Winter Tips for Nourishing Kidneys and How to Identify Dysfunction

Jan 13 2023

Our kidneys play a vital role in the healthy function of our bodies. Knowing how to nourish, treat, and identify dysfunction of the kidneys, especially in the winter months is valuable.

Jonathan Liu, a professor at Georgian College in Canada and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner, provides tips to strengthen the kidneys in the winter months and how to recognize early symptoms of illness.

Kidney Disease Tends to Develop in Winter

According to a report from The International Society of Nephrology, more than 850 million people worldwide have some form of kidney disease.

In winter, bouts of kidney disease are more prevalent. Liu said that blood circulation is poor in cold weather. The kidneys are full of balls of capillaries, also known as the glomerulus, which metabolizes waste in the body. When it is cold, blood flow slows and can hinder the toxins from being properly excreted causing strain on the kidneys.

10 Warning Symptoms of Kidney Disease

Kidney dysfunction is sometimes called a “silent” disease as it can often be asymptomatic.

Knowing what to look for and early detection of illness is important. Liu provided ten warning signs and emphasized that fatigue and edema are clear early symptoms of kidney disease, and require immediate attention.

  1. Fatigue that is not alleviated by rest.
  2. Swelling around the eyes, known as periorbital edema.
  3. Calf or ankle edema.
  4. Frequent nighttime urination.
  5. Persistently foamy urine that increases over time.
  6. Sudden hypertension.
  7. Nausea and vomiting in the morning, especially for patients with high blood pressure or diabetes.
  8. A metallic taste in the mouth.
  9. White frost on the skin.
  10. Loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting that occur at the same time.

Diagnosing Kidney Disease: Checking Urine Foam

Foamy urine may be a symptom of kidney disease. Liu pointed out that there are various reasons that urine appears foamy with the following three being of no concern:

  1. Speed of urination creating foam.
  2. Reduction of water intake due to lack of thirst.
  3. Increased secretions in the urinary tract, such as prostatic fluid.

However, the following three reasons for the foamy quality do require your attention:

  1. Higher urine glucose in middle-aged men due to higher blood sugar levels.
  2. Urinary system infection: Discomfort and incomplete urination are symptoms of urethritis, prostatitis, and cystitis.
  3. Proteinuria: The urine has an odor similar to beer, and has fine foam that does not disappear within 10 minutes. This situation requires scrupulous attention.

It’s important to note that “benign” proteinuria can also cause increased foamy urine. Causes of benign proteinuria include strenuous exercise, medication, acute hyperthermia (fever or heat stroke), dehydration, hypothermia, and large fluctuations in blood pressure.

How Does TCM Suggest Treating Kidney Disease?

Liu pointed out that TCM treatment of kidney disease starts from what is called the “Three Warmer” (TW). The TW has been recorded in the classic text, “The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,” written more than 2,000 years ago.

The TW is a channel for transferring water. It is divided into three sections—the upper, middle, and lower warmers from top to bottom. Whether the TW exists anatomically has been controversial since ancient times. Liu believes that scientists have recently discovered that the interstitium and fascia around the internal organs comprise the TW referred to in the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.”

According to a study published in 2018 in Scientific Reports, a journal of Nature, the interstitium is a fluid-filled complex network that transports fluid. When an organ is diseased, tumor cells and toxic substances diffuse through the interstitium.

When the kidneys are diseased, they cannot metabolize water normally, causing many toxins to accumulate in the body. TCM treatment will start from the TW to regulate water metabolism.

When the edema occurs on the top warmer, including swollen eyelids, swollen face, and sore throat, the method of “sweating” to encourage the body to discharge the water from the upper warmer is recommended. When edema occurs on ankles, calves, or thighs, the method of promoting urination to facilitate the drainage of water from the lower body will be used.

Liu said that he once treated a child who was infected with the flu virus and had acute kidney disease. The child had a sore throat, swollen eyelids, and was unable to urinate for several days. After the treatments of sweating and promoting urination, the child was completely cured.

Invigorating Kidneys in Winter Depends on Individual Constitution

Winter is a season for strengthening the kidneys. TCM believes that there are different ways to maintain health throughout the year. As the temperature is cold in winter, the energy of nature is in a state of convergence to reserve energy for the upcoming spring.

