Meditation, being of service to others, love God with all your heart and love others as you love yourself are some steps that could help your spiritual growth. Our world today provides more than enough catalyst and opportunities to grow spiritually. Pay attention to your thoughts, speech and actions. Are they positive or negative?

Spiritual growth is why we are here. It is a lifetime endeavor of seeking the truth and to know our true-selves. We live in a world that is not what it seems and our physical and metaphysical worlds are inseparable. Spiritual growth is listening and trusting our higher- self. We all have guides or angels ready to assist, if we pay attention. We all have the gift of discernment or intuition, we just have to learn to trust ourselves.

Daily meditation, even if it is just five minute will help calm the mind and in time, provide a path the the higher self. There is no one method of meditation better than another. Buddha said “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of mediation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.

Once we realizes we are a divine spark living in divine energetic field, beginning at conception we begin to grow spiritually. We can experience the energy fields of nature including plants, animals and humans. We feel more love and compassion to all living things. As we grow, so will our awareness, purpose and understanding. The Chinese sage Lao Tzu “ A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.”

We are here for a purpose and there is no better time than now to figure that out.

Healing Ourselves; 5G is Affecting Us

We always depended on our medical communities to help us heal, however in  todays world, that is changing.  As we learn of the criminal acts many medical professionals and hospitals have committed in the last two years over covid, it is time to change our thinking.

 We are energetic beings with the ability to heal ourselves once we are able to tap in to our divine source,  energy that is available to all. Being aware of our true nature and the general science of the nature of disease and it’s cure is a great start. Our intention with the understanding of our true nature will increase healing energy that will begin to flow through our body energy centers. Then we may be able to heal ourselves, and then perhaps even assist others.

We are subject to three types of diseases that affect our body, mind and Spirit and the are are interrelated. Our spirit is haunted by the disease of ignorance born of cosmic delusion which cause man to forget their perfect divine nature and focus on the physical world. Ignorance creates imbalances between body, mind and spirit. Then disease normally occurs during recurring negative thoughts, emotions and actions. We all know he law of Karma, we reap what we sow.

Our every expression through our thoughts, emotion and actions holds a specific frequency which influences everything around us. Carrying certain emotions in our hearts and minds shows that we are literally carrying those shapes in our bodies. By keeping our minds positive with love and compassion, the flow of energy will follow.

We all have the ability to heal ourselves, with will and desire. It starts with our thoughts, emotions and actions. Our diet plays a key role in keeping our body heathy and strong. It is our temple and we should treat it as such. When we discover our true nature the energy healing of the spirit begins. When we open our eye of wisdom by meditation, contemplation and prayer, the physical and mental agonies are dispelled by the love and light of our source, God by many names. Meditation is  Time-Tested Way to Holistically Alter Gene Expression

In recent years, meditation has become a social trend. While the body appears calm on the surface when meditating, the genes in the body change dramatically.

Meditation is typically a seated affair, but there are moving meditations also, like tai qi and qigong.

From the late 1970s to the 1990s, a variety of Chinese qigong masters came out to teach qigong practices, and many Chinese people developed the habit of going to the park in the morning to practice, a trend that came to be called “qigong fever.”

Later, qigong spread from China to the West, such as the widespread practice called Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa). Most of these qigong and yoga practices originated from the Buddha school. In the past, yogis emphasized spirituality and spiritual enhancement. Nevertheless, after yoga came to the West, its spiritual aspect was excluded, and only the physical adjustment part was left, which is the most popular form of yoga that we see today. The yoga practices with more depth also emphasize the use of meditation to train people’s consciousness, not just to improve the balance of the body.

Meditation is becoming increasingly popular in the West, with even some executives practicing meditation during their lunch breaks to improve their work efficiency.

According to a survey conducted in 2019, 14 percent of people in the United States had tried meditation.

Meditation has become a very important social phenomenon. Why did this occur, and what are its benefits to people?

Improved Heart and Cranial Nerve Health

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there were some studies that tried to use meditation to help patients alleviate their COVID-19 sequelae or vaccine side effects.

As early as 2020, professors at the University of California–San Francisco recognized that the impact of COVID-19 was so severe that it could damage multiple human organs at the same time. Two doctors, Juliet Morgan and Meghan Jobson, found that meditation could help patients recover from their symptoms.

Even beyond holistic health communities, there seems to be a degree of international consensus that meditation is helpful for people recovering from the side effects of COVID-19 vaccines and the lingering effects of the disease itself.

The Western medical community has been doing research on meditation for two to three decades, and meditation has been found to have the following benefits:

  • activating specific brain regions;
  • increasing heart rate variability;
  • suppressing inflammation; and
  • increasing telomerase expression, which affects the body’s aging mechanism.

In addition, meditation has been shown to be beneficial for both myocardial damage and neurological side effects caused by the COVID-19 vaccines.

