Studies regarding placebos indicate that when we believe we are taking medication that helps us the outcome can be a measured positive response. When we take a placebo our intention is to heal, and we tell our bodies such and it makes it so. Therefore our intentions not only affect our emotional state so that we actually experience the moment, we find that intention also affects our physical bodies as well.
The New York Times Bestseller, The Hidden Messages in Water, documents the extraordinary life work of Dr. Emoto regarding the impact of human thoughts, emotions and intentions on water crystallization. The study had a profound impact on our understanding of the effect of our thoughts and intentions on the world around us. The study showed beautiful and intricate crystals formed when positive intentions and thoughts were impressed upon the glass of water, when negative thoughts and intentions were impressed upon the same water the crystals were dark and ill formed, if formed at all.
Our intention adds the abstract layer of a focused outcome, one in which we not only create the thought or action but do so with a mindfulness making us fully aware of the moment. In doing so we not only capture the emotional impact of the moment but we expand our spirituality with the acknowledgement of the connection between our heart and minds. Studies already prove that human consciousness has more to do with our reality than human intelligence. Want a better day? Want a better life? Want a better world? Our intentions can and do impact the physical world around us, how much can we change ours by living in the moment, by acting and thinking with positive intention?
Nirvana, enlightenment, Christ Consciousness, many words used to describe a state of higher consciousness a state of loving all. Becoming one with all, stepping beyond our own human limits and rising to our spiritual level which has no boundaries. Measly words created by man can barely describe that of which we know and understand, trying to use those same words to describe that of which exists only in faith, only within ones self can never convey it to a level of understanding that will come on an intellectual level. That however is where the fun begins.
It’s called the “veil”. Such as the bride who hides behind the veil to only be exposed at the time of unity – the uniting of two to become one. Same holds true with the “veil” that each of us live behind as a spiritual being living a human experience. The “veil” only to be dropped when we have reached the unity of oneness with our One Creator. When we reach the acceptance of Love, that it is not just what we do or how we feel, it is who we are. Love is all, it’s oneness; it is the very reason for our existence.
Spirituality has been described as that of which is revealed in the silence when looking within ones self to understand the true message given to mankind throughout the ages in sacred texts. Silence…., who hears anything in the silence, isn’t that in itself contradictory? Silence is defined as having no audible sound, to hear nothing according to the dictionary.
Therein lies the challenge, how does one find the silence within? There’s so much noise today, not just on the outside but within us. We worry about finances, love, family, health, politics, we worry about worrying. Our minds don’t stop long enough to hear silence, we are constantly thinking about whats next, family, friends, chores, trips, health and life. Most of us can’t even hear ourselves speak.
In Greek during biblical days, the word silence meant to keep peace. Therefore; when one keeps peace within themselves – within the silence, the truth is revealed. Much like the varying definitions of the word silence, each of us will also have varying definitions as it applies to us. Silence doesn’t always mean a clear, empty mind, sometimes it may just be observed as a peacefulness within. There is no right or wrong way to reflect upon ones own image, peeling back the layers of what we not only hide from others but hide from ourselves.
The search within is a catalyst for most, if not all along the spiritual path. Searching and listening for the silence, waiting for that noticeable change within. The change begins the minute we opt to pursue the path of spirituality, the minute our mind accepts things aren’t as they seem. We notice subtle changes in our thought process. However; for some this is the point that seems to lead to frustration, and for some a hesitation to continue along the path. A feeling of inferiority, a feeling of failure, these feelings are normal, they are a part of the path. That is the voice we hear in the silence, its not telling us to condemn and judge ourselves its showing us the areas we must focus on and bring into balance. We all struggle and stumble within the silence. Struggle to understand the message, and stumbling by judging our self. The silence can become stronger when we have no level of expectation, but simply an acceptance and love for our self. Loving and accepting of ones self is the ultimate catalyst for spiritual growth, without the love of our self how do we love our neighbors as our self?
Have you ever considered how we have created this great illusion with our thoughts, emotions and actions. We are energetic beings and have unknowingly created our own reality as well as those around us. Worldwide, there are over 7 billion of us, thinking, talking, emotional, acting and reacting, all generating positive and negative energy. To complicate the issue, as humans, we have approximately 50,000-70,000 thoughts a day, most with unruly minds.
When a person thinks, speaks or acts negatively, or by gestures, criticizing, judging or controlling, energy is not sent only to the person intended, but into the world. The personal energy affects everyone around even though they may not be consciously aware. We all have experienced that moment when someone walks into our space smiling or crying, and how this affects the emotional vibrations. Sporting events are a prime example of how emotions affect the masses. A study in the Journal of Clinical Psychology studied the effects of worrying on performing a task. Thinking negatively about your problems not only doesn’t help solve anything, it actually makes it harder for you to think of a helpful solution.