Liu suggested that to keep the kidneys well, the winter diet should be light and balanced in five tastes, including sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, and salty, and that eating more garlic can warm your kidneys. Garlic can also have the effects of antimicrobial activity, reducing blood fat, and increasing appetite.

Liu also recommends eating mushrooms, which contain plant polysaccharides, known as natural immune modulators. In addition, avoid eating high-sugar, high-fat, and high-salt foods, while increasing the intake of dietary fiber, which is good for gastrointestinal health.

According to TCM, people have different constitutions, thus the ways of replenishing can differ. The two common constitutions are the cold constitution and the hot constitution. According to Liu, people with a cold constitution are more affected by cold—and suffer from cold hands and feet. They also have white and swollen tongues. People with a hot constitution are more affected by heat and suffer from dry mouth, constipation, bad breath, red lips and tongue, and less tongue coating.

People with a cold constitution are suitable to eat more chives, lychees, and longan, which can warm the body. Those with a hot constitution should eat more Chinese yams, lentils, and wolfberries. These foods all have the effect of strengthening the kidneys.

Acupoints and Exercise to Nourish the Kidney

In addition to dietary supplements, there are acupuncture points on the body connected to the kidneys. Massage of the acupuncture points can nourish the kidneys.

In TCM theory, the meridian is the tunnel in the human body for transmitting energy, and the internal organs are connected to the surface of the human body through the meridian. Some points on the meridian that have special functions are called “acupoints.” Acupuncture and moxibustion (application of dried mugwort using “moxa” wool) on the acupoints can treat the diseases of the corresponding viscera.

Liu pointed out two major acupoints for nourishing the kidney: Great Ravine (KI 3) and Kidney Shu (BL 23). The Great Ravine point is located in the depression between the tip of the medial malleolus and Achilles tendon; the Kidney Shu point is 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of L2.

Liu recommends massaging the acupoints every night after bathing. In addition to improving kidney health, it is also good for enhancing cold hands and feet, backache and leg pain, and memory loss.

TCM believes that the kidneys store the “essence” of energy in the body. The brain, central nervous system, and bones all need nourishment from the kidney essence. Therefore, taking care of the kidneys can also strengthen the muscles and bones and improve memory.

Liu also recommends Kegel training for pelvic floor muscles, including hip lifts twice a day, 30-50 times a time. These two exercises will activate the Long Strong(GV 1) of the Du channel (Governing Vessel) and the Meeting of Yin (CV 1) of the Ren channel (Conception Channel), which can strengthen the most important life energy in the human body—vitality. In addition to being good for the kidneys, people will feel energized and clear-headed after doing Kegel exercises.

Is Our Pineal Gland For Spiritual Development?

According to Science the pineal gland is the body’s internal clock; according to our ancient teachers, it is for our spiritual development. The pineal gland, is a pine-cone shaped gland of the endocrine system is near the center of the brain. It is said that the pinecone was revered by ancient pagan people as the fruit or seed of the evergreen, a symbol which is connected to ideas of eternal life. It has also been considered a phallic symbol for its shape and role in creating life. The pinecone is a symbol which can be found in many ancient civilizations and cultures around the world.

The pineal gland regulates the body’s circadian rhythms and produces and secretes the hormone melatonin. Circadian rhythms are the daily rhythms of the body, including signals that make someone feel tired, sleep, wake up, and feel alert; around the same time each day. The circadian rhythms also plays a crucial role in many other biological processes, such as hormone secretion, cardiovascular health, glucose homeostasis, and body temperature regulation. Energy balance is one of the most important cornerstones of metabolic processes, whereas energy imbalance is associated with many diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, to name a few. Out of balance could mean sleeping too much or too little, feeling active and restless in the middle of the night, or feeling sleepy at unusual times.

Another interesting discovery related to the neurons in our brain that may provide a better understanding of our third eye. Neurons have the ability to produce photons of light, known as “biophotons”. They are capable of communicating through light. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the biophoton fields are closely related and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness. It might have Interdimensional qualities acting as a packet of information. It seems biophotons interact with our DNA. Perhaps that is what Jesus was saying in the Gospel of Thomas when he said, If they say to you, “Where have you come from?” say to them, “We have come from the light, from the place where the light came into being by itself, established itself, and appeared in their image.”

