Why the Unvaccinated Are Concerned About Close Contact With COVID-19 Vaccinated

Learn more about the shedding of mRNA and spike protein

One of the most common questions I am asked from the unvaccinated stems from concerns over “shedding.”

Because the mRNA vaccines have been in development by the US Department of Defense DARPA since 2011, one would have expected that all of the necessary preclinical testing would have been completed before Operation Warp Speed was announced.  The 2015 FDA guidance on Gene Product Shedding Studies with gene therapies, which are defined as “all products that exert their effects by transcription and/or translation of transferred genetic material and/or by integration into the host genome and that are administered in the form of nucleic acids, viruses or genetically modified microorganisms”.[i]

By this statement mRNA vaccines are indeed gene therapy products and should have been submitted to these excretion studies by DARPA funded researchers long ago.[ii]  Sadly, these careful development steps were skipped from the beginning in our military-style vaccine development program, and now the public is grappling with the issue of nucleic acid and Spike protein shedding as a potential concern among those who have worked so hard to remain healthy and free of COVID-19 vaccination.

In the most comprehensive paper on shedding thus far, former Inserm researcher Dr. Helene Banoun has published the basis for which there is great likelihood that mRNA either on lipid nanoparticles or within exosomes is circulatory in blood and is secreted in every body secretion that would naturally expect to contain particles of this size.[iii]

Epoch Times Photo

Fertig et al, have shown mRNA is circulatory in blood for at least two weeks with no reduction in concentration out to that time point.[iv] Likewise, Hanna et al, have found mRNA within breast milk.[v] Less data exist on Spike protein shedding but it is not a far stretch to understand this is well within the realm of reality.

The pivotal questions are:

1) for how long is a recently vaccinated person at risk to shed on to others?

2) can shed mRNA be taken up by the recipient and begin to produce Spike protein just like vaccination?

3) can shed Spike protein cause disease as it does in the vaccinated (e.g. myocarditis, blood clots, etc.)?

It’s time for the lapses by DOD BARDA and NIH BARDA, to immediately be corrected by those agencies funding the necessary independent shedding studies to ensure the public safety of those who wisely deferred on COVID-19 vaccination.  This research should preferably be conducted while the current products are paused and taken off to market to protect others at risk.  Until then, we simply cannot answer these questions for those who sacrificed so much to remain “pure-blood.”

Arizona Attorney General Candidate Sues Over Midterm Election Results

By Zachary Stieber
November 23, 2022 Updated: November 23, 2022

A Republican candidate for Arizona’s attorney general position on Nov. 22 sued his opponent and a slew of election officials, including officials in Maricopa County, alleging that widespread “errors and inaccuracies” caused voter disenfranchisement.

Officials in at least 15 counties have “caused the unlawful denial of the franchise to certain qualified electors, erroneously tallied certain ballots, and included for tabulation in the canvass certain illegal votes in connection with the election for the office of Arizona Attorney General,” Abe Hamadeh, the candidate, said in the complaint.

That includes Maricopa County officials improperly disqualifying ballots cast by people who, as a direct result of poll worker errors, were incorrectly listed as voting previously in the midterm election, Hamadeh added.

“Immediate judicial intervention is necessary to secure the accuracy of the results of the November 8, 2022 general election, and to ensure that candidate who received the highest number of lawful votes is declared the next Arizona Attorney General,” the complaint states.

The filing was lodged in Maricopa County court.

The Arizona attorney general race is headed to a recount, according to Katie Hobbs, the state’s secretary of state, due to the slim margin separating Hamadeh from Democrat candidate Kris Mayes.

Mayes is leading by just 510 votes out of more than 2.5 million cast, according to an unofficial tally from Hobbs’s office.

Mayes and Hobbs, who were named as defendants in the new suit, did not respond to requests for comment. A Maricopa County spokesperson did not immediately return an inquiry.

Problems

Maricopa County officials have acknowledged problems with tabulation equipment, saying the problem affected 30 percent of all voting centers in the county and an estimated 17,000 ballots.

On election day the officials said that voters could place their ballots in a secure box to be counted later. Other options included “checking out” of the poll site and casting a ballot at another location, or utilizing an early ballot if one was possessed.

Both of the latter options required poll workers to properly list the voter as checking out, or leaving the site without casting a ballot, but some workers “were unaware of the process,” the new complaint alleges.

