Does the world suffer from a Stockholm Syndrome Epidemic?

Someone asked me if I thought there was a Worldwide Epidemic of Stockholm Syndrome.  Not really understanding the full concept of the question I did some research.  I  found  Stockholm syndrome is a condition that causes hostages to develop a psychological alliance with their captors as a survival strategy during captivity.

  1. Humanity’s development of positive feelings towards their government, corporations and the elites, our captors.
  2. Humanity has no previous humanity-captor relationship,
  3. Refusal by humanity to cooperate with conspiracy theorist, whistle blowers, and truth seekers, etc.,
  4. Humanity’s belief in the humanity of their captor, for the reason that when a victim holds the same values as the aggressor, they cease to be perceived as a threat.

As an overview, consider we have been indoctrinated since birth, programmed by our education, media, political and religious systems . We have gently been guided daily with images (54) drugssubliminal messages through ads to sell products, from the mainstream media brainwashing to altering our genes through vaccinations. Big Pharma commercials on mainstream TV are ramping up advertising, saying if you suffer from X ask your doctor for this drug for relief. We are medicated to the point that U.S.

Consumes 75 Percent of the World’s Prescriptions Drugs.

We are made to believe this is to our benefit, to help us healthy and from disease even though drug overdose of prescription drugs and misdiagnosis are an all time high. You do not hear it from mainstream media because they are part of the problem.  Another issue no one is hearing about is the deaths of  Holistic Doctors.  

Dane Wigington has a background in solar energy. He is a former employee of Bechtel Power Corp. and was a licensed contractor in California and Arizona. He made thedownload (11)chemtrails decision to focus all of his efforts and energy on full-time investigation of the geoengineering. He has been label as a conspiracy theorist, but today geo-engineering has been admitted by a Harvard Professor who admits many thousands will die from Harvard Solar Geoengineering Program in 2018.  This video provides troubling evidence of  it happening today.

GMOs were going to feed the world by genetically modify corn, soy, sugar and the list goes on . Glyphosate, or roundup, when sprayed on the genetically modify plant will not kill the plant but the weeds in the fields . Glyphosate, also known as roundup is not only believed to cause cancer but has contaminated our eco systems and has been found in mothers breast milk.  A California jury even awarded  $289 million to man who claimed Monsanto’s Roundup pesticide gave him cancer.

Politics in the US is a two-party system, although not intended to be, republican or images (54) politicsdemocrat, some trusting our elected officials. Years ago people would support our elected officials regardless of their beliefs but today the media manipulates the news to the point of what is the truth. This divides us instead of unites us.

Religion is one of the basis many of us have learned and know God. But we are made to believe one religion is the right way and others are wrong. Again, pitting us against each other instead of uniting us.

Most of us have to work in order to feed our families and have shelter over our heads. We eat unhealthy food, pay taxes, utilities and drink fluoridated water,breathe polluted air, go to doctors to get our medication and vaccinations.stockholm

Using the four components, most of humanity has developed a positive feeling towards our captors, but more are doubting daily. We have had no previous relationship with those that govern us. Humanity refuses to listen or believe those who are trying to get the truth out. And finally, we believe our captor would never take such action against us, therefore they are not perceived as a threat. So have we developed a psychological alliance in order to survive? That is for each person to decide.

But why would they do this? The answer is so unbelievable most will simply disregard. In 1981 through 1984 a documented contact with a higher dimensional entity consisted of 2360 questions and answers with three members L&L Research. Don Elkins, a former Physics Professor and Airline pilot, Carla Rueckert, a devoted Christian; and James McCarty, the sole survivor today. The contact was known as the Law of One. In Session 8 of the contact addresses the reason, and remember this occurred in 1981.

Scott Mandelker PhD, states this material is “One of the most important spiritual documents since Jesus”. In this YouTube video on session 8, he will  provide his commentary and explanation why it is happening.

 

 

Meditation, the Gateway Home

Starting with just two minutes a day will help with getting into the meditation habit. Meditation for 30 minutes a day, even broken up in three 10 minutes or two 15 minutes session helps incorporating meditation into your daily life. The practice should not be uncomfortable, but pleasant and enjoyable. Each person should go at their   own pace and their own way. Daily meditation is a positive step for anyone on the spiritual path.