Based on our ancient teachers, the third eye or the 6th chakra, when activated, leads one to higher realms of consciousness. Ancient traditions knew of the pineal or third eye and all its mysteries. They knew of the pineal role in our spiritual development and communication with spiritual beings. Within Taoist self cultivation, the third eye, known as Ancestral Cavity, is located between and behind the eyes and serves as the cavity of profound and ancient knowledge and can be accessed through meditation and contemplation.

In Buddhism, the third eye refers to Eye of Consciousness, seeing the world beyond physical eyes. In Hinduism the third eye is the eye of spiritual wisdom and knowledge.

The third eye is mentioned in Matthew 6:22 when Jesus said, “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.”

in Genesis 32:30, So Jacob named the place Peniel, for he said, “I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been preserved.”

In the Law of One, the third eye, the indigo-ray or 6th chakra is our gateway to connect with Infinite Intelligence. In order to connect, we have to unblock our energy centers, by dealing with the negative and positive emotions that has shaped our lives and freeing the pathways for the flow of energy.

Our pineal gland is already active. We all have some degree of intuition or discernment, a sense of knowing that will expand the more we unblock our energy centers and more energy begins to flow. The the pineal gland will grow stronger and may even awaken the Kundalini.

The light in the body is the single eye, our pineal gland, in the middle of the forehead seen in deep meditation, our gateway and connection to Infinite intelligence. We can perceive through our pineal gland, our spiritual eye, the love and light of the One Infinite Creator. By fixing the vision of the two eyes at the point between the eyebrows in the interiorized concentration of meditation, one can focus the positive negative optical energy of the right and left eyes and unite the currents in the sign eye of the divine light. The more we practice, the more the body and mind inwardly illumined with astral light and wisdom, receives indescribable joy and unending guidance of divine wisdom.

Doctors Discover Our Pineal Gland—Our ‘Third Eye’—Is More Like Our Regular Eyes Than We Thought

BY TARA MACISAAC NOVEMBER 26, 2022

The pineal gland in the human brain possesses structures remarkably similar to those in our eyes. It also has strikingly similar faculties. This gland has cells that act as light receptors, as our retina has, and a structure comparable to the vitreous, the gel-like substance between the retina and lenses of our eyes. Something like a lens also exists in the pineal gland.

Scientists are still learning much about the pineal body. It has been known in both Eastern and Western belief systems as the seat of human consciousness. Eastern spiritualism holds that eyes exist all over the body in the form of apertures—acupuncture points. Western science is also coming to grasp that the pineal body is a kind of “third eye.”

For years, scientists recognized similarities between the pineal body and our eyes. In 1919, Frederick Tilney and Luther Fiske Warren wrote that said similarities prove the pineal gland was formed to be light-sensitive and possibly have other visual capabilities.

More recently, in 1995, Dr. Cheryl Craft, chair of the department of cell and neurobiology at the University of Southern California, wrote about what she called the “mind’s eye.”

“Under the skin in the skull of a lizard lies a light-responsive ‘third eye’ which is the … equivalent of the bone-encased, hormone-secreting pineal gland in the human brain. The human pineal is denied access to light directly, but like the lizard’s ‘third eye,’ it shows enhanced release of its hormone, melatonin, during the night,”  she wrote. “The pineal gland is the ‘mind’s eye.’”

A bundle of nerve fibers connects this to the posterior commissure (another part of the brain that is not well-understood).

In the 1950s, researchers uncovered the pineal body’s ability to sense light and produce melatonin corresponding to the light levels it detects. It, thusly, controls important rhythms in the body and also affects the reproductive and immune systems. The pineal body was previously thought to be vestigial, that is dormant; this find revealed that it actually serves important functions.

In May 2013, another discovery was made which could also change the way the pineal body is understood.

A rat’s pineal body produces N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), it was found, something that organic beings produce but is (again) not well-understood. This is interesting because it is known that the ingestion of DMT can induce psychedelic experiences characterized as being spiritually intense.

Dr. Rick Strassman, with approval from the U.S. government, conducted research at the University of New Mexico in the 1990s where he injected DMT into human volunteers. It was Strassman who termed DMT the “spirit molecule.”

