11.18 Questioner: Then we have crusaders from Orion coming to this planet for mind control purposes. How do they do this?

Ra: As all, they follow the Law of One observing free will. Contact is made with those who call. Those then upon the planetary sphere act much as do you to disseminate the attitudes and philosophy of their particular understanding of the Law of One which is service to self. These become the elite. Through these, the attempt begins to create a condition whereby the remainder of the planetary entities are enslaved by their own free will.

16.17 Questioner: What was their purpose in doing this?

Ra: I am Ra. The purpose of the Orion group, as mentioned before, is conquest and enslavement. This is done by finding and establishing an elite and causing others to serve the elite through various devices such as the laws you mention and others given by this entity.

18.21 Questioner: Why did they want larger and stronger organisms?

World Economic Forum Called Out; CDC official Carol Baker “we will just get rid of all the whites in the United States”; Ukrainian General Tells the Truth; Reiner Fuellmich and More

Croatian MEP Mislav Kulakucic calls out the Davos and WEF elites and their agenda. He is a Croatian lawyer and politician who has been a Member of the European Parliament for Croatia since 2 July 2019, having been elected to the position at the 2019 election as an Independent. Previously, he served as a judge at the Zagreb Commercial Court.

When top CDC official Carol Baker was asked how to deal with the unvaccinated she said “we will just get rid of all the whites in the United States”

Judge Orders FBI to Stop Search of Project Veritas

In this episode of ICIC, Reiner Fuellmich, his co-host, philosopher Joseph Molitorisz, and their guest, economist and author Patrick Wood, take us on a journey through the chilling origins and evolution of Technocracy, the nefarious figures and ideologies behind its mechanistic power structures and its cunning and covert implementation through social engineering.
Self-appointed “Elites” have hijacked politics and established “puppet nations” from the comforts of their NGOs. They disguise their evil intentions with appealing catchphrases and Orwellian-Speak while insidiously luring the masses into their dystopian world of Transhumanism.

Obsessed with playing God and drunk with power, they have emerged from the shadows and are arrogantly hiding in plain sight.
It is high time for mankind to wake up, stand up, expose and reject their anti-human agenda and co-create a beautiful New World. https://video.icic-net.com/w/cdvDhcDeb2H5kDybQiZC1k

We are eternal beings with guides

From The Law of One

54.2 Questioner: I have a question from Jim about an experience he had when he first moved to his land in which he was told, “The key to your survival comes indirect, through nervousness.” The entity was Angelica. Can you give him information with respect to this?

Ra: I am Ra. Yes.

54.3 Questioner: Would you please do that?

Ra: I am Ra. As we have noted, each mind/body/spirit complex has several guides available to it. The persona of two of these guides is the polarity of male and female. The third is androgynous and represents a more unified conceptualization faculty.

The guide speaking as sound vibration complex, Angelica, was the female polarized persona. The message may not be fully explicated due to the Law of Confusion. We may suggest that in order to progress, a state of some dissatisfaction will be present, thus giving the entity the stimulus for further seeking. This dissatisfaction, nervousness, or angst, if you will, is not of itself useful. Thus its use is indirect.

Learn more about how Fifth Generation Warfare methods are often used against us

The incredibly gifted filmmaker Mikki Willis has just provided us all with the belated Christmas Present which so many have been craving—a well-edited summary of his wisdom and insight from decades of involvement in movements focused on social change.

Yesterday, Jill, myself, and Drs. Kat Lindley and Ryan Cole were in London for interviews with various GB News personalities, including Nigel Farage! Great fun, and we all really enjoy working with the highly professional GB News production team and staff. For those not aware, Nigel’s prime-time news and commentary show routinely blows away the BBC [British Broadcasting Corporation] for viewership including views on the video clips that are produced and distributed.

Today, our little band of fellow medical Truth Tellers all traveled to Stockholm for a Pandemic (Plandemic?) Strategies meeting to be held over the next few days. Stay tuned for more updates from our adventures here in Sweden!

As most of your know by now, the globalists seem to be having a few setbacks lately. Ms. Arden, the current leader of the WEF [World Economic Forum] client state previously known as New Zealand, has decided to step down from that posting, and there are apparently fewer “A-list” Overlords in attendance this year.

Setting aside the snark for a moment (well, maybe not completely), back in the real world inhabited by humans (as opposed to the Lizard people), the incredibly gifted filmmaker Mikki Willis has just provided us all with the belated Christmas Present which so many have been craving—a well-edited Rumble video summary of his wisdom and insight from decades of involvement in movements focused on social change, and in particular the forces and Fifth Generation Warfare strategies that are repeatedly deployed against social movements at the stage which we seem to be approaching. Unfortunately, Rumble is blocked in SOME European Union countries, so hopefully, this Substack can penetrate that firewall for those unfortunate souls who live behind the blue curtain with gold stars.

Mikki has graciously offered to serve as a guest author/artist for today’s Substack video essay (posted at the top of this essay). I suspect that you will find his wisdom and counsel as valuable as I have, and strongly encourage coming back to this, again and again, to refresh and meditate on his teaching. I am far from becoming a modern Bodhisattva and often fail in my efforts to be better than my base instincts, but with Mikki’s help, perhaps all of us may be able to “nudge” ourselves a bit closer to fulfilling our individual and collective potential.

