New Book Challenges COVID-19 Vaccine Narrative

As more research is published on people who have taken the COVID-19 vaccine, more data—at least the data that make it to publication—are revealing that many people have had harmful effects from the injections.

Of course, COVID-19 itself came with health consequences, and everyone understood that. The vaccine was supposed to be so safe and effective that it was acceptable to even coerce people into getting it. In fact, even those who caught COVID-19 and achieved natural immunity were compelled to get the vaccine.

In her latest book “Neither Safe Nor Effective: The Evidence Against the COVID Vaccines,” Dr. Colleen Huber shares some of the data that have been emerging.

The Arizona-based naturopathic medical doctor says the damage done so far from the mRNA vaccines is undeniable. She also highlights issues in the medical and media fields that have kept people from getting access to facts. This all comes as many people are still being pressured to take the vaccine or are suffering consequences.

Huber encourages people to pick up the book and to think for themselves while reading it.

“You won’t get past chapter one without being convinced that these vaccines shouldn’t be used on anyone, because of all the damage that has been seen in vaccinated populations,” she said.

Examining Vaccine Effects

In the book, Huber discusses how mRNA is the culprit behind the risks and damage in people. The technology had never been used safely in the past. It’s always had “wildcard dangerous effects in the body,” she said.

The mRNA mechanism sets in motion a process that can affect the DNA of the person and impact multiple organs in unwanted ways.

For example, a Swedish study published this year shows that the Pfizer vaccine enters the DNA of liver cells within six hours.

“This, in turn, changes how the DNA of the body produces new proteins,” Huber said. “In other words, the liver of a vaccinated person is gradually becoming different, and it is too early to know how and to what extent.

“The liver is responsible for hundreds of metabolic functions, so this is one of many reasons why taking these vaccines is so horribly reckless.

“We cannot yet be certain about this happening in other organs, because that research hasn’t yet been done, and this, again, is because the technology is still so new.”

Based on data she reviewed from the United States, Europe, and Israel, Huber said there are demonstrated cardiovascular injuries such as heart attack, cardiac arrest, myocarditis, and pericarditis.

Other common side effects were neurological injuries such as Bell’s palsy and seizures, new and aggressive cancers, and liver diseases.

In the book, Huber focuses on evidence of the first three adverse effects, because they were “by far the most thoroughly documented, and the least deniable,” she said.

The book includes data presented by Pfizer and the FDA under court order (after a lengthy back-and-forth battle). The data show that of the 30,096 people in the clinical trial (and an additional 2,990 on whom they have no data), there were 1,223 deaths and 11,361 people who had “not recovered at the time of report.”

It’s too early to know the effects of the vaccine, especially in those who got the initial vaccine (or two-dose vaccines) but didn’t get the boosters. Some people who had the initial vaccine and had some adverse effects took ivermectin, vitamin D, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), and pine needle tea for relief. Ivermectin gives the best results, Huber believes, because it has known mechanisms against the spike proteins.

More Jabs, More Damage?

Huber believes that the more vaccines (or “boosters”) a person gets, the more damage that can be done.

She highlights data from the United Kingdom that show an especially high COVID death rate there. The U.K. is one of the most heavily vaccinated countries in the world, with 92 percent of people older than age 12 vaccinated.

The poorer outcomes, she believes, are linked to more mRNA being added to the body “in order to churn out even more of the devastating spike proteins into the cardiovascular system.”

Setting Records Straight

In addition to issues surrounding the quality and suppression of data, there’s also conflict about research that get published and those that never make it into journals (and, therefore, the mainstream media).

Huber echoes Dr. Peter McCullough, a well-known cardiologist who has sounded the alarm on how journals have suppressed research on early treatments for COVID-19.

Huber said that it’s hard to get her hands on data, especially if the data have never made it to publication.

“Governments in one country after another, first the U.S., then the UK and Scotland, which had collected the most data, suddenly hid data,” she said.

