Our bodies are amazing vehicles until they start breaking down. We have the ability and power to heal ourselves if we provide the right balance.  It will be a challenge with all the toxins in our water, food, and air.  Those toxins accumulate in our body over time slowing down our immune system.  Having and maintaining a good immune system takes focus and will power. God have given us this wonderful body, and now we have to take care of it.   When we are born we go through our mothers birth canal, receiving our mother’s immunity properties. Once we are born we are exposed to the environment until the day we die.  Today our children are bombarded with vaccinations dictated by our government controlled by  pharmaceutical companies. Most people are on medication prescribed by their doctors for various reasons. People tend to stay on those medications for a lifetime.  People have become so dependent on their doctors and meds they forget to focus on their own wellbeing.

Nourishment is about the body, mind and spirit. Heal Our World Through Mediation

We are living in unprecedented times,  Social media giants, MSM  censorship and surveillance.  We are being bombarded with truths and untruths making it difficult to decipher.  We  have come to a pivotal moment in time. Perhaps it is time to consider that our past thoughts, emotions and actions have created our current reality.  We are living  in the physical world while ignoring the metaphysical world, our spiritual world, not even realizing we  are co-creators of our current reality.

Now that we have created this reality, we think, believe and hope that somehow  Our Creator will intervene so we may go back to our normal lives. Perhaps this is our wakeup call. Our Creator can intervene, but that intervention is through each of us. Within each of us is the essence of our of Creator, Divine universal energy.  We are a divinely unique global community made up of individuals with free-will to think and choose for ourselves. But our unruly minds makes it difficult to focus on anything else other than current events. Perhaps meditation can help.

Meditation is a natural relaxation state of the mind and the most important mental exercise to practice during our lifetime. Meditation is actually our  Meditation-quotes-Paramahamsa-Yogananda  natural state. The proper way to  meditate is just start. You will develop a practice over time but start with what works for you. Sitting in a chair or floor with good posture, close your eyes, take 5–10 slow deep breaths, following your breath. Your relaxing your mind so try not to think of anything and just listen. Just focus on a point in the front of eyes. You will find your thoughts drifting to problems just bring the focus back to the point in front of the eyes. This time can be used to pray and then listen to the power within. We are all in this together and can be the love, light, joy and unity the world needs today.

 We are living in a time when the world is experiencing  a spiritual awakening and evolution. All of us are receiving thoughts and messages    streaming’s from Infinite Intelligence through our guardian angels or spirit guides. Universal Intelligence, our Creator also known as God, connects us all. Science may call it a quantum or biofield, described as “a field of energy and information. Science also tells us that our heart electromagnetic energy field can be detected and measured several feet from the body and is 100 time stronger than the field of our brains.

The Abrahamic religions, Christians, Jews and Islam may refer to this quantum or biofield as the Holy Spirit while while Taoist refer to chi or qi and the Dao or the way. Hindu refer to prana and chakras while the Buddha included prana under a different name, one that is also used in yoga. The word is virya, meaning vitality, or life energy.

Consider all the different labels of this biofield by science and some of the religious belief the same.   When are energic beings that do not realize we are co-creators of our reality based on our thoughts, emotions and actions. Look at the world around us. We do not even realize how powerful we are because we do not know our true selves.

We know how our body is affected by bacteria, viruses and an array of toxins from our our foods, medications  and environment. Our bodies suffer from pain that needs physical healing and the first place we go is to the doctor and get medication, instead of looking to natural cures such as food, herbs and spices. Our minds are susceptible to infection by fear, worries, anger, greed, selfishness, jealousy just to name of few, which requires mental healing that is fueled by Mainstream Media through many sources. That is  Our spirit is haunted by the disease of forgetting our true nature which cause man to forget their perfect divine nature and focus on the physical world. Ignorance creates imbalances between body, mind and spirit.

So how do we heal?  There is the still, small voice within each of us that knows the answer to our questions. Perhaps now more than anytime in history is the time  to be aware, listen and  evaluate the polarity, positive or negative, and use Love as your benchmark.

Law of One and the Harvest

According to The Law of One, also known as the Ra Material, our life purpose is to evolve spirituality and we are given more catalyst today more than anytime in history.  We evolve by learning the ways of love and wisdom, to love unconditionally and to be of service to others. The positive path  includes loving our creator first and foremost, love others as we love ourselves, as Jesus tells us,  love and care for nature and understand we are co-creator with our thoughts, emotions and actions. Through meditation, contemplation and prayer, we attempt to connect with Infinite Intelligence. At death, those whose life met 51% on the positive path will graduate or be harvested, or reborn to the next density or dimension.

There is also a negative path, such as the ones that want to control us. They are service to self, control of others, fear, anger and every other negative emotions. To be harvested from the negative path requires 95% and very few are harvested that take this path.

It is all about free will, so you get to choose your life path. The penalty for not getting the 51%, you get to do it again, but there is a catch: you do not remember; that is, unless you’re a child. There are many stories from children  supporting  reincarnation and many case studies supporting reincarnation from a scientific approach with past life videos.

Harvest is the similar concept as the Mosaic Religions after death, judgement of your life, except there is no hell. Harvest is even mentioned in the New Testament.