I hope the following brief bio will help introduce you to my colleague and valued friend Mikki Willis. A father, husband, artist, truth warrior, and freedom fighter of the highest caliber. I hope you find the appended video that Mikki and his team at Elevate have produced.

Our Birthright

I’ve been a human rights activist for almost 20 years. As a documentary filmmaker, I’ve been on the front lines of many of our nation’s biggest scandals and protests.

From that perspective, I’ve been an eyewitness to the rise and fall of numerous people-powered movements. Nearly every organized resistance I’ve been a part of has ended just inches from victory for the same critical mistake … infighting. When members of the same group turn against each other. It often begins with whispers about the most prominent spokespeople of the cause. These rumors typically sound like “I hear John is controlled opposition” or “some people are saying Jane is compromised.”

While the use of infiltrators and agitators is a very real thing, I’ve yet to experience one scenario where such a label was accurately applied, and suspiciously, these labels are always branded on the people who are making the most progress. With the degradation of their reputation, goes their contribution to your life.

Prior to social media, people actually sat down to dialog through their differences. Today, without solid evidence or sufficient inquiry, we go directly to our keyboards to vent our suspicions. Even after the rumor is proven false or simply fades away, some level of doubt and division always remains. This is all by design. “Part of what allowed so many people to walk away from Assange was some of the MeToo allegations that had surfaced and that were ultimately discredited, but stuck in people’s minds.”

The voices of propaganda are masterful at this game. They knowingly run a false story, then retract it, knowing the lie will reach millions, but very few will see the correction.

“Amy Coney Barrett’s religious faith is being called into question again. She belongs to this People of Praise group, which the Southern Poverty Law Center has labeled a hate group.”

(THE NEXT DAY)

“When I stated that People of Praise had been deemed a hate group, I just got them mixed up with another group. I conflated them. Ah, okay, that happens. You know, it’s easy to do.”

In the words of former CIA director William Casey. “We’ll know our disinformation campaign is complete when everything the American public believes is false.” The planting of divisive rumors is one of the most common tactics used in psychological warfare. As the lies bloom, like worker bees, well-intended citizens pollinate the masses with poisonous disinformation. What the gossiping bees fail to realize is that they themselves are doing the work of controlled opposition. They are literally, unwittingly working on behalf of the very forces they believe they are resisting. Again, all of this is by design.

While we’ve all been distracted by the latest trends and tragedies, everything that has influence on our behavior has been infiltrated by an agenda to control our thoughts. Whether their goal is to make us purchase a product, vote for a political party, or submit to experimental inoculations, there are forces at work who understand the functionalities of your mind far better than you do. Their goal is total control. But because they are the few and we are the many, they can only achieve total control through the age-old tactic of divide and conquer.

“You’re either with them or with us.”

Never before have we been so divided. Divided by politics, religion, nation, state, race, class, gender, and now vaccine status.

To better understand how we got here, consider these three quotes from The Art of War by Sun Tzu:

“The Supreme Art of War is to subdue the enemy without fighting.”

“Victorious warriors win first, and then go to war.”

“The secret lies in confusing the enemy so that he cannot fathom our real intent.”

Though Sun Tzu, lived over 2500 years ago, his work remains at the heart of our CIA, as well as the Chinese Communist Party’s strategy today. It’s no coincidence that around the same era as Sun Tzu, the words “United We Stand, Divided We Fall” were first recorded. It is Unity that will save our communities.

“As you see in the audience, Muslims, Christians, Jewish community, Democrats, Republicans, white, black, everyone all in between. This is the example of what you get when you choose to attack all members of the human family.” Our greatest power is our numbers. Hence, the relentless effort to shatter us into broken fragments.

As their agendas are being exposed, the dividers will stop at nothing to cover their crimes against humanity. They have bunkers. All we have is each other. The good news is, that’s all we need. Though we are intrinsically interconnected, our minds are being wired to obsess over our differences. Contrary to social indoctrination, we do not have to be ideologically aligned to stand together. We don’t even have to like each other.

There is only one thing that we must agree on.

That freedom is our birthright.

Now is the time to let go of whatever it is you’re holding on to that keeps you divided from your friends, family, and fellow humans. Rise above all the micro dramas and distractions to see that a much bigger story is unfolding. Swallow your pride. Humble yourself. Let it go. I’m not suggesting that we look the other way when someone is clearly thwarting our forward momentum. There are people who deserve to be called out by name, especially those who are undermining our trust in each other. But even then, we should remember that there is a human life being affected by our words. We’ve been so conditioned to believe we are powerless that we’ve become careless with our power.

Like toddlers with loaded guns. How many times do we need to shoot our own foot till we realize that the power is in our hands?