Unmasking the Medical Community

If the vaccines were so harmful, why did so many doctors pressure patients to take them?

“Doctors are threatened in many ways by rogue and frequently lawbreaking medical boards—the domineering antagonists to the passive doctors—to ‘shut up and do what we tell you,’” she said, citing her own experience.

“Few doctors have the time, energy, bandwidth, or, frankly, the ‘cojones’ to rebel against the bureaucrats.”

If the general trend of the medical profession is to recommend COVID vaccines, and if threats are made against any who would choose to rebel, you will find a majority going along, Huber said.

“That is, until the tide turns. When the tide begins to turn,” she said, “it’s much easier for an individual doctor to move with the herd against bad medical treatments, such as the COVID vaccines.”

She said many doctors are no longer pressuring patients to get the vaccines.

“And it all seems to be happening at once, at least in pediatrics and cardiology,” she said.

“When the flock of birds turns and starts flying in a different direction, each bird turns in cooperative, almost choreographed, synchrony.”

Huber compares the shift to that which occurred with the pain-relieving drug Vioxx. In the early 2000s, it was highly recommended. But in 2007, the harms of the drug were exposed, and doctors stopped prescribing it.

Now, avoiding that drug is “not at all controversial,” she said. “No medical board punishes a doctor for avoiding Vioxx.”

Each of the two types of meditation is useful for a particular reason. The passive meditation involving the clearing of the mind, the emptying of the mental jumble which is characteristic of mind complex activity among your peoples, is efficacious for those whose goal is to achieve an inner silence as a base from which to listen to the Creator. This is an useful and helpful tool and is by far the most generally useful type of meditation as opposed to contemplation or prayer.

The type of meditation which may be called visualization has as its goal not that which is contained in the meditation itself. Visualization is the tool of the adept. Those who learn to hold visual images in mind are developing an inner concentrative power that can transcend boredom and discomfort. When this ability has become crystallized in an adept the adept may then do polarizing in consciousness without external action, which can affect the planetary consciousness. Only those wishing to pursue the conscious raising of planetary vibration will find visualization to be a particularly satisfying type of meditation.

Contemplation or the consideration in a meditative state of an inspiring image or text is extremely useful also among your peoples, and the faculty of will called praying is also of a potentially helpful nature. Whether it is indeed an helpful activity depends quite totally upon the intentions and objects of the one who prays. 

Meditation has been around for thousands of years and based on Hindu Scripture, as a religious practice. Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”
It is even mentioned in the Bible, Psalm 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; (2) but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”
In Joshua 1: 8 states “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.”
The Acts of Peter XXI,   also omitted from the bible, “Give ear; withdraw your souls from all that appears but is not truly real; close these eyes of yours, close your ears, withdraw from actions that are outwardly seen; and you shall know the reality of Christ and the whole secret of your salvation.” In  Matthew 6:6 ”  But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”          

There is no right or wrong way to meditate.  There are many paths to our Source and each has free will to determine their journey.  Perhaps Jesus’ message in the Gospel of Thomas can assist in our journey of seeking the truth.   In the Gospel of Thomas,   (48) Jesus said, “If two make peace with each other in this one house, they will say to the mountain, ‘Move Away,’ and it will move away.” The one house is the body, and  the two are mind and spirit. A very similar saying in (106) Jesus said, “When you make the two one, you will become the sons of man, and when you say, ‘Mountain, move away,’ it will move away.”

Could the two be thought and emotion?    When we can make our thoughts and emotions one,  we will be transformed and will able to move mountains.

We have a divine power within  and meditation is the gateway to tap into our  Source. It is up to each person to look within, know yourself and understand our purpose in  greatest Spiritual battle we have even known.  Our tool is meditation, contemplation, prayer and seeking the truth from our source.  This video may provide additional insight into our past.

Not Being Able to Stand in This Position Increases Mortality Risk by 84%

Here’s how to build balance and strength

Recent studies have discovered that middle-aged and elderly people who cannot stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds have almost double the risk of death in the next decade. Why is the ability to stand on one leg” related to mortality? There are two key reasons, and improving these issues can help reduce the risk of death.