“This pervasive and systematic error directly and proximately resulted in three recurring scenarios in which qualified electors were unlawfully and unconstitutionally disenfranchised,” it added.

Hamadeh and the Republican National Committee, which joined in the legal action, say that at least 146 voters who should have been checked out and who later went to another location were required to vote using provisional ballots, which they say will not be counted because the voter was erroneously listed as having already voted.

At least 273 other voters who should have been checked out utilized early ballots but those ballots will not count because of the same issue, the Republicans said.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates, a Republican, failed to outline the steps voters had to take if they left the sites at which there were problems in a widely-viewed Election Day video that featured officials acknowledging for the first time the issues with tabulators, the complaint noted. He did not mention checking out but merely said people could “go to a nearby voting center.”

“Chairman Gates’s instructions foreseeably resulted in the disenfranchisement of a significant number of qualified electors who followed his instructions,” it says. “By inducing voters to leave polling locations and then denying-through a consistent and erroneous practice of failing to properly implement ‘check-out’ procedures-these qualified electors their right to duly cast a ballot for tabulation, the Maricopa County Defendants engaged (through their election boards) in cognizable ‘misconduct,’ and wrongfully excluded valid and legally sufficient votes from the canvass line the race for Arizona Attorney General.”

Other Issues

Other issues include officials allegedly violating the law when they sought to verify early ballot signatures.

Officials must, when receiving a mail-in ballot, compare the signature on the envelope containing the ballot with the signature of the voter on record. If the signatures don’t match, the ballot is invalid unless the voter “cures” the problem within three to five days, depending on the type of election.

A number of the ballot envelopes had mismatched signatures but were still counted because county officials determined the signature matched the signature on a different document other than the registration record, which violates state law, the complaint alleges.

The issue happened across multiple counties, the Republicans say.

They also alleged that in the duplication process—triggered when a ballot is too defective to be read by a tabulator—officials incorrectly transcribed some of the selections in the attorney general race, which led to an inaccurate vote count.

“Arizonans demand answers and deserve transparency about the gross incompetence and mismanagement of the General Election by certain election officials. I will not stop fighting until ALL voters receive justice. See you in court,” Hamadeh said in a statement.

Ronna McDaniel, chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, said that the committee was “proud to join in this legal action.”

“Maricopa County’s election failures disenfranchised Arizonans,” she said. “We’re going to court to get the answers voters deserve.”

Blunt Election Comments From Angry Maricopa Residents During Board of Supervisors Meeting

Heated reactions come after thousands of votes set aside for later counting after glitches in ballot tabulation process
By Allan Stein
November 17, 2022 Updated: November 17, 2022

Republican voters frustrated with Maricopa County’s handling of the midterm election blasted the county’s board of supervisors on Nov. 16 and called for a new election.

“I’m just disgusted by your behavior and the decisions that you’ve made. Look at all these people out here suffering so badly because of your falsehoods,” said Sheila Roberts of Phoenix during the board’s public comment portion.

While Roberts said she was “pretty frustrated” by the ballot tabulation process on election day, she wanted “transparency and truth” and to “look every one of you in the eyes.

“Please, think about what you’re doing. Represent all of us and make sure all these votes count,” Roberts said.

Epoch Times Photo

Matt Baker of Phoenix began shouting at board members when it was his turn to speak.

“Once again, the eyes of the world are upon Maricopa County for another botched election,” he said.

“Am I here to accuse you of stealing the vote? Heavens no. That would make me a terrorist, wouldn’t it?” Baker said, and then asked, “What is more valuable, your vote or your money?”

County election officials estimate that 20 percent of ballot tabulating equipment experienced problems on election day in the county.

Those uncounted ballots, numbering in excess of 17,000, that didn’t get read went into a separate box for later counting at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center in Phoenix. An estimated 25,000 ballots remained uncounted as of Nov. 14, according to Arizona’s secretary of state office.

‘We’re not going to have any outbursts’

At least a dozen speakers, mostly Republican, voiced their frustrations about problems with the county’s electoral process at Nov. 16’s board meeting. Most comments reflected a level of mistrust for the county’s electoral system not seen since the 2020 presidential election.

“It is important that we hear the comments from the people who would like to speak today. So I have chosen to put this on the agenda,” said Board of Supervisors chairman Bill Gates just before the live YouTube feed quit working.