Besides the countless benefits of meditation,  Andrew Newberg, MD Director of Research, Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital  has being doing research and suggest that Human beings appear to have spiritual brains; brains that are capable of feeling deeply connected to something greater than themselves and that we can develop intense beliefs about God.  His research reveals the fascinating relationship between the universal spiritual urge and the intricate workings of the human brain. He did brain scans of Franciscan Nuns while they were engaged in a type of meditative prayer called centering prayer.  The brain scans showed many different changes, including changes in he parts of the brain that are involved in the sense of self, providing evidence that meditative prayer has a measurable effect on the brain.

What science is just now proving,  Tibetan Buddhist have known for years. There is  images (54) rainbow body loving thoughtsan advanced spiritual practice known as the Rainbow Body.  It involves the practitioner being able to dissolve their body and mind into light at the time of death and even during their lifetime.   It was reported that when a person dies, rainbows suddenly appeared in the sky and after several days their bodies disappeared. Sometimes fingernails and hair were left. Sometimes nothing was left.  A rainbow light has been witnessed by thousands of people after death.  Attaining ‘rainbow body’ is discussed in Zen texts, as well as Zoroastrian, Christian, Manichean, Muslim, Bonpo, and of course, Vedic texts, among others. Attaining the ‘light body’ is for everyone. There is ample proof  it actually does occur and has in ancient times.

Father Francis Tiso, author of  Rainbow Body and Resurrection,   a gave this presentation at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco providing his evidence that such a thing occurs. Father  Tiso also discusses the implications of an  images rainbow monkIONS-sponsored research project investigating a specific case of the Tibetan Buddhist practices of the “Rainbow Body,” the ostensible dematerialization of the physical body after death.

Some believe these stories reflect upon the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is central to the Christian faith. Jesus was loving and compassionate, selfless person. When he died, according to the gospels, his body was no longer there. Jesus said in Matthew 6:22  For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22 The eye is the lamp of   the body. If your  vision is clear, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your vision is poor, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

The eye is the lamp of the body, also known  as the third eye, the sixth Chakra. This Chakra, if the vision is clear,  receives the Intelligent Energy from God. These energies pour or stream down into the individual’s body, mind and spirit.

rainbow bodyUnderstanding and obtaining a rainbow body is available to everyone.  Buddha said “Before you set foot on the path master yourself”  “Master yourself’   Simply make a commitment  and start by just sitting quietly for a specific period of time in a comfortable place. Make meditation a habit and it will change your life. Consider it God’s gift to all of us so we may find our way home.  Only you have the key to unlock the door.

Is Love the Divine Law?

A Divine law is believed to come directly from God.  But is it a law as we know it, such as  thou shalt not kill, steal, lie or is it more of a physic law. Or perhaps, we simply use the word law because otherwise  it is beyond our understanding.  Love,  as we understanding it,  would  certainly curtail any negative action against anyone we loved.

Our Spiritual teachers, Jesus,  Krishna, Buddha and Lao Tzu and many more provided their wisdom to help answer that question. god is love

Jesus said love your neighbor as yourself.

Buddha said out of the abundance of your heart, cultivate love and compassion for all beings.

Lao Tzu said nothing but good comes to him who loves others as he loves himself.

Krishna said those find the “Way” are those who have love and forgiveness in their hearts.