The British Journal of Sports Medicine published a new study assessing the association between the ability to complete a 10-second one-legged stance and all-cause mortality in middle-aged and older adults.

Between 2008 and 2020, a total of 1,702 (68 percent male) volunteers aged 51 to 75 years participated in the study. A total of 20.4 percent were unable to complete the 10-second one-legged stance, and the older the volunteers, the higher the probability of failing the test.

During a follow-up (median of 7 years), 7.2 percent of the volunteers passed away, with cancer and cardiovascular diseases as the main causes of death, as well as respiratory diseases and COVID-19 complications. Among them, 4.6 percent were able to stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds, and 17.5 percent were unable to stand for more than 10 seconds.

Compared with those who passed the test, those who could not stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds had significant differences in age, waist-to-height ratio, and BMI. Moreover, their health status was also relatively poor, mostly suffering from hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity.

After taking age, gender, and underlying conditions into account, the study pointed out that people who were unable to stand on one leg for 10 seconds had an 84 percent increased risk of death from any cause in the next decade, which is equivalent to almost double the risk of people who passed the test.

The length of time a person can stand on one leg is related to his or her sense of balance and muscle strength.

Sense of Balance

Dr. Scott Wang, director of Star Rehabilitation Clinic in Neihu District, Taiwan, pointed out that sense of balance is very important, and elderly people with poor balance are prone to falls.  He said, “Some of my patients in their 60s and 70s will tell me things like they fell again last week, or fell three times in the last month.”

Falls are a major threat to seniors.

This is because the harm caused by falls can be minor or major, ranging from scratches and bruises to serious fractures and even loss of life.

“When I was working in a hospital, a patient fell out of bed, causing a brain hemorrhage, and he passed away,” Dr. Wang said.

Sense of balance deteriorates as one ages, and the maintenance of sense of balance involves vision, the semicircular canals (the organs responsible for the sense of balance) in the ear, and proprioception. Vision deteriorates with age, affecting the elderly’s ability to walk; the semicircular canals are also affected by aging, as well as vertigo; and proprioception does not only deteriorate due to aging, but is also related to diabetes.

Most people can close their eyes and still put the index fingers of both of hands together, which is a function of proprioception. Proprioception allows a person to detect the position of a limb in space without being able to see it.

Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control can suffer damage to their proprioceptive nerves, resulting in insensitivity of the peripheral limbs and a poor sense of balance. Dr. Wang said that one of his patients doesn’t have feeling in his feet, so when he walks, he feels as if walking on a marshmallow. “This kind of feeling is very scary, and the general population can’t really imagine it,” he said.

In addition, a deteriorated sense of balance may also be a sign of an asymptomatic stroke (silent stroke).

Dr. Chih Hao Lin, neurologist and director of the Brain Stroke Center at Lin Shin Hospital in Taiwan, said that most asymptomatic strokes are small strokes, in which small blood vessels or capillaries under the cerebral cortex become embolized. Since the symptoms are very mild, they may not be detected without special attention or examination. However, these asymptomatic strokes may lead to major strokes.

Patients with asymptomatic strokes may experience a slight loss of balance, unstable gait, weakness in walking, and changes in their field of vision, including not being able to see with one of their eyes. The danger is that the symptoms are so light the patients do not detect them.

Muscle Strength

Muscle strength is also an important factor that affects the sense of balance. “Even if a person has good vision, balance and proprioception, if his muscles are severely atrophied, he is still prone to falls,” Dr. Wang said.

At the same time, muscle strength alone can predict a person’s longevity.

In addition to standing on one leg, a meta-analysis published in the British Medical Journal in 2010 found that people with poor grip strength, a slow walking speed, and slow chair rises also have relatively high future all-cause mortality:

  • Those with the weakest grip strength had 1.67 times the mortality rate of those with the strongest grip.
  • Those who walked the slowest had 2.87 times the mortality rate of the fastest group.
  • The people who took the most time to rise from a chair had 1.96 times the mortality rate of the fastest people.

