Georgia Senate’s Election Law Study Subcommittee unanimously passed a motion during a Dec. 30 hearing to request an audit of absentee ballots in Fulton County.
The senators are asking the state’s largest county to make the ballots “available for inspection” through a method outlined during the hearing by digital ID systems inventor Jovan Pulitzer.
Pulitzer suggested all absentee ballots in the state of Georgia be forensically examined and fraudulent ones identified in just a matter of hours. He called on state officials to allow the examination.
Officials in the Georgia Secretary of State’s office didn’t immediately respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment on the subcommittee motion.
“Fulton County did not participate in today’s hearing,” county spokeswoman Jessica Corbitt-Dominguez said in an email to The Epoch Times. “We will continue to collaborate with the Secretary of State and General Assembly as we execute elections in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.”
Georgia is one of the states where election results are being contested by the campaign of President Donald Trump and others. The current count in the state shows former Vice President Joe Biden ahead by some 12,000 votes.
The state has conducted manual and machine recounts, and an absentee ballot signature match audit in one county. These uncovered some issues and irregularities, but not enough to flip the results.
The brunt of the fraud allegations has been aimed at the heavily Democratic Fulton County, which includes Atlanta.
One of the county’s polling managers previously told state lawmakers that she opened a box of mail-in ballots with a batch of 110 that were “pristine” and not folded, indicating that they were never put in secrecy envelopes, as is required.
Pulitzer said that he and his team can detect if that’s the case.
Security camera footage from election night shows that in Fulton County, what appears to be tens of thousands of ballots were counted in the absence of party or state monitors. The video seems to show that election workers scanned the same batches of ballots repeatedly. This could be a legitimate action when there’s a scanning error in the batch, such as when the ballots get jammed in the scanner.
In that scenario, the workers are supposed to discard the whole batch of scans and scan the ballots again, but the video quality makes it hard to discern if that was the case in each instance.
Pulitzer said that he and his team could detect if that was the case as well.
“We would be able to tell if they were folded, if they were counterfeit, whether they were filled out by a human hand, whether they were printed by a machine, whether they were batch-fed continually over and over, we can detect every bit of that,” he testified.
The ballot paper itself, when scanned, becomes a piece of code, he explained. Every time the paper is physically handled, such as folded or written upon, the code would change and the change can be detected.
The examination he proposed can be done expediently, he said.
“All of these problems that you’ve heard today can be corrected and detected now by the simplest of things. It takes you days or weeks to recount votes. Give me these 500,000 ballots, we’ll have them done in two hours,” he said, apparently referring to the 528,777 ballots cast in Fulton.
About 5 million ballots were cast statewide.
Pulitzer criticized state authorities for refusing to allow a full-scale forensic audit.
“This is the historical artifact of a voter. And states are telling voters, ‘You have no right to that,’” he said.
“The very voter that pays your salary, that paid for that ballot, that paid for that piece of paper, and paid for the machine that you’re running it in. And so those people that pay your salary, that you work for, and do this for, you’re telling them, ‘You can’t look at them.’
“That is both unacceptable and un-American.”
President Donald Trump on Wednesday filed an election-related appeal in the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the high court to declare the Wisconsin election unconstitutional and order the legislature to appoint a different slate of electors who would cast their votes for Trump.
Citing “multiple violations of law,” the lawsuit (pdf) asks the Supreme Court to void the Wisconsin election and order the state legislature to nominate electors in line with Article II, Sec 1.2 of the U.S. Constitution. Trump lost the battleground state to Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden by about 21,000 votes, according to official records.
The complaint alleges that, during the 2020 presidential election, “the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) and local election officials implemented unauthorized, illegal absentee voting drop boxes, compelled illegal corrections to absentee ballot witness certificates by poll workers, and encouraged widespread voter misuse of ‘indefinitely confined’ status to avoid voter ID laws, all in disregard of the Legislature’s explicit command to ‘carefully regulate’ the absentee voting process.” It also alleges that “tens of thousands of invalid absentee ballots” were received and counted in violation of Wisconsin election laws.
The allegations have been addressed in general terms by the Wisconsin Elections Commission in a series of statements on its website, including around the use of drop boxes, ballot curing, and “indefinitely confined” status.
“We understand that some voters still have questions about how the election was conducted and how the winners were determined,” said Meagan Wolfe, administrator of the WEC and Wisconsin’s chief election official, in a statement. “It’s our job to answer those questions with facts and to explain what procedures Wisconsin’s election officials use to follow state election laws,” she added.
An appeals court on Dec. 24 dismissed Trump’s contest-of-election lawsuit on the basis of an unreasonable delay in filing the suit, known as the doctrine of “laches,” and upheld an earlier district court ruling that found Trump’s initial lawsuit “lacked merit, as he objected only to the administration of the election.”