The presence of DMT in the pineal glands of rats was confirmed at the University of Michigan by Dr. Jimo Borjigin and at Louisiana State University by Dr. Steven Barker. Their research was partially funded by the Cottonwood Research Foundation, headed by Dr. Strassman, which supports scientific research into the nature of consciousness. Their study was published in the journal Biomedical Chromatography.

Frequent Urination at Night: 3 Types, and How to Treat It

FEATURED UROLOGY

Nov 26 2022
A good night’s sleep is key to helping your body recover from daily exertion. However, frequent trips to the toilet at night will interrupt sleep and make one physically and mentally exhausted.

Although nocturia (frequent urination at night) is not a serious disease, it can worsen one’s quality of sleep and even endanger one’s health. Many people think that nocturia is typical of the elderly, but in fact, young people may also suffer from it.

According to the International Continence Society, “nocturia” is defined as the manifestation of “waking to pass urine during the main sleep period.”

Guo Yijie, a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, wrote in a Facebook post that the total amount of urine during sleep at night is about a quarter to a third of that during the day.

After falling asleep, the body secretes an “antidiuretic hormone,” which reduces the amount of urine at night to facilitate a good night’s sleep. However, if the secretion is reduced for whatever reason, the amount and frequency of urination at night will increase, and sleep will be interrupted.

She said one or two times of nocturnal urination during an average sleep time of seven to eight hours is normal. If your sleep is interrupted more than twice, and every time you wake up, you have a strong urge to urinate, it is considered abnormal. You’d better find out the cause and deal with it.

TCM View of Fluids

According to TCM, body fluids first enter the stomach where they are transformed and separated into pure and impure. Pure part goes to the spleen, and the impure part goes to the small Intestine and further separation. The lungs control dispersion of pure part of body fluids (coming from spleen) to the space under the skin and send part of fluids down to the kidneys and bladder.

Kidneys are extremely important in the physiology of blood fluids. TCM describes the urinary formation in the kidneys and bladder as the “vaporization process.” The kidneys’ vaporization function ensures the proper distribution of body fluids and excretion of urine by the bladder.

Everything is interdependent and mutually interactive according to TCM theory; the formation and excretion of urine is supported by every part of the entire internal system. Besides the kidney, it also depends on the spleen, lungs, and liver to coordinate digestion and absorption functions. Guo said, one symptom can hardly be attributed to just one single factor. In addition to replenishing the kidney qi, other organs also need improvement.

In TCM, qi, blood, and body fluids are the most important fundamental substances necessary for life. The concept of “qi” can be understood as the “energy” or “vitality” that constitutes life in the body. This energy flows throughout the body to maintain life activities. Illnesses or other conditions only appear when there is a qi imbalance or deficiency in the body.

“Blood” in TCM theory is mainly responsible for nourishing and keeping the body moist. Internally, it circulates to the organs, and externally, it flows to skin, flesh, bones, and muscles. The pattern of blood deficiency gives rise to many symptoms that indicate poor circulation, low energy, and diminished vitality.

Identifying 3 Common Types of Nocturia

  1. Liver stagnation and blood deficiency type: symptoms manifest as waking up at night to urinate many times but without much urine output each time; often accompanied by emotional stress, dry skin, dry mouth, dry eyes, hard stools, and even feeling the effect of dryness and heat, and other symptoms.
  2. Spleen deficiency and dampness type: nocturia is frequent, but the urine volume is normal, about 6.8 to 10 fluid ounces each time, but accompanied by spleen and stomach symptoms: prone to flatulence, nausea, poor appetite, diarrhea, pale tongue and with a white and thick tongue coating. In this type, the condition of nocturia is aggravated after drinking cold beverages.
  3. Kidney qi deficiency type: apart from having a large amount of urine at night, at around 5  to 7 p.m. when the meridians meet the kidney meridian, frequent urination is apparent, and it is often accompanied by renal symptoms, such as soreness of the waist, the knees, lower back and muscles and bones, and the like. Tinnitus, dizziness, and easy fatigue are common symptoms of this type.

TCM has discovered that there is a “meridian” system in the human body that is responsible for transporting “qi” and “blood” throughout the body. The two substances circulate to maintain balance and stability in various tissues and organs.