The only thing that can stop us at this point … is us. May be an image of text that says 'Distractions, and addictions, are surface issues. The root 1S in your heart, and there you will discover unfelt feelings; And in this holy place, you will find what love always knew to be true: what you allow your Self to feel, you heal. Start treating your Self like someone you love. J.MIKE FIELDS'

We’ve all been lied to, scammed, fooled, tricked, conned, and coerced. Yes, it sucks. But here we are, wiser and stronger than we were just three years ago. This is the moment for us to activate our innate ability to create solutions that can only happen through the awareness of symbiosis defined as a mutually beneficial relationship between different groups. All of life depends on relationships. Every living thing is in communication from the stars, to the planets, the earth, the plants, the elements, the insects, the animals, the humans, and every cell within us. Real change out there, begins with real change inside.

The question is: How bad does it have to get before we’re willing to change?

How Meditation Can Help Create a New Reality

Meditation, with its countless benefits, is our tool to explore the Way. Jesus said in the Dialogue of the Savior, left out of the Bible, “When I came among humanity, I opened the door to the Way. I showed you the path that you must follow. You will find it within yourselves.” And Buddha said six hundred years earlier, “Before you set foot on the path, master yourself.” Krishna said, around 3500 BC, ” Those find the Way are those who have love and forgiveness in the hearts, and Lao Tzu said in 5oo BC, “the Way is empty, the Way is full. There is no Way to describe what it is. Find it within yourselves.”

Meditation has been around for thousands of years and is based on Hindu Scripture, as a religious practice. Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
It is even mentioned in the Bible, Psalm 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2) but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”
In Joshua 1: 8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”
The Acts of Peter XXI,   also omitted from the bible, “Give ear; withdraw your souls from all that appears but is not truly real; close these eyes of yours, close your ears, withdraw from actions that are outwardly seen; and you shall know the reality of Christ and the whole secret of your salvation.” In  Matthew 6:6 ”  But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”

But what is left out is how to pray or meditate. Perhaps Jesus’ message in the Gospel of Thomas can assist in our journey of seeking the truth.   In the Gospel of Thomas,   (48) Jesus said, “If two make peace with each other in this one house, they will say to the mountain, ‘Move Away,’ and it will move away.” The one house is the body, and  the two are mind and spirit. A very similar saying in (106) Jesus said, “When you make the two one, you will become the sons of man, and when you say, ‘Mountain, move away,’ it will move away.”

The two are  mind and spirit, thought and emotion.   From a spiritual perspective, Meditation is our  Gateway, our connection to Universal Intelligence.  Jesus was telling us how in the Gospel of Thomas, omitted from the bible. When we can make our thoughts and emotions one,  we will be transformed and will able to move mountains.

We all have a divine power within. It is up to each of us to look within, know ourselves and understand our purpose. Our tool is meditation, contemplation, prayer and seeking the truth.  This video may provide additional insight for those seeking the truth.

Meditation and Fasting As a Spiritual Practice

We live in a inseparable physical and metaphysical worlds. As we have learned in the past three years, the world was not as it seemed. Regardless of our differences or beliefs, we are all spiritual beings living in a material world to learn and evolve spiritual. We are all challenged daily, from interacting with others to just one of those really not so good days. What we fail to consider how our thoughts, emotions and actions affect not onlyBeing, Be, Am, Spirit, Spiritual, Soul ourselves, but those around us and even the world. All those interactions generate energy, positive and negative, affecting us, those around us and even the world. We have and are at this moment designing and creating our world.

Free Spirituality Spiral vector and pictureMeditation is a spiritual practice along with fasting, that can expand a person perspective and help shape your idea of the physical and metaphysical worlds. Meditation is a natural relaxation state of the mind. While many  hear the word “fast” and panic, it truly is spiritual practice to test your will and desire, only if practice intermittently.  There are many different fasting methods and most people are able engage 24 to 72 hour period with either a water or juice fast.  Others may like the intermitting fasting, blocking a daily time to eat, normally   a 6-8 hours period, i.e. 10AM to 5Pm. Eat only during those hours and fast until the next day. Fasting has been used therapeutically since at least the 5th century BCE, when Greek physician Hippocrates recommended abstinence from food or drink for patients who exhibited certain symptoms of illness. Do what works for you and in time, you  will realize the tremendous benefits.

The proper way to meditate is just start. You will develop a practice over time but start with what works for you. Sitting in a chair or floor with good posture, close your eyes, take 5–10 slow deep breaths, following yourFree Yin Yang vector and picture breath. Your relaxing your mind so try not to think of anything. Just focus on a point in the front of eyes. You will find your thoughts drifting to the interactions of the day, just bring the focus back to the point in front of the eyes. The time you meditate is up to you.

Meditation and Fasting are spiritual practices between you and the Divine, expanding and shaping your conception of a world that’s changing before our eyes. There is no better time than to discover your true-self.

Doctor Admits  99% Intubates Patients Died

It’s never been about health or a cure…its about big pharma and hospitals scheming for profit. This doctor calls it “politics.”

If a hospital admits a COVID-19 patient, they get paid $13k.

If that COVID-19 patient goes on a ventilator, the hospital gets paid $39k—three times as much.

While HCQ is better known, has fewer side-effects, and costs about $20 a dose for out-patients, Remdesivir is a therapeutic course that costs $2,340/patient that has been proven to cause liver damage. Being intravenous, Remdesivir requires expensive hospital care (hospital receives an additional $13k from Medicare.)