.  The ancient Greeks used 7 words to define the different states of love:
  • Storge: natural affection, the love you share with your family.
  • Philia: love  you have for friends.
  • Eros: sexual and erotic desire kind of love (positive or negative)
  • Agape: unconditional love, or divine love
  • Ludus:  playful love, like childish love or flirting.
  • Pragma: long-standing love. The love in a married couple.
  • Philautia: the love of the self (negative or positive)
The 18th century mystic and spiritual explorer Emanuel Swedenborg said,  “man knows that there is such a thing as love, but he does not know what love is. He knows that there is such a thing as love from common speech, as when it is said, he loves me, a king loves his subjects, and subjects love their king, a husband loves his wife, a mother her children, and conversely; also, this or that one loves his country, his fellow citizens, his neighbor; and likewise of things abstracted from person, as when it is said, one loves this or that thing Although the word love is so universally used, hardly anybody knows what love is.”
Love is the most powerful emotion we can experience, a force to be reckoned with.  Perhaps that is why love is considered the one  “Divine Law”, the emotion that conquers all emotions.
We all have difficulties in expressing universal love or compassion.  According to the Law of One,  we are here to evolve spiritually through healing and balancing by learning the ways of love with wisdom.   It is about healing,  by knowing yourself, accepting  yourselves and other selves and knowing we are all  part of the Creator.

We all have our own experiences, observations, opinions, etc., about love that should be shared with the world in your own way.   May the force be with you.

Our Life Journey

We have been chosen to be on earth at this moment in time. Over 7 billion strong, from every culture, from all over the world, humans have populated the earth since the beginning. By the year 1 A.D. the Earth’s population was an estimated 200 million. It hit the billion mark in 1804 and doubled by 1927. This short YouTube video depicts human population through time.

Consider why have we been chosen,  what is our purpose and why at this time?  Those are questions only you can answer. For me,  it is a journey to seek the truth.  According to Jesus, each of us are from the light and the light we will return. Religion was to help us find our way home. Unfortunately man, through the ages inserted their beliefs and/or understandings  and over time,  became a tool for religious leaders to control the masses, attempting to take away the power of free-will.   images (3)

Beliefs systems have been followed by mankind for centuries. Archeological evidence indicates the Indus Valley civilization flourished between 3000-1500 BCE and appears to have contributed significantly to the development of Hinduism. Starting in Axial Age, approximately 800-200 BCE, is a period of time unprecedented developments. Zoroaster, Jeremiah, Isaiah, the Buddha, Confucius, Vardhamana Marhavira, Pythagoras, Heraclitus, acb29fa16d8d594d4d6cee85cddc2869Socrates, Plato and Aristotle all produced the intellectual and moral matrix out of which the world religions were born. Today, there  are countless Religions  and belief systems.  Most followers never venture  from the religion in which they were born. In that sense, religion may hold a person back from truly discovering the truth for themselves.

Consider each of us have been chosen because we have a divine light or spark within waiting to be ignited and our purpose is ignite that spark in our own way.  Our teachers provided insight.

Jesus said, ” When I came among humanity I opened the door to the Way. I showed you the path that you must follow. You will find it within yourself.”

Lao Tzu said  “He who say they have found the Way, have not. That which is eternal cannot be spoken of. It lies within.”images (17)

Buddha said  “Seeking within, you will find stillness. Here there is no more fear or attachment-only joy”

Krishna said “When the mind becomes still, when thinking ceases, this is the beginning of the supreme path.”

The world population is  larger than ever. Could it be the reincarnation of past lives The_Ra_Material_-_The_Law_of_One_-_Quote_-_Spirituality_Metaphysics_Spiritual_Infinite_Eternal_Creation_86bmanifesting at a time,  when learning  is at our fingertips.

Jesus said in the Gospel of Thomas “Know what is in front of your face and what is hidden from you will be disclosed. There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. ”

Look within and it may be revealed that you have been chosen to be on earth at this time to learn the ways of love and be of service to others. The only Way is your path as you seek to find your way home.

 

Seeking the Truth

Spirituality is much like a newborn baby. First, we  learn to sit up, then crawl, stand, walk, run, and talk. As we become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, actions and the world around us, we begin to grow spiritual, at our own way and pace.

Buddha said, “The past does not exist. The future does not exist.  One should concentrate the mind on the present moment.”

For me,  I always had a connection to nature and felt it was alive and talking to me at a very young age. I grew up in a Christian community, but Religion never really helped me answer questions of who I was, why am I here or where am I going. I could not understand how God could save one group that believed one way and condemn another group that believed another way.  I learned later was man way of control.