These abilities are also related to muscle strength. The most effective way to improve muscle strength is weight training, and Dr. Wang emphasized that “weight training can cure various diseases.” Excellent muscle strength brings many health benefits.

As muscle mass increases, it can prevent sarcopenia, increase bone density, reduce the risk of fractures, maintain joint flexibility to reduce arthritis symptoms, lose weight, and increase physical flexibility and balance.

People with a thick waist circumference have a lot of visceral fat accumulation, and their body is in a state of chronic inflammation, with metabolic problems. They are prone to fatty liver, and having high blood pressure, high blood lipid, and high blood sugar levels, and their future risks of cancer and diabetes are also relatively high. Compared to aerobic exercise, weight training has the best effect on reducing and controlling waist circumference.

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health published a comprehensive review last year, showing that 60 to 150 minutes of muscle-strengthening activities per week can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 20 percent to 25 percent, the risk of type 2 diabetes by 30 percent, cancer mortality by 15 percent to 20 percent, and all-cause mortality by about 20 percent to 25 percent.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a study from Switzerland found that people with greater grip strength had lower hospitalization rates for COVID-19.

Dr. Wang added that weight training is good for blood sugar and blood pressure control. Some people may worry that when doing weight training, people’s faces tend to turn red, so won’t weight training increase blood pressure instead? He explained that the blood pressure will rise during exercise, but it will decrease after exercise. People who do weight training regularly have well-controlled blood pressure when they are not exercising.

Training Can Improve Muscle Strength and Balance

In addition to the sense of balance and muscle strength, whether or not someone can stand on one foot for more than 10 seconds also reflects a person’s exercise habits. People who habitually exercise are more physically fit and can stand on one leg for a longer period of time.

If you want to train your sense of balance and improve your muscle strength, first of all, it is necessary to cultivate exercise habits, and add the following training to your weekly routine:

Deadlifts and Deep Squats

Excellent weight training needs to take into account both upper and lower body muscles, but muscle training of the lower body brings the greatest benefits, because the muscles below the waist account for two-thirds of the total body muscle mass.

Deadlifts and deep squats mainly exercise the lower body. They also work the muscles of the entire body, making them highly efficient exercises for gaining muscle.

Sense of Balance Training

This training method is very simple: on the floor, draw (or paste) a line, and walk heel-to-toe along the line back and forth.

Dr. Wang pointed out that to enhance one’s sense of balance, improving muscle strength is indispensable, and some balance training should also be added to form a complete approach.

Regardless of whether it is weight training or balance training, seniors are advised to have a coach to assist them in doing these exercises to avoid falls and movement errors that can cause sports injuries.

Meditation is  Time-Tested Way to Holistically Alter Gene Expression

This improves heart and cranial health, boosts immunity and self-healing power, kicks in ability to break down viral RNA

In recent years, meditation has become a social trend. While the body appears calm on the surface when meditating, the genes in the body change dramatically.

Meditation is typically a seated affair, but there are moving meditations also, like tai qi and qigong.

From the late 1970s to the 1990s, a variety of Chinese qigong masters came out to teach qigong practices, and many Chinese people developed the habit of going to the park in the morning to practice, a trend that came to be called “qigong fever.”

Later, qigong spread from China to the West, such as the widespread practice called Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa). Most of these qigong and yoga practices originated from the Buddha school. In the past, yogis emphasized spirituality and spiritual enhancement. Nevertheless, after yoga came to the West, its spiritual aspect was excluded, and only the physical adjustment part was left, which is the most popular form of yoga that we see today. The yoga practices with more depth also emphasize the use of meditation to train people’s consciousness, not just to improve the balance of the body.

Meditation is becoming increasingly popular in the West, with even some executives practicing meditation during their lunch breaks to improve their work efficiency.

According to a survey conducted in 2019, 14 percent of people in the United States had tried meditation.