There have been many accounts of hospitals placing non covid patients on covid floors…increasing exposure and the hospital’s chance of cashing in more. This is why some hospitals refuse to allow family in. It’s not a “safety” protocol.

The Business of Breast Cancer: Mammogram Risks

An epidemic of low-value screenings is driving millions of women to get unnecessary tests and treatments
Jan 14 2023

Getting older is a complicated business. As we age, trips to the doctor increasingly conclude with requisitions for different screenings—tests meant to help diagnose potential problems and keep us healthy for the long haul.

Although many tests used to detect cancer have been hailed as life-saving miracles of modern medicine, some have a dark side. Concerns over the prolific use of mammograms for detecting breast cancer have been growing in the scientific community as journals publish research revealing these tests come with their own risks. With roughly seventy percent of women in the U.S. over forty having mammograms at least every two years, it raises questions about their safety, if information about potential dangers is being obscured, and who might really be benefitting from this widespread testing.

What if millions of women are fueling a billion-dollar industry with ever-increasing profits by using screening that not only hasn’t improved outcomes, but may be harming the women it is supposed to save?

Cancer in Our Society

Cancer is pervasive and widely feared due to its relentlessness, brutality, and the grueling nature of many cancer treatments. The National Cancer Institute spends billions on cancer research each year and cancer fundraisers are a perennial activity in our communities. Virtually every cancer has a month dedicated to its awarenessOctober is breast cancer awareness month, which it politely shares with liver cancer awareness in the United States.

As we get older, cancer is something we think about more and our doctors push us to get tests and screenings to make sure cancer cells haven’t been seeded in our bodies.

Breast Cancer

Breast cancer deeply frightens many women (and yes, men can get it too). If you happen to be considered high-risk, screenings may start as early as your twenties. In the United States, mammograms are considered the gold standard of testing for breast cancer and there are now both 2D and 3D varieties for women to choose from.

Mammograms use x-rays (a form of ionizing radiation) to take pictures of the breast. A machine is used where a woman places her breast between two plates or paddles where it is then compressed and x-ray images are captured.

In a 2D mammogram, two images are taken, one from the top and one from the side, creating a 2D picture.

3D, or tomosynthesis, is largely the same process, using slightly more radiation and capturing additional images, creating a three-dimensional picture of the breast.

Radiologists use the images to look for abnormalities, with breast cancer usually appearing as a white mass. If abnormalities are found, the patient is asked to come back for more tests, often an MRI, or to have a biopsy. Mammograms do not diagnose breast cancer. They look for abnormalities in the breast and can give the patient more information about their breast tissue, if masses are present, and if further investigation is needed. The only way to diagnose breast cancer after an abnormality is seen is to do a biopsy.

Mammography: What You Should Know

Mammography does, however, have risks that all women should be aware of. The two main concerns of mammography are radiation exposure and overdiagnosis.

Because mammography uses a type of ionizing radiation, it comes with inherent risk. We are all exposed to radiation every day. Some of that radiation, like the ultraviolet and infrared rays of the sun, is essential to our health (in appropriate doses). But we are well adapted to these natural, low levels of radiation. The same is not true of man-made radiation.

The ionizing radiation used in mammograms is much stronger than natural sources.  At high levels, ionizing radiation can harm our tissues, organs, and lead to cancer. According to the American Cancer Society (ACS) the dose of radiation people receive from a mammogram is about the same amount of radiation people get from their natural surroundings in a three-month period.

This is of concern because there are parts of the body that are particularly sensitive to radiation, and we should limit our exposure whenever possible. In fact, Cornell University’s Program on Breast Cancer Environmental Risk Factors states that “The female breast is known to be highly susceptible to the cancer-causing effects of radiation when exposure occurs before menopause.” A mammogram is also directing this radiation not only at the breast, but at the other organs inside the chest, like the heart and lungs.

A cohort study published in the British Journal of Cancer in 2012 followed more than 500,000 women from 1973 until 2009. The study found that women who had received radiation treatment for breast cancer (high energy x-rays) had a significant increase in heart disease and lung cancer in the decades after their treatment.

The study clearly demonstrates a progressive increase in both risk and mortality from radiation-related heart disease and lung cancer with time (into the third decade) after exposure to radiation.

The study is one of many to raise questions about routine mammograms for women at low risk of breast cancer.

Overdiagnosis

The other issue with mammography is overdiagnosis. Overdiagnosis is a concern because mammograms can detect abnormalities that may not be cancer, or cancers that would have regressed on their own but are treated once they are discovered. That means many women are exposed to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery that may not have been not needed.

An article published in Public Health Research and Practice entitled What Is Overdiagnosis and Why Should We Take It Seriously? offers a very good explanation of what overdiagnosis is and why it is a problem, defining overdiagnosis this way:

“In cancer screening, overdiagnosed cancers are those that did not need to be found because they would not have produced symptoms or led to premature death.”