“On the merits, the district court was right to enter judgment for the defendants,” the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals wrote in its ruling (pdf). “We reach this conclusion in no small part because of the President’s delay in bringing the challenges to Wisconsin law that provide the foundation for the alleged constitutional violation. Even apart from the delay, the claims fail under the Electors Clause,” the appeals court added.
However, the court also concluded that Trump’s complaint “presents a federal question, despite its anchoring in alleged violations of state law,” paving the way for the case to be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court for consideration.
“The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals specifically held that if the Trump Campaign proved its case, it could void the election as ‘failed,’ and order decertification of the Biden electors, requiring the Wisconsin legislature to appoint electors,” the Trump campaign said in a statement.
“In Wisconsin, guardrails against fraud were repeatedly lowered by unelected bureaucrats who changed the rules on the eve of the election without authority to do so,” Bill Bock, a Trump attorney, said in a statement.
Bock said the appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court is asking for the high court “to find these last-minute changes unconstitutional and conclude that they make it impossible to determine which candidate received the most valid votes.”
“Nothing is more important to our national fabric and our future than integrity in our electoral process. This lawsuit is one step in the direction of fairer, more transparent, more professional, and ultimately more reliable elections in America,” Bock said.
Haim Eshed, the 87-year-old former head of Israel’s Defense Ministry’s space directorate for just under 30 years said humans have been in contact with extraterrestrials from a “galactic federation.” He said cooperation agreements were signed between the species, and lists an underground base in the depths of Mars where there are American astronauts and intelligent
extraterrestrial representatives. He also claimed governments are keeping it quiet until humanity is ‘ready, until the people of Earth ‘evolve and reach a stage where we will understand what space and spaceships are’.
Perhaps what Haim Eshed hopes to achieve is preparing humanity for extraterrestrial contact. There was another contact in 1981, when three members of the L/L research, Don Elkins, a former Physics Professor and Airline pilot, Carla Rueckert, a devoted Christian , and James McCarty, the scribe and sole survivor today, received a narrow band transmission. The transmission was from a social memory complex named Ra, a member of the Confederation of Planets.

In the initial contact Ra stated, “ We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the patterns of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.” Known as Law of One, the contact lasted from January 1981 to March 15, 1984. It was recorded and documented. The transcript contains over 2360 questions and answers in 106 sessions with a scientific and metaphysical vocabulary with a searchable database.
Many may say it is a hoax, just like Haim Eshed, but the complexity of the responses, which are so masterfully and skillfully crafted that no human could possibly have the knowledge or ability to create the responses. Others may say it is from the devil . In 1 John 4:1 of the New Testament says “Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
The sessions open with, “I am Ra. I greet you in the love and the light of our Infinite Creator” and closes with, “I am Ra. I leave you in the glory and the peace of the One Creator. Rejoice in the love/light, and go forth in the power of the One Creator. In joy, we leave you. Adonai.”
With the events of 2020 and still more to come, we have learned the world is not as it seems. We live in an inseparable physical and metaphysical worlds. Perhaps when Haim Eshed said the secrets of extraterrestrials are being keep quiet until the people of Earth “evolve and reach a stage where we will understand what space and spaceships are”, is happening now.

Jacques Vallee and many other scientist and researchers are coming out and providing

Growing up in Christian community and graduating from a Christian University 
certainly exposed me to many concepts of the Christian religion. Many concepts and beliefs I cannot agree with today. It is just not in Christianity but all the Abrahamic religions, including Muslims and Jews.
I use to have theology discussions with my brother-in-law, Rod. I met Rod while attending college. He became a Christian Minister while I went in the opposite direction. I knew there was something greater, something divine but I was not going to find my answers by studying and understanding only 
one religion and only religion. Over the years I studied, contemplated and pondered many religions, belief systems and philosophy. Rod married my sister and became what I would consider a conservation Christian Minister. I did actually see that conservative minister start opening up to different concepts. Then he died suddenly on a cold winter night trying to save some people in a car that had flipped on the interstate because of black Ice. A bus that could not stop hit him and the car. We lost a remarkable person that night, that I miss dearly. So I am having this discussion with him through you, the reader.
The discussion is fear and what is fear to you? We all have our experiences with fear, 
and something most would probably try to avoid. It is defined as an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. Be afraid of someone or something, as likely to be dangerous, painful, or threatening.
Fear is a negative emotion or feeling playing out in our heads and even in our hearts. Fear is a weakness that has programmed into each of us since birth, through our communities, religious affiliations. Good examples from all three religions are as follows:

In 2Co 5:11 Therefore knowing the fear of the Lord, we persuade men, but we are made manifest to God; and I hope that we are made manifest also in your consciences.
There are many verses that indicate that not only is the fear of God taught in the New Testament, but it is essential to the Christian’s spiritual life
From the Quran Surah Nahl, 128 Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who doers of good.