Meditation has become a very important social phenomenon. Why did this occur, and what are its benefits to people?

Improved Heart and Cranial Nerve Health

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there were some studies that tried to use meditation to help patients alleviate their COVID-19 sequelae or vaccine side effects.

As early as 2020, professors at the University of California–San Francisco recognized that the impact of COVID-19 was so severe that it could damage multiple human organs at the same time. Two doctors, Juliet Morgan and Meghan Jobson, found that meditation could help patients recover from their symptoms.

Even beyond holistic health communities, there seems to be a degree of international consensus that meditation is helpful for people recovering from the side effects of COVID-19 vaccines and the lingering effects of the disease itself.

The Western medical community has been doing research on meditation for two to three decades, and meditation has been found to have the following benefits:

  • activating specific brain regions;
  • increasing heart rate variability;
  • suppressing inflammation; and
  • increasing telomerase expression, which affects the body’s aging mechanism.

In addition, meditation has been shown to be beneficial for both myocardial damage and neurological side effects caused by the COVID-19 vaccines.

Researchers have observed changes in brain activity during meditation through brain imaging techniques and brain wave tests, and they found that the insula and premotor cortex were effectively activated during meditation.

A 2013 study published in The Journal of Social Psychology showed that even five minutes of meditation improved heart rate variability, a parameter used in Western medicine to reflect the elasticity of the interval between each heartbeat. A high heart rate variability indicates strong cardiac regulation.

Moreover, there are different stages of meditation, and the meditation experience of the study subjects varied. For instance, the effects experienced by long-term meditators and occasional practitioners were discovered to be different.

Immune Genes Significantly Upregulated

When meditating, the body may appear to be still, but there are dramatic changes taking place at the microscopic level.

A large-scale genomic study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) showed that meditation activates the body’s immune system.

In this study, the subjects used a meditation method that emphasized stimulating inner thoughts and potential, rather than just focusing on physical movement and the muscle and bone balance.

Three hundred and 88 subjects participated in an eight-day meditation practice, and their blood samples were collected for comparison at four different points in time: two time points before the session, the last day of the eight-day session, and three months after the session.

It was discovered that after eight days of meditation, many genes in the human body were significantly upregulated, and the range of their upregulation was two to four times.

Three months after meditation, the regulation of some genes returned to levels close to those before meditation, but there were still some genes whose upregulation remained. This means that the effects of meditation are long-lasting. And the finding that an eight-day meditation practice still has positive effects after three months is delightfully surprising.

Meditation Activates Powerful Self-Healing Genes

The researchers classified the genes according to their effects and found that many of the genes that were most substantially regulated after meditation were antiviral and related to immunity enhancement.

A total of 220 immune genes were upregulated, and 68 of which were related to interferon and belong to the innate immune mechanism. The eight days of meditation had a very significant strengthening effect on the overall immunity of the body.

This study was conducted on peripheral blood and showed that meditation had an effect on the entire body’s immunity, not just on one organ.

The study also observed that meditation not only enhances the interferon and immune activation responses, but it also improves the body’s ability to break down and metabolize RNA so that if there is an invasion of viral RNA, the body can degrade it relatively quickly.

The Healing Effect of Meditation on Long COVID and Vaccine Side Effects

Is meditation effective for patients with long COVID symptoms or vaccine side effects? The answer to this question pertains to each patient’s own physical qualities, immune potential, and the severity of the disease.

However, it’s clear that meditation can regulate a number of genes that are important for the regulation of the immune system, including TRIM22, STAT1, and STAT2.

STAP2 is closely related to interferon and can bind to STAT1, and it can combine with the interferon regulatory factors to affect innate immunity. TRIM22 also affects the expression of gamma-interferon.

Meditation has a positive effect on these key genes. Therefore, overall, effective meditation will definitely help with recovery from COVID-19 symptoms and vaccine side effects.