“Overdiagnosis in cancer screening arises largely from the paradoxical problem that screening is most likely to find the slow-growing or dormant cancers that are least likely to harm us, and less likely to find the aggressive, fast-growing cancers that cause cancer mortality. This central paradox has become clearer over recent decades. The more overdiagnosis is produced by a screening program, the less likely the program is to serve its ultimate goal of reducing illness and premature death from cancer.”

An article published in The Lancet in 2013 argued that two 30- to 35- year old randomized studies underestimated when they concluded that there was a 19 percent rate of overdiagnosis when screening with mammography.

The author, Per-Henrik Zahl, a researcher with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health who has looked at breast cancer overdiagnosis, argues that detection rates and the level of overdiagnosis have increased 100 percent or more as the sensitivity of mammograms has improved.

Zahl notes that when screening was introduced in Sweden and Norway there was a 50 percent increase in invasive breast cancer. The total increase in diagnosis in Norway was 75 percent. He concluded that almost all of the increase in cancer detection through screening was due to lesions that normally go into spontaneous regression.

comparative study published in the journal BMC Women’s Health in 2009 set out to quantify overdiagnosis in the Danish mammography screening program. Denmark is unique as only 20 percent of the population has been offered mammography over an extended period. Incidence rates of carcinoma in situ (stage 0 breast cancer) and invasive breast cancer were collected in areas with and without screening over thirteen years, and twenty years before its introduction. The study found that in the screened women, the overdiagnosis rate was 33 percent.

systematic review published in the British Medical Journal in 2009 tracked the incidence of breast cancer before and after the introduction of mammography screening in specific areas—the United Kingdom; Manitoba, Canada; New South Wales, Australia; Sweden and parts of Norway—both seven years before and seven years after public breast cancer screening programs were implemented. The review found that overdiagnosis was estimated at 52 percent and concluded that one in three breast cancers detected in a population offered screening was overdiagnosed.

As evidence of overdiagnosis has accumulated, it is now recognized as the most serious downside of population-wide breast screening.

What Women Think

One of the main concerns with mammograms is that women may not be warned about the potential risks and all the factors involved in breast cancer screening. A cross-sectional survey of 479 women in the United States, aged 18-97 published in the British Journal of Medicine set out to understand women’s attitudes to and knowledge of false-positive mammography results as well as the detection of ductal carcinoma in situ (a type of stage 0 breast cancer) after screening mammography.

Ductal carcinoma in situ is defined as the presence of abnormal cells inside the milk duct in the breast. DCIS is considered an early form of breast cancer. DCIS is non-invasive, meaning it is still isolated and has not spread out of the milk duct and has a low risk of becoming invasive.

The survey concluded that women were aware of false positives, seeming to view them as an acceptable consequence of screening mammography. In contrast, most women were unaware that screening can detect cancers that may never progress (ductal carcinoma in situ) and felt that that information was relevant.

The study also found that only 8 percent of women thought mammography could harm a woman without breast cancer and 94 percent did not realize (doubted) that mammograms could detect cancers that might not progress. Few of the women in the study knew about ductal carcinoma in situ, but 60 percent of the women wanted to take into account the possibility that any cancer detected may not progress.

Another study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) in 2013 looked at overdiagnosis and overtreatment of breast cancer, and what physicians were telling patients about the risks of screening, specifically the possibility of overdiagnosis and overtreatment.

Less than 10 percent said they were told about the risks of mammograms by their physicians. Little more than half (51 percent) said they would not agree to screening if it resulted in one overtreated person per one life saved. These numbers imply that millions of Americans might not choose to be screened if they knew the whole story, but unfortunately, 90 percent are not getting that information.

The Cancer Industry Recommendations

In the United States, mammograms are the standard screening used to detect breast cancer, and doctors usually begin speaking to their women patients about mammograms at around age forty.

Both The American College of Radiology and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommend women begin annual mammograms at age forty. The American Cancer Society recommends annual screenings begin at 45 (then once every other year after 55), and The US Preventative Services Task Force recommends women begin mammograms every other year at age fifty.

Mammograms are approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) which regulates the standards for mammography machines and the people who provide them. The FDA has also released several warnings about using thermography instead of mammograms, reminding the public that mammography is still the most effective primary breast cancer screening test.

Do Regular Mammograms Lead to Better Outcomes?

The question becomes, do regular mammograms lead to better outcomes? Well, it would depend on how you define better outcomes. If we are talking about detecting breast cancer, it seems the answer is most certainly yes. Mammograms seem an excellent tool for detecting breast cancer. But, if we define better outcomes as fewer women dying of breast cancer, then we seem to have entered a different territory.

An article, “Mammograms and Mortality: How Has the Evidence Evolved?” published in 2021 noted that a previous meta-analysis of mammogram studies revealed that mammograms have led to no significant reduction in all-cause mortality (death from any cause) for women of any age group. The article, by Amanda Kowalski, a health economist and the Gail Wilensky Professor of Applied Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan Department of Economics, also notes that some trials even show imprecise increases in all-cause mortality across all age groups or within an age group. These findings were based on eight large randomized controlled trials that combined included over 600,000 women.