By studying other religions, I began to realize religion as a whole, has kept man from truthly seeking God from within. Religion has humanity believing  you have to be in a tribe or group in order to find God. Reported  Near Death experiences and stories from Children about reincarnation also provided a great deal of insight.

images (27)My first real discovery was  The Gospel of Thomas, labeled as a Gnostic text,  was 114 saying of Jesus, left out of the new testament as well as other texts. The Discovery was made in 1945 in Egypt and now can be found  in the Nag Hammadi Library . It first became available to the public in 1975.    The “living Jesus” in these tests speaks of illusion and enlightenment not of sin and repentance like Jesus of the new testament. Jesus teaching were much deeper than what we were taught. Instead of coming to save us from sin, he comes as a guide and messenger who opens access to spiritual understanding, much like Buddha and Lao Tzu. Verse 50 in the Gospel of Thomas,  Jesus said,  “ If they ask you “Where are you from?” reply to them “We have come from the place where light is produced from itself. It came and revealed itself in their image.”  If they ask you “Are you it?” reply to them, “We are his sons. We are chosen ones of the living father.”  If they ask you “What is the sign within you of your father?” reply to them, Have “It is movement. It is rest.”

Then I discovered the Law of One, an event that occurred from 1981 to 1984 and again speaks of  love and light.  It put Jesus’ message in prospective, revealing our purpose of existence and the consequences of our behavior. It shares some of the same concepts we learned in our religious systems, but in a more metaphysical, scientific, and complex vocabulary. More importantly it put everything into perspective. Have each of us been chosen to be here  at this time and place?  Is our purpose to raise the planet vibration of love and light and if so how?  Love others as you would love yourself and being of service to others. We all have higher entities as guides trying to communicate with those who are seeking the truth, just as Jesus said, seek and you shall find.

Our Spiritual Evolution

I have a dear friend with a Ph.D. in Linguistics, he told me language for each person has an emotional connection to words and phrases, and they are different from person to person.  Each of us speaks, listens, and thinks in our own special language; we have been shaped by our culture, experiences, profession, personality, morals and attitudes, but one thing we do have in common;  we are here to evolve spiritually in our own way. images (45)

I like to think, being a spiritual person on the positive path, is one whose highest priority is to love others as they love themselves; cares and helps people, animals and the planet; knows that we are all One, consciously attempts to honor this Oneness; and meditates, contemplates and prays to stay connected, and goes deeper in understanding the self. Most of  humanity is on the positive path.

A person on the negative path is someone who loves and cares only about the self; controlling others by any means possible.

Consider, we have choices everyday, positive or negative, also known as  good and evil. Our thoughts, emotions and actions are part of these choices. Positive thinking generates positive emotions resulting in positive actions.  Negative thinking works the same way. We all have these thoughts, we are human.

According to the Law of One,  each one of us are here to evolve spiritually, to choose a path of either positive or negative polarity, to help build our lives according to a Divine plan that is beyond our understanding.   Perhaps Jesus  was trying to tell us the same thing in his message of seek and you shall  find. His teachings are much deeper than what religion teaches.  The personal realization of truth is the science behind all sciences.  But for most people, religion has devolved to a matter of of belief only.  Some believe in Catholicism, others Protestant, others assert the Jewish or Hindu or Muslim or Buddhist is the true way.  The science of religion identifies the universal truth common to all,  the basis for religion.

India’s teaching of Raja Yoga, the science of the soul, provides similar methods to balance the self as discussed in the Law of One.  Other teachers also taught us to look within. Lao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching, “Wise are they who center their hearts on the inner essence of things, not on outer appearances”  In the Dialogue of the Savior Jesus said  ” light comes through the mind and illuminates the whole body. When all things within you are integrated your light will shine everywhere ”  And Buddha said in the The Lankavatara Sutra,  “In order to eliminate the discriminating mind, there must be a complete turning around of one being at the deepest level of consciousness”.

images (27)Infinite Intelligence or Creator, known as God and other names in different religions, is pure energy and is simply beyond our understanding. As we evolve spiritually and seek the truth, there will be a realization the world is not as it seems.  We all have been chosen to be here to learn and understand the ways of love and wisdom. We have been given special gifts to discover and apply them in our world today.  Our job is to positively raise the planet vibration by applying these seven steps in our daily lives.