Taqwa is the Arabic word for the “fear of God”. “Fear God Wherever You Are” is even used on Religion of Islam websites.
The Jewish Bible, the Tanakh is the oldest of the three, believed to be written at different times between 1200 and 165 BC . Much of its dogma, doctrines and disciplines carried over into Christianity and Islam. In the Torah Deuteronomy 4:10 Never forget the day when you stood before the LORD your 
God at Mount Sinai, where he told me, ‘Summon the people before me, and I will personally instruct them. Then they will learn to fear me as long as they live, and they will teach their children to fear me also.’
Deuteronomy maybe the foundation of the Abrahamic Religion for fear with its many verses.
Fear of God is the principle that has been laid down by an authority as incontrovertibly true encompasses each Abrahamic religion and it started with Moses and the 10 commandments. The Law of One indicates the origin of the 10 commandments was from negative entities called Orion with the purpose for conquest and enslavement by establishing an elite class. Session 16.15through 16.20.
How do you love something you fear. Jesus tells us to Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” How does one Love God and fear God at the same time. Seems to be a conflict and when there are contradicting words, that may be proof the entity has not yet entered into a harmonious relationship with Divine Intelligence, the one true God.
Fear does not make us wiser or more knowledgeable it keeps us in the dark, afraid to look outside the window. That is why religions have used the word heresy, a belief or
opinion contrary to orthodox religious doctrine, to keep followers from straying. Heretics have been killed because their beliefs were contrary to their religion and still are today. Muslims, Jews, and Christians have been shaped not only by the theologies and beliefs of the three religions, but the historical circumstances in the foundation for religious understanding that has carried on for centuries.
Let’s consider God as the highest of cosmic hierarchy of Consciousness, the cosmic mind, Infinite Divine Intelligence, or Spirit with subtle fields of energy in every living thing. Science is working with energy fields called the divine matrix and biofield or a host of other names in an attempt to describe the indescribable.
Spirit encompasses all and is available to all. Earth is our cosmic school to learn the ways of love and wisdom. It is about our polarity, positive and negative, good and evil and to balance our body, mind, body and spirit so we may graduate and move to the next dimension to learn new lesson. You will need 51 percent of positive polarity passing grade to advance. You and your higher self will be the Judge of whether you made the grade after death. If you did not make the grade you get to do it again, reincarnated into the third density, not just here but anywhere in the universe. There is no fear, only love, healing and compassion waiting to help us tap into the source to help us succeed.

Our perception and understanding of God is based on our religious beliefs and upbringing. The belief system we are born into is normally where we stay. It will vary from person to person.
I try to imagine and comprehend the magnitude of the Infinite Divine Energy we have named God. I abandoned the concept of the judgemental 
God of the Abrahamic religions years ago and consider God’s Divine Energy encompasses all and love as the life pulse. We are all players in the game of life and may have a bigger impact on our world than we will ever know. It is always a challenge when reading sacred texts, realizing man has has somehow tampered with most. The purpose is either one of control or an effort to explain something more clearly. Either way we are here to figure it out for ourselves and the answer may be within each of us, just a heartbeat away.
I remember I was having doubts about my spiritual journey, and just wanted confirmation, something to give me a sign to continue. So one day 
last year in 2018, there was little or no chance of rain. During meditation I just wanted some evidence because sometimes the spiritual path is a lonely journey. I asked for rain, any amount for that day, just to let me know I was not alone. Afterwards, about 30 minutes later, I was sitting outside. Nothing was really happening. Then clouds started to form, which was not a big deal. Then a little thunder and few drops of rain started coming down. I felt indescribable joy. It really was happening. Then it started to rain and it rained five inches in 30-45 minutes. The news reported a cloudburst happened in a one square mile 
area and I was at the center.
We live in physical and metaphysical worlds, inseparable yet most of the time we realize only the physical. How many times have you spoken to God, perhaps in a prayer or meditation or just a discussion, and something happened based on that conversation. At first we may rule it a coincidence, but we have to remember we are an inseparable part of the Universal Consciousness . We are limited in the physical world by our five senses; see, feel, hear, taste and smell.
Our metaphysical world is unseen or under the veil. Awareness of the metaphysical world, the unseen world, is helpful in understanding the Divine Energy that encompasses all. Our physical world is shaped by the positive and negative energy of our thoughts, emotions and actions. When we look at the physical world in isolation, we miss much of what is happening not only to the universe but within ourselves. Perhaps that is where we find God, that Divine Spark or energy in each of us; part of the Divine Universal Energy, Universal Consciousness.
God is just a heartbeat away and you can have a conversation anytime you choose. Trusting God is trusting yourself. Realize who you are; know you are part of this creation in your every thought, emotion and action.