A very large Canadian randomized screening trial published in the British Medical Journal followed nearly 90,000 women aged 40-59 over 25 years, who were considered at average risk for breast cancer. One group of women received routine mammograms, and the other did not. The somewhat surprising results were that mortality rates in both groups were almost identical. The overall conclusion of the study was that annual mammography in women aged 40-59 does not reduce mortality from breast cancer any better than a physical examination. The study also noted that they found the overdiagnosis rate among the mammography participants was 22 percent.

An analysis published in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine in 2015 concluded that mammograms have been promoted to the public with three promises that all seem to be wrong. The first is that they save lives, the second is that they save breasts, and the third is that they catch cancer early. The author, Peter C Gøtzsche, formerly with the Nordic Cochrane Center and co-founder of the influential Cochrane Collaboration, states that mammogram screenings do not help women live longer, increase mastectomies, and many cancers are still caught at a very late stage.

It’s a sentiment other researchers have also expressed.

“The time has come to reassess whether universal mammographic screening should be recommended for any age group because the declines in breast cancer mortality can be ascribed mainly to improved treatments and breast cancer awareness; currently, we see that screening has only a minor effect on mortality (if any),” researchers from Nordic Cochrane Centre wrote in the journal Radiology in 2011.

In 2013, the Swiss Medical Board—an independent health technology assessment initiative—was asked to prepare a review of mammography screening. After a panel reviewed the available evidence—and contemplated its implications in detail—they were extremely concerned. The Swiss Medical Board’s report was released on Feb. 2, 2014, and acknowledged that systematic mammography screening might prevent about one death from breast cancer for every one thousand women screened, even though there was no evidence that overall mortality was affected. It also emphasized the harm caused by mammography, specifically false-positive test results and the risk of overdiagnosis. The report cites the following statistics, from a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association:

“For every breast-cancer death prevented in U.S. women over a 10-year course of annual screening beginning at 50 years of age, 490 to 670 women are likely to have a false positive mammogram with repeat examination; 70 to 100, an unnecessary biopsy; and 3 to 14, an overdiagnosed breast cancer that would never have become clinically apparent.”

Based on their findings, the board recommended that no new systematic mammography screening programs be introduced in Switzerland and that a time limit be placed on existing programs in the country, phasing them out entirely.

(On the New England Journal of Medicine’s website you can listen to an interview the journal conducted with Dr. Mette Kalager on the Swiss Board’s recommendation and learn more about why they recommended phasing out routine mammography screening.)

The Nordic Cochrane Centre, thought to be one of the world’s best and least biased research institutions, conducted a systematic review to assess the effect of screening for breast cancer with mammography on mortality and morbidity. The trials they looked at included 600,000 women aged 39-74 years. The conclusions, published in 2013, are as follows:

“If we assume that screening reduces breast cancer mortality by 15 percent and that overdiagnosis and overtreatment is at 30 percent, it means that for every 2,000 women invited for screening throughout 10 years, one will avoid dying of breast cancer and 10 healthy women, who would not have been diagnosed if there had not been screening, will be treated unnecessarily. Furthermore, more than 200 women will experience important psychological distress including anxiety and uncertainty for years because of false positive findings.”

The study’s authors, Peter C Gøtzsche and Karsten Juhl Jørgensen, state that women should be fully informed of both the benefits and harms. They went so far as to write an evidence-based leaflet in several languages to help women understand the risks.

The Mammography Industry-Projected Earnings

What might perhaps be interesting to know is that mammography is a multi-billion dollar industry.

In September 2022, Vantage Market Research released a report that projected earnings for the mammography market would be from US $1.8 billion in 2021 to $3.2 billion by 2028.

Growing markets in Asia will provide most of that expansion. The report attributes the huge growth in the region to the existence of a significant number of mammography companies, and the high adoption rate due to government measures that stimulate the industry and increasing collaborations between the mammography industry and governments in the region.

Final Thoughts

Success when it comes to breast cancer really depends on the outcome we are trying to achieve. If it is early detection, then we seem to be doing a stellar job. But if our goal is lowering mortality rates, we seem to be in a gray zone and possibly moving backwards. With the present technology—and its increasing sensitivity—we seem to have created many more cancer patients, perhaps unnecessarily, and are keeping women in the dark about the dangers.

Michael Baum, a Professor Emeritus of Surgery and a visiting Professor of Medical Humanities at University College London (UCL), is a British surgical oncologist specializing in breast cancer treatment and one of the architects of Britain’s national breast screening program.

Baum went from being one of the most determined supporters of breast cancer screening to one of its most vocal opponents.

In his book, “The History and Mystery of Breast Cancer,” he explains why.

“The largest threat posed by American medicine is that more and more of us are being drawn into the system not because of an epidemic of disease, but because of an epidemic of diagnoses. The real problem with the epidemic of diagnoses is that it leads to an epidemic of treatments. Not all treatments have important benefits, but almost all can have harms.”

Meditation is a natural relaxation state of the mind and is considered to be most important mental exercise to practice during our lifetime. Meditation is actually our natural state and our connection to the Divine.

Mindfulness can be practice all the time by simply focusing on the current moment, not yesterday or tomorrow but the present moment.