1. Love Infinite Intelligence

2. Love yourself

3. Love others as you love yourself

4. Love earth and nature.

5. Be of Service to others in your own way.

6. Meditation/Contemplation and pray to further your understanding and connection to Infinite Intelligence.

7.  Realize we are co-creators,  and we create our lives with our thoughts, emotions and actions.

Know yourself,  accept yourself  and realize we are all one with Infinite Intelligence.  Our Journey will be different paths, different understandings but the progression is one.

The Path to Higher-self

We are all body, mind, and spirit complexes, radiating energy, constantly trying to figure it out the meaning of life and the purpose of our existence.

But since our birth we have been programmed. Our education, media, political and religious systems play an integral part of who we are and who we become. We live in worldwide system of control to keep us occupied with what has become what we believe is normal. People go to churches, synagogues, temples, monasteries, mosques and other places of worship to seek the truth, not realizing religion is part of the control system. Jesus was a spiritual teacher. His message was even distorted saying only through him can one be saved. In a discovery in 1945 in Egypt,   collection of thirteen ancient books (called “codices”) containing over fifty texts, was discovered. In these text, the Living Jesus speaks of illusion and enlightenment not of sin and repentance, like the Jesus of the New Testament. Instead of coming to save us from sin, he comes as a teacher who opens access to spiritual understanding, telling us the Kingdom of God is within you. Even Buddha said seeking within, you will find stillness. Here there is no more fear or attachment-only joy.

The spiritual path is unique for each person. For me, the the Law of One has very deep spiritual teachings and has been said to be one of the most important spiritual documents since Jesus.  images (43)

We are all spiritual beings with a higher power within, the higher self. Each individual is responsible for their own awakening by whatever means they deem appropriate. Spirituality is understanding we are all one with infinite intelligence, love yourself, love others, love all of nature, being a service to others, and how your thoughts create your emotions and actions creating your reality. Meditation, contemplation and prayer, are the gateway to the higher self and infinite intelligence. Our goal in this life is to learn the ways of love and wisdom.

Chakras, Science and the Law of One

We have all heard of Chakras, especially from the eastern cultures and religions, but what is it?  Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means “vortex of energy”. The number of energy centers which are identified as important varies somewhat from tradition to tradition. Chinese medicine has identified hundreds of acupuncture points , and the ancients from India, Japan, and as well as other countries had a  understanding of the energetic body.  They spoke of energy channels, meridians or nadis which the vital energy flowed in our bodies.  Now Science actually proves meridians exist in our body.
Meridians helps the flow of energy to the  energy centers within the human body, which  helps regulate the body processes, from organ function to to the immune system and emotions.  The energy, our life force, also known as chi, prana,  spirit, soul,  to name a few,  was considered to be a bio-electrical and vibrational energy phenomenon and so health revolved around balancing energy through various means.  Life existed because of our life force and energy running through our body, ensuring we can move, breathe, digest food, feel and even think.
Below, meridian points of the hands and feet, known as Reflexology   Notice the points, also known as chakras, affect other parts of the body.  It is a a system of how one part of the human body relates to another part of the body. By using a systematic practice by applying some pressure to any particular points on the feet and hands give impacts on the health of related parts of the body.

Here are the meridian points of the feet.  For headaches or sinus issues, massaging the foot in the area  depicted below, may help.

However,  the Chakras familiar to us are known as the seven chakras, the seven energy centers.  The seven chakras are aligned vertically along your back, from the top of your head to just below the bottom of your spine. The first step is understanding our energy centers. The illustration provides a guide for reference. Based on the Law of One, our challenge is to unblock our first three chakras and develop our 4th, the heart or green ray, and 5th, the blue-ray. In session 15.12 in the “Law of One” Ra said, “The center of heart, or green ray, is the center from which third-density beings may springboard, shall we say, towards infinite intelligence. Blockages in this area may manifest as difficulties in expressing what you may call universal love or compassion.”