“Everybody is going to be treated the same. Everyone will have the same time” with two minutes to speak, said Gates, laying the ground rules.

“Part and parcel of everything I’ve been saying is we’re not going to have any outbursts. We’re not going to laugh. We’re not going to clap. We’re going to comment and move on to the next person.”

Calling the election in Maricopa County a “sham,” Robert Canterbury of Phoenix said the county has become the “laughing stock of the nation.”

Canterbury said Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs should have recused herself rather than overseen her election as Arizona’s next governor.

“How many disenfranchised voters in this election won’t vote in the 2024 election because they know that the same people in charge of the last two elections will be in charge of that election?”

“It’s horrible what happened,” said Barbara Jennings of Phoenix. “Nobody trusts [now]. We’re supposed to believe that we have free and fair elections here [and] that we have honest media. Both we do not.”

Michelle Dillard of Phoenix said, “We can’t accept these results. This is an illegitimate election.”

“It is your job to provide the remedy. We want a secure, fair election. Make that happen.”

Jeff Caldwell told the board that he believes that many voters didn’t get to vote on election day, calling the election a “complete disaster.”

“How many voters just said ‘screw it,’ and left?”

Arizona Governor Race Too Close to Call as Vote Counting Continues

By Katie Spence
November 9, 2022 Updated: November 9, 2022

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—A total of 13,067 votes separated the candidates in the hotly contested Arizona governor’s race on the night of Nov. 9.

Hours earlier, the lead held by Democrat Katie Hobbs had shrunk to 4,094 votes.

With over 77 percent of the votes counted as of 10:10 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Hobbs led Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake by two-thirds of a percentage point, according to Decision Desk HQ.

“Wow. We’re going to win big. Stay tuned, Arizona!” Lake tweeted early on Wednesday afternoon, before the new batch of votes was reported.

“Remaining ballots (Election Day & Early Drop-offs) are all breaking BIGLY for @KariLake. Just like we knew they would,” she added.

Early Election Issues

Earlier in the day, voting got off to a rough start in Maricopa County as officials said approximately 20 percent of voting centers experienced tabulator problems.

As a result, some voting locations experienced longer than expected wait times. But, by 5:30 pm, election official Bill Gates told reporters that most of the tabulation machines were back in working condition, and the voting deadline wouldn’t be extended, despite a GOP suit to extend hours.

Lake encouraged her voters to remain in line on her Twitter account, reminding them that if they were in line by 7 pm, they were legally allowed to vote.

Political Polarization

In a bitter fight to the end, Hobbs and Lake blasted each other on the campaign trail and courted Arizona voters until election day. They also ran on wholly opposite views on how best to govern Arizona.

The race for Arizona’s governor has drawn the eyes of the nation, not the least because Republican Gov. Doug Ducey was term-limited and not eligible to seek a third consecutive term. Thus, there wasn’t an incumbent advantage going into the Nov. 8 election, and like what happened in 2020, Arizona’s governor could play a pivotal role in the 2024 presidential election.

Leading up to the election, The Cook Political Report rated the Arizona Governor Race as a toss-up between Lake and Hobbs. However, FiveThirtyEight polls showed Lake with a slight edge over Hobbs. In an OH Predictive Insights poll, for example, Lake led Hobbs by two percentage points, and Lake was up three percent in a Fabrizio, Lee, and Associates poll.

According to a report from the Pew Research Center, Republicans and Democrats are farther apart ideologically than at any other time in the past 50 years. The report specified that both parties have moved from the ideological middle, with Republicans adopting a more conservative stance and Democrats becoming more liberal.

That divide played out in the campaigns of both Lake and Hobbs. Lake called Hobbs a “convicted racist,” while Hobbs called Lake a “conspiracy theorist” and refused to debate her. In response, Lake repeatedly called Hobbs a “coward.” Still, Hobbs stuck to her refusal.

As a result, Arizona voters missed the opportunity to compare the candidates in a live debate and instead had to settle for contrasting campaign events and political statements on the candidates’ websites.

Opposite Plans for Arizona

Described as a “polished” Trump by critics, Lake is an Obama Democrat turned Trump Republican who is proud of never holding public office. But, thanks to her long tenure as a television journalist, Lake is well known in Arizona. She received Trump’s blessing during the Arizona primaries.