There are 12 main meridians corresponding to the 12 internal organs, from which they circulate further towards the hands, feet, head, and face. When things go wrong with one of the internal organs, discomfort will also occur at various points along the corresponding meridian paths.

The 12 main meridians follow specific time schedules and pathways. Qi is continuously circulating through the meridians in a daily cycle. At certain times, both qi and blood have maximum flow in particular meridians.

For example, from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m., meridian qi mainly flows through the Lung Meridian and people with lung problems usually have a severe cough at this time From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., meridian qi mainly flows through the Renal Meridian and this time is good for exercise and helps the kidneys to excrete toxins.

In TCM, it’s believed that “man and nature are one.” Therefore, the annual, seasonal, daily, and time cycle changes in nature are closely related to the cycle changes in human physiology and pathology. This theory is similar to the “biological clock” of modern science.

According to the TCM theory, as long as you can follow this routine to recuperate, you will achieve the effect of health preservation.

Several Common Reasons for Nocturia

  1. Insufficient secretion of the antidiuretic hormone at night, and enlarged prostate in elderly men, which squeezes the bladder and urethra, resulting in frequent urination as well as poor urination.
  2. Chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension.
  3. Side effects from medication.
  4. In young people who are often anxious and nervous, frequent nocturia occurs if they drink too much water before going to bed, or drink stimulating beverages such as tea or coffee, sugar-sweetened beverages.
  5. Inflammation or infection are also possible reasons.

6 Treatments That Might Help

  1. Drink the right amount of water, at the right time: The recommended amount of drinking water per day is about 6 to 8 cups; the amount can be increased, depending on the situation.  However, it’s better to have water slowly and take small sips. In the three or four hours before going to bed, it’s best to drink less water.
  2. Limit certain beverages: Reduce the amount of stimulating beverages, such as tea, coffee, and sugary, ice-cold beverages.
  3. Eat fewer fruits: Fruits contain a lot of water and sugar, and most of them are cold. Avoid eating citrus fruits in particular.
  4. More exercise and exposure to the sun: This promotes relaxation and helps circulation, which can help improve yang qi and stabilize sleep at night.
  5. Warm compresses on the lower abdomen (the “dantian”): Warm the lower abdomen; this will adjust and invigorate the kidney qi.
  6. Manage chronic diseases: such as diabetes and hypertension, and take good care of problems such as prostatic hypertrophy.

Guo said that people who experience nocturia are advised to follow the above six self-help tips. If your condition does not improve after trying these tips,  it is recommended that you consult a TCM practitioner who can assess your condition and prescribe the most suitable remedy to help you improve your nocturia.

…We would like to suggest that there is only one arena for the true study of ultimate things—that is, one’s own consciousness. Thus it is that meditation remains always the one discipline that is not to be ignored, avoided or shortened beyond a reasonable point. Its dailiness is a majority of its virtue, although any attempt at meditation is always encouraged. The benefits of cumulative meditational time are far more than the simple addition of day-to-day, week-to-week, and year-to-year might suggest. The meditation held daily is a commitment to the sacramental nature of the temple of the body, mind and spirit that is the self.
It is not known to an entity within the illusion when each moment for realization or transformation shall occur. However, one who meditates on a daily basis with intent to open to whatever transformation there may be in the silence is expecting and seeking on a daily basis the opening of the doors within the consciousness which are to some extent openable in a random manner, so that a great view which might be seen past one particular door might be missed entirely were meditation not to occur upon the appropriate day. He who watches shall not be surprised. He who does not watch shall perhaps not know the surprise that has been missed. – Q’uo

From here it is possible to reach a higher state of consciousness, The saying eyes are the window to the soul' has much more meaning than we may realize.'
The undeniable connection between physical pinecones and the Pineal Gland.

What is the Pineal Gland?

The pineal gland (also known as the pineal body) is located in the epithalumus near the center of the brain. It is a part of the endocrine system and found outside the blood-brain barrier. It is reddish-gray in color, conical in shape, and about the size of a pea. The pineal body is found in most vertebrate species and biologists have classified the gland as an atrophied photoreceptor, or a vestigial eye, depending on the species of interest. Although the human pineal gland is relatively easy to see on modern x-rays due to high levels of calcification, it is only recently that some light has been shed on its biological purpose.