“The blue-ray center of energy streaming is the center which, for the first time, is outgoing as well as inpouring. Those blocked in this area may have difficulty in grasping the spirit/mind complexes of its own entity and further difficulty in expressing such understandings of self. Entities blocked in this area may have difficulties in accepting communication from other mind/body/spirit complexes.”

Another interesting phenomena, is call the Kundalini.   According to the traditional Yoga philosophies, the term Kundalini refers to both a ‘mechanism’ and an ‘ spiral energy’ in the human body. The energy, prana, is transferred  through the meridian  of the root to the crown Chakra once activated.  It is thought that once activated, an increased amount of pranic energy to be produced in the cells and tissues of the body and to be transmitted to the brain via the nerves in and around the spinal column, leading to alterations in the state of consciousness of the individual. Under the right conditions this enhanced prana operating in the brain can lead to higher states of consciousness such as genius, psychic abilities and mystical experience.  The kundalini is being studied today and believed to be a state that has been the crowning vision of the mystics and the prophets.

Kundalini Awakening Process 

Another interesting point is scientists have spent decades studying the extraordinary abilities and anatomy of human sperm.  Recently an international team of researchers  discover a mysterious, spiral-shaped nanostructure in the tails of sperm. There is much to learn and understand about our energy bodies.  Does activating the Chakras and Kundalini result in the Rainbow body?   Perhaps our  teachers were trying to tell us, but just beyond our understanding.

I grew up in the Christian religion,  not getting  answers,  I started studying  Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, Hinduism, and then I found the Gnostics . In 1945, Thirteen ancient books, called “codices,” containing overjesus02 fifty texts, was discovered in upper Egypt, now known as  the Nag Hammadi Library . The Gospel of Thomas, 114 secret saying of Jesus was one of those text. The first saying is “Whoever finds the interpretation of these sayings will not experience death.”

The Law one One provided insight and a better understanding to what Jesus was saying in the Gospel of Thomas and all other religious texts. It provided the understanding of our World Religious systems but more importantly our spirituality. The Law of One may have been the One Law referenced in the Teachings of the Essenes. Although the Ra material is somewhat difficult and complex it is a spiritual message that may be worth the effort for those seeking. It is rich with intriguing, metaphysical, spiritual and scientific Featured Image -- 6589information. It provides a sense of reality and understanding of our world today.

The Contact was made with the L/L research group, Love /Light. The three members, Don Elkins, a former Physics Professor and Airline pilot; Carla Rueckert,the instrument RA used for channel known as “tuned trance telepathy”, a devoted Christian; , and James McCarty, the sole survivor today. The contact was made by an advanced extraterrestrial named RA, the humble messenger of the Law of One. Ra, a complex vibratory group from the 6th density made contact:

We have watched your group. We have been called to your group, for you have a need for the diversity of experiences in channeling which go with a more intensive, or as you might call it, advanced approach to the system of studying the patterns of the illusions of your body, your mind, and your spirit, which you call seeking the truth. We hope to offer you a somewhat different slant upon the information which is always and ever the same.

The contact was made so the group could ask questions. Questions infringing on free were not answered. The group asked over 2360 questions in 106 sessions from 1981 to 1984, recorded and documented. This series of channeling was the first time in human history when real-time questions and answers with a non-human entity has been recorded. Those questions and answers are “ The Ra material known as the Law of One”.

Albert Einstein, German Theoretical Physicist said “Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe—a spirit vastly superior to that of man.”

The message, simply put, is that the Law of One is the Universal Truth that “All Is One.”  The sessions opens with, “I am Ra.  I greet you in the love and the light of our Infinite Creator”  and closes with, “I am Ra.  I leave you in the glory and the peace of the One Creator.  Rejoice in the love/light, and go forth in the power of the One Creator.  In joy, we leave you.  Adonai.”

The contact has  metaphysical, scientific, and complex vocabulary,  rich with information for the seeker.  There are seven densities or dimensions. We are in the third working for toward the forth.  We are all connected,  not just on our planet but with all throughout the universe.  We are body, mind and spirit complexes on earth to learn to love and understand,  and be of service to others. Jesus was telling us to love your neighbor as yourself.  The body mind and spirit complex  has a choice of positive or negative path.   Our energy, or spirit is infinite.  When the body dies,  and if your thoughts and actions as well have been a service to others at least 51 percent of the time, you move to the next level.  If not  you get to do it all over again, reincarnation.