Researchers have observed changes in brain activity during meditation through brain imaging techniques and brain wave tests, and they found that the insula and premotor cortex were effectively activated during meditation.

A 2013 study published in The Journal of Social Psychology showed that even five minutes of meditation improved heart rate variability, a parameter used in Western medicine to reflect the elasticity of the interval between each heartbeat. A high heart rate variability indicates strong cardiac regulation.

Moreover, there are different stages of meditation, and the meditation experience of the study subjects varied. For instance, the effects experienced by long-term meditators and occasional practitioners were discovered to be different.

Immune Genes Significantly Upregulated

When meditating, the body may appear to be still, but there are dramatic changes taking place at the microscopic level.

A large-scale genomic study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) showed that meditation activates the body’s immune system.

In this study, the subjects used a meditation method that emphasized stimulating inner thoughts and potential, rather than just focusing on physical movement and the muscle and bone balance.

Three hundred and 88 subjects participated in an eight-day meditation practice, and their blood samples were collected for comparison at four different points in time: two time points before the session, the last day of the eight-day session, and three months after the session.

It was discovered that after eight days of meditation, many genes in the human body were significantly upregulated, and the range of their upregulation was two to four times.

Three months after meditation, the regulation of some genes returned to levels close to those before meditation, but there were still some genes whose upregulation remained. This means that the effects of meditation are long-lasting. And the finding that an eight-day meditation practice still has positive effects after three months is delightfully surprising.

Meditation Activates Powerful Self-Healing Genes

The researchers classified the genes according to their effects and found that many of the genes that were most substantially regulated after meditation were antiviral and related to immunity enhancement.

A total of 220 immune genes were upregulated, and 68 of which were related to interferon and belong to the innate immune mechanism. The eight days of meditation had a very significant strengthening effect on the overall immunity of the body.

This study was conducted on peripheral blood and showed that meditation had an effect on the entire body’s immunity, not just on one organ.

The study also observed that meditation not only enhances the interferon and immune activation responses, but it also improves the body’s ability to break down and metabolize RNA so that if there is an invasion of viral RNA, the body can degrade it relatively quickly.

The Healing Effect of Meditation on Long COVID and Vaccine Side Effects

Is meditation effective for patients with long COVID symptoms or vaccine side effects? The answer to this question pertains to each patient’s own physical qualities, immune potential, and the severity of the disease.

However, it’s clear that meditation can regulate a number of genes that are important for the regulation of the immune system, including TRIM22, STAT1, and STAT2.

STAP2 is closely related to interferon and can bind to STAT1, and it can combine with the interferon regulatory factors to affect innate immunity. TRIM22 also affects the expression of gamma-interferon.

Meditation has a positive effect on these key genes. Therefore, overall, effective meditation will definitely help with recovery from COVID-19 symptoms and vaccine side effects.

The study also compared meditators with patients with mild and severe COVID-19 symptoms. The researchers used red dots to represent upregulated genes related to natural immune and antiviral mechanisms, and blue dots to represent downregulated genes. The genes in meditators were essentially red, compared to many genes expressed in blue (indicating severe impairment) in people with mild and severe COVID-19 symptoms.

Many genes related to virus resistance are significantly upregulated, so in addition to helping with recovery, meditation is also very effective in preventing infections and severe COVID symptoms.

Qigong and Tai Chi Also Cause Changes in Gene Expression

In addition to meditation, studies have found that yoga, tai chi, and qigong can all improve our health at different levels.

A study published in Frontiers in Psychology comprehensively analyzed the effects of yoga, tai chi, and qigong on the human body at different levels, including changes in gene expression, biomolecules, and neurotrophins. And it found that yoga, tai chi, and qigong can have multifaceted effects on antioxidant, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory aspects, as well as on cancer prevention and immune system enhancement.

Researchers used microRNAs to test and compare the expression of multiple genes in both yoga practitioners and walkers who listened to relaxing music in a natural setting.

The conclusion is that during the short period after yoga practice, 97 genes in the yoga practitioners’ bodies were regulated, with increased expression.

In the reference group of walkers, there were 24 genes with increased expression. That is, 73 extra genes were regulated as a result of yoga practice.

This was not a large-scale study, and only a small number of genes were analyzed. Nowadays, as genetic sequencing technology is becoming increasingly advanced, we hope to see larger analyses of the effects of these traditional health practices on gene expression.

Meditation, Our Natural State.

The Great Realisation

The coronavirus has brought the greatest spiritual awakening the world has ever known and we are all part of it. It has affected people of all walks of life, every religion, every country and every person in some way. The awakening is unique to each individual. We begin to realize the world is not as it seems and the physical and metaphysical worlds are inseparable.

