The unthinkable is happening right before our very eyes or at least from our preferred electronic device. News and information is like the yin-yang philosophy, that the universe is composed of competing and complementary forces of dark and light, sun and moon, male and female. The Bible tells us not to conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. For many, the Veil is being lifted and are evolving spiritually. From this experience, we begin to seek to live in harmony with our Source, the power that creates the cosmos. From this relationship arises a profound feeling of happiness as well as spiritual, emotional and mental freedom. Each person has to move forward in their own way and connect with our source starting with love, thoughts, being grateful and appreciative for this experience. In time, synchronicity’s will become part of your life, helping with your evolution as the old ways drop away and the new ways start a new beginning. As we live our lives through this insanity, we have to ask ourselves why is this happening. Universal Intelligence, our Creator also known as God, connects us all. Science may call it a quantum or biofield, described as “a field of energy and information. Hunt, scientist, author, lecturer and Professor Emeritus of Physiological Science at the University of California confirmed electromagnetic energy is the most plentiful constant energy of our universe. Science also tells us that our heart electromagnetic energy field can be detected and measured several feet from the body and is 100 time stronger than the field of our brains.
The Abrahamic religions, Christians, Jews and Islam may refer to this quantum or biofield as the Holy Spirit while while Taoist refer to chi or qi and the Dao or the way. Hindu refer to prana and chakras while the Buddha included prana under a different name, one that is also used in yoga. The word is virya, meaning vitality, or life energy.

Consider all the different labels of this biofield by science and some of the religious belief the same. When are energic beings that do not realize we are co-creators of our reality based on our thoughts, emotions and actions. Look at the world around us. We do not even realize how powerful we are because we do not know our true selves.
We know how our body is affected by bacteria, viruses and an array of toxins from our our foods, medications and environment. Our bodies suffer from pain that needs physical healing and the first place we go is to the doctor and get medication, instead of looking to natural cures such as food, herbs and spices. Our minds are susceptible to infection by fear, worries, anger, greed, selfishness, jealousy just to name of few, which requires mental healing that is fueled by Mainstream Media through many sources. That is Our spirit is haunted by the disease of forgetting our true nature which cause man to forget their perfect divine nature and focus on the physical world. Ignorance creates imbalances between body, mind and spirit.
So how do we heal? There is the still, small voice within each of us that knows the answer to our questions. Perhaps now more than anytime in history is the time to be aware, listen and evaluate the polarity, positive or negative, and use Love as your benchmark.

The world is not as it seems and as we try to understand what is going on outside of us, perhaps we should be focused on what is going on inside of us. We have given our power away to a person in a white coat, trusting they can heal us from all our aliments. But can they really heal us or are we healing ourselves. The placebo effect that has been proven is a perfect example how our mind, our belief system, actually controls our pain and can heal many ailments we suffer. The placebo effect relies on your body’s own chemicals, released in response to or in accordance with your mental or emotional expectations or beliefs. We have the ability to heal ourselves as long we sincerely believe and engage the energize power within ourselves.
Our thoughts, emotions and actions have a huge impact on our lives more than any of us ever imagined. We live in the physical world, not realizing the unseen forces of metaphysical world undetected by the five senses. Our unruly mind does not help. Most of us realize we are energetic beings who do not comprehend the power within that has been hidden from us for centuries.

We have within us, self healing energy, that we can create by understanding our mind, body and spirit. To know the “Self” is the beginning.
Krishna, Plato and Jesus believed the Self refers to what lies beneath individuality. The self is the core essence of what we really are; God, the Tao, Universal Intelligence or Infinite Intelligence. The Higher Self remains when the little self dies.
Self is what we discover when we are “born again”. The Self is what appears when you cleanse our windows of perception. Self is what we recognize when we “wake up”. Self, really is all that exist.