The proper way to meditate is just start. You will develop a practice over time but start with what works for you. Sitting in a chair or floor with good posture, close your eyes, take 5–10 slow deep breaths, following your breath. Your relaxing your mind so try not to think of anything. Just focus on a point in the front of eyes. You will find your thoughts drifting to problems just bring the focus back to the point in front of the eyes. The time you meditate is up to you.

Make meditation part of your life and you will see the world anew.

The Real Meaning of Christmas

BY JAMES SALE DECEMBER 24, 2022

Don’t you love Christmas? I do, and I am especially looking forward to it this year.

My anticipation is partly due to the two years or more of COVID restrictions and lockdowns. We’ve also been inundated with reports of climate change. This past summer we were terrified by a bout of hot weather, and the word “drought” kept appearing, along with “climate change.” Since then, we have had downpours. Now, we hear the words “floods” and, of course, “climate change.” Along with the peril of being swept away, what we are hearing about now is the terror of Avian flu!

So, Christmas, then, might just prove to be that wonderful respite, relief, and restoration that most of us crave. Christmas offers us time to be at home, time to be with family, time to relax. Well, let’s hope so; let’s hope that is the case for most people.

The Nicene Creed

Perhaps I should stop idealizing Christmas; hasn’t it always been fundamentally flawed: spoiled, commercialized, its true values destroyed? What is Christmas really about? What is its point? Why do people long for it. In short, what is the real meaning of Christmas?

Doubtless, we will all have our own ideas, but for me Christmas can be expressed in five simple words extracted from the Nicene Creed.

Nicene Creed
Christmas can be expressed in five simple words extracted from the Nicene Creed: “He came down from heaven.” This is an icon depicting the Nicene Creed of 325. (Public Domain)

Creeds often tend to be divisive, but I think in this instance we have plenty of scope to interpret these how we want, whether literally, mythologically, symbolically, or as you will.

The five simple words are: “He came down from heaven.” The key word in the sentence is the middle one: “down.” “He came down … .” Christmas is about “coming down.” That is the direction that God enters our lives.

Human beings, by way of contrast, want to go “up: to ascend, to have more, to grow further. But God comes down. Humans have enthroned themselves in the heaven of their own egos, exalted their own self-importance, and drawn immense satisfaction from promoting the works of their own hands.

By contrast, God comes down, and that is what we must recall. For this is what Christmas allows us to do: to be our true selves, to forget our false self-image and projections, particularly those we wear at work. Instead, we can lay all that aside and be true (or truer) to ourselves by doing little, by being with loved ones, and by being grateful. Indeed, by relaxing.

Our True State

I remember when I nearly died of cancer over a decade ago now. Before it, I had been a strong, self-confident individual who could seemingly do anything I wanted to, or had set my heart on achieving; I scarcely felt a sense of limitation.

But as I’d lain there in the hospital bed, getting weaker and weaker, my ego drained away and I began to see—to use a Biblical phrase—that my “own right arm could not save me.” I was helpless.

If I was going to survive and to live, some other power would have to rescue me. And being in that state is just like being a baby—helpless, dependent—and that is what Christmas on an annual basis reminds us of. In terms of the cosmos, of fate and destiny, we are all babes, subject to a greater and superior power.

As I left the hospital, it was so easy to forget how real my vulnerability was when I was nearly dead, and to allow those old habits of self-importance to return.

So, whatever our faith (for all faiths have a God or Tao who finds us where we are), Christmas reminds us that God comes down, partly because that is how God meets us, and partly because with God there is no false self-image that God has or needs to vaunt or exult Himself. God is reality, and we crave reality: to be who we really are without all the pretence.

Why do people love their pets? Because their pets are always authentic, and so are their affections. When your cat wants to be stroked, there’s no pretense. Why do we love babies? We call it their innocence, but it’s a similar thing to having pets: When a baby smiles at you, it’s authentic. There is no pretense.

Christmas is that moment toward the end of the year that we get to see the real baby: the no-ego baby, the baby open to all experience, the baby available to everyone (mom, dad, stable animals, shepherds, wise men, and all), and the baby who is utterly vulnerable: the baby who is a gift. Wow!

Nativity
God came down from heaven in the form of a baby. “Adoration of the Shepherds,” 1485, by Domenico Ghirlandaio, 1485. (Public Domain)

We don’t need to be a Christian to realize that this is something special; an atheist, too, can appreciate that this is an extraordinary story that warms the heart.

Let’s all come down from our highfalutin’ ego-mountains and return to our child-like selves: that is, like the baby. If we could do this all the time, how much better would this world be?

Perhaps just trying it at Christmas is enough. Let’s do it then at this time year, at least.

May the real meaning of Christmas come alive in your hearts and minds as you reflect on that brilliant line from the Nicene Creed: “He came down from heaven.” Down is the Way.

Pediatric Cardiologist Gives Emotional Testimony on What the COVID Vax Does to Young Hearts

This video from Michael Knowles is fascinating to me. Most conservatives have no clue what Q is, as he admits. Scandals like Epstein Island and Balenciaga validate Q.

‘You’re Violating Them!’ – Dr. Naomi Wolf Gives a Fiery Speech Against Yale University’s Vax Mandate

“What you’re about to do is a serious crime.”