We have seven energy centers  in our bodies, known as chakras and our goal is balance and clear blockages. Session 15.12  Ra talks about the blockages . The seven  Law of One Practices  provides a summary.

1. PRACTICE ONE: UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS – The Law of One is the comprehension that all things are made of intelligent energy and are a part of the All-One. The Law of One is a Sacred Science of the mechanics of consciousness and are the Natural Laws governing our Universal Creation. All-One is the recognition that Eternal Truth is Eternal Love and Eternal Love is the organic consciousness of Infinite Creator, or God. Eternal Love consciousness embodied in a form is Unity intelligence, and simultaneously recognized as, the Inner Light of Christos. Unity consciousness is at One with God and Unity consciousness ignites the Inner Light of Christos. The Inner Light of Christos when actualized in form, is the embodiment of an Eternal God Human. Practice Unity Consciousness and One is directly reflecting the image of God’s Love, and is eternally protected. Be At One with All, as One is All with God.

2. PRACTICE TWO: LOVE YOURSELF – Apply the practice of Unity with All-One as an extension towards loving, honoring and respecting yourself. Acknowledge the precious life force within by holding reverence and respect for yourself in all ways. Loving yourself is the action of Self Sovereignty, which is the natural state of embodying God’s Eternal Love. As a manifestation of God’s eternal spirit of Love, one has the ability to choose to create personal freedom without harming others. Have courage to remove the obstacles of pain and fear to become embodied Love, as God’s spirit is always found within.
3. PRACTICE THREE: LOVE OTHERS – As you learn to love yourself, love others. Acknowledge the precious life force in others by holding love, reverence and respect for others. Loving others as you love yourself, is the natural state of Self Sovereignty as you give others the same reverence for their life, as you give your own life. Through practicing self-love and loving others, no approval, worth or esteem issues come into question, as all is loved equally.
4. PRACTICE FOUR: LOVE EARTH AND NATURE – Loving the Earth and all her creations, the kingdoms of nature, plants, animals and mineral, which are all alive, conscious and intelligent energy beings. Acknowledge the precious life force present in images (2)all of God’s creation, by holding reverence and respect for nature. Doing so restores balance and harmony to nature, and the intelligent energy of all of earth’s creations will respond to cooperate with humankind. Humans living in discord with nature create many events that are considered to be “at the mercy of” the untamed forces. As humans learn to live in harmony with earth and the nature kingdom, the natural creatures will align to be in harmony and cooperation with all inhabitants.
5. PRACTICE FIVE: SERVICE TO OTHERS – Upon firmly loving yourself and honoring your path, find methods to be of service to others that do not overstep personal boundaries of discernment. Being of service to others does not include consumptive childmodeling, such as victim-victimizer, parasitism or emotional vampirism. Being of service does not hold an ego perspective of entitlement, expectation or attachment. Practice being of service with unconditional love, and naturally flowing in the moment. The energy exchange made between participants being of service to others, amplifies and expands consciousness growth like no other method. The more you amplify the energetic field of being in service to others, the more joy, harmony and gifts will be brought into your life. The more service you dedicate to Gods plan, the Law of One, the more spiritual support and spiritual presence one can exchange with God Force.
6. PRACTICE SIX: CONSCIOUSNESS EXPANSION – Learn to develop inner clarity and spiritual integrity by intending to develop personal consciousness and/or spiritual identity. To embody one’s spiritual identity, one’s mind must be initiated and disciplined. If the ego is in authority of the body it will repel the spiritual identity from embodiment. If the mental body creates obstacles to the spiritual identity, the spiritual identity, therefore the consciousness, will not be experienced. The first step to consciousness old peopleexpansion is becoming aware of mind control and the quality content of thoughts and belief systems. The second step is to cooperate with the process of mental and physical discomfort by having patience and waiting in the void of silence. Learn to quiet the mind, sublimate the ego and be still. Once stillness, mental discipline and ego sublimation has been achieved, listen to your inner spirit to receive guidance. Inner Guidance will always lead to the process of re-education to experience continual consciousness expansion free of fear and dogma. The Inner Christos always guides one towards choosing more love and peace via consciousness expansion of the spiritual identity.
7. PRACTICE SEVEN: RESPONSIBLE CO-CREATION – As one becomes more infused with the eternal love of the spiritual identity, the intelligent blueprint activates the divine purpose of being as a co-creator with God. The spiritual identity and the intelligent blueprint of divine purpose are one and the same. Clarity of purpose and direction becomes clearer and clearer as one commits to live in service to the principles of All-ONE or Christ spirit. Knowing and Living our purpose brings joy, peace and fulfillment, even when facing adversity or challenges. Once we achieve “knowing”, we are responsible for that knowing, and practice responsible co-creation with the All-One. A responsible co-creator knows all manifestations are in partnership with the All-One. We are stewards of God Spirit to Serve Others in responsible co-creation with All-One. From this knowing, and living this principle, we are eternally free of karmic exchanges.