The study also compared meditators with patients with mild and severe COVID-19 symptoms. The researchers used red dots to represent upregulated genes related to natural immune and antiviral mechanisms, and blue dots to represent downregulated genes. The genes in meditators were essentially red, compared to many genes expressed in blue (indicating severe impairment) in people with mild and severe COVID-19 symptoms.

Many genes related to virus resistance are significantly upregulated, so in addition to helping with recovery, meditation is also very effective in preventing infections and severe COVID symptoms.

Qigong and Tai Chi Also Cause Changes in Gene Expression

In addition to meditation, studies have found that yoga, tai chi, and qigong can all improve our health at different levels.

A study published in Frontiers in Psychology comprehensively analyzed the effects of yoga, tai chi, and qigong on the human body at different levels, including changes in gene expression, biomolecules, and neurotrophins. And it found that yoga, tai chi, and qigong can have multifaceted effects on antioxidant, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory aspects, as well as on cancer prevention and immune system enhancement.

Researchers used microRNAs to test and compare the expression of multiple genes in both yoga practitioners and walkers who listened to relaxing music in a natural setting.

The conclusion is that during the short period after yoga practice, 97 genes in the yoga practitioners’ bodies were regulated, with increased expression.

In the reference group of walkers, there were 24 genes with increased expression. That is, 73 extra genes were regulated as a result of yoga practice.

This was not a large-scale study, and only a small number of genes were analyzed. Nowadays, as genetic sequencing technology is becoming increasingly advanced, we hope to see larger analyses of the effects of these traditional health practices on gene expression.

Meditation, Our Natural State.

Meditation is a natural relaxation state of the mind and perhapsthe most importantda7644252cfd8101559590a4d2ea6d3b meditation mental exercise to practice during our lifetime. Meditation is actually our natural state and can be practiced throughout the day.

Mindfulness can be practice all the time by simply focusing on the current moment, not yesterday or tomorrow but the present moment, paying attention to what you are doing, being aware of your your surroundings, your  thoughts and emotions.

The proper way to meditate is just start by developing a practice over time,  but start with what works for you. Sitting in a chair or floor with good posture, close your eyes, take 5–10 slow deep breaths, following your breath. Your relaxing your mind so try not to think of anything. Just focus on a point in the front of eyes. You will find your thoughts drifting to problems just bring the focus back to the point in front of the eyes. The time you meditate is up to you.

This is the first step of Dzogchen, an esoteric tradition of teachings considered to be the highest and most definitive path to enlightenment by Tibetan Buddhism. Buddha found enlightenment with the breath sitting under a tree. So with the will and wisdom, Dzogchen becomes an incredibly profound and effective method for achieving enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. Wisconsin Supreme Court: Ballot Drop Boxes Are Illegal

Drop boxes that enable people to drop off ballots cast by themselves and others are illegal under Wisconsin law, the state’s Supreme Court ruled on July 8.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) in two documents in 2020 said drop boxes can not only be utilized, but that they can be unstaffed and permanent. Further, the agency said “a family member or another person” can drop off a ballot on behalf of a voter.

The guidance was problematic because Wisconsin law states that a voter is the only individual who can deliver their ballot, either in person or via mail, a lawsuit filed last year stated.

In the ruling on Friday, a Wisconsin Supreme Court majority agreed.

“We hold the documents are invalid because ballot drop boxes are illegal under Wisconsin statutes,” Justice Rebecca Bradley wrote in the majority opinion.  “An absentee ballot must be returned by mail or the voter must personally deliver it to the municipal clerk at the clerk’s office or a designated alternate site.”

The decision upheld a circuit court ruling that concluded an elector must “personally mail” his or her ballot and that there are only two lawful methods for casting an absentee ballot. Those are mailing the ballot and delivering it in person.

“Because WEC’s memos conflict with these statutory directives, they are invalid,” Justice Brian Hagedorn wrote in a concurring opinion.

The memos were promulgated by the WEC in response to questions from local election clerks amid the COVID-9 pandemic.