“My heart is breaking — and I’m on the verge of tears,” grieved Dr. Naomi Wolf while speaking at a December 2 medical freedom rally in front of Yale University — in opposition to the Covid-19 vaccine mandate.

Yale is requiring students, most between the ages of 17 and 22, to take the bivalent booster tested on eight mice — while allowing their faculty a pass on the latest shot.

“I cannot believe that in the year 2022,” Naomi continued. “After 35 years of advocacy for women’s health and human rights and civil liberties, I’m standing here to say Yale University should not mandate 17-year-olds, 18-year-olds, 19-year-olds, 20-year-olds, 21-year-olds with an experimental dangerous mRNA lipid nanoparticle injection — just so they can come back to school and resume their educations! I can’t believe I have to say this. But here we are.”

Naomi expresses how she always believed Yale would “protect the civilization that it sought to portray — a civilization in which I learned about the Nuremberg Code here at Yale. I learned about the Geneva Conventions here at Yale. I learned about the Hippocratic oath … here at Yale University. I cannot believe I’m standing outside these walls, saying, ‘Don’t coerce minors and young adults into damaging their lives and submitting to an illegal injection that violates the Geneva Conventions, that violates the Nuremberg Code, that violates the Hippocratic oath, that violates basic human rights — so these kids can pick up their education.’ Don’t do it.”

Dr. Wolf moves on to the legalities — “or the crimes” — that they are about to commit. “I want to tell the world — if it hasn’t been following, that Yale University doesn’t mandate the faculty for this bivalent booster. Yale University doesn’t mandate the staff for this experimental injection! It is mandating that children! It is mandating that kids, that students!”

A listener interrupts by saying, “Coercion is not consent.”

“Exactly right,” agreed Naomi, as she proceeded to speak directly to the University.

“What you’re about to do is a serious crime. It is deeply illegal. Certainly, it violates Title IX.”

Naomi explains, “Title IX commits the University to not discriminate on the basis of sex or gender in getting an equal education. I am telling Yale — I oversee a project in which 3500 experts review the Pfizer documents released under court order by a lawsuit. In that document, there is catastrophic harm to women! And especially to young women! And especially to their reproductive health. [In the] Pfizer documents, there are 20 different names for f*cking up your menstrual cycle. I am not kidding. And pardon my language — but I am angry. You can bleed all month! You can bleed twice a month. You can bleed in such a way that you’re hemorrhaging! You can bleed so that you’ve got agonizing cramps. And 72% of those with adverse events in the Pfizer documents are women!”

“That’s disgusting,” hollered someone from the crowd.

“Is that a violation of Title IX to inflict that on the class of 2023, 2024, 2025?” asked Naomi. “Yes, it is a violation! How will these young women pursue their education equally if they’re suffering? How will they be athletes? How will they pursue their athletic scholarships if they’re injured in that way?”

Naomi proceeds to put Yale University on notice that there is a 20% drop in births around the world among vaccinated populations.

“I’ve had my babies. Women my age have had our babies … These young women haven’t had their children yet! What are you doing to them?! What are you inflicting on them?! You’re violating them!” cried Dr. Wolf. “There will be 18, 19, 20-year-old members of the Class of 2023, 2024, 2025, who will not be able to conceive — and we know it from seeing the Pfizer documents. We know it. It’s a fact! It’s a fact. For sure, there are going to be women who will be injured reproductively for the rest of their lives. Dr. James Thorp has shown how the lipid nanoparticles traverse the placenta and damage the placenta, resulting in higher rates of miscarriage, spontaneous abortion, and stillbirths.”

“When that happens, where will Yale be?” asked Wolf. “Yale will have blood on its hands from those young women injured for no medical reason! Why get a booster at this point at all for healthy young populations? The data are in; the CDC backtracked — they confirmed what I’ve been telling you for a year and a half. Vaccines don’t affect transmission. So there’s literally no reason for anyone to mandate any injection for a respiratory virus of this kind.”

Situation Update; Senate Hearing of Vaccine Injuries; Vaccine Causes Infertility; World Economic Forum; Healing Energy; Red October

We can see how  the plandemic generated FEAR of covid-19.  People rushed to get vaccinated, creating vaccinated and unvaccinated.  Many were forced to get the Jab. They made every effort to get everyone vaccinated. But many of us didn’t and now the vaccinated will begin to understand.

The World Economic Forum mission was to divide and conquer. They tried to divided us, vaxxed and unvaxxed, liberal and conservative, truth and lies and a multitude of other divisions. It has been going on for a long time but now it is plain sight. The WEF has infiltrated  players at the highest levels of Government across the world even in our states and school boards.   They have used FEAR as their weapon.   It has been going on for a long time right before our eyes.   That has always been their plan. United we stand, divided we fall, and there is nothing truer than in any other time in  history. The truth is like a lion, you don’t defend it, it defends itself.

Fear is a state of mind generated and pushed by the Mainstream Media, Government and Censorship, censoring the other side of the story. With both sides of the story, a person with critical thinking skills can decide for themselves the truth. The truth is coming out more each day and it is not going to be pretty. Each of us must use our God given gift of discernment to decipher what is true and what is not.