Our Spiritual Connection

Have you ever considered  why the concept of our energy centers, the chakras,  has not been  accepted or taught in mainstream?  Perhaps those who rule do not want you to understand your full potential.  Until the world became available to us via internet, we were very limited on the information we receive. Communication occurred more between governments, institutions and religions than people. We simply have been programmed.

Ancient traditions knew of the pineal or third eye, the sixth chakra, and all its mysteries. They knew of the pineal role in our spiritual development and communication with metaphysical world. Even Jesus said “Your eye is a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is good, your whole body is filled with light.

In Buddhism, the third eye refers to Eye of Consciousness, seeing the world beyond physical eyes. In Hinduism the third eye is the eye of spiritual wisdom and knowledge. Within Taoism, the third eye, known as Ancestral Cavity, serves as the cavity of profound and ancient knowledge and can be accessed through meditation and contemplation.

Today in is being reported that the Pineal Gland has highest levels of fluoride in our body. Fluoride is in our water system and dental products. One should ask why?

In the Law of One, the third eye is our gateway to connect with Infinite Intelligence. In order to connect, we have to balance, understand and unblock our lower chakras. Each Chakra is an energy center. The 1st chakra, or red-ray is basic and fundamental. The second Chakra, or orange-ray is the emotional or personal energy center. The third Chakra, or yellow-ray is what we call the ego. The fourth Chakra, the heart chakra, known as the green-ray, is our understanding of universal love or compassion. The fifth Chakra, known as the blue-ray, is our understandings of ourselves and our communication with others.

The more blockages we have in our lower chakras the less flow of Intelligent Energy we receive. Our goal is to unblock our lower chakras and connect with Infinite Intelligence. Loving others as we love ourselves; love nature; be of service to others; understand our thoughts, emotions, and actions create our reality; and meditation, contemplation and prayer are the gateway to Infinite Intelligence. The Law of One, session 15.12 provides a more spiritual advanced understanding of the Chakras. Commentary by Scott Mandelker, PhD provides an in-depth analysis of the 7 chakras in the Law of One, Session 15, part 2.

Science has actually proven meridians  exist in our body. Our life energy, known as Chi or Qi, ad  prana  is distributed by these channels through our energy centers.

Bruce H. Lipton, PhD, is a former medical school professor and research scientist, and author of ” The Biology of Belief. ” His research radically change our understanding of life. It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts. His work was a major breakthrough showing that our bodies can be changed as we retrain our thinking.  Dr Joe Dispenza, another researcher proved that point by healing himself after breaking 6 vertebrae in his back and being told he would never walk again.

The Chakras  are about energy within each of us. We all have abilities that require us to know ourselves and realize how our chakras as well as our thoughts, emotions and actions cannot not only heal us, but creates our reality. We are energetic beings with a power within each of us. The only one that can unleash that divine power is you. Perhaps that is the reason chakras are not accept or taught.

L/L Research Channeling

The self-healing distortion is effected through realization of the intelligent infinity resting within. This is blocked in some way in those who are not perfectly balanced in bodily complexes. The blockage varies from entity to entity. It requires the conscious awareness of the spiritual nature of reality, if you will, and the corresponding pourings of this reality into the individual mind/body/spirit complex for healing to take place.

We will use this instrument as example. The portions of its ailment, as you call this distortion complex, that can be perfected in balance are due primarily to a blockage of the indigo-ray or pineal energy center. This center receives the intelligent energy from all sources lawful within the one Creation; that is, lawful in this third-density distortion or illusion. If there is no blockage, these energies pour or stream down into the mind/body/spirit complex perfecting moment by moment the individual’s body complex.

This instrument also experiences some distortion of the green-ray energy center which you may call the heart center. It is overly open due to an intensive desire distortion on the part of this mind/body/spirit complex towards service to others, or as you may call it, universal love. This entity, therefore, spends itself without regard to its reserves of mind/body/spirit complex distortion in regard to what you call strength or energy. This distortion is primarily due to the blockage of the indigo ray. As we have said before, the misapprehension distortion of the instrument responsible for this blockage is the basic orientation towards a belief in unworthiness. The unworthiness distortion blocks the free flow of intelligent energy.