“This decision provides substantial clarity on the legal status of absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting. While the question of whether an agent may mail an absentee ballot remains open, Wisconsin voters can have confidence that state law, not guidance from the Wisconsin Elections Commission, has the final word on how Wisconsin elections are conducted,” Rick Esenberg, president and counsel for the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, told The Epoch Times in an email.

The institute brought the case.

Dissent

Three justices dissented, including Justice Ann Walsh Bradley.

Writing for the minority, Bradley said a drop box “is a simple and perfectly legal solution to make voting easier, especially in the midst of a global pandemic.”

“But it is apparently a bridge too far for a majority of this court, which once again rejects a practice that would expand voter participation,” she added.

Bradley took issue with allowing two Wisconsin voters to challenge the guidance.

“Taken to its logical conclusion, the majority/lead opinion indicates that any registered voter would seemingly have standing to challenge any election law. The impact of such a broad conception of voter standing is breathtaking and especially acute at a time of increasing, unfounded challenges to election results and election administrators,” she wrote.

Our choices, experiences, identities and perceptions are hacked well before we become aware.  Some may opt to debunk this observation, defending their virtual enslavement instead of being with its truth.  It is our conditioning that defines the selective reality we adopt, enabling our self-gratification and establishing our artificial freedom.  None of us are immune to these social influences.  Our assimilation into the digital matrix is inevitable. Until we observe our individual captivity, experience our personal universality and transform the dynamics of our being, we will always be victims of duality.

The Dream Life

We are born, grow up, go to school, church, onto university, find a career, date, get married, buy a house and a car or two, have children, take vacations, mark time, retire, decline into old age and die.  This is the probable future for humanity.  It is our common fate. An obligatory rite of passage to sustain a system of authority, control, influence and societal slavery.  Our unbridled ego becomes our weapon, impelling us to live isolated from our soul and the universe.  We have allowed ourselves to be programmed, proudly bearing the badge of social reality in the bliss of its oblivion.  We measure our lives by the accumulation of materiality instead of the fulfillment of our universality.

A Perfect Crime

Social reality is a construct of co-dependency, breeding simulations of advancement, conformity, programming, reliance and triviality.  We surrender our personal power to authoritarian organizations for fear of being accountable and honest.  Elitist oppressors exploit our deficiencies against us.  We amuse, distract and preoccupy ourselves with avoidance, cynicism, indifference and resignation, fortifying our personal prison.  This racket is more insidious than any autocratic system in society.  It is our self-induced captivity that sentences us to social reality.

The “Woke” Epidemic

In this new era of awareness, it is easy to be manipulated by the influential tides of false consciousness. Society is littered with the kaleidoscopic pantheon of contemporary “wokeness.”  Reactive instinct, interpretive intellectualism and volatile emotionality enables and establishes our artificial lifestyle and understanding.  Mass emulation triggers our vicious cycles of emotional, perceptual and sensual fantasy.  Many of us mistake intelligence with awareness when we allow society to highjack our personal truth.  Our unique expression is not found from without.  It is sourced only from within.

Cornerstone of Truth

Each of us has a destiny to become an expression of universal energy, originating from the synthesis of our soul with the universe.  The source of our being resonates with our intuition, empowers our heart center and inspires our mind and body.  It transforms our experience, perception and understanding.  Our truth is not established with our belief, education, ideology, knowledge, politics or religion.  It transcends all social mechanisms, manifesting in our way of being.  The universe is unbiased in nature, expressing itself through us when we choose to transcend social reality.

Water to the Fish

Our indoctrination into the “reality” of life is absolute.  No matter how aware we perceive ourselves to be with our instinct, intellect and emotion, the social bubbles we build are the barriers of our captivity.  Our oblivion is the invisible gravity we sense, confining us into a three-dimensional construct of existence.  We acquiesce our personal power as a daily practice to avoid the shocking truth.  We would rather be enslaved in a simulation than pioneer the path to our destiny.  Even to the degree we defend the egocentric honor of our intelligence, pride and self-righteousness, dismissing every opportunity to experience freedom of being.