We should not underestimate our power and ability of our body to heal itself! Our lack of faith in our own capacities often put us in harms way as we seek solutions for things our body could have handled easily… if only we could give our body the healing environment it requires. According to Science, the pineal gland is the body’s internal clock and according to our ancient teachers, it is for our spiritual development. The pineal gland, is a pine-cone shaped gland of the endocrine system is near the center of the brain. It is said that the pinecone was revered by ancient pagan people as the fruit or seed of the evergreen, a symbol which is connected to ideas of eternal life. It has also been considered a phallic symbol for its shape and role in creating life. The pinecone is a symbol which can be found in many ancient civilizations and cultures around the world.
The pineal gland regulates the body’s circadian rhythms and produces and secretes the hormone melatonin. Circadian rhythms are the daily rhythms of the body, including signals that make someone feel tired, sleep, wake up, and feel alert; around the same time each day. The circadian rhythms also plays a crucial role in many other biological processes, such as hormone secretion, cardiovascular health, glucose homeostasis, and body temperature regulation. Energy balance is one of the most important cornerstones of metabolic processes, whereas energy imbalance is associated with many diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, to name a few. Out of balance could mean sleeping too much or too little, feeling active and restless in the middle of the night, or feeling sleepy at unusual times.
Another interesting discovery related to the neurons in our brain that may provide a better understanding of our third eye. Neurons have the ability to produce photons of light, known as “biophotons”.
They are capable of communicating through light. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the biophoton fields are closely related and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness. It might have Interdimensional qualities acting as a packet of information. It seems biophotons interact with our DNA. Perhaps that is what Jesus was saying in the Gospel of Thomas when he said, If they say to you, “Where have you come from?” say to them, “We have come from the light, from the place where the light came into being by itself, established itself, and appeared in their image.”

In the Law of One, the third eye, the indigo-ray or 6th chakra is our gateway to connect with Infinite Intelligence. In order to connect, we have to unblock our energy centers, by dealing with the negative and positive emotions that has shaped our lives and freeing the pathways for the flow of energy.
Our pineal gland is already active. We all have some degree of intuition or discernment, a sense of knowing that will expand the more we unblock our energy centers and more energy begins to flow. The the pineal gland will grow stronger and may even awaken the Kundalini.
The light in the body is the single eye, our pineal gland, in the middle of the forehead seen in deep meditation, our gateway and connection to Infinite intelligence. We can perceive through our pineal gland, our spiritual eye, the love and light of the One Infinite Creator. By fixing the vision of the two eyes at the point between the eyebrows in the interiorized concentration of meditation, one can focus the positive negative optical energy of the right and left eyes and unite the currents in the sign eye of the divine light. The more we practice, the more the body and mind inwardly illumined with astral light and wisdom, receives indescribable joy and unending guidance of divine wisdom.
Humanity has struggled to understand the concept of God. I like to think that God is the entire Universe, one Universal Mind, Infinite Intelligence, one single consciousness, known by many different names, concepts and ideas. It is the Mind of the Absolute, the All-knowing, All-Powerful, All- Creative and All- Present, it is The All of all times and dimensions. Perhaps it is time to consider the concept of God may be beyond our comprehension in our limited state of spiritual evolution.
Humanity has lost its way, not realizing both the physical and metaphysical worlds, which are inseparable. Perhaps that is why we are experiencing global events around the world, to assist us to return us to the Universal Mind. We have forgotten what our ancient teachers were trying to tell us. It is interesting to note that Buddha was concerned with the working of the human mind. Prince Siddhartha Gautama, known as the Buddha, was born and raised with every possible advantage. His father, King Suddhodana made every possible effort to keep his son shielded from the unpleasant world and even knowing about death. Gautama, after seeing the real world, knew there was more to life and wanted to seek the spiritual truth. He had to become a samara, a life of severe self-discipline and abstention from all forms of indulgence. He left against his family wishes and spent years in search of the truth. While sitting under a tree his mind expanded as he gained deeper insights into the human condition.
Buddha said “The mind is everything. What you think you become.” and “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.”
In the Gospel of Thomas, discovered in 1945 in Egyptian desert has 114 sayings of Jesus. In saying 50 Jesus said: “If they say to you: Whence have you come?, say to them: We have come from the light, the place where the light came into being of itself.” In the Apocryphon of John Jesus said “The All is beyond limitations. It cannot be comprehended with the human mind. It cannot be measured by any rule. It cannot been seen or talked about. It has no name”. The Spirit lowed for it like the water of life and Light. It alone understood it own image. This One filled with Blinding Light is pure mind.”
Another event that went unnoticed occurred in 1981 through 1984 known as the Law of One. The contact by advanced extraterrestrials from another dimension. We are involved and participating in the great awakening. The fog of war is is very dense and at times we get a glimmer of light. Reconnection to our source, God by many names is a process. Then we look at the casualties of today’s societies around the world, unknowingly controlled by the corporations; owned by the few. With 95 % of the world wealth, they certainly have the means to continue their programming and indoctrination programs with bio, geo and hi-tech engineering.
World wide, we are 7.7 billion strong, as our positive and negative thoughts, emotions and actions have helped created the world we live in today. The energy pulsating from our hearts vibrates into world. We have been divided by politics and religion, with continuous messaging from the media.