The Book of Enoch was probably one of the most influential book used by writers of the bible but was omitted in the Old Testament and the Tanakh, the Jewish Bible. It was one of many ancient sacred texts omitted from the 
Bible that are available to us today . The Book of Enoch was first discovered in the 18th century and most assumed it was penned after the beginning of the Christian era because it had quotes and paraphrases as well as concepts found in the New Testament. However, the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls found at Qumran in 1946, proved the book was in existence long before Jesus and believe to be written sometime in the 2nd or 3rd Century BC.
The time period from 800 BC-200 BC was known as the Axial age. It was a time in our history when the most creative and influential thinking in the world, amazingly occurring in four separate civilizations; West Asia, South Asia, East Asia, and northeastern Mediterranean. Some of the Sages included Zoroaster, Jeremiah, Isaiah, The Buddha, Confucius, Heraclitus, Socrates, plato and Aristotle , Varhamma Mahavira, and Pythagoras. In different ways, they responded to an array of spiritual ideas and concepts; the emergence of the self-consciousness. It was early in our history when humans beings began to reflect on individual existence, and the meaning of life and death.
The Book of Enoch was once cherished by Jews and Christians alike. It is 
read in certain Coptic Christian Churches in Ethiopia. There is evidence Jesus not only studied the book, but also respected it highly enough to allude to the doctrine and content. And, there are over one hundred comments in the New Testament which find precedence in the Book of Enoch.
One of the interesting aspects of the Book of Enoch for me, starts in Chapter 6. ” And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters.
2 And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: ‘Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men.” It is the story of the fallen angels and is virtually identical with Genesis 6.1-
2. In the Book of Enoch, we get their names and many other details. The angels, referred to as the watchers, were the children of the heaven. Some saw and lusted after human women and said to each other that they should choose wives from among the children of men. The Law of One references higher level entities more sophisticated that we can use as guides, if we pay attention. The Law of One also mentions quarantine , possibly because of incidents of the Giants to protect us from further intrusions.
No one really knows why the Book of Enoch was not included in the bible. There is only speculation. What is important though is, they are available now like so many other sacred texts that were not so-called “canonized “by the Church authority.
Sacred ancient texts labeled as heresy or not approved by the Church, certainly peaks my interest. The discovery of thirteen ancient texts called “codices” were discovered in Upper Egypt untouched by scribes in 1945. They were translated in the 1970’s and are known as the Nag Hammadi Library. Scriptures such as the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of Philip, and the Gospel of Truth were found, and labeled as Gnostic Gospels thought to be destroyed during the early Christian struggle to define “orthodoxy.”
One should contemplate why once treasured ancient sacred texts are being revealed during our time, providing a different understanding than church teaching. In the Gospel of Thomas verse 5, Jesus said, “Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you. For there is nothing hidden which will not become manifest.” Gospel of Thomas is 114 secret sayings of Jesus revealing a different understanding and teaching than church fathers have taught us. Music is the universal language, our common thread. The vibrations moves our very essence, sometimes bringing tears to our eyes, goosebumps and so many other senses varying from person to person. We are all different and what move one may not move another but regardless music moves us. Can music define who we are, help us find our way?
It is the age old question; who are we, why are we here and where are we going. We go to churches, synagogues, temples, monasteries, mosques and other places seeking that very answer, adding confusion and distortion. Music is one thing that can bring us together.
In 1984 songs such as material world on a secret journey suggest we are on a spiritual journey with amnesia. Most of us have been on the streets of silence. Song and hymn, a way to communicate a message.
In ancient times, there was a mystical poem about all of us. The Hymn of the Pearl may be one of the greatest Gnostic scriptures ever composed. It’s one of several hymns embedded in The Acts of Saint Thomas in India. Everything seems to be hidden. The hymn is commonly interpreted as a 
Gnostic view of the human condition; we are spirits lost in a world of matter and forgetful of our true origin. This state of affairs could change by a revelatory message delivered by a divine messenger. The letter takes on a symbolic representation of gnosis. The Song of the Pearl is a narrative poem about a prince’s quest for a pearl. Presented in the Acts of Thomas as a hymn uttered by Thomas, The Song of the Pearl is also a gnostic tale of salvation, of sleeping in error and awakening to Light, of quest not only for the pearl but for the benefit of possessing the pearl, a return to the Light.
Most of the gnostic writings were thought to be lost after losing the battle with Orthodox Christianity when their writings were eliminated. One interesting parable in Matthew 13: 44-46 the Hidden Treasure and the Pearl.
In 1945, thirteen ancient texts called “codices” were discovered in upper Egypt untouched by scribes and can be found now in the The Nag Hammadi Library.
In 1981, there was a narrow band transmission stating, “ We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the patterns of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.”
Known as the Law of One, the contact lasted from January 1981 to March 15, 1984. It was recorded and documented. It is available for anyone with the will and desire to study the advanced spiritual teachings.
