We Are The Most Important

We live to discover our true selves through our self awareness. We live in two inseparable worlds, our physical and metaphysician. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and we have forgotten our spiritual side.

To know yourself may be the most important aspect of our life. Our lives are so connected to families, friends and our jobs, living in the physical world of media, religion, governments, corporations, banks and education. We are living it everyday, all day, week after week, month after month, year after year. Then one day there is a feeling, “is this it”, and a desire to want to “know the truth”. Who are we really, why are we here, where are we going. It becomes a lifetime endeavor of seeking the truth and to know our true-selves.

Self awareness can simply be aware of our thoughts, emotions and actions moment by moment and understanding the world around us. Realizing we live in the inseparable

physical and metaphysical worlds and the world is not as it seems can be helpful. There is a vibrating constant energetic motion within all things, we can call Universal Intelligence, our source or God.

Our mind must be known to itself and this is perhaps the most demanding part of self awareness. If the mind knows itself then the most important aspect of of self awareness has occurred as consciousness is the microcosm of the Oneness. In other words, the macrocosmic intelligence which guides the birth and processes of the universe is reflected on a microcosmic scale in each individual being. As energetic beings, we are radiating positive and negative energy by our thoughts, emotions and actions, creating our reality with all its distortions and confusion. Our goal is to learn and have balance between love and wisdom.

have been trying to tell us through the centuries. Lao Tzu tells us “Wisdom come from knowing oneself. He who knows himself is enlightened”. In the dialogue of the Savior Jesus said “Those who have truly found the Self within recognized that it exists everywhere.” Buddha added, “Everyone has recognized the self-ones essential nature. But few have realized it.”

We all have the divine gift of discernment, the act or process of exhibiting keen insight and good judgment. In its broadest sense, discernment is closely related to wisdom as an expression of our source. Discernment alone can bring about a sense of balance between the worldly and the spiritual.

Each individual is responsible for their own awakening by whatever means they deem appropriate. Spirituality is understanding and loving the One by loving yourself, loving others, nature and helping others. Meditation, contemplation and prayer, are the gateway to Infinite Intelligence. Being aware of your thoughts, emotions and actions, moment by moment, then analyze your own character, feelings, motives, and desires may be a good start to anyone’s self awareness.

In 1945, there was a immensely important discovery in Egypt,  a collection of thirteen ancient books  containing over fifty texts.  These texts once thought to have been entirely destroyed during the early Christian struggle to define “orthodoxy”.

One of those texts was the Gospel of Thomas,  114 secret sayings of Jesus. One particular saying that applies today is saying 5 when  Jesus said  “Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you . For there is nothing hidden which will not become manifest.”

Our lives were so connected to families, friends and our work we failed to look around us and see the world as it really was. The world was never as it seemed.  We believed or wanted to believe in our governments, the media, medical, education, and religious  systems.   We trusted and believed what  we were told and lived it  it everyday, all day, week after week, month after month, year after year until COVID-19.

When the plandemic hit, the media made us believed  “this is it”.  They  generated fear that engulfed the the world because of their constant barrage of fear tactics. We were told to get tested, wear a mask and social distant. Censorship made it difficult to “know the truth” and people around the world believed the government would protect them from the  so called deadly virus. When the experimental vaccine became available, many people rushed to get the jab, not realizing they were the lab rats.

When people realized the vaccine resulted in many adverse reactions and even death, many became vaccine hesitate trusting their nature immunity.

Because of the vaccine hesitancy, the white house resident along with the corrupt CDC, NIH,  corporations, medical groups and many more  companies pushed and even required employees to get vaccinated in order to put food on their table. Some churches even required people to be vaccinated to attend.

The experimental vaccine was the  plan all along, to vaccinate as many people as possible for a virus that had a 99 percent survival rate, killing mostly people who had other serious health conditions.  Now  their is a Grand Jury of Public Opinion that lays out the entire plandemic to the people of the world.

This is the mind’s attempt to establish coherence between our internal beliefs and our external reality. Valerian is the most widely studied herb for sleepand is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The plant, Valeriana officinalis, is a popular herb that grows in many parts of the world. Both the mineral-rich leaves and the rhizome (rootstalk) have been used in herbal remedies for hundreds of years. Most commonly used as a relaxant, a warm cup of valerian tea may be just what the doctor ordered for a night of sound sleep.

In a study of 918 children under 12 years of age experiencing restlessness and nervous dyskoimesis (tics and involuntary movements), 81 percent of patients had a “distinct and convincing reduction in severity … for all symptoms” when dosed with a homeopathic remedy combining lemon balm and valerian root extract.

Children’s symptoms previously described as “moderate/severe” by parents and clinicians improved to “mild” or “absent” in most patients. Researchers concluded that the herbal remedy was effective at treating restlessness in children and was very well tolerated.

One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to use valerian is in a bedtime tea, which can be made by simmering the root or, for a slightly milder effect, decocting the dried leaves in water just off a boil.

Cannabis (cannabinoids)

Cannabis is slowly being integrated into the legal pharmacopeia in the United States, but this plant has a history as an herbal remedy that spans millennia. Upon ingestion, active phytochemical compounds in cannabis called cannabinoids bind with receptor sites in the brain to deliver a host of therapeutic effects. One such effect can be deep relaxation and—yes—better sleep.

A 2017 study seeking to summarize the state of research on cannabis and sleep, including specific sleep disorders, found that the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) may have therapeutic potential for the treatment of insomnia. Another known cannabinoid, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), was found to decrease the length of time it takes to fall asleep (sleep latency), although it demonstrated the potential to impair sleep quality in the long-term.

CBD further showed potential for treatment of REM sleep disorders and excessive daytime sleepiness, a frequent side effect of poor quality sleep.

Chamomile

Is there anything more soothing than a warm cup of chamomile tea when you’re winding down? There is a reason that chamomile has become synonymous with sleepiness; this is one superstition that really rings true.

Researchers conducting a study on postpartum women experiencing depression and poor sleep quality instructed a test group to drink chamomile tea for a period of two weeks in addition to receiving standard postpartum care. Compared to the control group that didn’t drink tea, chamomile drinkers had significantly better sleep scores and fewer symptoms of depression.