We are faced with a barrage of information trying to decipher the truth affecting each of us emotionally. We are in a battle between positive and negative energy. Our emotions generate energy creating our reality and the world we live in. COVID19 has created negative energy around the world. Neighbors turning in neighbors for not complying with the quarantine, others harassing those for not wearing a mask, mandatory vaccines vs free will, people are not aloud to gather in their religious practices, number of COVID 19 deaths being skewed or inflated to instill fear in the population. This is just some of the examples taking place creating a world of control, fear, anger, stress and greed.

On the other hand, the shutdown of industries across the world has shown how the earth is healing herself. Beginning on 25 March, 2020 the level of particle pollution considered most harmful to human health fell by nearly 60 per cent in New Delhi, India’s capital, according to an analysis by experts at the nonprofit Centre for Science and Environment. In other parts of India, the Himalayan mountain range is visible from a distance for the first time in years. Waterways choked by industrial pollution, such as Delhi’s Yamuna River, full of grey foam just months ago, are flowing unimpeded. CBS news reported on April, 11, 2020, “Just as suddenly as it first formed, a record-breaking ozone hole has healed. The largest ozone hole to ever open up over the Arctic is now closed, after first opening up earlier this spring”. Other cities around the world air quality has improved with the shutdown. The great realization tells us how we have treated our home, mother earth in the past and now is the time to evaluate how we live in the future.

The great awakening knows that love is the one emotion that will overcome all. It is about cultivating love in everything you do. Jesus said love your neighbor as you love yourself. According to the Law of One, our purpose on earth is to learn to balance love and wisdom and be of service to others. Within us all is a divine spark, some may refer to it as the Christ Consciousness and together it will be a collective consciousness. The awakening starts with the mind and the realization of the power within, a change from traditional thinking. It is just you, your higher self with help from Infinite Intelligence. The more divine energy of Love you generate, the more the awakening takes place not only you but collectively we can heal mother earth and we become one. It is time for people of all religions to understand the only thing that will save us is ourselves. It is a global event that you do do not want to miss. In your own way, from your heart, pray, meditate and contemplate and bring God back into your life. Each person should evaluate their own streamings, also known as channelling, to determine the polarity either positive or negative. Balancing our Lives

Our lives have limited time with limited energy; being in balance is very important. Our focus is on the material aspect of our world; providing for our families, trying to stay healthy, and trying to find our way spiritually. The wonderful thing about our lives is we have free-will and the ability to choose. Keep in mind energy flows where your attention goes.

Balancing involves the body, mind and spirit which includes diet, movement of the body, dealing with negative and positive emotions, and reconnecting to the source of creation. When you reconnect, you will realize the oneness of the creation. God, Tao, Infinite Creator, Universal Mind are one in the same, and is the Source of our existence.

Consider the sun or the earth as spiritual energy, or divine force. The energy that nourishes our body, mind and spirit. Sunlight is something we cannot live without. Light is the food for all life. The human body, according to the images11doctrine of chromotherapy, is basically composed of colors. Insufficient sunlight will result in low Vitamin D deficiencies, leading to the development of prostate and breast cancer, memory loss, and an increased risk for developing dementia and schizophrenia. Every creature and plant on earth is engulfed in light that affects its health conditions. It is interesting to note the energy of the sun has the colors of the rainbow, like the chakras of the human body.

Grounding, as we all know when we go to the beach, improves sleep and reduces stress. When I go barefoot, I am more relaxed and have a feeling of connection to the earth. Grounding is bare skin to the earth. Performing Chi gong or any meditative practice outside barefoot is an excellent way to cultivate energy as well as connect to mother nature. Grounding is a simple way to prevent and help inflammation with these techniques.

Movement of the body to help the flow of energy can be anything from gardening to y2019m06d22_workshop_01walking in nature, if possible, as well as Tai-chi or Chi-gong. Any kind of strenuous workout or exercise is helpful.

Meditation and prayer have been proven to be beneficial. Dr. Andrew Newberg’s research showed how meditative prayer changes our brain by using a 12 minute exercise, called the Kirtan Kriya. It is a type of meditative prayer when practiced daily for 8 weeks will improve cognition and activate parts of the brain that are central to memory.

Food is the fuel for the body so a diet should limit processed foods and sugar. Be thankful for the food that you put into your body. Intermittent fasting is very helpful and can be How-The-Body-Regenerates-Itselfdone by not eating in a 10–24 hours period. Drink plenty of water. Ills of the body may be cured by remedies or by the power of the spirit acting through the soul.”

Write an affirmation and get in a daily meditation practice. Realize your thoughts, emotions and and actions help create your reality as well as those around you.

In your own way, be of service to others, finds ways that cultivates the expression and love of the Divine, and learn the ways of love and wisdom. Love is the one emotion that can overcome all. It is also the most difficult to understand fully, and certainly the most difficult to achieve. A world where everyone loves one another, as Jesus said, would not only bring balance to the body, but the world.