Hobbs is Arizona’s Secretary of State and served in Arizona’s State Legislature from 2011 to 2019. She’s received endorsements from NARAL/Arizona Right to Choose and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona.

Regarding policy issues, Lake and Hobbs could not be more opposed. On immigration and the border, Lake wants to finish “the wall” and calls the current setup a “national security and humanitarian disaster.”

Epoch Times Photo

Hobbs wants to “pass comprehensive immigration reform” but calls the border wall an “anti-immigrant” policy that’s not a real solution.

On tackling inflation and the economy, Lake said she wants “tax relief” and to stand against Washington’s current “tax-and-spend” agenda. Echoing Trump, Lake proposed rolling back  regulations and lowering taxes.

To tackle inflation and fire up the economy, Hobbs wants to expand on The American Rescue Plan, passed by Congress and signed by President Biden. She also wants to create a $250 state-level child tax credit and make diapers and baby formula tax-free.

Since the beginning of her candidacy, Lake has stood firm in questioning the integrity of the 2020 election. On her website, she lists recent pipeline and meat-plants hacks as problematic. Thus, she wants to remove all software equipment from the counting process. Lake further advocated for voter ID and regular audits.

Hobbs, however, called such audits “shams” on her website and said “dangerous forces” are trying to “silence the voices of Arizonans.” She said she’d fight against “voter suppression bills” and “protect the freedom to vote.”

Lake said she is pro-life and that “every life, starting at conception, is worth saving.” As governor, she said she would work to support mothers by putting resources into pregnancy centers and government programs that provide counseling, material assistance, care coordination, and housing support.

“I will ensure Arizona matches and exceeds all other states in supporting these centers and the amazing work they are doing,” Lake said.

Lake added that “it takes two to make a baby,” and she wants to hold fathers accountable by reforming Arizona’s laws to ensure fathers support the women they impregnated.

Hobbs, in contrast, is pro-choice and stated that on “day one, I will call a special session of the legislature to repeal the draconian 1901 [abortion ban] law.”

Hobbs said she would work “tirelessly” to increase access to abortion and use her veto power to oppose “restrictive and extreme measures” limiting the procedure in Arizona.

Unexplained Ballot Drops Occurred in the Minnesota Governor’s Race

“On Tuesday in the 2022 Midterms, the ‘Drop and Roll’ occurred in the Michigan Governor race just like it happened in the 2020 Presidential Election. We now have evidence that it also occurred in the governor’s race in Minnesota …

On Tuesday night on Frank Speech  an instance of the drop and roll was recorded in the Michigan governor race. We now have evidence that it also occurred in the Minnesota governor race.

In the Minnesota race for Governor, a large batch of ballots for Minnesota governor Tim Walz occurred that placed him in the lead, and then the votes after that point in time were nearly all the same proportion of Walz to Jensen. This drop gave Governor Walz the lead and the election…”

US GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert was also a victim of the drop and roll.

In Boebert’s House race, there were two large drops of ballots that placed the Democrat running against Boebert in the lead, and then the votes after that point in time were near all the same proportion between the candidates.

Boebert is currently within 100 votes of winning the race now…”

New Documents Show Clear Big Tech-Government Collusion: Lawyer

By Zachary Stieber
September 2, 2022 Updated: September 2, 2022

Newly disclosed documents showing Big Tech companies repeatedly took action after being pressured by White House and other Biden administration officials prove the U.S. government colluded with the companies, according to a lawyer with the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA).

“It’s clear that the government was telling Facebook and Twitter and other social media companies what to do and that they were responding and they were doing that, deleting accounts, taking down posts, etc., which really corroborates our state action theory,” the lawyer, Jenin Younes, told The Epoch Times.

The documents were made public this week as part of an ongoing case against the government, brought by two attorneys general, over alleged violations of the First Amendment.

They showed that officials with the White House, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Homeland Security, and other agencies were in communications with Facebook, Twitter, Google, and other companies regarding content moderation, repeatedly urging the companies to punish users who were promoting alleged COVID-19 misinformation of disinformation.

For example, Rob Flaherty, a White House official, pressured Facebook to take action against “mis- and -disinformation” as well as “hesitancy-inducing content,” one email showed.

After Facebook and White House officials met, a Facebook executive asked the White House to “partner on” plans to address “new misinformation claims” following the expected authorization of a COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 5 to 11 years.