On the other hand, thinking positively generates energetic positive emotions, affecting all of those around us and even the world. Traditional views suggest experiences of positive emotions signal well-being and guide positive behavior in the moment. Positive emotions, although fleeting, have more long-lasting consequences. Positive emotions transform people for the better, providing a spiritual path for the future.
Mainstream and social media creates news, provoking thought, creating emotions resulting in actions and reactions, fueling our monkey mind. Energy prevails everywhere, in beings and objects including mother earth, creating our reality. The effects are not seen immediately, but can be defined as a garden, slowing growing and taking hold in whatever soil we have prepared.
Buddha said our lives are products of our mind. What we are today is a result of what we thought yesterday. What we think today influences what happens to us tomorrow. Our entire lives are products of our mind.
Lao Tzu said the world is transformed by those who love all people, just as you love yourself.
Jesus said in the Gospel of the Egyptians, You receive no benefit from loving only those who love you. Great benefits comes from loving those who hate you.
Perhaps it is time to recognize we are a product of our society which we created. Since we created it, we are the only ones that can change it. We can begin our journey by being kind and loving. With love in your heart, be aware of your thoughts and be of service to others in your own way. This is your journey, along with 7 billion others, and it starts with love. Whatever you have in your heart you will become.
Our essence, the spirit and soul, is pure energy, a source from Infinite Intelligence that encompasses the universe that forever has been a mystery for the human race. Our essence is much like a baby, trying to learn to see, sit up, crawl, walk, and talk while developing the 6th sense. It is drawn to the beauty of nature, the thriving life of seen and unseen worlds. It looks at others and sees itself with feelings of compassion, love and discernment. It feels sorrow as it sees the world being ravaged, polluted and destroyed; the pain and suffering of the people, plants, animals and mother earth. It understands we are one community with different cultures, ideas, and beliefs, all different, but all spiritually connected.
But our essence is just an infant, beginning to realize the infinite possibilities. Telepathy, telekinesis, clairvoyance, discernment, remote viewing and psychic abilities are just some beginning to be understood and practiced. Mankind even has Global Consciousness project uses binary codes to measure levels of global conscious. Even our thoughts create reality by negative or positive emotions causing action and reaction. Over 7 billion people have unknowingly created our world of today simply by thought.
Our essence has been elusive of our understanding since the beginning of time. Humanity has been fascinated the concept of spirit/soul through religion and belief systems. Our essence , also known as spirit, soul, rul, chi, prana, chakras, divine spark or consciousness is in every culture. Each culture has a belief system, established rituals, rules, explanations and concepts based on their understanding how our essence guides us through this life into the next. We go to churches, synagogues, temples, monasteries, mosques and other places of worship to understand our spirit. Others do not attend organized religion but practice spirituality daily.
Our essence is communicating with us, all we have to do is pay attention. Daily meditation, contemplation, prayer and thanksgiving brings our essence closer to the source, our Creator.
Call it mystical and elusive; it has been debated, discussed, and revered, by every Religion and belief system in the world. Science cannot explain or prove the energy exist, encourages those to be non-believers. Description of near death experience excites those who believe. It is free-will, all part of this grand game, we call life.
“We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the patterns of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.”
That was the initial contact with L/L Research by an advanced extraterrestrial from the sixth density or dimension, named RA, the humble messenger of the Law . The three members, Don Elkins, a former Physics Professor and Airline pilot; Carla Rueckert, the instrument RA used for channel known as “tuned trance telepathy”, a devoted Christian; , and James McCarty, the sole survivor today.
Channeling was something I was not really familiar or understood. Then I realized Channeling has been going on since biblical days. Parts of the Old Testament says kill the messenger and the New Testament says do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. Even science is pushing to prove if channeling is real based on Helané Wahbeh, IONS Director of Research, Institute of Noetic Science.
The contact lasted from 1981 to 1984 totalling 106 sessions. Each session started ” I am Ra. I greet you in the love and the light of the Infinite Creator. I communicate now” and would end “I am Ra. I leave you in the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator. Go forth, then, rejoicing in the power and the peace of the One Creator. Adonai.”
The group asked approximately 2360 questions and RA provided answers, careful not to infringe on free-will. The 2360 questions and answers were recorded and documented. This series of channeling was the first time in human history when real-time questions and answers with a non-human entity has been recorded.
For the seeker, The Law of One provides insight and understanding of just not our world, past and present, but our vast infinite spiritual world and universe. Even more important, we learn who we are and where we are going. Our purpose in this life to is learn the ways of love and wisdom and to be of service to others. We are entities of infinite worth.