The seventh or violet ray is unimpaired, this being not only an energy receptor but a sum total of the vibratory level of the individual. The other energy centers are also quite clear. The solution to healing in this case is action that puts into practice the peaceful understanding in humility distortion that the entity is one with the Creator, therefore perfected and not separate. In each case of what you would call ill health one or more of these energy centers is blocked. The intelligence of the mind/body/spirit complex needs then to be alerted either by the self as healer or by the catalyst of another healer, as we have said before. Law of One 12.31

Each entity must, in order to completely unblock yellow ray, love all which are in relationship to it, with hope only of the other selves’ joy, peace, and comfort. Law of One 102.11

Our Spiritual Eye, the Pineal Gland and More

According to Science,  the pineal gland is the body’s internal clock and according to our ancient teachers, it is for our spiritual development. The pinecone is a symbol which can be found in many ancient civilizations and cultures around the world.See the source image

When You are AWAKE, You will realize, WE are the LIGHT, WE are the TRUTH, We are the WAY, We are CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS, the second coming of CHRIST.  We are ONE!

Pineal Gland Activation, the Lamp of the Body.

Near the center of the brain at the top of the spinal cord, tucked in a groove between the two hemispheres, is a tiny gland, known today as the pineal gland. According to Science the pineal gland is the body’s internal clock and according to our ancient teachers, it is for our spiritual development.

First the science.

One problem,  published by US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health,  is pineal gland calcification.  Science suggests the calcifications plays a role in the development of Alzheimer disease.  Fluoridated water is believed to be one of the chief causes of calcification.  Evidence also suggests that children reach puberty earlier now as a consequence of fluoridated water. We are told  fluoridated water was to prevent tooth decay, but does it really?

With all its research, science still does not fully understand the pineal gland, but seems to agree it is indispensable to a process most of us take for granted. More research is needed to understand additional pineal gland functions and determine how light and melatonin affect everyday health.

Along those same lines is  another interesting  discovery related to the neurons in our brain. They have the ability to produce photons of light, known as “biophotons”. They are capable of communicating through light. According to the biophoton theory developed on the base of these discoveries, biophoton light is emitted from in the cells of the organism, more precisely, in the DNA molecules of their nuclei.  Light is constantly released and absorbed by the DNA and connects all cells, tissues, and organs within the body. This serves as our  main communication network and as the principal regulating instance for all life processes. The consciousness-like coherence properties of the biophoton fields are closely related and indicate its possible role as an interface to the non-physical realms of mind, psyche and consciousness. tumblr_n3kf3xORWT1r7ahobo1_1280

This discovery  reminds me what Jesus said in The Gospel of Thomas,

If they say to you, “Where have you come from?”
say to them, “We have come from the light,
from the place where the light came into being by itself,
established itself, and appeared in their image.”
If they say to you, “Is it you?”
say, “We are its children and the chosen of the living father.”

chakra-details_com_Each Chakra is a energy center and blockage varies from  person to person.  The seventh chakra  or violet ray is unimpaired and is used as a energy receptor.  The sixth Chakra or indigo ray, our pineal gland,  can be blocked by feeling or belief in unworthiness.  The fifth Chakra, known as the blue-ray, is our understandings of ourselves and our communication with others. The fourth Chakra, the heart chaka, known as the green-ray, is our understanding of universal love or compassion. The third Chakra, or yellow-ray is what we call the ego. The second Chakra, or orange-ray is the emotional or personal energy center. The 1st chakra, or red-ray is basic and fundamental, but is where the Kundalini lies asleep waiting to be awakened.  In Hinduism, the Kundalini,  the coil serpent  is the divine power in an individual, and waiting to awaken this power to affect enlightenment.

The serpent is referenced in John 3: 13-15 , when Jesus said,   “Just as Moses lifted up the snake  in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up. For everyone believes may have eternal life”.

Moses rod represents the spine.  Spiritual awakening is a process. It is about energy.    As66718af744cb687d02811dec8d6d8168  the energy begins to flow freely through the energy centers, it begins to gradually unblock and balancing begins.  You may experience unexplained phenomena and emotions as you meditate and contemplate your  true-self.

The Pineal Gland, Our Spiritual Connection