Flaherty later signaled he wasn’t satisfied, sharing a link to a story about supposed misinformation on Facebook and writing, “not even sure what to say at this point.”

Another administration official, whose name was redacted, reached out to Twitter to offer an expert to brief Twitter on people “citing CDC VAERS data incorrectly,” which it said “is a major source of misinformation.”

VAERS, or the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, is a system to which people can report adverse events following vaccination.

Twitter accepted the invitation.

Meetings

Administration officials held at least 45 meetings on misinformation or related topics with Big Tech companies since early 2021, the documents showed.

These included meetings between the Office of the Surgeon General and Google, meetings between the CDC and Twitter, and meetings between the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Facebook.

The CDC repeatedly held “Be on the Lookout meetings” in which it offered specific examples of what officials designated as misinformation, according to the documents and others that were previously released. The Department of Homeland Security met with Microsoft to discuss disinformation and the White House met with Facebook multiple times.

After one of the meetings, Facebook told HHS officials that it was taking “historic actions” in four areas put forth by the White House in recommendations to social media platforms in July, including taking action on misinformation.

“These contacts are not sporadic in any way. They’re almost daily if you look at everything,” John Vecchione, NCLA’s senior litigator in the case, told The Epoch Times.

First Amendment Violations

The original complaint noted the public calls from Biden administration officials for social media companies to crack down, saying that companies acting on those calls were violations of the First Amendment.

“A private entity violates the First Amendment ‘if the government coerces or induces it to take action the government itself would not be permitted to do, such as censor expression of a lawful viewpoint,’” the complaint stated, quoting from a previous U.S. Supreme Court decision.

“This is exactly what has occurred over the past several years, beginning with express and implied threats from government officials and culminating in the Biden Administration’s open and explicit censorship programs. Having threatened and cajoled social media platforms for years to censor viewpoints and speakers disfavored by the Left, senior government officials in the Executive Branch have moved into a phase of open collusion with social media companies to suppress disfavored speakers, viewpoints, and content on social media platforms under the Orwellian guise of halting so-called ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation’, and ‘malinformation,’” the complaint added.

Even the attorneys general and other lawyers involved in the case were stunned when the first tranche of discovery—the documents made public this week—were delivered, Vecchione said.

The lawyers “are shocked by the amount of inland pressure and information going back and forth between the ostensibly private entities and the federal government on what you can say and not say in America.

The plaintiffs have asked the judge to compel the government to produce more documents.

New Book Challenges COVID-19 Vaccine Narrative

BY KRISTEN FISCHER TIMEAUGUST 17, 2022 PRINT

As more research is published on people who have taken the COVID-19 vaccine, more data—at least the data that make it to publication—are revealing that many people have had harmful effects from the injections.

Of course, COVID-19 itself came with health consequences, and everyone understood that. The vaccine was supposed to be so safe and effective that it was acceptable to even coerce people into getting it. In fact, even those who caught COVID-19 and achieved natural immunity were compelled to get the vaccine.

In her latest book “Neither Safe Nor Effective: The Evidence Against the COVID Vaccines,” Dr. Colleen Huber shares some of the data that have been emerging.
Epoch Times Photo

The Arizona-based naturopathic medical doctor says the damage done so far from the mRNA vaccines is undeniable. She also highlights issues in the medical and media fields that have kept people from getting access to facts. This all comes as many people are still being pressured to take the vaccine or are suffering consequences.

Huber encourages people to pick up the book and to think for themselves while reading it.

“You won’t get past chapter one without being convinced that these vaccines shouldn’t be used on anyone, because of all the damage that has been seen in vaccinated populations,” she said.

Examining Vaccine Effects

In the book, Huber discusses how mRNA is the culprit behind the risks and damage in people. The technology had never been used safely in the past. It’s always had “wildcard dangerous effects in the body,” she said.

The mRNA mechanism sets in motion a process that can affect the DNA of the person and impact multiple organs in unwanted ways.

For example, a Swedish study published this year shows that the Pfizer vaccine enters the DNA of liver cells within six hours.

“This, in turn, changes how the DNA of the body produces new proteins,” Huber said. “In other words, the liver of a vaccinated person is gradually becoming different, and it is too early to know how and to what extent.

“The liver is responsible for hundreds of metabolic functions, so this is one of many reasons why taking these vaccines is so horribly reckless.