A Solitary Way

When I became present to my personal truth, I realized how lonely it can be.  At first, I envisioned it through a filter of my ego.  Eventually, I shifted my experience with service to community.  This is greater than who I believe myself to be.  I grew accustomed to accepting myself for who I was and who I was not, and extended others the same courtesy.  Releasing my attachment to outcomes empowered me to embrace all I was, am and would become.  There is an extraordinary freedom in being ourselves and honoring others in theirs.  Being related with our soul and the universe is our destined purpose.

An Essential Choice

In this new era of empowered being, the choice most of us avoid every day of our lives is now a necessity.  Consciousness is always available to us.  Choosing anything but awareness is proving to have dire consequences.  Whether it relates to our personal experience, evolution, freedom, health and quality of life.  Social reality distorts and destroys our relationship with our soul and the universe.  Understanding this dynamic is our focus to enrich and empower our relations with others, yet most importantly with ourselves.  Consciousness is universal energy that transforms oblivion into being.

 

Consciousness and Consequence

In my early twenties, I was arrogant and ignorant.  I perceived the universe as a vast, empty space of darkness.  This was symbolic of how I lived at the time.  I was a social vortex of ego, satiating myself in every possible way.  Social reality anesthetizes us to the impacts of our personal oblivion. For every unconscious endeavor there is a consequence to our universality. When I observed my experience with an equilibrium of my senses, thoughts, feelings and intuition, I began having insights that related me with my soul.  Our soul is our expression of universal consciousness, transforming the experience of life for all.

FBI Warrantless Searches of Americans’ Data Doubled From 2020 to 2021: ODNI

The number of searches conducted by the FBI of Americans’ communications doubled from 2020 to 2021, according to a report released April 29 by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

The ODNI report details U.S. intelligence agencies’ use of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which authorizes the warrantless surveillance of electronic communications content stored by U.S. internet service providers. ODNI noted that this year’s report is the first one to track the FBI’s use of “unminimized Section 702 collection”—raw data collected by the National Security Agency (NSA).

According to the report, the FBI used its Section 702 powers to collect the data of some 3.4 million U.S. persons in 2021—up from 1.3 million a year before. The report only provides statistics for 2020 and 2021.

A senior FBI official reportedly said in a press briefing Friday that the 3.4 million figure “is certainly a large number.”

“I am not going to pretend that it isn’t,” the official said, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Senior Biden Administration officials reportedly attributed the uptick in FBI searches to Russian cyberattacks throughout 2021.

“More specifically on this threat, we identified a pool of potential victims, which did include U.S. persons, and we ran that against our 702 collection in order to identify who, in particular, Russia was actually targeting,” the senior official said, according to The Record.

The report noted that tracking the exact number of Americans caught in the FBI’s surveillance dragnet is difficult because the bureau tracks its Section 702 data differently from other agencies.

“For reasons discussed more fully below, these statistics are reported separately from NSA, CIA, and NCTC due to unique variations in FBI’s data, chief among them that FBI does not count the number of unique query terms, but instead counts the total number of queries, which could include duplicate queries of the same term,” the report said.

Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) released a statement on April 29, reacting to the report and calling for a more detailed explanation from the FBI. Section 702 of FISA is set to expire next year unless reauthorized by Congress.

“For anyone outside the U.S. government, the astronomical number of FBI searches of Americans’ communications is either highly alarming or entirely meaningless. Somewhere in all that over-counting are real numbers of FBI searches, for content and for non-content—numbers that Congress and the American people need before Section 702 is reauthorized,” Wyden said.

“The FBI must also be transparent about the particular circumstances in which it conducted a staggering 1.9 million additional queries in 2021,” he said. “Finally, the public deserves to know whether the FBI has fully addressed the extensive abuses of its 702 search authorities that have been documented for years. Baseline transparency is essential if the federal government wants to hold such sweeping surveillance powers.”