Spiritual Energy Creates Harmonious Spirit

Have you ever considered the sun  or the earth spiritual energy. The energy that nourishes our higher self,  our spirit, soul, and higher-self or divine force. In Chinese cultures, this is chi or qi and other cultures ki, prana, chakras and kundli. As spiritual beings with a body and mind, we have a life force made of electromagnetic energy or _DSC5550copyenergy that cannot even be measured or explained. Even our thoughts help create our reality through emotions.

Sunlight is something we cannot live without. Light is the food for all life on earth. The human body, according to the doctrine of chromotherapy, is basically composed of colors. Insufficient sunlight will result in low Vitamin D deficiencies, leading to the development of prostate and breast cancer, memory loss, and an increased risk for developing dementia and schizophrenia. We have been told to wear sunscreen to protect ourselves but what is really happening? We are light beings with chakras and the energy of the sun has the colors of the rainbow. Every creature and plant on earth is engulfed in light that affects its health conditions.

Grounding as we all know when we go to the bench improves sleep and reduces stress. When I go barefoot, I am more relaxed and have a feeling of connection to the earth. Grounding is bare skin to the earth and performing Chi gong or any meditative practice outside barefoot is an excellent way to cultivate energy as well connect to mother nature. We all wear shoes and that prevents us from getting the benefits from the earth. Grounding is a simple way to prevent and help inflammation with these techniques.

Qigong or chi gong. My first experience with qigong was in 2012 when my brother was diagnosed with cancer. We found Master Kim, a former martial arts expert who was also an acupuncturist and taught qigong. I learned qigong was a slow meditative movement cultivating qi throughout the body. Being westerners we were a little slow in learning the process but we did learn still practice today. My brother had surgery and with the excellent care his wife provided with essential oils and diet he is cancer free today.

Meditation and prayer. My brother’s experience with cancer led me to wanting a deeper _DSC5618copy (2)understanding of meditation. I studied various meditative methods, mindfulness, meditation at Buddhist temple and even mantras by a Buddhist priest. I took a course titled, The Spiritual Brain: Science and Religion experience by Dr. Andrew Newberg. I learned of a 12 minute exercise, called the Kirtan Kriya is a type of meditation practiced daily for 8 weeks will improve cognition and activate parts of the brain that are central to memory.

Emotions control who we are and what be become. Paracelsus, Father of Modern Medicine  said “The spirit is the master, imagination the tool, and the body the plastic material . . . The power of the imagination is a great factor in medicine. It may produce diseases in man and in animals, and it may cure them . .. Ills of the body may be cured by remedies or by the power of the spirit acting through the soul.”_DSC6031copy (2)

We live in a world of distractions. Fear, anger, greed but love is the one emotion that would overcome all. It is also the most difficult to understand fully and certainly the most difficult to achieve. Jesus said love your neighbor as you love yourself. According to the Law of One, our purpose on earth is to learn how to love and be of services to others. A world where everyone love one another as Jesus said,  would heal the world.