“We cannot yet be certain about this happening in other organs, because that research hasn’t yet been done, and this, again, is because the technology is still so new.”

Based on data she reviewed from the United States, Europe, and Israel, Huber said there are demonstrated cardiovascular injuries such as heart attack, cardiac arrest, myocarditis, and pericarditis.

Other common side effects were neurological injuries such as Bell’s palsy and seizures, new and aggressive cancers, and liver diseases.

In the book, Huber focuses on evidence of the first three adverse effects, because they were “by far the most thoroughly documented, and the least deniable,” she said.

Epoch Times Photo

The book includes data presented by Pfizer and the FDA under court order (after a lengthy back-and-forth battle). The data show that of the 30,096 people in the clinical trial (and an additional 2,990 on whom they have no data), there were 1,223 deaths and 11,361 people who had “not recovered at the time of report.”

It’s too early to know the effects of the vaccine, especially in those who got the initial vaccine (or two-dose vaccines) but didn’t get the boosters. Some people who had the initial vaccine and had some adverse effects took ivermectin, vitamin D, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), and pine needle tea for relief. Ivermectin gives the best results, Huber believes, because it has known mechanisms against the spike proteins.

More Jabs, More Damage?

Huber believes that the more vaccines (or “boosters”) a person gets, the more damage that can be done.

She highlights data from the United Kingdom that show an especially high COVID death rate there. The U.K. is one of the most heavily vaccinated countries in the world, with 92 percent of people older than age 12 vaccinated.

The poorer outcomes, she believes, are linked to more mRNA being added to the body “in order to churn out even more of the devastating spike proteins into the cardiovascular system.”

Setting Records Straight

In addition to issues surrounding the quality and suppression of data, there’s also conflict about research that get published and those that never make it into journals (and, therefore, the mainstream media).

Huber echoes Dr. Peter McCullough, a well-known cardiologist who has sounded the alarm on how journals have suppressed research on early treatments for COVID-19.

Huber said that it’s hard to get her hands on data, especially if the data have never made it to publication.

“Governments in one country after another, first the U.S., then the UK and Scotland, which had collected the most data, suddenly hid data,” she said.

Unmasking the Medical Community

If the vaccines were so harmful, why did so many doctors pressure patients to take them?

“Doctors are threatened in many ways by rogue and frequently lawbreaking medical boards—the domineering antagonists to the passive doctors—to ‘shut up and do what we tell you,’” she said, citing her own experience.

“Few doctors have the time, energy, bandwidth, or, frankly, the ‘cojones’ to rebel against the bureaucrats.”

If the general trend of the medical profession is to recommend COVID vaccines, and if threats are made against any who would choose to rebel, you will find a majority going along, Huber said.

“That is, until the tide turns. When the tide begins to turn,” she said, “it’s much easier for an individual doctor to move with the herd against bad medical treatments, such as the COVID vaccines.”

She said many doctors are no longer pressuring patients to get the vaccines.

“And it all seems to be happening at once, at least in pediatrics and cardiology,” she said.

“When the flock of birds turns and starts flying in a different direction, each bird turns in cooperative, almost choreographed, synchrony.”

Huber compares the shift to that which occurred with the pain-relieving drug Vioxx. In the early 2000s, it was highly recommended. But in 2007, the harms of the drug were exposed, and doctors stopped prescribing it.

Now, avoiding that drug is “not at all controversial,” she said. “No medical board punishes a doctor for avoiding Vioxx.”

States sue Biden over Big Tech ‘collusion’ link

Attorneys General from two Republican-led US states, Missouri and Louisiana, have filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, Fox News reported on Thursday. The states are accusing high-ranking officials, including President Joe Biden, of having “pressured and colluded” with social media companies to censor and suppress information on a number of big stories over the past two years.  link

Mostly to be remembered in this regard is one simple rule: you are here to learn to love. Find within the self at any time where the love is, where it can shine. Open the self to that opportunity and you shall have acted well indeed, for each is a spark of the one infinite Creator, capable of healing, forgiving, embracing and transforming each other. The one known to you as Jesus said to you, “Love one another.” As you love one another you are loving the one infinite Creator, for this spark is the basic essence of all conscious entities. You are love. There is just a very heavy coat of flesh upon that lightening spirit born of love that is you.
As you have your daily periods of meditation and contemplation, spend a moment reaching out to embrace all of the self’s catalyst, all that the world has to offer, both war and peace, both heat and cold in so many ways. – Q’uo

Juan O Savin: Bloody Hill > Jan 6th Revealed!