The Law of One is so rich, vast and esoteric with the some of the same conceptual teachings all religions were meant to teach. According to RA , “The information buried within has to do with a deeper understanding of love and light, and the attempts of infinite intelligence through many messengers to teach/learn those entities of your sphere”.
Jesus, Buddha, Moses, Chakras, our energy centers and Balancing and so much more are discussed. The negative group called Orion have been attempting to enslave the world populations for centuries. Just consider our world today. We are in a spiritual battle within ourselves and outside forces. The battle within can only be won by the self. Positive vs negative, love and compassion vs control and fear. We have free-will to choose to either stay asleep or wake up. Waking up is shedding the old belief systems and being opened minded to the same but with a slant on what we have always heard. It’s an effort to look within yourself, meditate, study and seek the truth, a life long journey.
The transcript is available free with a searchable online database. It is a great way to search the entire transcript subjects that may be of interest. Scott Mandelker PhD, said this material is “One of the most important spiritual documents since Jesus”. Scott has been studying the material most of his life and has dedicated his time, wisdom and understanding to a very important message. His reading and commentary can be found in his each of his 226 videos of Law of One series , available on YouTube. The videos are labeled by session corresponding with the online database.
Regardless your religion, beliefs, race, or culture, the Law of One will provide a deeper understanding of our world, self-realization, our relationship with God, Infinite Intelligence and realize:
Albert Einstein, German Theoretical Physicist said “Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe—a spirit vastly superior to that of man.”
Prince Siddhartha Gautama, known as the Buddha, was born and raised with every possible advantage. He was born around 563 BCE near or around present day Nepal near the India Border. Unfortunately, his mother, Maya died seven days after his birth. Her sister, Prajapati, became his step mother. His father, King Suddhodana made every possible effort to keep his son shielded from the unpleasant world even knowing about death. His father made great efforts to hide the suffering from his son, even going as far as building another city to remove the poverty, sick and dying. Not seeing the real world, Gautama was married to Yaśodhara, daughter of King Suppabuddha. and had a son. Despite his father’s efforts to shield his son from the woes of the world, Gautama, did sneak away to explore. For the first time he saw a sick person, and old person and a corpse. He met a samara, an ancient Hindu ascetic who, despite of all the poverty and ills of the world, was serene and happy.
Gautama, after seeing the real world, knew there was more to life and wanted to seek the spiritual truth. He had to become a samara, a life of severe self-discipline and abstention from all forms of indulgence. He left against his family wishes.
His first order of business was finding a teacher. He began his studies under Alara, a famed yogi who taught him the meditative consciousness called the, “sphere beyond materiality”. He then went to Uddaka Ramaputta, who taught him how to reach the sphere of “neither perception nor non-perception.” Gautama realized neither of these were the highest attainments of spirituality. He added extreme asceticism to his practice by fasting and not bathing. He realized that drastic measures were going to kill him, so he renounced the life of pain as he did pleasure.
At a loss, Gautama rested under a tree. He thought, as a child attending to his breath made him more acutely aware of his surroundings and dispelled any feelings of boredom or unrest. The path to nibbana might lie in the form of contemplation or meditation, so he tried this technique again. The Pali accounts of what happened next are sparse. Later legends describe the onslaught of temptation and torment from the demon like Mara, designed to sway him from his goal. Gautama did not sway and as confidence bolsters, his mind expanded as he gained deeper insights into the human condition. Just as the morning star appeared in the sky before dawn, he became aware of the fact that he had finally discovered the ultimate truth. From that point on he was known as the Buddha.
Buddha’s wife and son later join him as disciples.
Buddha teaching is still cherish today. But like all things, man has incorporated personal teachings so finding Buddha core teachings is a difficult task. Scott Mandelker PhD provides his views-Action-Path in Buddha-Dhamma in this extended analysis series of Buddhist teaching on 10 Wrong Views, human rebirth & cosmology, 3 Marks, karmic results and path to Sotapanna awakening. Comparisons with Ra Material & Western philosophy (Materialism, Nihilism).
As children of the Creator, we demand all negativity and chords be removed from our planet. We ask that our world be filled with abundant love, light and happiness. May our love flow like water, blessing all those that come within. May we remove old patterns that no longer serve us and all those that enter the light may truly see and receive blessings that are abundant for all. May all negative energies that are trying to bring us down be removed, and each thought, emotion and action allow the love and light to flow. May we ask the angels to guard and protect us, and to heal our bodies, mind and spirits, to feel the love and light, happiness and gratitude it deserves.