Jan. 6 Committee Closed-Door Hearing Was ‘Cordial,’ Patrick Byrne Says

Former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne testified on July 15 before the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the Capitol, including on his key role in a post-election White House meeting where he urged then-President Donald Trump to investigate 2020 election fraud allegations.

Byrne told The Epoch Times in an interview that his eight hours of closed-door testimony covered a wide range of topics—from his meeting with the president on Dec. 18, 2020, to his concerns over the integrity and safety of election equipment.

Byrne, who was the latest witness to testify before the committee, described the meeting as “surprisingly friendly, cordial, and professional.”

“Notwithstanding the fact that we weren’t going to agree” about the Nov. 3, 2020, election, “we agreed that there was a lot for me to fill in from Nov. 4 until Jan. 7 [2021]. I think they seemed to be appreciative,” he told The Epoch Times on July 16.

“They had a lot of questions, and they really did not know the answers, and I was happy to provide them with the answers. I do feel that if they knew the truth about everything, they would understand the truth was different than [what] they were guessing—and significantly more benign.”

The White House Meeting

Byrne had hoped to engineer a meeting with Trump when he used a prior invitation from a staffer to tour the White House with former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn and attorney Sidney Powell. The trio met with Trump in the Oval Office after the president happened to walk by, Byrne told The Epoch Times in an exclusive interview the day before his testimony.

“I was the guy that everyone should be looking into,” he said. “I’m the guy who pulled that famous meeting together. I’m the guy who presented the options.”

The proposal put forth at the meeting was to dispatch a team of cybersecurity specialists from the Department of Homeland Security to the six counties where questions of voter fraud had surfaced.

Byrne’s group presented Trump with executive orders signed by former President Barack Obama in 2015 and Trump in 2018 regarding foreign interference in a U.S. election, which they said granted the president authority to launch such an investigation.

“That was the upshot of our discussion,” Byrne said. “That was the cat.”

“I think the tiger they painted was going in with military commandos across the country,” he said, referring to press coverage of a suggestion he said he made to the president to use the National Guard during an investigation. He said the idea was rejected by everyone in the room during the Dec. 18, 2020, meeting.

Byrne cited three federal documents to support his claims, the first being an Oct. 22, 2020, joint advisory by the FBI and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) warning about unauthorized Russian access to information technology systems used by U.S. election officials and efforts of Iranian state actors to sow discord among voters.

The second document, an Oct. 30, 2020, joint advisory by the same agencies, stated that an Iranian hacker had targeted state election websites to obtain registration data and had succeeded in at least one state.

The third was a Dec. 16, 2020, statement by the FBI, CISA, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on the breach of SolarWinds Orion platform.

Rudy Giuliani, a former Trump lawyer and New York City mayor, was called to the White House two days after that to assess the documents and provide his opinion.

“I read through them carefully, I came back, and I said it’s clear to me that there’s not enough [evidence] here,” Giuliani said in his July 14 radio program.

Byrne disputed Giuliani’s response, stating that the documents in question weren’t affidavits but government documents.

The Militia Member

On the morning of Jan. 5, 2021, the day before protests and the breach at the U.S. Capitol, Byrne said he was contacted by a person claiming to be part of a militia, who told him that a group of 10,000 people with firearms were “coming in to take the city.”

The committee appeared surprised to hear about the militia, Byrne said.

Byrne said he talked the militia out of the plan after the man expressed a willingness to follow his direction.

“You’re willing to take an order, whatever I say?” Byrne recalled asking the man, who he said agreed.

“OK. One direction is absolutely not a single weapon,” Byrne said he told the man. “That’s the only thing that will make us lose.”

‘Untrustworthy’ Election

The Jan. 6 committee at one point asked Byrne if he still believes “the election in 2020 was rigged.”

“I said: ‘Absolutely. I believe our entire election apparatus is untrustworthy,’” he said. “It’s not about Democrats or Republicans.

“In a friendly way, I think we came to a realization that they’re seeing the world as lawyers, and I’m seeing it as a business person.

“I think that they may have extended a bit of an olive branch, and I very much reciprocated.

“I hope I found for America an off-ramp for the tension that’s brewing.”
